Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat bagi hasil, inflasi, dan cost to income terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah di Bank Syariah Indonesia tahun 2024, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Bank Syariah Indonesia tahun 2024. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 48 data dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan program IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat bagi hasil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah, inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah, sedangkan cost to income berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah. Secara simultan, variabel tingkat bagi hasil, inflasi, dan cost to income berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah di Bank Syariah Indonesia tahun 2024. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor internal bank berupa efisiensi operasional dan tingkat bagi hasil lebih menentukan dalam mendorong pembiayaan musyarakah dibandingkan faktor eksternal seperti inflasi.

Abstract

Breast milk is the best nutrition for babies because it contains complete nutrients and antibodies that support immunity and optimal growth and development. However, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low, even though its benefits have been proven to reduce the risk of stunting, obesity, and infectious diseases. Mothers' lack of knowledge about lactation management is one of the inhibiting factors, so educational efforts are needed to improve mothers' attitudes towards breastfeeding and support their babies' health. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about lactation management and mothers' attitudes towards breastfeeding at Dr. H Soewondo Kendal Hospital. This study used a quantitative research design with a descriptive correlation and cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents was 38 mothers selected using purposive sampling. The data collection instruments were questionnaires on knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding (15 items) and attitudes towards breastfeeding (16 items). Data analysis was performed using Spearman's rank correlation test. The results of the study showed that most of the breastfeeding mothers were aged 20-35 years (30 respondents), most of them had a high school/vocational school education (25 respondents or 65.8%), and most of them were housewives (21 respondents or 55.3%). Knowledge about lactation management was mostly adequate among 25 respondents (65.8%), and good among 13 respondents (34.2%). Attitudes toward breastfeeding were mostly adequate and good among 19 respondents (50.0%) each. There was a relationship between knowledge about lactation management and mothers' attitudes towards breastfeeding at Dr. H Soewondo Kendal Hospital with a p-value of 0.000. The Spearman correlation test also showed a relationship strength value (rho value) of 0.721, which means that there is a positive relationship: the better the level of knowledge about lactation management, the better the mothers' attitudes towards breastfeeding. It is recommended that nurses be more active in providing comprehensive and structured education on lactation management, not only limited to basic breastfeeding theory, but also covering practical skills, breastfeeding time management, and techniques for dealing with lactation problems commonly experienced by breastfeeding mothers.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a significant public health issue, particularly in areas with suboptimal environmental conditions. Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), as the primary healthcare providers, play a crucial role in managing ARI cases. This study aims to analyze the prescribing patterns of medications for ARI patients at Pekanbaru Community Health Center to evaluate whether the prescribed treatments adhere to existing guidelines and to provide recommendations. The sample for this study comprises ARI patients who sought treatment at Pekanbaru Community Health Centers in March 2024. Secondary data from the monthly report of Pekanbaru Community Health Centers in March 2024 was used as the research instrument. The collected data was analyzed by calculating the percentage of medication usage. Based on the findings from Pekanbaru Community Health Centers, the following conclusions were drawn: Most patients consuming ARI medications were female, with 80 respondents, compared to 70 males. The age group with the highest number of ARI medication consumers was [missing data]. Paracetamol 500mg was the most commonly prescribed medication at the health center."

Abstract

With a very large population, Indonesia needs human resources in large quantities and quality as the main supporter in development. Experts agree that quality human resources are not only measured by skill abilities but are largely determined by their character. The results of a study at Harvard University in the United States concluded that a person's success is not solely determined by knowledge and technical abilities (hard skills), but is more determined by the ability to manage oneself and others (soft skills). This study revealed that success is only determined by about 20 percent by hard skills, the remaining 80 percent by soft skills. Even the most successful people in the world can succeed because they are more supported by soft skills than hard skills. Soft skills refer to individual brilliance in several aspects such as attitude and personality, language skills (communication), politeness, having a wide circle of friends, and being optimistic. Soft skills in the definition above are identical to character. Character is the values ​​of human behavior that relate to God Almighty, oneself. fellow human beings, the environment, and nationality that are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words, and actions based on religious norms, law. lata kiama. culture, and customs. Character education is actually not something foreign to the religious Indonesian nation. In our State Philosophy, character education is stated in all the principles of Pancasila, stated in the national anthem with the term 'bangunlah jiwanya', and clearly stated in the National Education Law. The Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. Article 3 of the Law states that national education functions to develop abilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the life of the nation. National education aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty, have noble morals, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. To fulfill these human resources, education and training have a very important role. In fact, I am of the opinion that character education is mandatory, an obligation that must be immediately implemented by the government and all parties who care about human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to improve students’ science literacy through contextual learning that connects science materials with the natural environment surrounding elementary school students. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at SDN Mangli 1 Jember and MIN 3 Jember. Informants included the school principals, science teachers, students’ parents, and students in grades IV and V. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed thematically using the Miles and Huberman model with source and technique triangulation. The findings revealed that efforts to improve science literacy were carried out by actively involving students in observation, simple experiments, and reflection on natural phenomena in their surroundings. Contextual learning was implemented through the integration of CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) principles such as inquiry, learning community, and authentic assessment. The school environment was utilized as a learning resource that encouraged student engagement and the development of science process skills. Learning activities that connected subject matter to real-life contexts effectively fostered curiosity, critical thinking skills, and environmental awareness. This study recommends that teachers consistently apply locally contextualized learning as a strategy to enhance science literacy at the elementary level. Furthermore, involving parents and the community is essential to support more meaningful science learning for students.

