Abstract

This article discusses the educational values contained in the Lombok folktale entitled Batu Goloq. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a narrative method to explore educational values. The main data sources are Batu Goloq folklore books and other related literature. Data collection techniques involved reading, listening, and recording, and data analysis was done descriptively. The study's findings discussed a variety of educational ideals, including the importance of empathy and social awareness, the value of accountability and sacrifice, the importance of believing and the efficacy of prayer, and the importance of self-reflection. Furthermore, these values can be applied in character education through a variety of methods, such as curriculum alignment for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to improve students' social and emotional skills, the use of inspirational stories to reinforce understanding, and a multicultural approach to recognize value diversity. The goal of all these tactics is to create people who interact with society in a responsible, compassionate, and empathic manner. AbstrakArtikel ini membahas nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat Lombok berjudul Batu Goloq. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode naratif untuk mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai pendidikan. Sumber data utamanya adalah buku cerita rakyat Batu Goloq dan literatur terkait lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan pembacaan, menyimak, dan pencatatan, analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memaparkan berbagai bentuk nilai-nilai pendidikan, seperti nilai kesadaran sosial dan empati, nilai tanggung jawab dan pengorbanan, nilai kepercayaan dan kekuatan doa, dan nilai tentang refleksi diri. Selanjutnya implementasi dalam pendidikan karakter dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai ini melalui berbagai pendekatan: menggunakan cerita inspiratif untuk memperkuat pemahaman, mengadopsi pendekatan multikultural untuk menghargai keragaman nilai, dan menyelaraskan Pembelajaran Sosial dan Emosional (SEL) dalam kurikulum untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan emosional siswa. Semua strategi ini bertujuan membentuk individu yang bertanggung jawab, peduli, dan berempati dalam interaksi mereka dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technology presents significant challenges for local governments in ensuring child protection from harmful content and online risks. This study seeks to examine the application of Dynamic Governance principles : Thinking Ahead, Thinking Again, and Thinking Across in digital child protection initiatives within Bojonegoro Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key actors such as DP3AKB, the Communication and Information Office, schools, NGOs, media, parents, and children. The findings indicate that Thinking Ahead is reflected in digital literacy education, although it is not yet supported by comprehensive technical guidelines or long-term planning. Thinking Again appears through routine evaluations, but policy learning remains limited and occurs more strongly within families. Thinking Across demonstrates the existence of cross-sector collaboration, which remains coordinative rather than integrative. The study concludes that digital child protection efforts have been initiated, yet they have not fully demonstrated dynamic, adaptive, and collaborative governance.

Abstract

The quality of higher education institutions in Indonesia to date is still is low. This can be known when compared with institutions higher education in other countries. It is also known that there is the gap between the existing reality with the goals and standards of graduate competence universities that have been formulated in laws and regulations government and related universities. Many factors play a role in it. One is the paradigm education - including higher education - is becoming a community benchmark. This growing paradigm will then determine how students give meaning to the lecture that is being pursued. Meanwhile, meaning and any understanding they have about college, will determine their attitudes, behaviors, actions and activities in the process learning. And it will ultimately determine their success within learn. After quite a while, in the recent paradigm behavioristik become displaced by a new paradigm. The developing and the will be more established lately is a constructive paradigm. With referring to this paradigm, students become the central point in the process learning. Therefore, whatever meaning is given by the students of lectures will determine their attitudes and actions in following learning process. Furthermore, this meaning will determine success educational goals as will be achieved together.
