Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges faced by career women serving as Heads of Raudhatul Athfal (RA), or early childhood Islamic education institutions. In their roles, female school leaders are expected not only to manage the institution professionally but also to balance family responsibilities and personal life. The findings reveal several key challenges, including emotional strain such as frequent anger and sudden crying, time-consuming administrative tasks like school accreditation, limited quality time with family, curriculum changes, miscommunication with parents, differences in students' personalities, conflicts with colleagues, and often-neglected health issues. These challenges are interconnected and can affect leadership effectiveness and overall school management quality. The study suggests the importance of emotional support, stress management training, improved interpersonal communication skills, and institutional policies that are more accommodating to the needs of female school leaders. With the right strategies, these challenges can be addressed, allowing headteachers to perform their roles effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis was conducted through qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study indicate that mature leadership strategy planning, implementation with a participatory approach, and strict supervision can improve teacher performance and discipline. Programs that have been implemented, such as supervision, development of lesson plans, MGMP, IT deepening, fingerprint attendance, strengthening character education, and providing rewards and sanctions, have succeeded in creating a better and more conducive educational environment. The supporting factors for improving performance and discipline include visionary leadership, effective communication, resource support, collaborative work culture, consistent rule enforcement, and reward systems. Meanwhile, obstacles faced include lack of resources, minimal training, resistance to change, less supportive organizational culture, and administrative problems. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include increasing resources, developing continuous training, effective change management, improving organizational culture, and administrative reform.

Abstract

Pendidikan akhlakul karimah di sekolah menjadi sangat penting untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran akhlak, kompetensi guru, dan pendampingan motivatif terhadap perilaku siswa. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku siswa. Pembelajaran akhlak (X1) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung 14,624; kompetensi guru (X2) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 dan t hitung 3,011; serta pendampingan motivatif (X3) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan t hitung 5,536. Seluruh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (1,995), menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama, kedua, dan ketiga diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran akhlak, kompetensi guru, dan pendampingan motivatif secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku siswa. Ketiganya menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk karakter dan perilaku siswa di tengah tantangan era modern. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan akhlak di sekolah serta referensi dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru dan strategi pendampingan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The research results show that: 1). There are various strategies for school principals to develop teacher competence in MA. Mambaul Hikmah Rubaru Sumenep Madura, in order to develop teacher competence to be able to realize the vision and mission of the institution, among the strategies that have been carried out are as follows; Motivating teachers to create and innovate, Holding workshops or workshops, Delegating Teachers to Participate in Education Training and Seminars, Motivating Teachers to Make Scientific Papers, Holding Comparative Study Programs, Giving Awards, Implementing Discipline of Teachers, Employees, and Students, Conducting Educational Supervision, Madrasas (Stake Holder) Through exemplary, Improving the Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure, providing opportunities for advanced stages. 2). The driving and inhibiting factors faced by madrasah heads in developing teacher competence in MA. Mambaul Hikmah Rubaru Sumenep Madura, among others; driving factor; encouragement and support from the head, factors from teachers, facilities and infrastructure factors, students or students. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze (1) the moral development of Islamic boarding school students, (2) the role of Islamic da'wah character in the lives of Islamic boarding school students, and (3) the process of building character education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The results of the study indicate that moral development in Islamic boarding schools is carried out through the example of the caretakers and ustaz, the habituation of daily worship, scheduled religious activities, and the strengthening of moral values through social interaction and intensive supervision. The role of Islamic da'wah character is evident in the behavior of Islamic boarding school students who actively preach through oral, written, and exemplary attitudes, both in the internal and external environments of the Islamic boarding school. The character education process is built through an integrated curriculum, the instillation of spiritual and social values, and the strengthening of discipline and responsibility in daily life. This study provides theoretical implications in the development of an Islamic boarding school-based character development model, as well as practical implications for Islamic educational institutions in designing holistic strategies for developing Islamic boarding school character development. This study has limitations in the scope of a single location and does not include the perspective of alumni in assessing the long-term success of Islamic boarding school character programs.

