Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah dari suatu merek Teh Botol Sosro dengan menggunakan elemen Brand Association. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan uji Cochran’s Q dengan pengolah data SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Brand Association merek Teh Botoh Sosro  memiliki asosiasi yang postif dimata konsumen. Hasil statistik yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 tahap pengujian menunjukan H0 diterima dengan nilai statistik sebesar 2,667. Elemen Brand Association yang digunakan adalah Teh Botol Sosro terkenal karena rasanya yang enak dan segar, serta kemasannya yang praktis dan mudah dibawa ke mana-mana (Terkenal),  Teh Botol Sosro diproduksi dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan berkualitas dan proses produksi yang aman, sehingga memenuhi standar kesehatan dan keamanan pangan yang diperlukan, sehingga aman untuk dikonsumsi (aman dikonsumsi), ketersediaan Teh Botol Sosro yang luas di pasaran membuat konsumen lebih mudah untuk mendapatkannya (mudah ditemukan) Teh Botol Sosro adalah merek yang terpercaya dan dapat diandalkan sebagai minuman teh botol berkualitas di Indonesia (Terpercaya).  Kata-kata Kunci: Brand Equity, Brand Association   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the added value of a brand Teh Botol Sosro by using the Brand Association element. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a total sample of 60 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data analysis used by researchers used the Cochran's Q test with SPSS data processor version 25. The results showed that the Brand Association for the Teh Botoh Sosro brand had positive associations in the eyes of consumers. The statistical results that were carried out in 3 stages of the test showed that H0 was accepted with a statistical value of 2.667. The Brand Association element used is Teh Botol Sosro, known for its delicious and fresh taste, as well as its practical and easy-to-carry packaging (Famous). Teh Botol Sosro is produced using quality ingredients and a safe production process, so that it meets health and food safety standards required, so that it is safe for consumption (safe to consume), the wide availability of Sosro Bottle Tea on the market makes it easier for consumers to obtain it (easy to find) Sosro Bottle Tea is a trusted and reliable brand as a quality bottled tea drink in Indonesia (Trusted). Keywords: Brand Equity, Brand Association

Abstract

The XYZ office is a government agency covering various fields, ranging from government, economy, development, people's welfare, community life development and public service affairs. However, work activities in agencies were disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic which caused the government to impose a Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy to suppress the spread of this virus, resulting in agency workers having to work from home. Therefore we need an appropriate means to be able to support these activities. One of them is making a technology design by implementing a VPN on a proxy router with the PPTP (Point to Point Tunnelling Protocol) method so that it can make it easier for employees to communicate without thinking about location. In addition, users can still remotely access the local network even though they are outside the office network. more secure. Based on the results of testing the network security at the XYZ Office before using the VPN Server, it proved that the wiretapping attackers could still obtain data in the form of website login information, proxy logins, or view data contents when exchanging data. Meanwhile, when the user connects to the VPN Server, the eavesdropper cannot see the contents of the data in it, then with the implementation of a VPN with the PPTP method, employees who are working from home can connect and communicate well with each other, with that work and information exchange will become more flexible and faster

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan saat ini banyak mulai memperhatikan kestabilan pegawainya dikarenakan ketidakstabilan pegawai menambah beban bagi perusahaan dengan menjadikan perusahaan sering kali mengadakan penarikan pegawai, pemilihan pegawai, melatih pegawai dan memberikan pesangon kepada pegawai yang berhenti sehingga membuat Perusahaan menjadi tidak efisien dan menambah biaya yang besar. Salahsatu langkah perusahaan menjaga kestabilitan dengan direalisasikannya promosi kepada pegawai dengan dasar dan pada waktu yang tepat dan obyektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan promosi jabatan bagi karyawan pada PT Mom n Jo Spa. Metode kualitatif dan melakukan wawancara terhadap informan merupakan metode dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan. PT Mom n Jo Spa termasuk salahsatu perusahaan yang mengapresiasi stafnya dengan memberikan promosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaannya promosi yang dilakukan merujuk pada laporan data kinerja karyawan, prestasi dan evaluasi hasil kerja selama masa penilaian. Adapun kriteria penilaian dilihat dari disiplin, semangat kerja, kerajinan, kegigihan serta kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah. Diketahui pula bahwa karyawan merasa lebih semangat bekerja dan mau mengembangkan kemampuan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan karena adanya promosi jabatan. Kata-kata Kunci: Promosi Jabatan PROCEDURE FOR IMPLEMENTING EMPLOYEE POSITION PROMOTIONS AT PT MOM n JO SPA, MOI BRANCH JAKARTA UTARA ABSTRACT Companies are now starting to pay attention to the stability of their employees because employee instability increases the burden on the company by making the company often conduct employee withdrawals, employee elections, train employees and provide severance pay to employees who quit, making the company inefficient and adding large costs. One of the company's steps to maintain stability is the realization of promotions to employees on the basis and at the right time and objectively. This study aims to determine how the procedure for implementing promotion along with the impact and policy of its application for employees at PT Mom n Jo Spa. Qualitative methods and conducting interviews with informants are the methods and techniques of data collection used. PT Mom n Jo Spa is one of the companies that appreciates its staff by giving promotions. The results showed that in its implementation, the promotions carried out referred to reports on employee performance data, achievements and evaluation of work results. It is also known that employees feel more enthusiastic about working and want to develop their ability to carry out work because of promotion. Keywords: Position Promotion

