Abstract

Latar belakang: Terdapat sekitar 60% Rumah Sakit di Indonesia belum memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan yang efisien serta belum melaksanakan standar pelayanan yang baik. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik dapat dilihat dari kepuasan pasien yang berkunjung di rumah sakit dan citra rumah sakit. Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien di Indonesia Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan literature review dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA. Database yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari google scholar, portal garuda, ProQuest, dan Elsevier. Serta publikasi pada 10 tahun terakhir (2013-2023) Hasil: Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang baik akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dan citra rumah sakit juga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien Kesimpulan: Rumah sakit harus selalu memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik kepada seluruh pasien dan harus menjaga citra rumah sakit agar selalu baik bagi masyarakat yang berkunjung di rumah sakit serta selalu mengutamakan kepuasan pasien yang berkunjung di rumah sakit

Abstract

Remaja dengan disabilitas sering kali terpinggirkan dari akses informasi dan layanan kesehatan reproduksi karena keterbatasan media edukasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyusun media edukasi dan melakukan edukasi kepada remaja dengan disabilitas mengenai isu kesehatan reproduksi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan, pada bulan Juli - November 2025 di Kota Semarang. Kegiatan ini bekerjasama dengan unit Layanan Inklusi Disabilitas (LiDi). Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Peserta kegiatan sosialisasi adalah remaja dengan disabilitas dan pendampingnya (orang tua, saudara, keluarga). Pada kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi dihadiri perwakilan dari Lembaga Inklusi Disabilitas Indonesia (LiDi) Jawa Tengah, remaja dengan disabilitas, dan pendamping atau wali dari para remaja disabilitas. Sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap keberlanjutan program, tim pengabdian juga melakukan penyerahan modul edukasi kesehatan reproduksi kepada perwakilan LiDI. Modul tersebut diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dan panduan dalam kegiatan edukatif maupun pelatihan di lingkungan LiDI.

Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah ternak sapi yang belum optimal masih menjadi masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan kerja di masyarakat pedesaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengurangi risiko pencemaran dan bahaya kerja melalui pemberdayaan peternak berbasis Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dalam perencanaan dan pembangunan biodigester skala komunitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelompok Bina Lestari Desa Tangkisan, Kabupaten Purworejo, dengan sasaran kelompok peternak dan masyarakat sekitar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif melalui survei lapangan, sosialisasi, penyusunan Job Safety Analysis (JSA), pendampingan teknis pembangunan biodigester, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap potensi bahaya kerja, pentingnya penerapan K3, serta manfaat biodigester dalam pengelolaan limbah dan penyediaan energi alternatif. Selain itu, berhasil dibangun satu unit biodigester kapasitas 4 m3. Pendekatan preventif K3 terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pembangunan biodigester yang aman, berkelanjutan, dan meningkatkan kemandirian kelompok ternak Bina Lestari.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In Indonesia, the Patient Service Manager (MPP) was introduced in hospitals 10 years ago through accreditation standards. Starting with the Hospital Accreditation Standard in the Access to Services and Continuity of Services chapter, then continued in the National Hospital Accreditation Standard (SNARS) in the Hospital Access and Continuity of Services (ARK) chapter. The role of MPP is to facilitate the fulfilment of patient care needs, optimise the implementation of patient-focused services and optimise the reimbursement process. The role of MPP in Regional Hospitals still has obstacles, such as not being implemented properly before training is held, screening is not optimal due to reporting constraints, is not effective in optimising integrated patient care and is not effective in improving quality control and cost control efforts. This study aims to analyse the role of MPP in RSUD using Mintzberg's role theory, which is expected to provide information for hospital services. This study is a qualitative research conducted at one of the RSUDs in Central Java. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with 20 informants, consisting of MPP, Management, Doctor in Charge of Services, Head of Room, and Nurse. The results showed that the MPP's role was quite good. However, there are still obstacles such as aspects of courage to convey sensitive issues related to patient financing, lack of innovation, unorganised reporting systems and lack of direct interaction with patients and families. In addition, the MPP's role in quality and cost control, its implementation is still limited to administrative tasks without being equipped with firm decision-making. Regular evaluation and increased coordination with management and other PPAs are important steps to optimise the role of the MPP for the ultimate result of improving service quality and patient satisfaction. Keywords: MPP, Role, Patient, Hospital.  ABSTRAK Di Indonesia, Manager Pelayanan Pasien (MPP) diperkenalkan di Rumah Sakit (RS) sejak 10 tahun lalu melalui standar akreditasi. Diawali dengan Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit dalam bab Standar Akses ke Pelayanan dan Kontinuitas Pelayanan (APK), kemudian dilanjutkan dalam Standar Nasional Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (SNARS) pada bab Akses Rumah Sakit dan Kontinuitas Pelayanan (ARK). Peran MPP adalah untuk memfasilitasi pemenuhan kebutuhan asuhan pasien, mengoptimalkan terlaksananya pelayanan berfokus pada pasien dan mengoptimalkan proses reimbursement. Peran MPP di Rumah Sakit Daerah (RSUD) masih terdapat kendala seperti belum terlaksana secara baik sebelum diadakan pelatihan, skrining yang dilakukan belum optimal karena kendala pelaporan, belum efektif dalam mengoptimalkan asuhan pasien yang terintegrasi dan belum efektif dalam meningkatkan upaya kendali mutu dan kendali biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran MPP di RSUD dengan menggunakan teori peran Mintzberg yang diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi pelayanan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dilaksanakan pada salah satu RSUD di Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan data dilakukan wawancara mendalam dengan 20 informan terdiri dari MPP, Manajemen, Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pelayanan (DPJP), Kepala Ruang, dan Perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran MPP sudah cukup baik. Namun masih terdapat hambatan seperti aspek keberanian menyampaikan isu sensitif terkait pembiayaan pasien, kurangnya inovasi, sistem pelaporan yang belum terorganisir dan kurangnya interaksi langsung dengan pasien dan keluarga. Selain itu, peran MPP dalam pengendalian mutu dan biaya, pelaksanaannya masih terbatas pada tugas administratif tanpa dilengkapi dengan pengambilan keputusan yang tegas. Evaluasi secara berkala dan peningkatan koordinasi dengan manajemen dan PPA yang lain menjadi langkah penting untuk optimalisasi peran MPP demi hasil akhir berupa peningkatan mutu layanan dan kepuasan pasien. Kata Kunci: MPP, Peran, Pasien, Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Outpatient clinic is a vital hospital service that demands focus on both quality and patient satisfaction. With increasing competition among hospitals in Semarang, understanding consumer behavior is crucial. Market segmentation can assist in identifying patient characteristics and their perceptions of healthcare services, which are shaped by factors such as medical communication, the comfort of facilities, and treatment outcomes. These perceptions significantly influence patients' decisions to seek care again in the future. The pediatric outpatient clinic at XYZ Hospital has experienced inconsistent and relatively low visit rates. Therefore, it is essential to analyze consumer perceptions through segmentation to formulate strategies aimed at increasing patient visits.This research adopts a descriptive qualitative study design, employing a case study approach at XYZ Private Hospital in Semarang. The participants in this study are the parents of pediatric patients. We conducted interviews using questionnaires administered to thirty respondents to gain an overview of their characteristics. We also conducted in-depth interviews with five primary informants to validate the findings. The demographic and geographic data reveal that the average age of parents is 36.03 years (SD 5.25), with 80% of respondents being female and 93.1% residing in Semarang. Additionally, 77.7% hold a bachelor's or master's degree (S1/S2), and 40.74% are employed in the private or entrepreneurial sector. In