Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically the Effect of Employee Performance and Work Motivation During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at Victory Plus School. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Victory Plus School. And the sample of this study was 80 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling method which is a random sampling of members of the population without regard to the existing strata in the population. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the results of the t test, employee performance variables and work motivation had a significant effect on work quality.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia kunci bagi kesuksesan organisasi, namun PT Gunung Mutiara Nedindo mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan pada 2021 karena kondisi kerja buruk dan beban kerja tinggi. Perbaikan membutuhkan fokus pada lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan beban kerja seimbang untuk kinerja optimal. Penelitian menggunakan regresi linear berganda pada 52 karyawan untuk menghubungkan lingkungan kerja (X1), beban kerja (X2), dan kinerja karyawan (Y) di PT Gunung Mutiara Nedindo. Hasilnya menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dari lingkungan dan beban kerja, namun hanya menjelaskan 33,9% dari total pengaruh terhadap kinerja, menandakan faktor lain sebesar 66,1%. Studi lanjutan diperlukan untuk memahami perubahan perilaku terhadap kinerja. Perusahaan perlu fokus pada lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan, dan alokasi tugas yang tepat untuk mencapai target perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh iklan media sosial, penetapan harga, dan variasi produk pada keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett di antara mahasiswa dari Program Studi Manajemen di Universitas Bhayangkara, angkatan 2021. Metode : Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif digunakan, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat utama untuk pengumpulan data, yang didistribusikan ke 132 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 26 untuk menilai efek individu dan gabungan dari variabel independen pada variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian : Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa iklan dan penetapan harga media sosial secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian ketika diuji secara individual, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Sebaliknya, variasi produk tidak menunjukkan dampak individu yang signifikan, dengan nilai signifikansi melebihi 0,05. Namun, hasil tes simultan (tes F) menunjukkan bahwa secara kolektif, iklan media sosial, harga, dan variasi produk secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The Tiktok application itself has developed over time along with the development of technology, so that the use of Tiktok is not just about sharing information, but has become an online shopping platform. The reason is, Tiktok also presents new innovations in its own application, namely on April 17 2021 it introduced a new feature in the form of Tiktokshop. Then in September 2023, Tiktokshop was closed due to several conflicts and allegations of poor financial performance. in markets that monitor economic activity manually. Additionally, on December 11, 2023, we partnered with Tiktok to enable product sales between Tokopedia via the Tiktok application. Tokopedia and Tiktok Shop collaborate with large shipping agents in Indonesia to make it easy to check the status of goods delivery. The research method used is a qualitative research method, where this research method does not use data in the form of numbers, but data that comes from words and also from existing images. The goal of studying the results of a merger between two or more companies is to increase profitability between companies. Combining capital and assets will increase asset growth so that company profits increase. By carrying out a merger, the financial scale of a company or economic entity also becomes larger, because the business concerned becomes more productive, stronger, efficient and effective. Companies can also increase their market share by introducing new innovations and minimizing existing risks. Based on the results and discussion of the marketing strategy for the Tokopedia and Tiktok applications, it can be concluded that Tokopedia and Tiktok are effective social media in implementing marketing strategies. Advertisements implemented in the Tokopedia and Tiktok applications include advertisements, sales content, live streaming features, and others. with the aim of offering products and services to potential buyers, arousing purchasing interest and creating shopping transactions to increase sales

Abstract

An analysis of the use of the TikTok platform in business marketing strategies shows that TikTok is a popular digital marketing platform among the public. The platform offers a wide array of interesting features and an extensive database. TikTok is also a potential place to gain profits in commerce thanks to its rising popularity. The use of TikTok can significantly change human behaviour by collecting and recording various moments to provide a comprehensive picture of an event. TikTok has evolved from an entertainment platform to a strategic tool in business planning, including through effective communication strategies to change human behaviour in a big way. Abstract

Making wise and well-informed company decisions at a time where data is the most valuable resource requires the application of business intelligence (BI). Big Data is handled by modern BI, which also benefits from more processing power, fast data access, opportunity detection, and risk mitigation. In order to correctly represent the facts, this research employs a qualitative technique and gathers data from several sources. The study's findings demonstrate the importance of business intelligence in corporate decision-making. In order to assist educated decision-making, plan development plans, and offer insight into internal and external performance, business intelligence (BI) gathers data from a variety of sources. Implementing BI necessitates a business and technological expertise, but it also makes difficult data analysis easier, boosts productivity, and helps identify possibilities and resolve issues. Business Intelligence (BI) is critical to success in the current day because it gives reliable information, increases operational efficiency, and assists management in making decisions that are responsive to changes in the market. The study's findings also demonstrate how BI gathers information from a variety of sources to offer perception into the market, consumer behavior, and internal business performance.

Abstract

In current conditions, many people are competing to set up businesses to meet their daily living needs. One of the various ways to improve people's welfare is through small and medium enterprises (SMEs). As many businesses develop and are accompanied by intense competition, many problems will arise and will affect the profits of SMEs. The problem that occurs at UKM Pie Bu Sri is the problem of calculating the optimum profit obtained every day from the production of its activities. The aim of this research is to help calculate the optimum profit for UKM Pie Bu Sri so that it can be done accurately and quickly. In order to achieve this goal, the Simplex Linear Programming Method and QM for Windows Software were used to find the optimum profit estimate obtained in each production activity carried out by UKM Pie Bu Sri within a period of one day. The results of the maximization calculations show that in order to achieve maximum profits, Mrs. Sri must make 60 Brownie Pies and produce 25 Fruit Pies with a profit of IDR 99,500 per day.

Abstract

This research explores the integration of business intelligence (BI) tools in the marketing strategy for Balado Shrimp Cracker products, aiming to enhance consumer insights and competitive advantage in the snack industry. Through qualitative research methods, the study investigates how BI facilitates the identification and analysis of consumer preferences, purchasing behaviors, and competitor dynamics. The findings emphasize the importance of leveraging BI for data-driven decision-making, personalized marketing initiatives, and proactive market intelligence. By harnessing BI, Balado can optimize its marketing strategies, drive growth, and foster brand loyalty amidst a competitive landscape.

Abstract

As a health service institution such as a hospital, its responsibility is to provide services that meet the health needs of the community. Quality service health own roles important in increase health and well-being whole public. The aim of this research is to examine the effectiveness of administrative services at Ananda Bekasi Hospital and its impact on the level of community satisfaction. Through a comprehensive approach, this research evaluates hospital administration processes, including the registration process, patient data management, and communication with patients. Data was collected through interviews and observations to measure public perceptions of administrative services. The method used is by analyzing data to understand the contributing factors to levels satisfaction community as well as recommendations for improvements that can be made by Ananda Bekasi Hospital. Research results indicated that effectiveness service administration at Bekasi City Hospital had an impact positive to levels satisfaction public.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. In the context of national economic growth, MSMEs play an important role in creating jobs, increasing people's income and reducing poverty rates. However, the challenges faced by MSMEs, especially in the marketing sector, require innovative approaches, especially through the adoption of digital marketing. Through a literature review, this research analyzes the role of digital marketing in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, the marketing strategies used, the advantages obtained, and the challenges faced. The results show that digital marketing allows MSMEs to expand market reach, increase sales and build brand image effectively. However, there is still a need to increase understanding and skills in implementing digital marketing strategies. Therefore, this research provides insight into the contribution of digital marketing strategies in developing MSMEs which can ultimately support economic growth and community welfare.
