Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Singkil Utara. dimana jenis penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif serta tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perencanaan Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah Negeri dalam penerapan Manajamen Berbasis Sekolah (studi DI SMA Negeri 1 Singkil Utara) mendukung implementasi program manajemen berbasis sekolah dengan tersedianya kurikulum dan pembelajaran, peserta didik, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pembiayaan, sarana dan prasarana, hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat, budaya dan lingkungan sekolah.Dalam pelaksanaan penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Singkil Utara oleh kepala sekolah Kepala sekolah memberikan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebagai penunjang kegiatan sekolah dan memberikan kenyamanan terhadap warga sekolah, memberikan keteladanan dan pelatihan serta contoh dalam melaksanakan visi sekolah, mengadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan program adiwiyata sebagai iklim dan budaya sekolah unggul di SMA Negeri 1 Singkil Utara yang berpedoman pada visi, misi sekolah.Pengevaluasian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan MBS dengan penerapan melanjutkan program-program sekolah yang sudah baik serta akan memperbaiki dan memaksimalkan program kegiatan sekolah yang belum berjalan secara maksimal dengan menindaklanjutinya dalam perencanaan program sekolah tahun selanjutnya, atau rencana kerja sekolah (RKS) tahun berikutnya

Abstract

Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah mencakup berbagai aspek, termasuk perencanaan strategis, pengelolaan sumber daya, kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan penilaian kinerja. Kepala sekolah yang memiliki kemampuan manajerial yang kuat cenderung dapat mengelola sekolah dengan lebih efisien, merancang program pembelajaran yang efektif, dan mengelola konflik dengan baik. Hasil uji Pengaruh Kemampuan Menejerial Kepala Sekolah, Kemampuan Profesional Guru dan Komitmen Kerja Guru Secara Simultan Terhadap Kinerja Guru Diketahui F hitung = 5748,038 dan F tabel = 2,790, maka F hitung > F tabel sehingga secara simultan berpengaruh dan nilai sig < 0,05 maka dinyatakan signifikan. Sementara uji T parsial pertama diketahui nilai koefisien kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah yaitu 0,738 (positif) hal ini menandakan pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Kedua koefisien kemampuan Profesional Guru (X2) yaitu 0,261 (positif) hal ini menandakan pengaruh kemampuan Profesional Guru berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen kerja guru. ketiga, nilai koefisien kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah yaitu 0,753 (positif) hal ini menandakan pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Keempat, pengaruh kemampuan Profesional Guru berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Sementara signifikan (sig) variabel Kemampuan Profesional Guru (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) adalah sebesar 0,162 .Karena nilai sig 0,162 > probabilitas 0,05, maka hipotesis ditolak. Kelima, kemampuan Profesional Guru berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Sementara signifikan (sig) variabel Kemampuan Profesional Guru (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) adalah sebesar 0,162 .Karena nilai sig 0,162 > probabilitas 0,05, maka hipotesis ditolak

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of competency development of teacher professionalism in the regional technical implementation unit of the formal education school SMP Negeri 5 Gunung Meriah. The research used descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis using the stages of data presentation, reduction and and conclusions. The results showed that the pattern of developing teachers' professional competence through supervision. The implementation of developing the professional competence of UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 5 Gunung Meriah teachers includes implementation through scientific work training including the ability of teachers to develop ideas and creativity so that teachers have competency development in teaching. Evaluating developing professional competence through supervision as an assessment of teacherprofessional competence development activities on the ability to develop material, structure, concepts, and scientific mindsets that support the subjects taught.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how school principals plan, organize, implement and supervise technology-based school development. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak. This research method is qualitative research, the subjects of this research consist of the Principal of SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak, Deputy Principal, Teachers and Students. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results of this research are:1) The principal's planning for technology-based school development is good, where the principal prepares his work plan for using technology at SMPN 1 Hamparan Perak, and emphasizes teachers to use technology both in school promotions and learning activities at school. 2) The principal organizes technology-based school development well where teachers understand the job description according to the specified tasks and master plan. Then the teacher holds firm in carrying out the school's vision and mission. 3) Implementation in creating a technology-based school at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak is good where technology supporting facilities already exist, teachers are emphasized to be sensitive to current developments, there is a website, social media at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak but there are still other obstacles such as inadequate learning facilities. incomplete to support the implementation of technology-based learning. 4) The Principal Supervises Technology-Based School Development through monitoring the role of the deputy principal to evaluate all ongoing activities, the principal carries out personal and group evaluations through teacher meetings. Even though it is running well, many obstacles arise due to the principal's lack of communication.

