Abstract

Masalah: Gambaran pola hidup sehat yang diterapkan oleh mahasiswa perlu dilakukan analisis, karena gaya hidup sehat merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk menjamin kesehatan mereka selama menyelesaikan studi di kampus. Tujuan: Peneliitna ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gaya hidup sehat yang diterapkan olahe para mahasiswa olahraga. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 93 orang mahasiswa sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket pola hidup sehat yang diadopsi dari penelitian sebelumnya. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif yang akan menggambarkan tentangn rerata, standar deviasi, nilai maksimal, dan minimal, serta dijelaskan juga persentase tingkat capaian jawaban responden. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase jawaban responden telah mencapai 69%, yang artinya gaya hidup sehat para mahasiswa berada pada kategori cukup. Kesimpulan: Gaya hidup sehat mahasiswa olahraga telah berada pada kategori cukup, sehingga kedepan perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar asupan gizi mereka dapat mencukupi tuntutan aktifitas mereka yang padat di kampus.

Abstract

Problem: Physical activity has a complex relationship with immune function in athletes, where moderate exercise is generally beneficial, but intense training may suppress immunity. This systematic literature review examines how different exercise intensities impact immune responses in athletes, aiming to identify optimal training parameters for immune health. Purpose: The aim of this systematic literature review is to analyze the effects of various exercise intensities on immune function in athletes to determine training parameters that support optimal immune health. Methods: This study utilized a systematic literature review approach, gathering and analyzing scientific articles on the effects of exercise on athlete immune function. Articles were sourced from Scopus using search terms such as "Exercise," "Physical Activity," "Sports," and "Immune Response," with a focus on studies published within the past five years that evaluate exercise interventions on immune enhancement in athletes. After collecting relevant articles, descriptive analysis was conducted to identify consistent patterns and findings. Results: Intense and prolonged exercise can lead to immunosuppression in athletes, increasing susceptibility to infections and chronic conditions. However, moderate exercise enhances immune function, promoting beneficial responses such as improved lymphocyte distribution and antibody production post-vaccination. Key immune markers like NLR, PLR, and SII offer valuable insights into athletes’ immune status and can assist in monitoring health and performance. Conclusion: Moderate exercise supports immune health, while intense exercise may suppress it. Athletes should balance training intensity and monitor immune markers to maintain optimal health and performance.

Abstract

Problem: Sleep disturbances are common and impact health, yet the most effective exercise modalities for improving sleep quality remain unclear. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of aerobic and resistance training in enhancing sleep quality and related health outcomes. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of various exercise modalities, including aerobic and resistance training, in improving sleep quality and related health indices, and to determine the most helpful techniques for managing sleep disruptions in old. Methods: This study utilized a systematic literature review approach, gathering and analyzing scientific articles on the effects of exercise on athlete immune function. Articles were sourced from Scopus using search terms such as "aerobic exercise" OR "aerobic training" OR "cardiovascular exercise" OR "endurance exercise" AND "sleep quality" OR "sleep disturbance" OR "sleep improvement" OR "sleep duration" OR "sleep patterns" OR "insomnia" AND "elderly" OR "older adults" OR "aging population" OR "senior citizens" OR "aged" AND "effect" OR "impact" OR "outcome" OR "influence" with a focus on studies published within the past five years that evaluate exercise interventions on immune enhancement in athletes. After collecting relevant articles, descriptive analysis was conducted to identify consistent patterns and findings. Results: Aerobic exercise was consistently the most effective intervention for improving overall sleep quality, including sleep efficiency, duration, and deep sleep, along with cognitive function and inflammation markers. Resistance and combined training also demonstrated significant benefits, with resistance training enhancing sleep onset latency and duration. These findings highlight exercise as a versatile, non-pharmacological approach to improving sleep health in diverse populations. Aerobic exercise was consistently the most effective intervention for improving overall sleep quality, including sleep efficiency, duration, and deep sleep, along with cognitive function and inflammation markers. Resistance and combined training also demonstrated significant benefits, with resistance training enhancing sleep onset latency and duration. Conclusion: This systematic study suggests that aerobic exercise improves sleep quality in older persons. Sleep disturbances decreased and sleep efficiency, total sleep time, and sleep start latency improved in multiple studies.

Abstract

Masalah: Masih kurangnya aktifitas fisik yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa menjadi suatu fenomena yang harus diperhatikan karena jika hal ini terus berlanjut maka Kesehatan mereka akan menjadi kurang baik. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktifitas fisik yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan meotde deskriptif, sejumlah 138 orang mahasiswa diminta untuk menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada seluruh sampel yang ada. Setelah seluruh data terkumpul maka data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistif deskriptif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aktifitas fisik yang sering dilakukan oleh mahasiswa adalah bermain sepakbola, jogging, dan bermain futsal, para mahasiswa melakukan olahraga rata-rata 3 kali dalam seminggu dengan durasi rata-rata 1 jam. Mereka juga lebih suka memilih lapangan kampus dan lapangan olahraga yang dekat dengan rumah mereka sebagai tempat untuk berolahraga Kesimpulan: Aktifitas fisik yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa sudah dapat dikatakan baik karena tidak ada mahasiswa yang tidak melakukan olahraga,namun untuk sampai ketahap bugar mereka harus dapat meningkatkan frekuensi dan durasi olahraga yang mereka lakukan kedepannya.

Problem: Young people often face mental health troubles such as strain, sleep disturbances, and low existence satisfaction. Abstract

Masalah: Kebugaran jasmani harus dipertahankan oleh setiap individu termasuk mahasiswa olahraga. Masih kurangnya kurang optimalnya mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan perkuliahan praktik memicu peneliti untuk melakukan riset terkait dengan hal tersebut. Tujuan: Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa departemen kepelatihan. Metode: Sebanyak 32 orang mahasiswa laki-laki ikut berpartisipasi pada Penelitian ini. Data mengenai Tingkat kebugaran mereka diambil dengan melakukan cooper test. Setelah melakukan tes tersebut dan data berhasil dikumpulkan maka dilanjutkan dengan melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan statistic deskriptif. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 6% mahasiswa sudah memiliki Tingkat kebugaran yang sangat baik, 38% baik, 44% cukup, 9% kurang, dan 3% masih sangat kurang. Kesimpulan: Tingkat kebugaran mahasiswa secara umum masih berada pada kategori cukup, sehingga mereka perlu untuk meningkatkannya dengan melakukan berbagai aktifitas fisik yang mereka senangi. Mahasiswa harus pandai membagi waktu untuk belajar, bermain, dan berolarhaga.
