Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of SERVQUAL service strategies in Umrah worship for physically disabled pilgrims at PT. Harum Bina Wisata, Indramayu. To ensure that physically disabled pilgrims can perform Umrah worship smoothly and solemnly, PT. Harum Bina Wisata has developed a special strategy that focuses on meeting the needs of pilgrims with physical disabilities. The methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which is based on field analysis. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with (managers, staff of PT. Harum Bina Wisata, and physically disabled pilgrims), and documentation which was then analyzed thematically to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the five dimensions of SERVQUAL: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the study indicate that the main strength of the bureau lies in its experience and deep understanding of the needs of physically disabled pilgrims. The tangible dimension is reflected in disability-friendly facilities, such as wheelchairs, hotel accessibility, and safe and comfortable transportation. The reliability and assurance dimensions are seen in the consistency of service and the ability of staff to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims during the trip. Responsiveness is demonstrated through the bureau's ability to respond to sudden needs, while empathy is seen in a personal approach that fosters a sense of appreciation among pilgrims. Although the results show quite high satisfaction, a significant challenge faced is the limited number of workers with special skills in serving pilgrims with physical disabilities. Therefore, it is recommended to develop special training for staff, improve the quality and quantity of facilities, and collaborate with disability organizations to improve the quality of service. This study is expected to provide a significant contribution in creating a more inclusive and quality Umrah service for pilgrims with physical disabilities at PT. Harum Bina Wisata.

Abstract

This research discusses the discourse on shifting madhhabs (intiqalul madhhab) in the context of wukuf based on two seminal works in Islamic jurisprudence: al-Fiqh ‘ala al-Madhāhib al-Arba‘ah by Abdulrahman al-Juzairi and al-Fiqh al-Islāmī wa Adillatuhu by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. The diversity of legal interpretations among the four major Sunni madhhabs (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi‘i, and Hanbali) has made the issue of switching madhhabs a relevant topic, particularly in pilgrimage rituals like wukuf, where the validity of worship can depend on specific legal requirements. This research aims to analyze how both scholars frame the concept of intiqāl al-madhhab, and to evaluate its relevance to contemporary hajj practices. The study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, using descriptive-comparative analysis of both texts to explore methodological similarities and differences. The findings reveal that both works support the legitimacy of madhhab transition under certain shar‘i conditions. Al-Juzairi emphasizes the comparative diversity of fiqh rulings and presents detailed mazhab-based legal options for wukuf. Az-Zuhaili, on the other hand, strengthens this flexibility through in-depth textual analysis and the application of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. The study concludes that shifting madhhabs can serve as a practical and theologically grounded solution for pilgrims facing complex or difficult situations. This aligns with the Islamic legal maxims promoting ease and removing hardship, making intiqāl al-madhhab a valid contemporary approach in ritual practice.

Abstract

Elderly pilgrims who have high risk are a special concern for the government. This study aims to determine the implementation of employee integrity, the managerial system for determining istithaah, and factors that affect decision-making. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection through interviews. The subject of the study involves health center employees in 2024. The results of the study show that the implementation of employee integrity refers to the standards from the Ministry of Health and the decree of the Minister of Health (KMK), in the istithaah management system starting from socialization planning then the first stage of examination then the stage of entering data into Siskohatkes, the factor that affects the decision-making of the feasibility of istithaah is the suitability of medical data. In 2018 there were pilgrims who routinely died, and were sent to the holy land, causing concern for the hajj officers and the pilgrims concerned to be sent home first not according to the group. In 2024, employees of the Tambakaji Health Center will be declared to have sufficient integrity.

Abstract

Garbage is an environmental problem that is very complex and complicated to solve. The presence of waste banks is an alternative to reduce waste problems by converting waste into rupiah. The research was conducted with the aim of designing and developing an information system that can be applied to the Parent Waste Bank Cahaya Kencana Manis Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province in order to provide optimal information and can be accessed in real time by its customers. This type of research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method and the waterfall method as a development method applied to the waste bank information system to ensure that the resulting information system meets user needs by applying communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. The design results are converted into a system that runs according to business flow with the Bootstrap framework and MySQL database. As a result, the waste bank information system was successfully created and implemented at the Parent Waste Bank Cahaya Kencana Manis Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The information system also supports a responsive display when accessed using a mobile device. Blackbox testing results show that the information system can run as needed

