Abstract

Metakognitif merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam pendidikan di Abad 21. Setiap peserta didik dapat memiliki kemampuan metakognitif berbeda-beda yang dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah self regulated learning dan self efficacy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi self regulated learning dan self efficacy dengan metakognitif peserta didik pada mata pelajaran biologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MIPA. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni kelas XI MIPA 3 berjumlah 38 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) untuk mengukur metakognitif peserta didik, angket self regulated learning untuk mengukur self regulated learning, dan angket self efficacy untuk mengukur self efficacy. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada korelasi yang signifikan antara self regulated learning dan self efficacy dengan metakognitif peserta didik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,807 yang artinya hubungan ketiga variabel tersebut termasuk dalam korelasi sangat kuat. Selain itu variabel self regulated learning dan self efficacy memberikan kontribusi sebesar 65,2% terhadap metakognitif peserta didik. Metacognitive is one of the important things in education in the 21st Century. Each student can have different metacognitive abilities that influenced by many factors, including self-regulated learning and self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of self-regulated learning and self-efficacy with students' metacognition in biology subjects. This research was used a correlational method. The population in this research are all students of class XI MIPA. The sample used was selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely class XI MIPA 3 which amounted to 38 people. The instruments used were the Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) questionnaire to measure the metacognitive of students, the self-regulated learning questionnaire to measure self-regulated and the self-efficacy questionnaire to measure self-efficacy. Data analysis used multiple correlation test. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between self-regulated learning and self-efficacy with students’ metacognitive. Obtained correlation coefficient of 0.807, which means that the relationship between the three variables are very strong correlation. In addition, the coefficient of determination was 0.652, which means that the self-regulated learning and self-efficacy variables contributed 65.2% to the metacognitive of students.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to transform folklore texts into interactive digital multimedia as teaching materials within a blended learning framework. The digitization of interactive multimedia aims to facilitate students' appreciation of folklore by providing a more engaging learning experience. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach, following a sequential exploratory design. The stages of designing the interactive multimedia application include actor identification, use case identification, application scenario development, use case diagram design, sequence diagram creation, storyboarding, and navigation structure planning.The final outcome of this research is the development of Action Scripts in a programming language, which can be incorporated into flash files (frames, movie clips, or buttons), resulting in an interactive multimedia application. The application was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, yielding an average SUS score of 77.84. According to the SUS evaluation, the folklore- based interactive multimedia learning application falls within the "Good" category and is deemed acceptable as digital teaching material. This indicates that the application is effective and suitable for use in educational settings.