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SDN Pademangan Timur 06. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan semua anggota populasi pegawai SDN Pademangan Timur 06 sebagai sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Variabel pada penelitian ini berupa Komunikasi Internal (X) sebagai variabel independen dan variabel dependent yakni Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif sebesar 79,1% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komunikasi internal yang efektif mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui peningkatan pemahaman terhadap tujuan organisasi, arah strategis, dan peran individu dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran komunikasi internal dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

Background: The pregnancy period is a period of adaptation felt by pregnant women because they experience physical and psychological changes. All needs during pregnancy must be met, one of which is sleep. Sleep is one of the basic human needs that is needed and must be fulfilled by every human being, especially pregnant women, to maintain health before giving birth. In the third trimester of pregnancy, pregnant women will experience difficulty sleeping, resulting in reduced sleep quality. Research Objective: To determine the effectiveness of giving lavender aromatherapy on sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women. Research Method: This research uses a quasi experimental design method. The approach taken in this research used a two group pre test and post test design technique, namely research carried out to assess two groups as a whole. Results: the results of statistical tests using the Paired Samples Test, the P value produced by the inhalation intervention group was 0.000 < 0.05, and the results of statistical tests using the Paired Samples Test, the P value produced by the massage intervention group was 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is an influence of giving lavender aromatherapy using the inhalation method on sleep quality and there is an influence of giving lavender aromatherapy using the massage method on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester in the UPTD Working Area of ??the Cibolang Kidul Community Health Center. Suggestion: It is recommended for people or pregnant women who have difficulty sleeping, to implement lavender aromatherapy to overcome difficulty sleeping.

Abstract

Thalassemia is a hereditary disease that has experienced blood disorders since toddlers. The main cause is that red blood cells (hemoglobin) are destroyed so quickly that the age of blood cells becomes shorter and the body will experience a lack of blood, mainly located in West Java. The results of pre-research found through partners revealed that increased self-confidence is the main need for children and adolescents with thalassemia. The inferiority complex and health of children and adolescents with thalassemia pressure them to engage in activities and socialize with the environment. One of the confidence needed is the ability to speak publicly. The ability to express opinions and the ability to speak confidently in public is a need for adolescents with thalassemia at POPTI Sukabumi City, West Java. Based on the presentation in the background, this training aims to increase Confidence in Public speaking for Adolescents with Thalassemia (Thaller) at POPTI (Indonesian Association of Parents with Thalassemia) Sukabumi City, West Java. The implementation method is carried out using the lecture and discussion method. The results of this activity ran smoothly and provided an improvement in the participants' abilities regarding tips that can be determined in the implementation of public speaking. Further activities can be carried out by producing scientific research related to this topic and holding advanced training on public speaking.

Abstract

ISPA is a continuous cause of morbidity and death in preschool children in various countries. This research is to find out whether there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and how to prevent ARI in preschool children at the children's polyclinic at Palabuhanratu Hospital in 2023. This research was conducted to find out whether there is a relationship between maternal knowledge with attitudes towards preventing ARI in preschool children. The design in this research uses a total sampling technique, data processing and analysis using the SPSS program using the ChiSquare test with 95% confidence (0.05) with univariate and bivariate analysis. Based on the results of statistical tests using the ChiSquare test, the resulting p value was 0.000 < 0.005, which can be concluded that this research shows that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards preventing ISPA in preschool children at the Palabuhanratu Hospital children's clinic. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes towards preventing ARI in preschool children and it is hoped that this will become reference material for the children's clinic at Palabuhanratu Regional Hospital to create a health education program about ARI in preschool children so that parents know how to prevent ARI.

