Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang peran kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan bidang pertanian dan strategi inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai pertanian berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks pertanian berkelanjutan, aspek-aspek seperti pertanian organik, teknik bertani yang ramah lingkungan, dan diversifikasi produk juga diperhatikan. Jurnal ini menyimpulkan dengan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk mendorong kewirausahaan dalam bidang pertanian, termasuk pembentukan kebijakan yang kondusif, pendidikan dan pelatihan yang relevan, fasilitas keuangan yang mudah diakses, serta pembangunan infrastruktur yang memadai. Diharapkan jurnal ini dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi para pengambil kebijakan, akademisi, dan praktisi dalam mempromosikan kewirausahaan pertanian yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

As time goes by, the number of coffee shop competitors in Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency is increasing and competition between coffee drink business actors is becoming more competitive, so Belikopi Driyorejo must be able to meet the needs and desires of its consumers. This research aims to analyze the level of importance of coffee drink product attributes and analyze consumer preferences for coffee drink products in Belikopi Driyorejo based on their utility value. The research method used is conjoint analysis, namely identifying a set of attributes that consumers most like and dislike and determining the importance of each attribute analyzed, namely price, taste, presentation, atmosphere, packaging, menu variants and facilities. The analysis results show that the menu variant attribute has the highest level of importance. The order of importance of attributes starts from the most important, namely menu variants, presentation method, price, atmosphere, taste, facilities and packaging. Consumer preferences regarding coffee drink purchasing decisions refer to the choice of moderately priced coffee drinks (Rp. 10,000 – 12,000), sweet coffee drink taste, cold (ice) serving method, calm coffee shop atmosphere, packaging size upgrade, caramel macchiato menu variant, and air conditioning facilities at the Belikopi Driyorejo coffee shop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions of farmers and management of the existence of agricultural institutions KUD, BUMDes, and Farmer Groups based by indicators of expectations, needs, and experiences. This research was located purposefully in Talok Village, Kalitidu Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique to sample 78 farmers and census sampling technique to sample 16 administrators. The analytical method used in this study uses the interval score calculation method to analyze the perceptions of farmers and management of the existence of agricultural institutions KUD, BUMDes, and Farmer Groups. The results of the research analysis showed that the perception seen from the indicators of expectations, needs, and experience of the existence of KUD, BUMDes, and Farmers Group.

Abstract

Red onion farming households in Sidoraharjo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency carry out red onion farming 3x or 3 harvest seasons in one year. Apart from farming, shallot farming households in Sidoraharjo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency also carry out non-farm activities.  The income earned is used for household needs in the form of food and non-food. The income and expenditure made determine the level of welfare of shallot farming households in Sidoraharjo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze the income, expenditure patterns and level of welfare of shallot farming households in Sidoraharjo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The number of samples in this study was 35 onion farming households. The data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this research show that the household income of shallot farmers comes from both agricultural and non-agricultural sources, with an average total income of IDR 190,660,086/year which comes from onion on-farm income of IDR 85,540,086, non-shallot on-farm income amounting to IDR 3,908,571, and non-farm amounting to IDR 101,828,571. This income is used for food and non-food expenses, the average expenditure for food is IDR 25,847,829 and non-food IDR 96,648,543. The welfare level of shallot farming households in Sidoraharjo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency is based on the income approach, the PPSP value is 47%, so it is said that they are not yet prosperous if they only rely on income from the agricultural sector. Based on the expenditure approach, a PEP value of 21% is said to be prosperous.

Abstract

Post-harvest activities in rice farming are very noteworthy because the choice of harvesting process and time will affect the quantity and quality obtained and quality obtained. Farmers are faced with several factors that factors into consideration for the decision to use an agricultural technology. Objective of this research is to analyze the factors that influence decision making of farmers in using combine harvester during harvesting. The location of this research is in Kepuhkajang Village, Perak District, Jombang Regency. The research method used is quantitative method. The sampling method used is using probability sampling technique with cluster random sampling method with the number of research samples sampling technique with cluster random sampling method with the number of research samples the number of research samples is 87 farmers who are divided into two criteria, namely 61 farmers who are users of combine harvester and 26 farmers who do not use combine harvester. Data collection methods used were filling out questionnaires by respondents, interviews, and observations. respondents, interviews, and observation. Data analysis was conducted using the method of binary logistic regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The result of of this research is that the land area variable and the income variable have a significant and positive effect on farmers' decision making in farming. significantly and positively on farmers' decision making in using combine harvester using a combine harvester with a value of 0.012 and 0.005 respectively. Meanwhile, the variables of age, number of family members, level of education, and length of farming do not have a significant farming do not significantly affect the decision-making of farmers in using a combine harvester.

Abstract

As population density increases, waste becomes a problem, because the volume of waste produced by humans is increasing. Household waste that initially has no useful value can become something useful if it is processed properly, for example by producing local microorganisms and liquid organic fertilizer. The aim of this service activity is to provide socialization and assistance to housewives around the Sumput Village Seed House in utilizing stale rice into local micro-organisms and liquid organic fertilizer which can reduce costs in household farming and reduce household waste that is wasted. it's useless. The implementation of the activities carried out is divided into two stages, namely counseling and training. The results of this activity show that the housewives understand the knowledge about local microorganisms and liquid organic fertilizer from stale rice and how to make it.

