Abstract

Proyek pembangunan gapura "Selamat Datang" di Dusun Kelapa, Desa Seberang Sanglar, Kecamatan Reteh, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau, bertujuan untuk memperkuat identitas lokal sekaligus meningkatkan daya tarik wisata. Kayu pinang dipilih sebagai bahan utama pembangunan karena memiliki karakteristik yang sesuai dengan budaya setempat, daya tahan yang tinggi, serta estetika yang harmonis dengan lingkungan desa. Artikel ini mengulas secara komprehensif proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta dampak yang dihasilkan dari proyek pembangunan ini terhadap masyarakat dan pengembangan desa. Proses perencanaan dimulai dengan studi kelayakan yang mencakup analisis lingkungan, ketersediaan material, dan konsultasi intensif dengan tokoh masyarakat untuk memastikan bahwa desain gapura memenuhi kebutuhan lokal. Pelaksanaan proyek ini melibatkan kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa, tenaga ahli dalam bidang arsitektur tradisional, dan partisipasi aktif warga setempat. Masyarakat tidak hanya berperan sebagai tenaga kerja, tetapi juga berkontribusi dalam bentuk ide-ide kreatif serta penyediaan bahan material yang dibutuhkan. Partisipasi aktif ini mempercepat proses konstruksi, sekaligus membangun rasa memiliki dan tanggung jawab terhadap hasil akhir pembangunan. Dampak positif dari proyek ini terlihat pada peningkatan estetika desa, yang diharapkan dapat menarik lebih banyak wisatawan dan mendorong perkembangan ekonomi lokal. Selain itu, proyek ini juga berhasil memperkuat rasa kebanggaan terhadap identitas lokal dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pelestarian budaya dan lingkungan. Dengan demikian, proyek ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pengembangan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal, mempromosikan pariwisata berbasis komunitas yang mempertahankan nilai-nilai budaya dan ekologis. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi desa-desa lain yang ingin mengembangkan identitas lokal dan potensi wisata melalui proyek infrastruktur yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat.

Abstract

This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan mudir terhadap kemampuan digitalisasi ustadz dan ustadzah di Mts pondok pesantren Darul Fallah Aek Song-songan. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan diskriftif, dengan angket sebagai pendukung, studi dokumen dan wawancara untuk memperoleh hasil yang optimal. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Mts Darul Fallah Aek Song-songan, sampel yang diambil adalah 41 guru yakni seluruh guru di Mts Darul Falah Aek Song-songan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan mudir terhadap kemampuan digitalisasi ustadz dan ustadzah di Mts Darul Falah Aek Song-songan. Dilihat dari hasil uji T-tes, hasil nilai sebesar 4,776 dan nilai sebesar 1,990 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,040. Dengan kriteria pengujian > dan jika signifikansi < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan mudir terhadap kemampuan digitalisasi ustadz dan ustadzah di Mts Darul Falah Aek Song-songan. Kemudian pada perhitungan koefesien determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,051 yakni pengaruh kepemimpinan mudir terhadap kemampuan digitalisasi ustadz dan ustadzah di Mts Darul Falah Aek Song-songan sebesar 5,1%. Artinya pengaruh kepemimpinan mudir terhadap kemampuan digitalisasi ustadz dan ustadzah berada pada kategori rendah dari jumlah keseluruhan 100%. Namun demikian, dapat disarankan untuk mudir meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinannya terkhusus kepada perhatiannya secara berkala untuk mengeidentifikasi area perbaikan terkhusus terhadap digitalisasi.

Abstract

With a very large population, Indonesia needs human resources in large quantities and quality as the main supporter in development. Experts agree that quality human resources are not only measured by skill abilities but are largely determined by their character. The results of a study at Harvard University in the United States concluded that a person's success is not solely determined by knowledge and technical abilities (hard skills), but is more determined by the ability to manage oneself and others (soft skills). This study revealed that success is only determined by about 20 percent by hard skills, the remaining 80 percent by soft skills. Even the most successful people in the world can succeed because they are more supported by soft skills than hard skills. Soft skills refer to individual brilliance in several aspects such as attitude and personality, language skills (communication), politeness, having a wide circle of friends, and being optimistic. Soft skills in the definition above are identical to character. Character is the values ​​of human behavior that relate to God Almighty, oneself. fellow human beings, the environment, and nationality that are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words, and actions based on religious norms, law. lata kiama. culture, and customs. Character education is actually not something foreign to the religious Indonesian nation. In our State Philosophy, character education is stated in all the principles of Pancasila, stated in the national anthem with the term 'bangunlah jiwanya', and clearly stated in the National Education Law. The Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. Article 3 of the Law states that national education functions to develop abilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the life of the nation. National education aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty, have noble morals, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. To fulfill these human resources, education and training have a very important role. In fact, I am of the opinion that character education is mandatory, an obligation that must be immediately implemented by the government and all parties who care about human resources.