Abstract

Masalah kerusakan lingkungan dan kecanduan pada pupuk sintetis telah mendorong kebutuhan akan inovasi dalam penanganan sampah domestik untuk mendukung pertanian yang lestari. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki pendekatan pengolahan ulang air sisa cucian beras melalui fermentasi sebagai pilihan pupuk organik cair yang eco-friendly. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat eksperimental, dengan fokus pada air sisa cucian beras yang difermentasi secara anaerobik menggunakan bioaktivator EM4 dan gula aren selama 7 hingga 15 hari. Evaluasi dilakukan pada produk fermentasi serta manfaatnya terhadap perkembangan tanaman percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk cair organik hasil fermentasi air cucian beras mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman, seperti tinggi dan jumlah daun, dibandingkan kontrol tanpa perlakuan. Penerapan strategi daur ulang ini terbukti sederhana, ekonomis, dan mudah diterapkan pada skala rumah tangga. Kesimpulan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa pengolahan ulang air sisa cucian beras adalah metode sederhana namun efisien untuk mengurangi sampah rumah tangga, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia, dan mempromosikan praktik pertanian lestari di kalangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Sistem adalah satu kesatuan komponen yang satu sama lain saling berhubungan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Oleh karena itu sistem mempunyai tiga ciri yaitu memiliki tujuan tertentu, memiliki fungsi tertentu, ditunjang oleh sebagai komponen. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari sistem setiap sistem pasti memiliki fungsi tertentu. Sistem pembelajaran adalah kombinasi terorganisasi yang meliputi unsur-unsur manusiawi, material, fasilitas, perlengkapan dan prosedur yang berinteraksi untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Unsur manusiawi dalam sistem pembelajaran adalah siswa, guru atau pengajar, pustakawan, laboratorium, tenaga administrasi serta orang-orang yang mendukung terhadap keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu penerapan sistem pembelajaran di sekolah ataupun di lembaga pendidikan haruslah saling bekerja sama dan harus terus berkaitan untuk menjadi satu kesatuan yang memiliki tujuan untuk memajukan pendidikan di negara kita ini.Dalam penelitian ini kami mencoba mengamati bahwa susahnya belajar jarak jauh di pelosok daerah karena minimnya fasilitas serta teknologi yang ada di pelosok-pelosok daerah membuat para peserta didik itu kurang dalam sistem yang telah diterapkan oleh lembaga sekolah atau naungan pendidikan. Terlebih lagi pada masa pandemi seperti ini masyarakat juga sangat dirugikan akibat dari pandemi ini karena berkurangnya beberapa penghasilan dari masyarakat dan bertambahnya biaya dari setiap siswa agar dipenuhi karena itu adalah pendidikan kan yang mana harus terus diperjuangkan, karena masyarakat di desa itu tidak mau memiliki seorang anak yang nantinya bakal bekerja di bawa pekerjaan orang tuanya. Maka dari itu masyarakat di daerah pelosok itu memegang prinsip bahasanya anak mereka itu tidak boleh bekerja di bawah derajat orang tuanya masing-masing melainkan ingin menjadikan anak dari masyarakat tersebut menjadi orang yang sukses yang bisa mengangkat derajat orang tuanya.

Abstract

Academic supervision has the aim of influencing the development and management of the learning process in schools for the better. The purpose of this research is to complement teacher administration, discipline, commitment, and implementation barriers to supervision to manage the learning process. This research is qualitative, namely by using observation and interview techniques for data collection. With the results we can conclude that the supervisory research at MIS HUBBUL WATHON SEI BEROMBANG has followed the management functions to facilitate development in managing the learning process in improving the quality of teacher work.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments in the 21st century have encouraged the use of digital media in mathematics learning. Using technology-based interactive learning materials is one way to enhance student learning results. This study was conducted at a public junior high school in Rambipuji, Jember, East Java, Indonesia, to develop and test Fly and Count, a Scratch-based learning medium that is valid, practical, and effective in enhancing learning outcomes. The ADDIE development model, which comprises the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, was applied in this study. A validation sheet, a practicality questionnaire, and a learning outcome test on the subject of straight line equation were among the tools utilized. The results showed that the media was highly valid according to subject matter experts (87.14%) and valid according to media experts (66.66%). The practicality test showed very practical responses from teachers (88%) and students (90.33%). The effectiveness test showed an increase in student learning outcomes with an N-Gain score of 0.69 (moderate category). Thus, Fly and Count is declared valid, practical, and effective for use as a learning medium for straight line equation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of work discipline and school culture on teacher performance at SMP N 1 Lasem. The approach used was quantitative with population of 41 teachers, and sampling using a saturated sampling technique where all members of yhe population were used as samples. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that included indicators of work discipline and school culture. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that work discipline and school culture had a positive and significant effevt on teacher performance at SMP N 1 Lasem. Simultaneously, these two variables explained 77,5% of the variation in teacher performance. Thus, improving work discipline and school culture will improve teacher performance.