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan sektor yang penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu negara. Sektor ini menyediakan pangan bagi sebagian besar penduduknya dan membuka lapangan kerja bagi hampir seluruh angkatan kerja yang ada. Penggunaan rice transplanter dalam kegiatan usahatani berpeluang dapat mempercepat waktu tanam bibit padi dan mengatasi kelangkaan tenaga kerja tanam bibit padi pada daerah tertentu. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan oktober 2023 Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposives sampling dilanjutkan analisis data menggunakan Uji Z. Hasil uji t independent menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara efisiensi biaya dalam rupiah menggunakan metode konvensional dan rice transplanter dengan nilai t -9,836, df 42,999, p 0,001. t untuk mengukur rata-rata (mean) df adalah derajat kebebasan dan p adalah probabilitas. Penggunaan rice transplanter secara signifikan memengaruhi biaya dibandingkan metode konvensional dengan perbedaan rata-rata biaya sekitar Rp1.809.000,00. Penggunaan rice transplanter dapat secara signifikan mempercepat proses menanam padi dan menghemat waktu secara drastis dibandingkan metode konvensional yang memakan waktu rata-rata 30,05 menit, penggunaan rice transplater hanya memerlukan waktu rata-rata 4,2 menit untuk melakukan dua kali proses menanam padi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rice transplanter efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi waktu. Kata Kunci: Pertanian, Petani, Rice Transplanter, Efisiensi, Padi

Abstract

Kalirungkut Village is one of the urban areas located in Rungkut Sub-district, Surabaya. The area of Kelurahan Kalirungkut is 2.58 km2, divided into 15 RWs (neighborhood units) and 86 RTs (community units) (Statistics Indonesia, Surabaya 2016). The population of this neighborhood is approximately 22,949 people, consisting of 11,345 males and 11,604 females (Kalirungkut Village, 2022). Within the neighborhood, there are 11 active industrial companies, including 7 large-scale industries and 4 small-scale industries (Statistics Indonesia, Surabaya 2019). The significant population and industrial activities in the area require a large amount of land, resulting in a reduction of agricultural land. Therefore, the objective of the community service activity is to create a sustainable farming strategy through the design and implementation of aquaponics. The community service method consists of three stages: survey and preparation, implementation of activities, and maintenance and monitoring of results. The outcome of the community service activity is the establishment of an aquaponics farming system located in the yard of one of the residents in Kalirungkut, namely Mrs. Ismudji Rahayuningsih.

Abstract

The Sustainable Food Home Garden Program (P2L) is a strategic initiative to optimize the utilization of home gardens as a source of family food and to improve food security through community empowerment. This research aims to analyze the relationship between member participation, resources, and member motivation with the effectiveness of the Sustainable Food Home Garden Program (P2L). The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method, with a saturated sample of 55 members from KWT Rukun Makmur and KWT Tani Segar. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman's rank correlation. Results show that member participation has a moderately strong and significant positive relationship with program effectiveness (correlation coefficient 0.317, significance 0.018), while resources (correlation coefficient 0.220, significance 0.107) and member motivation (correlation coefficient 0.090, significance 0.512) only show very weak and non-significant positive relationships. The low correlation between motivation and program effectiveness is due to KWT members' motivation being mostly external, such as production facilities assistance, rather than internal drive to achieve family food self-sufficiency

Abstract

Bisnis cafe di Gresik saat ini semakin berkembang dengan pesat. Banyak cafe yang bermunculan dengan menjual berbagai jenis minuman kopi dan konsep yang berbeda-beda dengan keunikan tersendiri yang menjadikan persaingan semakin ketat. Melihat banyaknya cafe di Gresik membuat Gresik Empire Cafe harus berusaha maksimal dalam memenangkan persaingan yang ada. Dengan mengetahui segmenting, targeting dan positioning, maka dapat ditentukan bagaimana cara menjangkau dan mempertahankan sebuah cafe di tengah banyaknya pesaing. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis segmenting, targeting dan positioning Gresik Empire Cafe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa segmenting Gresik Empire Cafe berdasarkan geografis yaitu konsumen berdomisili Gresik. Segmenting demografis meliputi pelajar/mahasiswa, usia 17 – 25 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan, pendidikan akhir SMA, pendapatan Rp 1.000.000 – Rp 2.500.000. Segmenting psikografis adalah kelas sosial menengah. Segmenting tingkah laku yaitu konsumen mengetahui Gresik Empire Cafe dari media sosial dan biasa mengunjungi Gresik Empire Cafe bersama teman. Targeting Gresik Empire Cafe yaitu anak muda yang suka nongkrong. Positioning Gresik Empire Cafe yaitu memposisikan produknya dengan cara menawarkan fasilitas seperti suasana yang nyaman dan konsep cafe yang unik serta harga yang terjangkau.
