Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan tokoh adat dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan gubernur, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi pada pelaksanaan pemilihan gubernur sumatera barat di nagari Pauh Kambar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan informan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Informan tersebut terdiri dari Datuak, ketua PPK nan sabaris, tokoh adat, dan tokoh pemuda. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data kualitatif menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber, ketekunan pengamatan dan member check. Peneliti menemukan bahwa terdapat tiga peranan yang dilakukan oleh tokoh adat dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemilihan Gubernur tahun 2020, yaitu peran sosialisasi, peran pengawasan, dan peran pencegahan konflik pasca Pilkada. Kemudian faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi pada pelaksanaan pemilihan Gubernur Provinsi Sumatera Barat di Nagari Pauh Kambar yaitu tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat kepada penyelenggara, tingkat kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya satu suara dalam menentukan pemimpin di masa yang akan datang, tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap Pilkada, dan faktor sosialisasi.

Abstract

The Cureh Main Market is the main market in Bireun Regency which is the center of the sub-district markets that operate from morning to evening and even late at night, but this does not happen in the Cureh Main Market, as is the phenomenon that has occurred until now people prefer shopping at the Meunasah Capa Morning Market, namely markets around settlements near people's homes as well as modern markets or online ordering, if this problem is not handled quickly, the Cureh Main market cannot last long in Bireun district. This study uses a qualitative method, in which qualitative data analysis is carried out interactively and is carried out continuously until it is complete, so that the data is saturated. The research results obtained are: 1. Cureh Main Market Arrangement and Maintenance Policy Reviewing the Market Management Administration System using three elements of content of policy from Grindle's theory. 2. Obstacles that occur so that the Cureh Main Market is not yet functioning optimally are reviewed with internal and external constraints, namely a. Internal constraints are caused by factors related to strategic locations in selling as well as the importance of knowledge and skills, as well as market conditions that greatly affect customers with muddy market conditions and flooded roads making the location look dirty and garbage scattered following the puddles which makes customers reluctant to go to the market during the rainy season. b. External constraints are caused by factors that there is no solution to avoid conflicts, as well as the rapid competition that is currently emerging with many people shopping and ordering food and vegetables, which can now be ordered using an online application. The suggestion that the author hopes is that the government and all traders work together and can continuously maximize the strategy for structuring and maintaining the Bireuen Regency Main Market, both administratively and revitalizing the construction of facilities and infrastructure of the Bireuen Regency Main Market

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan angkutan umum penumpang yang ada di Kota Tidore Provinsi Maluku Utara masih dilayani oleh kendaraan umum (Mikrolet), yang dapat memuat penumpang berkapasitas 8 Orang dengan beberapa trayek (rute) serta memiliki jumlah armada sebanyak86 armada yang beroperasi, dimana jalur ini mempunyai panjang rute ± 682,81 km2. Angkutan umum memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian, untuk menuju keberlanjutan angkutan umum yang memerlukan penanganan serius. Sebagai sarana transportasi umum harus dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik terhadap para penggunanya, baik dari kenyamanan, ketepatan waktu dan biaya yang terjangkau bagi penumpang. Salah satu angkutan umum di Kota Tidore Kepulauan adalah yang melayani berbagai rute di Pulau Tidore, yakni rute terminal Sarimalaha-Rum dengan tarif yang telah ditetapkan sebesar Rp.20.000. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kualitatif. Metode kualitatif yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dilapangan melalui observasi/wawancara secara langsung demi mendapatkan suatu data sehingga data tersebut dapat di kelola dan diketahui hasilnya. Dari survey lapangan yang dilakukan untuk trayek Terminal Sarimalaha-Rum permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah jumlah tarif angkutan yang berbeda-beda.Kata kunci :, .

Abstract

Mangroves are tropical trees that thrive in conditions intolerable to most woody species: saline, coastal waters subjected to relentless tidal fluctuations. Due to their significant carbon sequestration capacity, mangroves serve as a crucial weapon in the battle against climate change, yet they face global threats. By protecting mangrove forests, we can contribute to safeguarding our planet's future.The mangrove forest in Buruk Bakul village exemplifies a well-preserved mangrove ecosystem in Indonesia. Situated along the coast, this forest acts as a natural barrier, protecting the village from coastal erosion and saltwater intrusion. In 2024, the MBKM  Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) at the University of Riau implemented a project to cultivate and plant 1,000 mangrove trees in Buruk Bakul Village. This initiative aims to restore the mangrove ecosystem, enhance community awareness about environmental conservation, and provide students with practical experience in environmental conservation efforts.Therefore, a collaborative approach involving government agencies, local communities, and various stakeholders is essential to sustainably preserve and manage the mangrove forest in Buruk Bakul village.

