Consumer satisfaction is an important aspect for a company to be able to maintain its image to the wider community for the sake of its business sustainability. This needs to start by providing the best quality from physical and non-physical aspects which will then create a separate experience in the minds of consumers in experiencing the product. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan in the people of Medan City. This type of research is quantitative. The sample measurement used the Lemeshow formula and a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. The data processing process was carried out by taking data from a google form questionnaire and then analyzed using SEM techniques in the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results obtained from this study show that: Brand image variables have no effect and are not significant to consumer satisfaction. The product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. And the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. For better business development, companies must be active in providing their best strategies and pay attention to consumer desires to create consumer satisfaction for their products.

There are quite a few new entrepreneurs who are entering retirement, whose entrepreneurial decisions are motivated by many reasons, ranging from unpreparedness of pension funds, activities in old age, to the existence of business opportunities. However, funding problems are a common initial problem. Therefore, there are many ways to start a business. One of them is bank financing. This study aims to test the influence of bank financial literacy and marketing policies on pension financing decisions in Islamic banks. Data were collected through objective sampling from 30 civil servants who were interviewed. The research method used is quantitative (Informal). In testing the hypothesis, SPSS is used as a data analysis tool. The results showed that economic literacy influenced the behavior of 54.6% of civil servants, while the rest were influenced by other variables. This research contributes to the literature on financial literacy and its impact on financial decision-making within the context of Sharia banking. The results underscore the importance of enhancing financial literacy programs targeted at civil servants to improve their financial choices and promote the growth of Sharia banking products. Recommendations for policymakers and financial institutions are provided to facilitate better financial education and support for civil servants in their pension planning.

Studi ini berfokus pada analisis penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi dalam transaksi pembelian dan penjualan pupuk bersubsidi di perusahaan PT Matahari Agri Bersama. Topik penelitiannya adalah PT Matahari Agri Bersama. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif, dan analisisnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil survei, meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan, namun sistem informasi akuntansi pembelian dan penjualan pupuk tambahan yang diterapkan di PT Matahari Agri Bersama secara umum sudah diterapkan dengan sangat baik dan sangat lengkap, memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan telah memenuhi berbagai aspek yang relevan, sementara sistem informasi akuntansi untuk pembelian dan penjualan juga telah diimplementasikan dengan efisien.

This research aims to analyze howresolving problematic financing by restructuring murabahah financing during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Bank Sumut (Sharia Business Unit).This research uses a qualitative type of research with a case study approach using data collection techniques through observation and interviews with related parties from Bank Sumut. The results of the research show that the practice of restructuring murabahah financing at Bank Sumut is carried out as an effort to rescue problematic financing. When viewed from POJK, especially POJK 48, the implementation of restructuring shows several important points that banks must pay attention to. Bank Sumut has guidelines for determining debtors affected by COVID-19. Micro businesses have an important role in employment absorption and gross domestic product (GDP). The problem often faced by micro businesses is the difficulty of obtaining loans from banks. Sharia Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) are an alternative source of financing. Baitul Mal wat Tanwil (BMT) Al-Akbar is a sharia microfinance institution that provides micro business financing through murabahah financing. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the realization of murabahah financing through customer characteristics. The sampling method was carried out using convenience sampling and the number of samples used was 40 people. The collected data was processed using multiple regression. The research results show that the significant factors are length of education, length of business, net business income for one month and collateral. Most coastal communities engage in fishing and simultaneously operate as MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) that drive the coastal economy. Unequal access to financial services from banks and other financial institutions has created obstacles for MSMEs in accessing financial services. Financial technology (fintech) has become a viable economic solution supporting MSME development by providing quick, affordable, and accessible services.In Aceh Province, where Sharia law is implemented in economic activities, one of the government policies through Bank Indonesia in 2023—"maintaining economic stability with inclusive and green economic-financial policies through digitalization and expanding domestic and export market access for MSMEs and Islamic economic-financial systems"—is particularly relevant to the challenges faced by coastal MSMEs in eastern Aceh. The urgency of this research lies in the need to study the strengthening of Sharia fintech-based financial services to assist MSMEs in the fisheries sector in developing their businesses amidst limited banking services in coastal areas of eastern Aceh. This research aims to develop a Sharia fintech penetration model that can accelerate MSME growth in the coastal areas of eastern Aceh. This study employs two approaches: the interactive model and SWOT analysis. Research informants will include representatives from Bank Aceh, Bank Syariah Indonesia, the Department of Communication and Information in eastern Aceh, and Sharia fintech providers in Aceh.

This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction regarding service quality at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Simpang Limun using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) approach. The method employed is quantitative research with a descriptive approach, involving 95 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results show a significant effect between customer satisfaction and the quality of service provided. The simultaneous test (F-test) yielded a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, indicating that changes in customer satisfaction simultaneously affect service quality. The partial test (T-test) also supports this finding, where the calculated T value for the customer satisfaction variable is 11.201, much greater than the specified T table value of 1.985 with a significance level of 0.000. This study also results in a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 89.54%, which falls into the very satisfied category (81% - 100%). Thus, it can be concluded that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Simpang Limun has successfully met customer expectations in terms of service quality, indicating that customer satisfaction is an important element that needs to be maintained and improved through continuous enhancement.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of wadiah savings funds on wadiah bonuses at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. Wadiah bonuses are an important issue in Islamic banking as they represent a form of reward given to customers for their deposits, which can influence customers' decisions in choosing Islamic banking products. In this context, a better understanding of the factors affecting wadiah bonuses is crucial to enhancing the appeal of Islamic banking products and retaining customers. The variable "wadiah savings funds" is defined as the total deposits collected from customers in the form of wadiah savings, while "wadiah bonuses" are measured as the rewards given to customers based on their wadiah savings balances. The data for this study were obtained from the official website of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing performed using t-statistics to examine the coefficients simultaneously at a 5% significance level. The analysis results show that the t-test for the variables of wadiah savings and wadiah demand deposits has a positive and significant effect on wadiah bonuses. Simultaneously, wadiah savings funds also have a positive and significant effect on wadiah bonuses. The adjusted R-squared value of the model is 0.424690, indicating that the independent variables explain 42.47% of the variation in wadiah bonuses, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Thus, this study provides valuable insights for the development of Islamic banking products and more effective marketing strategies.

The Mazhab Sahahabi is an alternative source of law after the Quran and Sunnah. The Sahabi madhhab is an opinion, theory, doctrine and belief in the form of a collective opinion of the Companions. This study aims to understand the dynamics of the fatwa of the companions regarding ba'i al-taqsith sharia housing. This research is qualitative with a library research approach, namely the data used in this research are sourced from various book literature related to the object of research, comparative techniques to conduct in-depth descriptive analysis in evaluating and comparing the various views of the Companions in dealing with Islamic legal issues. The results of the study state that the four shahabi mazhab allow bai' taqish in sharia housing finance in sharia banking as long as the transaction does not harm one of the parties and does not contain elements prohibited in Islam, such as usury or gharar.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the development of Islamic Economics. These challenges include integration with the global market, development of competitive products and services, preparation of supportive regulations, and increasing public education and awareness. An integrated and collaborative strategy is needed to answer these challenges, involving the active role of the government, Islamic financial institutions, academics, and the community. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with data sources in the form of journals and books related to Islamic economics. The results of the study show that Islamic Economics faces increasingly diverse challenges along with the development of the global economy in the era of globalization.
