Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi obyektif tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru madrasah tsanawiyah negeri di Kabupaten Mempawah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis causal study. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi pada 3 madrasah tsanawiyah negeri, denganjumlah guru 68 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadapÂ motivasi kerja guru madrasah tsanawiyah negeri di Kabupaten Mempawah dengan sig 0,001 (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru madrasah tsanawiyah negeri di Kabupaten Mempawah dengan sig 0,000 (3) Gaya Kepemimpinandan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru madrasah tsanawiyah negeri di Kabupaten MempawahÂ sebesar 0,311. Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi , motivasi kerja guru Abstract: This research intends to obtain objective information about the influence of leadership style and organizational culture to working motivationÂ of madrasah tsanawiyah negeri teachers in Mempawah Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of causal study.This research intends to obtain objective information about the influence of leadership style and organizational culture toworking motivationÂ of madrasah tsanawiyah negeri teachers in Mempawah Regency(study the influence). This study is a population the amount ofÂ population in this research consist for 3 madrasah tsanawiyah negeri, in the amount of the teachers are 68 persons. The research instrument is a questionnaire, analytical techniques used is Linear Regression. The result of analysis shows: (1) leadership styles significantly influence the working motivationof madrasah tsanawiyah negeri teachers in Mempawah Regency with sig 0,001, (2) organizational culture significantly influence the working motivation of madrasah tsanawiyah negeri teachers in Mempawah Regencywith sigÂ of 0,000, (3) leadership styles and organizational culturesignificantly influence the working motivation of madrasah tsanawiyah negeri teachers in Mempawah Regencywith 0,311. Keberhasilan guru dalam melaksanakan pendidikan dan pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Betapapun tinggi semangat dan motivasi yang dipunyai oleh guru, maka kinerja guru tidak dapat maksimal jika tidak dimbangi dengan penguasaan kompetensi profesional yang dipersyaratkan. Kompetensi profesional mencakup sub kompetensi sebagai berikut: (1). menguasai substansi keilmuan yang terkait dengan bidang studi, menguasai konsep-konsep keilmuan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan (2). menguasai langkah-langkah penelitian dan kajian kritis untuk menambah wawasan dan memperdalam pengetahuan/materi bidang studi.

This study aims to find out how to optimize the inculcation of the Value of Faith, Fear of God Almighty and Noble Characters of Pancasila Student Profiles through student coaching activities at MTs Al-Ma'arif 03 Singosari. The student habituation activities that are implemented there are the reading of different books and Surahs of the Qur'an and the development of morals and Islamic values every day. In this study using a qualitative research approach. The design used is a case study. While the instruments used as data collection are interviews and observations. The results of field research show that the results of instilling the value of having faith in God Almighty, and having a noble character are the profiles of Pancasila students through habituation activities, namely in the form of faith in God Almighty and having noble character.

Crohn's disease is an inflammatory condition of the intestines characterized by lesions that can affect the entire digestive tract from the mouth to the anus. Globally, the prevalence of inflammatory bowel disease has increased over the past 20 years, rising from 3.32 million cases in 1990 to 4.9 million cases in 2019. Previously, the management of Crohn’s disease followed the step-up therapy approach; however, this method led to higher recurrence rates. The current approach utilizes top-down therapy, as research data indicate that the remission rate is 57% with top-down therapy compared to 25% with step-up therapy. Syndrome of Inappropriate Antidiuretic Hormone (SIADH) can be caused by pulmonary tuberculosis. A 44-year-old male patient was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease based on a colonoscopy examination, which suggested chronic active colitis with mild activity and crypt distortion consistent with Crohn’s disease. An esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) revealed chronic gastritis, while a histopathological examination of the colon confirmed findings consistent with Crohn’s disease. The diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis was established using a rapid molecular test (TCM) with positive results. Hyponatremia with hypoosmolar euvolemia was diagnosed based on serum sodium levels of 128 mmol/L, serum osmolality of 269 mosmol/L, urine osmolality of 288 mosmol/L, and urine sodium of 73 mosmol/L. Treatment included 5-ASA and anti-tuberculosis medications. Crohn’s disease increases morbidity rates and is not limited to developing countries. It is caused by immune system dysregulation, which can predispose patients to secondary infections such as tuberculosis. The objective of this study was to examine the use of social media in building community existence True Blue Indonesia based on the theory of mass communication functions MacBridge. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research procedure using descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of people and offenders can be observed. The object of this study is a community of True Blue Indonesia with datasource comes from informants consisting of 2 Board of Directors (BoD) True Blue Indonesia, 1 Chief Operating Officer (COO) Blues Troops, 7 person board zones True Blue Indonesia, and 6 an active member of True Blue Indonesia as well as through the documentation. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and. While the technical validity of the data used atriangulation of data sources. The result, utilization of social media in establishing the existence of the community do True Blue Indonesia effective. Exploiting social media fulfill the function of information, socialization, motivation, debate, discussion, education, entertainment, and integration. The function of mass communication through social media in establishing the existence of a community of True Blue Indonesia effective because attention to the characteristics of social media, the characteristics of social media, and attention to those aspects that can assist in the use of social media becomes more effective as set targets and types of social media that will in use, the power of creative content, to establish effective communication in person, and look for the right party.

This research aims to determine the response of local red durian seedlings to the use of photosynthetic bacteria, as well as to determine the appropriate concentration dose of photosynthetic bacteria for local red durian seedlings. This research was carried out in Pancakarya Village, Ajung District, Jember Regency, East Java, at an altitude of 50 meters above sea level. This research was carried out from December 2022 to February 2023. This research used a Randomized Completed Block Design (RCBD), with 6 treatment doses of PSB fertilizer, consisting of K0 (control); K1 (5 ml); K2 (10 ml); K3 (15 ml); K4 (20 ml); K5 (25 ml), with 5 repetitions. The parameters observed in this research included plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf length and leaf width, number of branches, and number of roots. The results of the analysis of variance of all observed parameters, which include plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf width, number of branches, root length and leaf length, show that giving PSB to local durian seedlings did not have a significant effect on all observed variables. , except for the plant height variable.