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by their workplace. Aspects of the workplace will improve along with employee performance. With regard to elements of the work environment, optimal work achievement will be facilitated by an appropriate work environment. This observation aims to find out how the work environment can be analyzed to improve the performance of BNNK Karawang employees. This article was written using a qualitative descriptive research methodology. Observation, interviews, documentation, data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the data collection methods used. The results of the research show: Physical and non-physical work environments have a conducive role in improving the performance of BNNK Karawang employees. There are obstacles faced by BNNK Karawang in the form of physical work environments and work equipment that are still not supportive because they have not been replaced and some tools are not modern. The efforts made by BNNK Karawang, that is, in terms of facilities, it can complete the equipment facilities and it is also expected to upgrade equipment facilities that are still simple to equipment that already has the latest technology, there is an increase in performance every year for BNNK Karawang employees.

Abstract

Program optimalisasi digital marketing di Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Semolowaru, Surabaya, bertujuan meningkatkan omzet bisnis kuliner melalui strategi digital. Terletak di Kelurahan Semolowaru, SWK ini memiliki potensi besar berkat keberagaman kuliner tradisional dan lokasi strategis, namun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan digital, infrastruktur komunikasi yang kurang memadai, persaingan tinggi, serta akses pelatihan yang terbatas. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup pelatihan digital marketing, peningkatan infrastruktur komunikasi, program dukungan bisnis, dan workshop kreator konten. Target utama adalah meningkatkan omzet bisnis kuliner lokal sebesar 20% dalam enam bulan. Tujuan spesifik lainnya meliputi peningkatan jumlah pengunjung, pelanggan melalui platform digital, dan produksi konten media sosial. Program ini diukur dari pertumbuhan pengunjung, pelanggan digital, dan konsistensi konten media sosial. Tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi persiapan, pengurusan izin, focus group discussion (FGD), pembuatan modul digital marketing, sosialisasi, pelatihan, workshop, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan omzet, jumlah wisatawan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh pelaku usaha. Dalam jangka panjang, program ini ditujukan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis kuliner, memperbaiki infrastruktur wisata, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan pariwisata lokal.

Abstract

This article discusses effective strategies in the teaching of muhadatsah, i.e. speaking skills in Arabic, which are very important in the process of learning languages. In the learning of Muhadatsha, a systematic and interactive approach is required to develop the student's speech skills optimally. This article explores various teaching methods that have proven effective, such as interactive communication techniques, conversation simulation, and the use of educational technology. By analyzing the results of the implementation of this strategy, this article provides recommendations for further development in the teaching of muhadatsah. The findings suggest that these techniques not only improve students' speaking skills but also strengthen their confidence in communicating in Arabic. Therefore, the application of appropriate and innovative methods is essential to significantly improve their learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to create interactive learning media that can help class XI high school students understand Coordination system material, which students at SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi found difficult to understand based on observation results. The development model used is the ADDIE model which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The data collected consists of qualitative and quantitative types. Qualitative data was obtained from validator questionnaires, while quantitative data was obtained from student and teacher perception questionnaires. After validation by media experts 2 times and material experts 3 times, the learning media developed received a very good final score. Trials were carried out on small groups (8 students) and large groups (20 students) at SMAN 8 Muaro Jambi, which resulted in very good scores. Biology subject teachers' perceptions also show a very good assessment of this learning media. Thus, Interactive Learning Media on the subject of Coordination Systems Using Adobe Flash CS8 for Class This media can also be an alternative for students in independent learning. This research can be a reference in developing relevant learning media products in the future.

Abstract

Nowadays, food and beverage preservation is very important in maintaining quality. One of them is the cooling method using a refrigeration system. The performance of the Refrigeration System in the trainer unit being compared is the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) and the Capillary tube with 2 kg of cucumber product. The refrigerant used is R-134a and 2 different types of expansion, namely the capillary tube and Txv. The research aims to determine the performance of the refrigeration system unit trainers from both types of expansion. The research method used is to conduct experiments on the system. Based on the test results, the system using the TXV type has an actual COP value of 3.65 and a Carnot COP of 7.14 for a system efficiency of 51.1%. In contrast to the expansion type Capillary pipe has a value of 4.1 for COPactual and COPcarnot 7.2 and 56.9% for system efficiency. The comparison of electrical energy between using a TXV and a capillary is 0.0950 kWh compared to 0.082 kWh. The results of the comparison above, shows that the system using capillary pipes is better by saving 5.8% compared to the system using TXV-type expansion.

Abstract

Financing distribution with murabahah contract in Islamic cooperatives is the main instrument in supporting the needs of members, but often faces problematic financing that disrupts financial stability and member trust. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative descriptive approach in the Swadaya Pribumi Cooperative to analyze the causes of problematic financing and solutions to overcome them from an Islamic economic perspective. The results of the study indicate that the main factors causing problematic financing are inadequate feasibility analysis, weak post-contract supervision, and low member discipline. The solutions offered include the application of the principles of ta'awun, syura, and justice, as well as strengthening risk management and Islamic financial literacy among members
