Abstract

In Sukoharjo Regency, more than 140 tons/day of waste goes to the TPA. One of the efforts to solve the waste problem is by establishing a waste bank, one of which is the "Gemi Nastiti" waste bank located in RT 01 RW XI Gobayan, Makamhaji, Kartosuro. As a waste bank that was just formed on September 26, 2021, the problems faced by the waste bank "Gemi Nastiti" in achieving its goals include management problems, inadequate infrastructure, and the skills of the management and members in utilizing waste into goods of economic value. In order to help solve these problems, this service activity is carried out to empower the "Gemi Nastiti" waste bank through waste bank management training, introduction of infrastructure facilities, and training on the use of waste into goods of economic value. The service activities that have been carried out have made the management and members of the Gemi Nastiti waste bank have knowledge and skills related to waste bank management and making handicrafts from plastic waste. In addition, the Gemi Nastiti waste bank has infrastructure to improve the performance of the waste bank in the form of digital scales, closed plastic buckets for each member and handicraft making equipment from plastic waste. In the end, this activity is able to empower the Gemi Nastiti waste bank so that it can improve the welfare and quality of the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian kopi bubuk instan di Kota Semarang, 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian kopi bubuk instan di Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode non probality sampling dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data, kuesioner Google Form, dan pencatatan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat delapan faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam pembelian kopi bubuk instan di Kota Semarang. 1) faktor distribusi dan aksebilitas yang terdiri dari variabel ketersediaan produk di pasaran, praktis dan kemudahan memperoleh:- 2) faktor promosi dan lingkungan fisik yang terdiri dari variabel nama produk, promo,iklan dan bentuk desain kemasan:- 3) faktor identitas yang terdiri dari kelengkapan keterangan produk dan varian produk:- 4) faktor image produk yang terdiri dari variabel nama produk dan kesesuaian harga:- 5) faktor letak lokasi dan harga yang terdiri dari variabel keterjangkauan harga dan letak lokasi:- 6) faktor berat produk yang terdiri dari variabel berat produk:- 7) faktor produk dasar yang terdiri dari variabel rasa produk dan ketersediaan di pasaran:- 8) faktor pelayanan toko yang terdiri dari variabel pelayanan toko.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis ice cream shop yang meningkat menuntut pelaku bisnis ice cream shop untuk dapat bertahan dan meningkatkan pasar. Salah satu pelaku bisnis ice cream shop adalah Il Tempo Gelato di Yogyakarta. Loyalitas konsumen menjadi acuan yang sangat penting bagi suatu usaha. Faktor yang dapat memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen adalah citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, harga, store atmosphere, cita rasa, kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis loyalitas kosumen dalam mengkonsumsi es krim Il Tempo Gelato di Yogyakarta. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Metode pengambilan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan pencatatan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Binary Logistic Regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, serta kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen es krim Il Tempo Gelato di Yogyakarta

Abstract

As a village that received an award from the Climate Village Program (Proklim) and towards ‘proklim lestari’ from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (LHK), Wonocoyo has managed household waste and cow dung waste into liquid and solid organic fertilizer, but these products do not have advantages. Therefore, community empowerment is carried out by improving the quality of the organic fertilizer with biological agents. This community empowerment activity aims to increase the economic added value of the Proklim activities of Wonocoyo Village through the manufacture of organic fertilizers with biological agents and commercialize it. This activity applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by using extension, training, technical guidance and facilitating marketing. The results of the activity show that the use of biological agents can improve the quality as well as the economic added value of organic fertilizer produced by Wonocoyo Village, which has been able to process organic waste into organic fertilizers with a production capacity of 500 kg/month. This activity is aimed at Sustainable Agriculture or the Green Economy, in accordance with the 2nd goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Ngunut Village is located in West Karanganyar Regency, Central Java and 33.3 km far to the east of Surakarta City. This village is 485.57 ha large. The natural resources of Ngunut Village has a lot of diversification. Various agricultural products, especially plantations in Ngunut Village, include bananas. Community empowerment activities in Ngunut Village, it is carried out using the Focus Group Discussion method and training, with the target of PKK women in Ngunut Village which will later form a new sociopreneur that is more focused on the production of crispy bananas. The empowerment method used is a participatory approach. The results of the FGD obtained information that people's knowledge about processed banana products into banana chips is still low, knowledge in managing a business is still low, there is no clear structure of the crispy banana business group. The results of community empowerment for the development of crispy banana products include training on making banana chips, and improving packaging so that the product can be marketed outside the Karanganyar area.

Abstract

The contribution of the pomelo farming revenue to the GRDP of Pati District is very low, about 0.007%. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the income of pomelo farmers in the Pati District. This study was conducted in Bageng Village, Gembong Sub-district, Pati District. By using convenience sampling of 78 respondents. This study applied multiple linear regression analysis. The results shows that the average production and income of each pomelo farm in Pati District is 384 kg/year and IDR6.577.500/year. The average production cost is IDR936.136/year with an average income of IDR5.641.3641/year. The results of regression analysis showed that 99.3% of the income pomelo farming in Pati District could be explained by all the factors. The most influential factor on income is production quantity. The number of trees, production costs, and output price has a positive effect on the income, while the production cost has a negative effect on the farmers. In addition, the factor of age, education, and experience of farmers have not affected the income. Optimization needs to be done by increasing the quantity of production in order to generate optimal income from pomelo farming in Pati District.

