Abstract

Bullying is not a new phenomenon, yet its prevention and management must be pursued in a continuous, collaborative, and systematic manner, particularly through character education, active teacher involvement, and support from families and communities. This study aims to explore the forms of bullying behavior and their implications for character development among students at UPT SPF SD Negeri Sangir, Makassar. Using a qualitative descriptive approach in the form of a case study, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving 12 informants, including students, teachers, and parents. The results show that bullying occurs in almost all grade levels, predominantly in the forms of verbal and physical abuse. The impacts of bullying are highly significant on student character, affecting victims—who tend to become passive, anxious, and lack self-confidence—as well as perpetrators—who display aggressive behavior and a lack of empathy. The development of positive character traits such as empathy, responsibility, and respect are hindered by an unsupportive environment. This study highlights the crucial role of teachers, parents, and the school environment in preventive, curative, preservative, and referral (reveral) efforts to address bullying. Systematic and continuous character education is key to creating a safe learning climate that supports students’ holistic personality development.

Abstract

Perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini merupakan fondasi penting dalam pembentukan karakter, keterampilan sosial, serta kesiapan akademik anak. Namun, strategi berbasis budaya dan kontekstual seperti permainan tradisional masih kurang mendapatkan perhatian dalam praktik pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi permainan tradisional terhadap penguatan perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan menelaah berbagai publikasi ilmiah terkait peran permainan tradisional dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional, seperti congklak, engklek, dan galasin, tidak hanya melatih regulasi emosi, empati, kerja sama, serta keterampilan sosial lainnya, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang mendukung pembentukan identitas sosial anak. Selain itu, permainan tradisional terbukti memiliki potensi signifikan sebagai sarana pembelajaran kontekstual yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. SEbagai Kesimpulan bahwa temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi permainan tradisional ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan anak usia dini sebagai media efektif dalam penguatan karakter dan keterampilan sosial-emosional berbasis kearifan lokal

Abstract

This thesis discusses Mapparola in the marriage customs of the Bugis Wajo community. The main issue is the implementation of the Mapparola tradition in marriages for the community in Belawa Siattinge District, Wajo Regency, and its perspective according to Islamic law. This research is a field study using qualitative methods and employs two approaches: sociological and empirical. The data in this study were obtained from interviews with cultural leaders, religious leaders, and individuals considered knowledgeable in Islamic law, including the Head of the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Belawa District, Islamic Religious Counselors, and cultural leaders who understand the culture in Wajo Regency. The aim of this research is to understand the process of implementing the Mapparola tradition in marriage and to comprehend the views of the Belawa community, Wajo Regency, regarding this tradition in the context of marriage. The Mapparola tradition is one of the local cultural heritages that is still preserved by the community as part of the marriage customs. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving cultural leaders, newlywed couples, and local communities. The results of the study indicate that the Mapparola tradition has specific stages that are rich in symbolic and cultural values, such as respect for the families of the bride and groom, mutual cooperation, and values of politeness. The Belawa community views this tradition as an important part of maintaining cultural identity and strengthening social ties between families. Although it has undergone some adjustments in its implementation, the Mapparola tradition remains a respected element in the traditional marriage process in the region.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of Wordwall digital games in the context of elementary social studies learning. Specifically, the study sought to: (1) examine the extent to which the use of Wordwall media could enhance students’ academic achievement; and (2) assess the contribution of this interactive platform in fostering students’ communication skills during classroom activities. The study applied a pre-experimental approach using a one-group pretest–posttest design. In this design, a single class was observed without the inclusion of a control group. The participants consisted of 25 fourth-grade students enrolled at SDN Bontoranum II in Makassar. Data were gathered through the administration of tests, direct classroom observations, and the distribution of questionnaires. The collected information was subsequently analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results demonstrated a clear improvement in student performance following the integration of Wordwall digital games into the learning process. This progress was reflected in the students’ quiz scores and the comparative analysis between pretest and posttest results. Before the use of Wordwall, the average pretest score in social studies was 68, which fell into the low category. After the intervention, the mean posttest score rose significantly to 88.0, categorized as high. Further statistical analysis through a t-test confirmed that the improvement was significant. The significance value obtained (Sig = 0.013) was smaller than the predetermined alpha level of 0.05, indicating that the use of Wordwall digital games had a meaningful impact on student learning outcomes in social studies. In addition to cognitive gains, the study also highlighted improvements in students’ communication skills. The integration of Wordwall games encouraged greater classroom engagement, evidenced by students’ active participation, enthusiasm in discussions, and increased confidence in expressing opinions during lessons. These findings suggest that Wordwall not only strengthens academic performance but also nurtures essential soft skills that support holistic student development.