Abstract

This study aims to develop ICT (Information and Communication Technology)-based learning media for the Tahsin Al-Qur'an subject at Madrasah Aliyah Annur Prima Medan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the Hannafin and Peck development model which includes three stages, namely design, needs analysis, development and implementation. The results of the study indicate that the developed learning media are feasible in terms of content, appearance, and ease of use. The results of the study indicate that this media is relevant to learning needs and makes it easier for students to understand the tahsin al-Qur'an material. These findings indicate that ICT-based learning media can be an innovative solution in improving the quality of Tahsin learning in Madrasas

Abstract

The study aims to determine the Performance Analysis of Darul Qolam Islamic Boarding School. The method used is a case study research type with interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research was carried out at Darul Qolam Islamic Boarding School with the subject of the researcher and the object of the research being the principal, vice principal, administration, and teachers. The results of the study on the performance of the Islamic boarding school include the following activities: Managing and Developing Vision, Mission and Objectives, Analyzing the weaknesses and strengths of external factors, Caregivers who act as Parents and determining strategies. Likewise, the performance of the Darul Qolam Islamic Boarding School to create quality graduates, namely, the maximum involvement of teachers, with the leadership of the head of the madrasah who must have and understand a clear work vision, be able and willing to work hard, have a high work motivation, be diligent and steadfast in working, provide optimal service, and strong work discipline. In addition, it must also improve the competence and profession of teachers. Improving the quality of graduates who have intelligence is the hope of the madrasah, parents, the wider community, and the government. Realizing it by Managing the Quality of Tahfidz al-Quran, Minimum Limits for Student Promotion and Graduation Standards, improving quality culture, Improving the Quality of Teacher Competence.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the instructional and participative leadership styles of the Madrasah head in mobilizing the resources within an educational institution, viewed from academic standards and competency standards, which will be utilized to the fullest to achieve the following objectives: 1. To identify the instructional leadership style of the Madrasah head in improving teacher quality as seen from the academic standards of teachers at Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Mukminin Deli Serdang. 2.To identify the participative leadership style of the Madrasah head in improving teacher quality as seen from the academic standards at Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Mukminin - Deli Serdang.3.To identify the instructional leadership style of the Madrasah head in improving teacher quality as seen from the teacher competency standards at Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Mukminin - Deli Serdang. 4.To identify the participative leadership style of the Madrasah head in improving teacher quality as seen from the competency standards at Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Mukminin Deli Serdang. This research employs a qualitative research method and a case study approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources for this research include the Madrasah head, foundation, deputy head of the Madrasah, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that the leadership style of the Madrasah head to improve teacher quality at Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Mukminin, as viewed from academic and competency standards, includes: 1. Conducting supervision activities, MGMP (Teacher Working Group), Classroom Action Research (CAR), training, and workshops as platforms for teachers to deepen their competencies and address teaching needs, as well as facilitating discussions between the Madrasah head and teachers. 2. Being involved in preparing ideas and innovations and deliberating with school officials. 3. Implementing a deliberative system, consistently prioritizing group interests, and attentively listening to and considering group opinions. 4. Facilitating infrastructure and resources, organizing MGMP activities, workshops, and motivating teachers, as well as providing training assistance/guidance to teachers according to their needs, where the instructional and participative leadership styles are used by the Madrasah head to carry out leadership functions.

Abstract

The implementation of multiple intelligences theory in educational settings remains inconsistent despite growing recognition of diverse learning needs among children. This systematic literature review aims to analyze learning management strategies based on multiple intelligences for optimizing children's potential during 2015-2024. Following PRISMA guidelines, we systematically searched five databases (Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, ProQuest, Google Scholar) using predetermined keywords, yielding 45 eligible studies after rigorous screening. Results reveal three primary strategy clusters: differentiated instruction approaches, assessment diversification methods, and collaborative learning frameworks that accommodate linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic intelligences. Findings indicate significant positive impacts on student engagement, academic achievement, and holistic development when educators implement integrated multiple intelligences-based management strategies. This review provides practical implications for educational leaders and practitioners in designing inclusive learning management systems that recognize and nurture each child's unique intelligence profile, ultimately contributing to more equitable and effective educational practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan model embelajaran Inkuiri Terstruktur pada materi Tumbuhan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru biologi dan peserta didik kelas VIIBMTsN 02 Kepahiang tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Variabel penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran inkuiri terstruktur dan hasil belajar kognitif dan psikomotor. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan data hasil observasi dan tes. Hasil belajar ranah kognitif siklus I memiliki persentase 72.2% (belum tuntas) kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83.3% (tuntas). Hasil belajar psikomotor peserta didik siklus I memiliki persentase 67% (belum tuntas) kemudian  meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83,3% (tuntas). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terstruktur dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif dan psikomotorik peserta didik kelas VIIB MTsN 02 Kepahiang. Kata kunci : hasil belajar kognitif, hasil belajr psikomotorik, model pembelajaran inkuiri terstruktur

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah di SD Negeri 025266 Binjai Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian yakni kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SD Negeri 025266 Binjai Timur. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa: Implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah untuk meningkatkan minat baca di SD Negeri 025266 Binjai Timur sudah dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan atau pembiasaan yang ada di sekolah. Nilai-nilai karakter yang sudah diterapkan di SD Negeri 025266, di antaranya jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab dan gemar membaca. Sehingga siswa sesuai karakter budaya sekolah untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa.