Abstract

Mojorejo village is one of the productive migrant villages (DESMIGRATIF) in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the alternative way to increase TKI household productivity of through optimization of remittances and to desain a remittance optimization program in building a constructive financial management for TKI households in Mojorejo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen.  This study uses a descriptive analysis with qualitative and systematic review approach.  Data collection techniques were carried out by review the previous research and empowerement, observation through field survey, interview with informan and secondary data searching.  The results show that the problem on increasing TKI household productivity is unoptimal remittance management and it tends to use for consumptive activities.  Lack of public awareness to allocate remittances for investment and productive business causes the stagnant economic growth and does not lead to economic improvement in the surrounding environment. Therefore, remittance optimization can be done through the community empowerment that focus in four activities, namely financial planning training for TKI households, entrepreneurship training and business plan simulations, training in processing, packaging and marketing of rice rambak crackers, and managing mini tourism object of reservoir and selfies of Kembangan Bersolek in  Mojorejo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen.

Abstract

Tembakau merupakan tanaman perkebunan yang berpotensi dalam membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Salah satu daerah yang menjadi penghasil tembakau berada di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang merupakan salah satu daerah di hilir sungai Bengawan solo yang rentan terhadap banjir. Hal tersebut menjadi faktor penyebab adanya risiko usahatani tembakau di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat biaya dan pendapatan usahatani tembakau, tingkat risiko produksi, harga, dan pendapatan usahatani tembakau, serta upaya penanggulangan risiko usahatani tembakau di daerah hilir Bengawan Solo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan analitis. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random dengan 100 petani. Data pada penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan. Tingkat risiko usahatani dianalisis dengan rumus koefisien variasi (CV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biaya usahatani tembakau dalam satu musim tanam sebesar Rp12.565.350/usahatani dan Rp 24.210.694/ha. Rata-rata pendapatan petani tembakau sebesar Rp7.666.943/usahatani dan Rp14.772.529/ha. Nilai CV risiko produksi dan pendapatan per usahatani sebesar 0,42 dan 0,47 artinya bahwa petani tembakau menanggung risiko yang rendah. Nilai CV risiko produksi dan pendapatan/ha sebesar 0,53 dan 0,54 artinya petani tembakau menanggung risiko yang tinggi. Nilai CV risiko harga sebesar 0,02. Upaya penanggulangan risiko meliputi menentukan waktu tanam yang tepat, memberikan fungisida pada tanaman tembakau, melakukan penyemprotan pestisida daun tembakau. menghindari penggunaan pupuk urea yang berlebih, memperhatikan lama waktu penyimpanan daun, dan menggunakan tenaga kerja dalam keluarga. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah petani tembakau diharapkan untuk memperhatikan alokasi penggunaan input, memperhatikan waktu penyimpanan, dan mengurangi biaya yang dikeluarkan terutama biaya tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Bisnis dalam bidang makanan dan minuman masih menunjukkan geliat pada masa pandemi. Dalam rangka membantu perekonomian para pelaku usaha tersebut, program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM-UNS) bekerjasama dengan Pusat Studi Halal Research Center and Services (HRCS) LPPM UNS melakukan serangkaian kegiatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan performa UMKM. Kegiatan dikemas dalam dua bentuk yaitu web seminar (webinar) agar dapat menjangkau seluruh pelaku usaha di Indonesia dan dalam bentuk pendampingan intensif terhadap UMKM Es Gabus 90'an yang berada di Kota Solo. Webinar diselenggarakan oleh PKM-UNS sebanyak dua kali, materi tentang manajemen keuangan pada Minggu, 4 Juli 2021 dan sistematika cara memperoleh izin BPOM dan sertifikat halal pada Sabtu, 25 September 2021. Pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi untuk UMKM Es Gabus 90'an meliputi pendampingan untuk memperoleh izin BPOM dan sertifikat halal, pembuatan video profil untuk membantu promosi produk, serta bantuan teknis berupa penyediaan alat untuk kelancaran produksi. Output yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan tersebut antaralain adalah pembaharuan desain kemasan produk, peningkatan pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM lainnya terhadap kepentingan kepemilikan dan tata cara memperoleh dokumen-dokumen legalitas usaha, serta membantu perolehan dokumen-dokumen tersebut, berupa nomor izin edar (NIE) dan sertifikat halal (SH) bagi UMKM binaan, Es Gabus’90an. Keseluruhan kegiatan memperoleh antusiasme dan respon positif dari para pelaku usaha. Melalui program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM-UNS) yang telah terlaksana, diharapkan goals berupa peningkatan performa dan citra UMKM dapat terwujud.

Abstract

The coast of Sadeng Beach is a large potential for marine and fishery resources, which is, one of the potentials is tuna fish commodities. However, the utilization of these resources is still not optimal. The limited use of technology has hampered the processing and marketing of the products, resulting in a decrease in the economic value of tuna products. This Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) activity aims to boost community development by empowering the processing of marine fish products. So that, they become products that are worth selling higher. Empowerment carried out includes the provision of materials, equipment, and training in the manufacture of processed tuna products aimed at self-reliance and community self-reliance. The training covers how to process tuna raw materials from start to finish which includes raw material preparation, storage, additional seasoning, packaging, and distribution. The activity was carried out in Pucung Village, Girisubo District, Gunungkidul Regency by involving members of the Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) Harapan. The method used in this activity is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method which involves active community participation and empowerment. Activities include providing materials and practices for processing tuna fish into tuna cracker products, tuna nuggets, and tuna tofu. The program impacts increasing knowledge and skills of tuna fish processing for empowering partners. Through this activity, the women of the UPPKS Harapan group can contribute economically to the household. The training activities were held on June 11 2022 for the assistance stage for the introduction of tuna processing materials, June 12-October 2022 for product marketing assistance, November 2 2022 assistance for creating social media content until the final evaluation stage is ongoing.