Abstract

Sebagian anak muda (remaja) termasuk mahasiswa mengkonsumsi kopi untuk meningkatkan semangat beraktivitas maupun mengusir kantuk pada saat mengerjakan tugas kuliah. Kandungan kafein dalam kopi merupakan golongan psikotimulan yang dapat meningkatkan kewaspadaan sehingga dapat berdampak negatif pada tekanan darah dan pola tidur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi kopi terhadap tekanan darah dan insomnia pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi dengan metode cross sectional study. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa aktif yang terdaftar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Metode pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi Square test dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24 dengan tingkat signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh konsumsi kopi terhadap tekanan darah pada mahasiswa (p=1,000), namun ada pengaruh konsumsi kopi terhadap insomnia pada mahasiswa (p=0,037). Saran diharapkan perhatian yang lebih terhadap pola konsumsi kopi pada mahasiswa terutama frekuensi konsumsi harian yang dapat menyebabkan mahasiswa mengalami insomnia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to improve students’ science literacy through contextual learning that connects science materials with the natural environment surrounding elementary school students. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at SDN Mangli 1 Jember and MIN 3 Jember. Informants included the school principals, science teachers, students’ parents, and students in grades IV and V. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed thematically using the Miles and Huberman model with source and technique triangulation. The findings revealed that efforts to improve science literacy were carried out by actively involving students in observation, simple experiments, and reflection on natural phenomena in their surroundings. Contextual learning was implemented through the integration of CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) principles such as inquiry, learning community, and authentic assessment. The school environment was utilized as a learning resource that encouraged student engagement and the development of science process skills. Learning activities that connected subject matter to real-life contexts effectively fostered curiosity, critical thinking skills, and environmental awareness. This study recommends that teachers consistently apply locally contextualized learning as a strategy to enhance science literacy at the elementary level. Furthermore, involving parents and the community is essential to support more meaningful science learning for students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of live worksheet-based E-LKPD in increasing student involvement and understanding of circle material in grade VI elementary school. The main problem faced is the low interest of students in mathematics learning, which is monotonous and less interactive, which causes difficulties in understanding material that is considered difficult. The development of this product is based on an analysis of student needs and interviews with teachers to identify challenges in mathematics learning. The research method used is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, product design, interactive media development, and product testing through limited and field trials. The results showed that E-LKPD based on live worksheets increased student motivation and material comprehension, significantly increasing learning outcomes between the pretest and post-test. These findings suggest that technology-based teaching media can increase the effectiveness of mathematics learning at the elementary school level, especially in materials that are considered difficult. The implication of this research is the development of interactive teaching media that can be applied in various educational contexts to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

Pelatihan penggunaan website aplikasi destinasi wisata ini diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai sarana promosi dan pengelolaan destinasi wisata. Kegiatan ini meliputi pengenalan konsep destinasi wisata, pemanfaatan fitur-fitur dalam aplikasi, serta praktik langsung penggunaan sistem termasuk pembuatan akun admin dan pengelolaan konten. Sebanyak 15 peserta terdiri dari kepala dinas, staf, dan peserta magang terlibat dalam pelatihan yang berlangsung interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, seluruh peserta menyatakan pelatihan ini relevan, efektif, dan mudah dipahami. Sebagian besar juga merasa sangat puas terhadap materi dan metode pelatihan yang diberikan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi website destinasi wisata dapat memperkuat daya tarik wisata lokal, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dinas, serta mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata berbasis teknologi di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Hasil pelatihan juga membuka peluang bagi peningkatan promosi pariwisata secara berkelanjutan dan menyeluruh di era digital

Abstract

GRADSTEIN, R. et al. 2010. Bryophytes of Mount Patuha, West Java, Indonesia. Reinwardtia 13(2): 107-123. - This paper presents the results of a two-day survey of the bryophyte flora of Mt. Patuha and its surroundings near Bandung, West Java, carried out in the framework of the 5th regional training course on bryophyte and lichen diversity and conservation organized by SEAMEO BIOTROP, Bogor, in July 2009. A total of 159 bryophyte species were identified, including 98 mosses, 60 liverworts, and 1 hornwort, representing almost 1/6 of the total bryophyte flora of Java. Three moss species, Bryohumbertia subcomosa (Dix.) J.-P. Frahm, Fissidens gymnogynus Besch. and F. polypodioides Hedw., and one liverwort, Lejeunea pectinella Mizut., are new additions to the Javanese flora. The bryophyte diversity of Mt. Patuha is well representative of the Malesian flora and is rich in uncommon species. However, the relatively poor representation of shade epiphytes and commonness of sun epiphytes and generalists reflect disturbance of the forest by anthropogenic activities. Careful attention should be given to conservation of the remaining natural forest in order to prevent further losses of the rich bryophyte diversity of the area