Abstract

Sa-ijaan Mitra Lestari (SML) Regional Company of Kotabaru Regency is a regionally-owned enterprise (BUMD) whose shares are 100% owned by the Kotabaru Regency Government. Until now, SML employees have never received outreach or training on digital literacy, especially concerning digital security. Therefore, this community service activity aims to raise their awareness and understanding of risks and threats in the digital world and teach best practices for protecting the company's information and systems. This Digital Security Education activity was carried out in five stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and report writing. The implementation phase was conducted through a seminar held at the SML office. The seminar was delivered using multimedia presentation slides containing text, images, and videos. Additionally, a Q&A session was included to ensure participants gained comprehensive knowledge. Evaluation results showed an increase in employees' awareness of cyber risks and preventive measures that can be taken. Employees became more aware of the importance of safeguarding the integrity of company data and information, and better prepared to face cyber threats. The success of this training also contributed to building a stronger digital security culture within the company, where every team member feels responsible for the security of the company's data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiasaan sholat berjamaah terhadap karakter religius mahasiswa di MA Salafiyah Bandungharjo. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk memanfaatkan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 89 siswa, dan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari program pembiasaan sholat berjamaah terhadap karakter religius siswa dengan pengaruh sebesar 35,5%, sedangkan 65,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Muroja’ah is an activity of repeating memorization that is effective in enhancing students' memorization abilities, particularly in spiritual aspects such as memorizing Juz Amma and prayer recitations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of integrated muroja’ah activities during the morning assembly as a holistic approach that not only strengthens students' spiritual dimension but also their cognitive dimension through basic math exercises. The research was conducted at MI Miftahul Ulum Ujungwatu using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the integration of muroja’ah in the morning assembly enhances student engagement, strengthens memorization, and improves basic numeracy skills. This research provides insights for schools to utilize the morning assembly time as a moment for the comprehensive development of students' potential.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan untuk memahami pandangan calon jamaah haji mengenai mutu pembimbingan ibadah haji yang diselenggarakan oleh Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji Umrah (KBIHU) Nahdatul Ulama (NU) yang diukur melalui pedoman yang sudah ditetapkan. Ditambah jumlah pendaftar yang stabil membuat perlunya analisis tentang kecocokan pelaksanaan bimbingan ibadah haji dengan pedoman yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Pedoman ini disebut Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang termuat dalam Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Penyelenggaraan haji dan Umrah Nomor 59 Tahun 2019 tentang Pedoman Operasional Kelompok Bimbingan pada Bab VI tentang Pelaksanaan Bimbingan. Dengan adanya analisis ini mampu memberikan pertimbangan kepada calon jamaah haji dalam memilih tempat pelaksanaan bimbingan ibadah haji. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Narasumber yang dipilih melalui Teknik purposive sampling, dimana setiap informan memiliki kesempatan untuk dipilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KBIHU Nahdatul Ulama (NU) telah melaksanakan bimbingan ibadah haji sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan persepsi yang diutarakan oleh 20 informan, mereka menyatakan kesesuaian bimbingan ibadah haji yang dilaksanakan oleh KBIHU Nahdatul Ulama (NU) dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang ditentukan pemerintah.

Abstract

The murur scheme is a preventive measure in organizing the Hajj in 2024 where this scheme is a form of evaluation of the implementation of the Hajj in the previous year which is intended to maintain the safety and comfort of the elderly, high risk, disabled, and their companions, especially in avoiding the density of Muzdalifah. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the murur scheme using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This research uses a qualitative approach with. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and analyzed descriptively. The results show that the murur scheme is a policy of field challenges and has a positive impact on the level of congregation satisfaction, safety and efficiency of the Hajj pilgrimage, but still requires strengthening in the aspects of coordination, training of officers and provision of adequate facilities for more optimal implementation in the future. This research is expected to provide empirical and practical contributions to the development of Hajj service policies that are more adaptive, inclusive, and based on the needs of priority pilgrim groups in the future.

Abstract

The implementation of umrah manasik guidance is the most important aspect in preparing the congregation, especially for beginners and the elderly so that they are able to understand the procedures for worship before leaving for the holy land. This study aims to describe the experiences and perceptions of the congregation towards the umrah manasik service provided by the Saibah Mulia Mandiri Semarang Bureau. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews with ten informants who are umrah pilgrims and one bureau staff. In analyzing, the researcher refers to the five dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the study indicate that the service is good with several suggestions for improvement in the form of adding animated media and practicing the pillars of tawaf and sa'i worship for the congregation. Apart from that, this study can provide practical contributions in improving the quality of service at the Umrah Pilgrimage Travel Organizer (PPIU).