Abstract

Bisnis makanan dan minuman di Indonesia saat ini sedang mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat di Indonesia. Konsep-konsep seperti Japanese food, Korean food, Indian food, Arabian Food menjadi bagian integral dari tren bisnis makanan dan minuman ini. Japanese food sendiri memiliki penggemar yang cukup banyak di Indonesia, masakan seperti sushi, sashimi, ramen, dan tempura telah mendapatkan popularitas yang besar di kalangan konsumen Indonesia. Rasa yang unik, bahan-bahan segar, dan presentasi yang menarik membuat masakan Jepang diminati oleh banyak orang. Dengan munculnya berbagai restoran yang menyajikan hidangan jepang di kota-kota besar, fenomena ini mencerminkan minat yang kuat dari konsumen terhadap jenis makanan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Awareness dan Brand Image terhadap minat beli konsumen terhadap restoran Sushi Tei di DKI Jakarta. Metode survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel konsumen yang telah memiliki pengalaman dalam mengunjungi Sushi Tei. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Sedangkan data diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Brand Awarness, Brand Image terhadap Minat beli Konsumen pada Restoran Sushi Tei Daerah DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMemiliki keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan adalah aspek krusial dalam meraih keberhasilan dalam dunia bisnis. Tanpa keunggulan tersebut, sebuah perusahaan akan menghadapi kesulitan dalam membedakan dirinya dari pesaingnya dan berpotensi mengalami kemunduran. Faktor-faktor seperti kepemimpinan strategis dan keberhasilan dalam berinovasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan mencapai keunggulan tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak dari kepemimpinan strategis dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan, dengan mengembangkan sebuah model konseptual yang nantinya akan diuji secara empiris dalam penelitian lanjutan. Melalui telaah literatur dan analisis terhadap penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal-jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang terindeks dalam Google Scholar dan Scopus, penulis menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dalam merumuskan hipotesis-hipotesis yang relevan. Dari model hubungan yang diusulkan, terlihat bahwa baik kepemimpinan strategis maupun inovasi memiliki kontribusi yang penting dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci : Strategic Leadership, Innovation ,  Competitive Advantage.   ABSTRACTHaving a sustainable competitive advantage is a crucial aspect in achieving success in the business world. Without these advantages, a company will face difficulty in differentiating itself from its competitors and potentially experience setbacks. Factors such as strategic leadership and success in innovation have a significant influence on the success of achieving this excellence. This research aims to explore the impact of strategic leadership and innovation on a company's competitive advantage, by developing a conceptual model which will later be tested empirically in further research. Through literature review and analysis of previous research that has been published in national and international journals indexed in Google Scholar and Scopus, the author uses qualitative methodology in formulating relevant hypotheses. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mendorong pengembangan sistem informasi yang lebih kompleks, termasuk dalam sektor kesehatan. Sistem informasi puskesmas yang berfungsi untuk mengelola data pasien, informasi pegawai, dan layanan kesehatan memerlukan kualitas perangkat lunak yang tinggi agar mudah dipelihara dan dikembangkan. Salah satu tantangan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah menjaga maintainability kode, terutama dala menghadapi kompleksitas yang semakin meningkat dan munculnya code smell. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan maintainability sistem informasi puskesmas melalui penerapan teknik refactoring serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap metrik kualitas kode seperti kompleksitas siklomatik, ukuran kelas, dan penggunaan metode. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, termasuk identifikasi masalah, analisis kode sumber, penentuan ruang lingkup refactoring, pengukuran kualitas kode sebelum dan sesudah refactoring, implementasi refactoring, validasi hasil, serta evaluasi keseluruhan proses. Pengukuran kualitas kode menggunakan alat PHP Metrics untuk membandingkan data awal dengan hasil setelah refactoring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengujian kualitas perangkat lunak memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan melalui perbaikan pada Object Oriented Metrics. Kompleksitas siklomatik rata-rata mengalami penurunan sebesar 41,25%, sedangkan Weighted Metods per Class (WMC) rata-rata berkurang sebesar 2,41%, dan efisiensi penggunaan metode meningkat. Analisis terhadap struktur kode mengidentifikasi kerentanan dan memberikan indikasi adanya code smell melalui pengujian menggunakan Object Oriented Metrics. Selanjutnya, dilakukan refactoring untuk memperbaiki struktur internal perangkat lunak dengan tujuan meningkatkan maintainability kode, mengurangi kompleksitas, meningkatkan keterbacaan, dan meminimalkan risiko kesalahan. Dampak dari refactoring ini secara langsung mendukung kelancaran operasional puskesmas dalam jangka panjang, memperkuat kehandalan sistem untuk mendukung kebutuhan pengelolaan data kesehatan yang lebih baik.