Abstract

Perkembangan Perguruan tinggi Islam di Indonesia telah berlangsung sejak dibukanya Sekolah Tinggi Islam (STI) di Jakarta pada bulan Juli 1945 menjelang Indonesia merdeka. Sejak saat itu dinamika dan perkembangan perguruan Tinggi Islam dimulai. Setelah terbentuknya STI berubah menjadi UII (Universitas Islam Indonesia). Perkembangan berikutnya fakultasagama UII dinegerikan menjadi PTAIN (Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri), kemudian fase berikutnya muncullah IAIN dan STAIN, selain itu muncul pula pendidikan tinggi Islam swasta, baik berbentuk universitas, institut, maupun sekolah tinggi. Paradigma baru perguruan tinggi itu pada dasarnya bertumpu kepada tiga tungku utama, yakni Pertama, kemandirian lebih besar (greater autonomy) dalam pengelolaan atau otonomi. Kedua, akuntabilitas atau tanggung urai (greater accountability), bukan hanya dalam hal pemanfaatan sumber-sumber keuangan secara lebih bertanggungjawab, tetapi juga dalam pengembangan keilmuan, kandungan pendidikan dan program-program yang diselenggarakan. Ketiga, jaminan lebih besar terhadap kualitas (greater quality assurance) melalui evaluasi internal (internal evaluation) yang dilakukan secara kontinu dan berkesinambungan; dan evaluasi eksternal (external evaluation) oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional (BAN).Kata Kunci: Akuntabilitas PTAI, Perguruan Tinggi; Sejarah pendidikan