terms of psychographic and behavioral aspects, 60% of respondents discovered the pediatric clinic through friends or family, while 80% initiated their visits independently. The decision to visit was primarily influenced by the strong reputation of the doctors (60%), and 93.34% utilized personal funds or insurance for payment. Regarding costs, 90% rated outpatient fees as "moderate," with 83.33% agreeing that the costs were commensurate with the quality of service. Furthermore, 53.33% rated all staff services as positive or very positive. Furthermore, 60% found the location to be accessible, 63.33% assessed the facilities as clean, and 80% considered them comfortable.The study indicates that patients hold a positive perception of the pediatric clinic services at XYZ Hospital. They value the reputation of the doctors and the quality of facilities more than cost or location. Positive assessments of service quality, comfort, and cost fairness reflect high levels of satisfaction. Keywords: Segmentation, Patient Perception, Pediatric Outpatient.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Cervical cancer is one of the leading causes of death among women worldwide. WHO made a policy related to primary prevention of cervical cancer in women with Human Papillomavirus (HPV) immunization. The program targets girls aged 9-14 years or 5th and 6th grade elementary school students. Human Papillomavirus immunization is included in the BIAS immunization program implemented in schools in the puskesmas working area. The implementation of the immunization program in the puskesmas working area still has obstacles such as lack of knowledge, rejection, and hoax news circulating causing low coverage. The immunization program needs to be developed through evaluation to see how far the program is running. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the implementation of Human Papillomavirus immunization in four puskesmas in Semarang City in 2024 using the CIPP evaluation model which is expected to provide useful information for policy makers and health workers in improving the implementation of the Human Papillomavirus immunization program. This study qualitative research conducted in the working areas of four health centers in Semarang City. Data were collected using indepth interviews with 14 informants from the Semarang City Health Office, head of puskesmas, immunization coordinators, and elementary school teachers. The results showed that the implementation of human papillomavirus immunization program is quite good. However, there are still obstacles such as vaccine logistics are still lacking, data that is not suitable, and parental rejection due to lack of knowledge. The immunization achievement of four puskesmas in Semarang City in 2024 has reached the target according to the Ministry of Health (95.5%) and the Health Office (95%). Regular evaluation and increased coordination between stakeholders are important steps to ensure the sustainability and optimization of HPV immunization programs in the future. Keywords: Immunization, HPV, Program, Puskesmas.  ABSTRAK Kanker serviks salah satu penyebab kematian terbesar pada wanita yang ditemukan di dunia. WHO membuat kebijakan terkait pencegahan primer kanker serviks pada wanita dengan imunisasi Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Sasaran program anak perempuan usia 9-14 tahun atau siswi kelas 5 dan 6 Sekolah Dasar. Imunisasi Human Papillomavirus masuk kedalam program imunisasi BIAS dilaksanakan di sekolah wilayah kerja puskesmas. Pelaksanaan program imunisasi di wilayah kerja puskesmas masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya pengetahuan, penolakan, serta berita hoax yang beredar menyebabkan cakupan rendah. Program imunisasi perlu dikembangkan dengan melalui evaluasi untuk melihat sejauh mana program ini berjalan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan imunisasi Human Papillomavirus (HPV) empat puskesmas di Kota Semarang pada tahun 2024 dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP yang diharapkan dapat memberi informasi berguna pengambilan kebijakan dan tenaga kesehatan dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan program imunisasi Human Papillomavirus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja empat puskesmas di Kota Semarang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan 14 informan pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang, Kepala Puskesmas, Koordinator Imunisasi Puskesmas, serta Guru Sekolah Dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan program imunisasi Human Papillomavirus sudah cukup baik. Namun, masih terdapat hambatan seperti logistik vaksin masih kurang, data yang tidak sesuai,dan adanya penolakan orang tua akibat kurangnya pengetahuan. Capaian imunisasi empat puskesmas di Kota Semarang pada Tahun 2024 sudah mencapai target menurut Kemenkes (95,5%) dan Dinkes (95%). Evaluasi secara berkala dan peningkatan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan menjadi langkah penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan optimalisasi program imunisasi HPV di masa mendatang. Kata Kunci: Imunisasi, HPV, Program, Puskesmas.

Abstract

Background: Dental pulp disease was the case with the highest prevalence at the Dental Clinic of XY Kajen Hospital. The main constraint in root canal treatment was the high procedural cost, which led to low patient acceptability.Objective: This study aimed to analyze and calculate the unit cost of dental pulp disease treatment at the Dental Clinic of XY Kajen Hospital using the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method as a basis for rational tariff determination. Additionally, a comparative analysis of the Cost Recovery Rate (CRR) was conducted among JKN tariffs, the Double Distribution (DD) method, and the ABC method.Methods: This study employed a field study design with a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation review, while secondary data were obtained from the hospital information system. Data analysis was conducted systematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification.Results: Unit cost analysis using the ABC method showed that the current general tariffs were lower compared to the ABC calculation results, and for some types of procedures, they were even lower than the INA-CBGs tariff package. These findings indicated that there were cost components and cost drivers that had not been comprehensively calculated in conventional tariff setting. In response to the low INA-CBGs CRR, hospital management implemented a cost containment strategy for service operational cost efficiency.Conclusion: The ABC method proved to be a valid analytical instrument for cost evaluation and strategic tariff setting in hospitals, as it was able to present resource cost allocation more accurately and transparently compared to conventional methods.