Abstract

Abstrak. Keberhasilan belajar peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor di antaranya self-management dan self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari kedua aspek tersebut dengan hasil belajar pada pelajaran biologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data uji korelasi berganda. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kota Tasikmalaya dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 peserta didik yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari instrumen self-management yang terdiri dari empat indikator yaitu self-motivation, self-organization, self-control, dan self-development, serta instrumen self-efficacy yang yang terdiri dari 3 indikator yaitu magnitude, strength, dan generality. Sementara itu, data hasil belajar diperoleh dari nilai PAS (Penilaian Akhir Semester) peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi korelasi bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, besar koefisien korelasi antara self-management dan self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar adalah sebesar 0,303 dan berada pada kategori yang rendah. Kemudian diperoleh juga nilai koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,092 atau 9,2% artinya terdapat sedikit kontribusi dari kedua variabel bebas terhadap hasil belajar Biologi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara self-management dan self-efficacy dengan hasil belajar Biologi peserta didik. Abstract. Students' learning success is influenced by many factors including self-management and self-efficacy. This research aims to find out the relationship of these two aspects with the results of learning in biology lessons. This research uses quantitative methods with double correlation test data analysis techniques. The research was conducted at one of the State High Schools in the city of Tasikmalaya with a sample of 50 pupils determined using purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used consist of self-management instruments that consist of four indicators: self-motivation, self-organization, Self-control, and self-development, as well as self-efficacy instruments which consist of three indicators namely magnitude, strength, and generality. Meanwhile, learning results data is obtained from PAS (Semester End Assessment) students. The data analysis technique used is a bivariate correlation regression test.. Based on the results of the study, the large correlation coefficient between self-management and self-efficacy towards learning outcomes is 0.303 and is in the low category. Then obtained also the value of the determination factor (R2) of 0.092 or 9.2%, which means there is little contribution of both free variables to the learning outcome of Biology. So it can be concluded that there is no significant correlation between self-management and self-efficacy with the learning results of Biology students.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh media 3D Anatomy and Physiology berbasis Lesson Study terhadap hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pre-experimental dengan sampel menggunakan 35 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan desain penelitian one grup pretest-posttest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengaruh media 3D Anatomy and Physiology sebagai media pembelajaran dan kegiatan Lesson Study sebagai bentuk upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pada materi sistem sirkulasi, didapatkan bahwa uji hipotesis data hasil belajar dengan Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan uji hipotesis kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan uji t memperoleh nilai 0,000 (< 0,05). Hal tersebut, dapat diartikan ada pengaruh media 3D Anatomy and Physiology berbasis Lesson Study terhadap hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Kegiatan Lesson Study yang dilakukan dalam penelitian, terdiri dari tahap Plan (perencanaan), Do (pelaksanaan), dan See (refleksi) selama 3 kali pertemuan pembelajaran materi sistem sirkulasi. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan setiap indikator hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan tertinggi indikator hasil belajar terdapat pada indikator C4 (menganalisis) dan setelahnya pada indikator C1 (mengingat), sedangkan peningkatan terendah terdapat pada indikator C2 (memahami). Selanjtutnya, peningkatan nilai tertinggi indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa terdapat pada indikator dukungan dasar (basic support), sedangkan peningkatan terendah terdapat pada indikator strategi dan taktik (strategy and tactics). Asbtract. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of 3D Anatomy and Physiology media based on Lesson Study on student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. The research method used was a pre-experimental method with a sample using 35 students selected using purposive sampling techniques and one group pretest-posttest research design. Based on the results of the study, the influence of 3D Anatomy and Physiology media as a learning medium and Lesson Study activities as an effort to improve the quality of learning on circulatory system material, it was found that the hypothesis test of learning outcome data with the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test obtained a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a hypothesis test of critical thinking skills with a t test obtained a value of 0.000 (< 0.05). This can be interpreted as the influence of 3D Anatomy and Physiology media based on Lesson Study on student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. Lesson Study activities carried out in research consist of Plan (planning), Do (implementation), and See (reflection) stages for 3 learning meetings of circulation system material. The influence shown by each indicator of learning outcomes and students' critical thinking skills, shows that the highest increase in learning outcome indicators is found in indicator C4 (analyzing) and afterwards in indicator C1 (remembering), while the lowest increase is found in indicator C2 (understanding). Furthermore, the highest increase in the indicator of students' critical thinking ability was found in (the basic support) indicator, while the lowest increase was found in (the strategy and tactics) indicator.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of differentiated learning on communication and collaboration skills of tenth-grade high school students at a school in Central Java on the topic of environmental change.  The research method used was a Quasi Experiment with a posttest only-matching-only control group design. The population in this study is all high school class X students with a total of 288 students divided into 8 classes. In this study using the Non-probability Sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. The samples in this study were class X E as the experimental class, totaling 36 students and class X G as the control class, totaling 36 students. The data collection technique was in the form of a non-test using a Collaboration Self-Assessment Tool (CSAT) questionnaire with 44 statement items and an oral communication skill observation sheet with 5 indicators as an aspect of observation. The data analysis technique used is the One Way Anova Test. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of differentiation learning strategies can improve students' communication and collaboration skills on environmental change materials.

