This service is motivated by the activities of Campus Teaching 2 which is a form of implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. This program is based on the ineffectiveness of the implementation of learning carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the decline in students' interest in learning, the level of understanding of students when learning, and the literacy and numeracy abilities of students. Based on these problems affect the effectiveness of the learning process, one of which is in SMP Negeri 2 Tanggulangin. One of the methods used in the service is literacy and numeracy habituation activities. The final result of this activity is the habituation of literacy and numeracy for students at SMP Negeri 2 Tanggulangin and increasing the real role and contribution of higher education institutions and students in national development

Students are the assets of a nation because students are a group of people trained in various fields of knowledge and skills. State Junior High School 2 Tanggulangin s one of the target schools selected by the author and Ministry of Education and Culture as the place for the Kampus Mengajar 2nd Generation as the student change agent of the education program created by us, among them the implementation of literacy learning activities and student numeration aimed at improving the understanding of literacy and student numeration. Social control is a tool to control himself or society. In this case, the society underneath is the entire State Junior High School 2 Tanggulangin and students as the main object of Kampus Mengajar 2nd Generation activities

The development of student potential can be realized through the role of teachers in the use of learning methods during the teaching and learning process. Learning methods are expected to run well during the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the teacher must be able to determine the right method of learning. Teachers must have the ability to manage learning. This ability is one part of a teacher's pedagogical competence. If a teacher has qualified pedagogical competencies, then the use of learning methods selected during the teaching and learning process certainly provides positive results for students in learning. This research aims to find out the learning methods that are often applied by teachers based on pedagogical competencies owned and subjects that are mastered. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques using google form spread surveys. From the results of data processing, it can be known that the most dominant learning method used by teachers is the discussion method. The reason teachers choose the discussion method is to prioritize interaction between students. So that from the method of discussion learning, it is expected to stimulate the thinking power of students to dare to express their opinions.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the involvement of supporting staffs at the Universitas Islam Malang about the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Supporting staff is an essential factor in improving the implementation of the MBKM program. Their involvement is beneficial for lecturers and students participating in this program. The supporting staff realized that this program impacted the development of their institution. There were 328 who participated in filling in the questionnaire, and 37 staffs were voluntary to be interviewed. The data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and supported by structured interviews to explore their answers in the questionnaire. From the data collection results, the supporting staff wanted to be more involved in the MBKM program. Moreover, through this program, they believed that the performance indicators of the Universitas Islam Malang can be increased and will improve their welfare if this program is successful. Also, they hope that this program can be developed well if they are involved in a sustainable workshop or seminar related to the MBKM program).Keywords: involvement, supporting staff, MBKM

Pada masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini banyak sekolah yang mengharuskan peserta didiknya belajar dari rumah dengan cara daring. Seperti halnya anak-anak di Dusun Santrean, setiap harinya, peserta didik diberikan materi dan tugas baru oleh guru mereka guna menjaga proses berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar mengajar. Maka dari itu, diperlukan pendampingan belajar yang lebih intensif selain belajar di rumah secara mandiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu anak-anak yang kesulitan ketika tengah mengerjakan tugas. Kegiatan tambahan berupa mengajarkan berbahasa inggris dengan tema yang sudah disesuaikan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk memberi bekal bagi anak-anak yang akan membawa manfaat bagi mereka di masa yang akan datang. Kegiatan ini sangat didukung oleh orang tua siswa, karena ada yang mendampingi putra putrinya belajar selain dengan orang tua mereka.

The application of an independent campus is not only limited to learning carried out on campus, especially for lecturers as the main key, but also for education staff. Therefore, as educators, interpersonal skills are needed to work together and the ability to communicate, lead, motivate students, and even interact with their own superiors and other people outside their work area. This study aims to find out to what extent the readiness of education personnel at the Islamic University of Malang in implementing MBKM. The research method used is a survey. Respondents are all education staff in the Islamic University of Malang, both those in the Undergraduate Study Program, Faculties other than the Faculty of Health, Units, Institutions, and Bureaus with a total of 328 respondents. The instrument used for the survey is an instrument prepared by the Ministry of Education and Technology through the link: http://survey.spadadikti.id/61b8c03c205fb36c71698a3a. The results showed that most of the respondents stated that the MBKM program can improve student learning processes, increase students' hard-skills and soft-skills, be involved in the socialization process, can increase the capacity and ability of educators, and be involved in the MBKM program at the Islamic University of Malang.

