Abstract

Land management integrated with ecotourism is crucial for sustainable village development in rural Bali, where natural and cultural potential is often hampered by irregular land management, a lack of legal certainty over customary land, and the risk of agricultural land conversion. This community service program aims to address these issues in Sidan Village, Gianyar District, through an ecotourism-based land management approach to optimize tourism potential such as Kissidan Eco Hill while preserving the environment and cultural values. The methods used included land law socialization, the application of digital mapping technology for land inventory and zoning, and sustainability strategies through strengthening village and customary village institutions. Results showed increased community understanding of regulations such as the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA), the Integrated Land Management System (PTSL), and the LP2B Protection Law, which differentiates between productive agricultural and tourism areas, as well as strengthened synergy between institutions to mitigate the risk of land disputes. Overall, this program successfully established Sidan Village as a model for sustainable ecotourism, balancing economic development, environmental conservation, and local wisdom through orderly and law-based land management.

Abstract

The Pesanggaran Shining Savings and Loan Cooperative emerged from the initiative and consensus of a group of people who feel that they have the same needs and interests to move a common capital, especially those that come from deposits and are lent among themselves with an adequate interest rate. Service at the Pesanggaran Shining Savings and Loan Cooperative begins with observations and interviews with the Cooperative Management using socialization, training and mentoring methods as well as evaluation of the implementation of making agreements with standard clauses that have been made. The consequences of null and void laws that will arise against the application of standard clause agreements can be detrimental to the parties, especially cooperatives and customers. With the aim that the management of the Pesanggaran Shining Savings and Loan Cooperative has understood the legal consequences arising from the implementation of the standard clause agreement, it can also overcome the problems of defaulting debtors so that in the future the Pesanggaran Shining Savings and Loan Cooperative can continue to operate without obstacles.

This village, has a unique culture, religion and customs. The potential of the Anturan traditional village in particular has Kerta Desa a kind of traditional court that can reconcile civil disputes, in the indigenous Anturan community, especially those who are Hindu. Abstract

The general problem that occurs in Sanding Village is based on the results of our visits to the community, especially in the field of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that significant problems occur, including the lack of qualified workers to assist in the process of developing products produced by local communities. This happened because of the lack of interest in the community in cultivating home businesses or micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) so that the people in Sanding Village mostly work as construction workers and other jobs, besides that due to the COVID-19 pandemic it is also an obstacle, because it automatically causes income. The community in this business has decreased due to reduced orders for their products, in addition to that another problem presented by business actors is the lack of reach in marketing their products due to a lack of knowledge about the use of gadgets and the internet, especially social media.

Abstract

The Balinese indigenous people adopt the patrilineal family system, or paternity, or better known in the Balinese indigenous people as kepurusa or purusa. In accordance with the general principles adopted in the patrilineal family system, at least three basic principles are adopted in the purusa family system, among others the lineage traced from the line of man or father, in a woman's marriage is released from her legal relationship with her original family, as a result of marriage is the formation of a core family that ideally consists of father, mother and child. Whereas if a boy from a family that has only one son, will have a marriage with a daughter who comes from a family that has only one daughter, then there will be a debate between the family about the form which marriage to choose. If you choose the usual form of marriage, then the woman's family will definitely object, because the family will later become divorced. Similarly, on the contrary, if you choose the form of nyeburin marriage, then the family of the male party will object because it will also cause a state of hereditary rupture, or so-called ceput or putung. Therefore, women and men who are the only children in the family can have alternative marriages outside of the two forms of marriage above. The marriage is a double state marriage or in this case the husband does not enter the wife's family, and the wife will not enter the husband's family. Of course, it will bring different legal consequences from ordinary marriage or marriage to the marriage property, the position of the child, and his inheritance. In order to avoid a putung condition, a legal breakthrough is needed other than the usual form of marriage and the intermarriage, namely the negen dadua form of marriage. In Semarapura Kaja Village, there are several cases like this. For this reason, assistance is carried out in the context of increasing awareness and knowledge of the law of the inheritance rights of children in negen dadua marriage.

Abstract

This article analyzes the "Implications of Coastal Land Tenure By Foreigners in the Tourism Business." The focus of the study in this paper is the legal aspects of coastal land control by foreigners in Bali to benefit the tourism business. In analyzing these legal issues, the author uses empirical legal research methods with a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, a sociological approach, and a case approach. Based on the theory of authority, the theory of expediency, and the theory of legal protection as an analytical knife, the tourism business in Bali cannot be separated from the existence of foreigners. Similarly, the control of coastal land in Bali-pun does not escape the control of foreigners, both through legal investment and some illegal, by utilizing mutually beneficial cooperation between residents and with prajuru Indigenous Villages on the basis of sharing profits. Balinese people who have a unique culture with nuances of Hinduism in daily life and in running a business in the field of tourism are always based on the "Tri Hita Karana Philosophy" which is manifested in behavior that significantly maintains a harmonious relationship between "Man with God" Man with Nature, and "Humans with other Humans." It is in this philosophy that the principle of good faith in investing is reflected so that the possession of coastal lands by foreigners for the benefit of the tourism business is obliged to respect this very noble principle; however, in empirical facts, it turns out that the control of coastal lands in Bali by foreigners under the guise of mutually beneficial cooperation is likely to harm the use of indigenous villages in carrying out the religious values attached to these coastal lands. So that in this case, the concept of mutually beneficial cooperation is contained in the lousy faith of foreigners to control the land of Bali to get personal benefits at the expense of Balinese nature wrapped in mutually beneficial Works.

Abstract

This Community Service is focused on socializing the legal legality of controlling coastal land by foreigners in Bali for tourism business purposes. The method used is empirical legal research with a statutory regulatory approach, conceptual approach, sociological approach and case approach. Based on authority theory, benefit theory and legal protection theory as analytical tools, it can be understood that the tourism business in Bali cannot be separated from the presence of foreigners. Likewise, the control of coastal land in Bali is not free from control by foreigners, either through legal or illegal investment, by taking advantage of mutually beneficial cooperation between local residents, as well as with Ada Village officials on the basis of sharing profits. The Balinese people, who have a unique culture with Hindu religious nuances, in their daily lives and in running business in the tourism sector are always based on the "Tri Hita Karana Philosophy" which is manifested in behavior that maintains a harmonious relationship between "Man and God", Man and Nature, and “Humans with other Humans”. In this philosophy, the principle of good faith in investing is reflected, so that control of coastal land by foreigners for tourism business purposes is obliged to respect this very noble principle; However, in empirical facts it turns out that the control of coastal lands in Bali by foreigners under the guise of mutually beneficial cooperation actually tends to be detrimental to the use of traditional villages in implementing the religious values attached to these coastal lands. In the concept of mutually beneficial cooperation, it actually contains the bad intentions of foreigners to control Balinese land just to gain personal benefits at the expense of Bali's nature which is wrapped in mutually beneficial cooperation.