Abstract

This study This study aims to determine the quality of Public Senior High School biology laboratories in Majalengka Regency in the 2023/2024 academic year, especially in the aspect of room and laboratory managers. This research uses a qualitative method with a discrepancy evaluation model. The research was conducted in 4 Public Senior High School biology laboratories in Majalengka Regency. The research subjects in this study were the head of the laboratory, the head of facilities and infrastructure, biology subject teachers and representatives of students in grades XI and XII science class. The data collection techniques used by researchers were systematic observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The research indicators in this study are the standardization of biology laboratory rooms and biology laboratory management. The results showed that the quality of the biology laboratory from the aspect of the room fell into a good category with an average percentage of 77.5%, while the management of the biology laboratory has not been done optimally and maximal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Inovasi blockchain dalam pengelolaan wakaf uang didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi pengelolaan dana wakaf di era digital. Teknologi blockchain dipilih untuk memastikan keterlacakan alur dana wakaf secara real-time, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan para donatur dan pengelola dana. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi kepada pihak pengelola pondok pesantren mengenai potensi blockchain, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan teknis penggunaan platform blockchain untuk pengelolaan dana wakaf. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pendampingan dalam proses implementasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam pengelolaan wakaf uang memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan transparansi dan efisiensi pengelolaan dana. Sistem yang diterapkan juga memungkinkan monitoring secara berkelanjutan sehingga pengelolaan dana wakaf untuk pendidikan dapat lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan blockchain sebagai inovasi dalam pengelolaan wakaf uang di pondok pesantren berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan publik dan memastikan kelangsungan dana pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Blockchain, Wakaf Uang, Pondok Pesantren, Keberlanjutan  ABSTRACT Blockchain innovation in cash waqf management is based on the need to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency of waqf fund management in the digital era. Blockchain technology was chosen to ensure real-time traceability of the flow of waqf funds, thus increasing the trust of donors and fund managers. The method of activity implementation includes socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The activity began with socialization to the boarding school management about the potential of blockchain, followed by technical training on the use of the blockchain platform for waqf fund management. Furthermore, assistance was provided in the implementation process. The results of this activity show that the application of blockchain technology in cash waqf management has a positive impact in the form of increased transparency and efficiency of fund management. The implemented system also allows for continuous monitoring so that the management of waqf funds for education can be more optimal and sustainable. In conclusion, the application of blockchain as an innovation in cash waqf management in Islamic boarding schools has great potential to increase public trust and ensure the sustainability of education funds Keywords: Blockchain, Cash Waqf, Islamic Boarding School, Sustainability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana laboratorium IPA serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di salah satu SMP Negeri di Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan guru IPA, laboran, dan peserta didik, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan sekolah. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menerapkan triangulasi sumber dan teknik guna menjaga validitas hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan laboratorium IPA masih belum optimal karena keterbatasan alat, minimnya pemeliharaan, serta kurangnya integrasi praktikum dalam pembelajaran. Faktor latar belakang akademik guru juga memengaruhi rendahnya pelaksanaan eksperimen, terutama dalam mata pelajaran fisika. Optimalisasi laboratorium IPA memerlukan peningkatan pelatihan bagi guru, pengelolaan laboratorium yang lebih efektif, serta integrasi praktikum dalam kurikulum untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sains di SMP

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of vocational high school (SMK) students' science process skills (SPS) in the Project-Based Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject. The research employs a mixed-method approach using questionnaires and interviews as instruments. Quantitative data were collected from 60 tenth-grade students at SMKN Bantarkalong using a Likert-scale-based questionnaire, analyzed with the Rasch Model to assess reliability and validity. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with three purposively selected students. SPS encompasses basic skills, such as observation, measurement, and classification, as well as integrated skills, such as variable control and hypothesis formulation. The findings indicate that students' SPS fall within the moderate category across all indicators, with the highest average percentage in experimental design (51.46%) and the lowest in prediction (42.50%). Further analysis revealed that a lack of hands-on laboratory experience contributes to the low mastery of SPS. Interviews also indicated that students face difficulties in understanding variables and relating them in experimental contexts. This study highlights the importance of implementing more practical and integrated project-based learning to enhance students' SPS. Key recommendations include strengthening laboratory practice at earlier education levels and innovating instructional approaches based on engineering design, STEM integration, or a combination of both to improve students' SPS. These findings are expected to serve as preliminary information for enhancing the quality of IPAS project-based learning in vocational schools and supporting the development of relevant and effective curricula to produce adaptive graduates for the modern technological era. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan profil keterampilan proses sains (KPS) siswa SMK pada mata pelajaran Projek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan dari 60 siswa kelas X SMKN Bantarkalong dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang dianalisis melalui Model Rasch untuk mengukur reliabilitas dan validitas. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tiga siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. KPS terdiri atas keterampilan dasar, seperti observasi, pengukuran, dan klasifikasi, serta keterampilan terpadu, seperti pengendalian variabel dan perumusan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan proses sains siswa berada pada kategori sedang di semua indikator, dengan persentase rata-rata tertinggi pada desain eksperimen (51,46%) dan terendah pada prediksi (42,50%). Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa minimnya pengalaman praktik di laboratorium menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya penguasaan KPS. Wawancara juga mengindikasikan bahwa siswa menghadapi kesulitan dalam memahami konsep variabel dan menghubungkannya dalam konteks eksperimen. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan pembelajaran berbasis projek yang lebih praktis dan terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam aspek KPS. Rekomendasi utama meliputi penguatan praktik laboratorium di jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya serta inovasi pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis desain rekayasa, integrasi STEM, atau kombinasi keduanya untuk meningkatkan KPS siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi informasi awal untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran projek IPAS di SMK serta mendukung pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan, efektif, dan mampu mencetak lulusan adaptif di era teknologi modern.