Abstract

Abstrak Penentuan jumlah parameter target dari suatu sistem radar sangat ditentukan dari kemampuan estimasi arah kedatangan sinyal target. Hal ini amat bergantung pada tingkat akurasi dan resolusi deteksi arah dari estimasi tersebut terutama untuk target-target yang saling berdekatan. Estimasi arah kedatangan sinyal ini sangat besar dipengaruhi oleh estimasi radar-cross section (RCS) dari target. RCS ini proporsional dengan keberadaan target yang nantinya berimbas pada penentuan jumlah target terdeteksi. Banyak sekali pendekatan untuk mengestimasi hal tersebut pada radar multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) salah satunya approximation maximum likelihood (AML). Makalah ini akan memberikan penurunan formulasi dan evaluasi dari estimasi parameter dengan pendekatan AML untuk sistem radar MIMO yang sekaligus juga membandingkannya dengan radar konvensional seperti phased-array (PA). Untuk menunjukkan keefektifan kinerja dari estimasi AML terhadap radar-radar tersebut maka akan dibandingkan dengan implementasi pendekatan sebelumnya seperti least squares (LS) dalam hal seperti magnitudo dari RCS, jumlah sudut kedatangan yang proporsional dengan jumlah target terdeteksi, dan jumlah elemen antena di transmitter (Tx) dan receiver (Rx) dari sistem radar. Berdasarkan dari hasil evaluasi untuk jumlah elemen antena Tx-Rx dengan 10 elemen, resolusi sudut deteksi untuk estimator AML yang diusulkan pada radar MIMO ternyata unggul dibanding estimator LS dengan resolusi sudut berturut-turut adalah 5,8 dan 2 dalam satuan derajat. Abstract Determining the number of target parameters for a radar system is largely determined by the ability to estimate the direction of arrival of the signal from the target. This is very dependent on the accuracy and detection resolution of the estimated direction of arrival, especially for targets that are close to each other. The estimated direction of arrival of this signal is greatly influenced by the estimated radar-cross section (RCS) of the target. This RCS is proportional to the presence of targets which will have an impact on determining the number of targets detected. There are many approaches to estimate this on multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar, one of which has high angular detection resolution is approximation maximum likelihood (AML). This paper will provide a formulation and evaluation of parameter estimation using this approach for MIMO radar systems while also comparing it with conventional radars such as phased-array (PA). To show the effectiveness of the performance of the proposed estimate for these radars, it will be compared with the implementation of previous approaches such as least squares (LS) in terms such as the magnitude of the RCS, the number of angles of arrival proportional to the number of targets detected, and the number of antenna elements in the transmitter (Tx) and receiver (Rx) of the radar system. Based on the evaluation results for the number of Tx-Rx antenna elements with 10, the detection angle resolution for the proposed estimator on the MIMO radar turns out to be superior to the LS estimator with an angle resolution of 5.8 and 2 in degrees, respectively.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in fostering environmental care characters at SD Inpres Ta'binjai, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The study aims to serve as an evaluative tool for Adiwiyata schools regarding environmental care characters that still need improvement within the school environment. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques encompass interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in shaping environmental care characters among students at SD Inpres Ta'binjai has been effectively executed. The school has integrated its policies into its vision and mission. Environmental education activities are participatory, involving all school elements—teachers, staff, and students. Noteworthy environmental facilities include accessible sinks in each classroom, eliminating the need to travel to distant bathrooms, and medicinal plants on campus for student health. The implementation showcases outstanding and agile initiatives such as green campaigns and health campaigns. Overall, the research underscores the successful integration of the Adiwiyata program in nurturing environmental care characters among students at SD Inpres Ta'binjai, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency, with commendable environmental initiatives and facilities.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah utama dalam pembelajaran di kelas adalah kurangnya minat belajar dari siswa. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kurangnya motivasi, metode pembelajaran yang tidak menarik, atau kurangnya relevansi materi pembelajaran dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Membangkitkan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran adalah tantangan utama yang sering dihadapi oleh guru. Siswa yang kehilangan motivasi cenderung kurang berpartisipasi aktif dalam kelas, memiliki kinerja rendah, dan sulit menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran. Kurangnya motivasi bisa disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kurangnya penghargaan atau pengakuan atas usaha siswa, kurangnya hubungan yang baik antara guru dan siswa, atau rasa tidak relevan dengan tujuan mereka di masa depan. Ketika siswa tidak memiliki minat belajar yang kuat, proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih sulit dan hasil yang dicapai cenderung rendah. Dalam hal ini, guru harus cermat dalam memilih metode pembelajaran, Penggunaan Lembar kerja peserta didik merupakan sarana yang dianggap mampu membantu dan mempermudah dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga terbentuk interaksi efektif antara peserta didik dengan pendidik, dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan dosis cairan rumen dan lama waktu fermentasi limbah sayur yang optimal untuk meningkatkan derajat hidrolisis limbah sayur melalui proses fermentasi menggunakan cairan rumen sebagai pakan udang vannamei. Metode yang digunakan adalah limbah sayur dipotong kasar selanjutnya dilakukan fermentasi menggunakan cairan rumen dengan dosis dan waktu fermentasi sesuai perlakuan. Semua bahan disemprot dengan larutan cairan rumen secara merata, selanjutnya dimasukkan dalam wadah plastik. Setelah proses fermentasi selesai, limbah sayur yang telah difermentasi dijemur dan dioven selanjutnya dilakukan analisis proksimat untuk mengetahui kandungan protein kasar dan serat kasar dengan metode AOAC (1990). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pola faktorial, faktor pertama adalah dosis cairan rumen yang ditambahkan dalam proses fermentasi limbah sayur yaitu perlakuan A (1% cairan rumen), perlakuan B (2% cairan rumen), dan perlakuan C (3 % cairan rumen) sedangkan faktor kedua adalah adalah lama waktu fermentasi limbah sayur dengan perlakuan yaitu perlakuan A ( 4 hari), perlakuan B (6 hari), perlakuan C (8 hari), dan perlakuan D (10 hari). Hasil yang diperoleh selama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi  antara penambahan dosis cairan rumen dengan lama waktu fermentasi limbah sayur tidak berpengaruh nyata (P< 0,05) terhadap derajat hidrolisis protein limbah sayur fermentasi, demikian halnya dengan lama waktu fermentasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap derajat hidrolisis protein limbah sayur, sedangkan dosis cairan rumen berpengaruh signifikan (P>0,05) terhadap derajat hidrolisis protein limbah sayur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, responsibility, transparency, and Fairness on Muzakki satisfaction in Baznas Kutai Timur. This type of research is quantitative, with samples taken by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that partially, the variables of Accountability, Responsibility, transparency, and Fairness have a significant positive effect on Muzakki satisfaction in Baznas Kutai Timur. Simultaneously, Accountability, Responsibility, transparency, and fairness (justice) have a positive and significant effect on Muzakki satisfaction in Baznas Kutai Timur.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Akuntabilitas, Responsibilitas, Transparansi dan Fairness (keadilan) terhadap kepuasan Muzakki di Baznas Kutai Timur. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yaitu uji validitas, relibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Akuntabilitas, Responsibilitas, Transparansi dan Fairness (keadilan) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan Muzakki di Baznas Kutai Timur. Secara simultan Akuntabilitas, Responsibilitas, Transparansi dan Fairness (keadilan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Muzakki di Baznas Kutai Timur.