Jabung village has a fairly high number of dairy farmers compared to other livelihoods, such as employees, farmers and laborers. This is a great potential for the village to become a special tourism village on dairy farmer edutourism. Currently, the village government is taking inventory of various potential villages that are developed to become tourist villages. The inventory is carried out in stages in line with the activities of the Regrestrasi Awal Sosial Ekonomi (regrosek) specifically for the economy in 2022. The purpose of this service activity is based on the village government's desire to empower a number of dairy farmers to become learning centers for other farmers outside Jabung Village. Preparation is carried out by fixing various supports for the maintenance of dairy cattle. Starting from feeding to milking. Stimulation in the form of animal feed chopping tools, electric cow milking, and the creation of a website following e-learning about dairy cattle

Abstract: The study is conducted to find out the understanding of the supporting staffs in Universitas Islam Malang on Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy. The MBKM policy is related to giving the students flexibility in learning to enable them acquire more expertise in different departments or universities. As a part of the university stakeholders, the supporting staffs need to have complete understanding on the policy to support the implementation of the policy in Universitas Islam Malang. The study is a case study that employed mixed method approach by using surveys and interviews as the instruments. Form the collected data, it can be concluded that the supporting staffs in Universitas Islam Malang have known the policy, but have not completely understood all of the substances yet. Some of the substances that have not been understood are related to the semesters allowed for the students to learn outside their own departments and the number of credits given to the students as a form of recognition on the competences they earned from joining the MBKM activities. Therefore, more continuous socializations about the policy are still need to be carried out by the university and/or the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia. AbstractMerdeka Belajar is a program that has been launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture since 2019. Teachers as part of the learning system are expected to always be ready for changes in the educational order, including being the independent learning mover (penggerak merdeka belajar). This study aimed to determine the readiness of Indonesian language teachers at the Vocational High School (SMK) level in implementing the Guru Merdeka Belajar program. The discussion review consisted of three domains of the learning process, namely: planning; implementation; and evaluation of learning. Research informants were Indonesian language teachers at the SMK level, both public and private, in the Batu City area, East Java, totaling 10 people who were selected by snowball purposive sampling. Data was collected via Google Form with open-ended questions and interviews via WhatsApp. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model with the stages of data reductions, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) teachers are ready to implement independent learning programs in the aspect of presenting material independently, involving students in apperception, becoming facilitators during learning, encouraging students to seek various learning resources, and being willing to receive feedback; 2) teachers are not ready in the aspect of designing objectives, methods, media, assessment tools, assessments, and follow-up feedback. AbstrakMerdeka belajar merupakan program yang dicanangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan sejak tahun 2019. Guru sebagai bagian dari sistem pembelajaran diharapkan selalu siap dengan perubahan tatanan pendidikan, termasuk menjadi penggerak merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru Bahasa Indonesia jenjang SMK dalam melaksanakan program Guru Merdeka Belajar. Tinjauan pembahasan terdiri dari tiga ranah proses pembelajaran yakni: perencanaan; pelaksanaan; dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Informan penelitian adalah guru Bahasa Indonesia jenjang SMK baik negeri maupun swasta di wilayah Kota Batu, Jawa Timur berjumlah 10 orang yang dipilih secara snowball purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui Google Form dengan pertanyaan terbuka dan wawancara melalui WhatsApp. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) guru siap melaksanakan program merdeka belajar dalam aspek penyajian materi secara mandiri, melibatkan siswa dalam apersepsi, menjadi fasilitator selama pembelajaran, mendorong siswa mencari berbagai sumber belajar, dan bersedia menerima umpan balik; 2) guru kurang siap dalam aspek perancangan tujuan, metode, media, alat penilaian, penilaian, dan tindak lanjut umpan balik.