Abstract

This research aims to identify institutional quality, quality improvement strategies, and obstacles faced in the implementation of strategies at MTs Sholatiyah Petir Serang in the 4.0 era. The main focus of the research includes three aspects, namely: 1) institutional quality at MTs Sholatiyah Petir Serang, 2) strategies implemented by madrasah heads to improve institutional quality, and 3) obstacles faced in the implementation of these strategies. The results of the study show that the institutional quality at MTs Sholatiyah Petir Serang has advantages in developing students' character, applying religious values, and utilizing technology in learning activities. However, challenges still arise in terms of human resource management, limited infrastructure, and the ability of teachers and education staff to the rapid development of educational technology. The strategies implemented by madrasah heads in improving institutional quality include the implementation of needs-based personnel management, improving teacher competence through continuous training, optimizing the use of technology in teaching and learning activities, and creating a conducive, collaborative, and competitive school environment. The main obstacles faced include the limited mastery of new technologies, lack of financial resources and infrastructure, and the urgent need for adaptive and innovative leadership. The findings of this study confirm the importance of effective, flexible, and needs-oriented strategies in the 4.0 era in managing educational institutions. By optimizing the quality improvement strategy and overcoming various obstacles, MTs Sholatiyah Petir Serang has the potential to improve institutional quality while strengthening its role as a madrasah that is relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of achieving the success of the tahfidz program at the Tebuireng 08 Islamic Boarding School in Banten, which faces a number of limitations in strategic management aspects. Therefore, this research focuses on planning, evaluation, and exploration of internal and external factors that have the potential to influence the success of the tahfidz program. The theoretical framework used in this research is the theory of strategic management and the theory of Al-Qur'an memorization, which are considered relevant to understanding the dynamics of the implementation of the tahfidz program in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with the aim of digging in depth information related to the strategies, mechanisms, and practices of implementing the tahfidz program at the Tebuireng 08 Islamic Boarding School. The data collection process was carried out through in-depth exploration so that a real picture of the program planning and implementation was obtained. The results of the study indicate that the tahfidz program is implemented through tiered stages starting from the formulation of the institution's vision, mission, and objectives, then translated into the form of a tahfidz program as the main program. The findings of this study confirm that the planning of the tahfidz program at the Tebuireng 08 Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng 08) adheres to strategic management principles, particularly through a trend-watching mechanism that takes into account the internal and external conditions of the Islamic boarding school. This makes the planning more implementable and focused on achieving the desired goals. Furthermore, the program's success is supported by a continuous evaluation mechanism that allows for dynamic improvements and adjustments. Thus, this study emphasizes that the success of the tahfidz program is determined not only by spiritual aspects, but also by strategic management that is systematic, planned, and adaptive to environmental changes.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia berperan atas peningkatan standar pendidikan (Studi di MTs Nurul Iman Situbondo) Guna meningkatkan standar pembangunan institusi pendidikan, diantara pendekatan untuk meningkatkan mutu sumber daya manusia adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia. Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan mekanisme yang dibutuhkan sebagai pengatur dan pengoptimalan berbagai unsur sumber daya manusia, termasuk tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Penelitian ini didasari tujuan mengetahui efek lingkungan alam MTs Nurul Iman Situbondo terhadap penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan standar pendidikan melalui unsur perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengendalian, pengadaan, pengembangan, kompensasi, integrasi, pemeliharaan, disiplin, dan pemecatan. Landasan dari penelitian adalah gagasan bahwa sumber daya manusia mampu berrperan dalam peningkatan standar organisasi dan memberi keunggulan kompetitif. Program pendidikan yang komprehensif dan terarah tidak dapat dicapai tanpa adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Penelitian memanfaatkan teknik kualitatif yang nerujuk pada realita dari deskripsi atau bahasa deskriptif. Pengambilan data pada studi ini melalui pengamatan, interviu, dan pengarsipan. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) MTs Nurul Iman berada di bawah naungan yayasan PP Nurul Iman (2) Manajemen sumber daya manusia dari berbagai perspektif; perencanaan tidak menspesifikasikan beberapa kebutuhan tetapi melihat skala yang dibutuhkan, pengorganisasian diterapkan pada partisipasi dalam mengelola organisasi, mengarahkan gambaran tugas atau uraian jabatan yang telah ditentukan, mengontrol proses penentuan di bagian penjaminan mutu, pengadaan perencanaan bagi tenaga pendidik kebutuhan, pelatihan dan pengembangan baik metodologi maupun program, kompensasi yaitu ada kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tak terpisahkan (3) Mutu pendidikan menggunakan persyaratan proses untuk mencapai standar kompetensi lulusan. (4) Masih ada tantangan pada sistem SDM, dan upaya sistem sedang ditingkatkan. (5) Berurusan dengan majikan adalah solusinya. Guna mencapai standar pendidikan, pertumbuhan sistem sumber daya manusia harus betul-betul memenuhi standar pendidikan yang ada, dan strukturnya juga harus diperiksa.

Abstract

Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into learning media must be aligned with the learning component to function optimally in teaching and learning activities. The study analyzes urgency, selection criteria, and procedures for developing AI-based learning media. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected through a systematic review of books, journal articles, and other credible academic sources relevant to the research topic. The research instrument in this research is documentation, which involves identifying, selecting, and interpreting relevant written materials. Data analysis used content analysis techniques to identify patterns, themes, and key concepts related to the research focus. The results of this study show that the importance of AI-based learning media in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah can be reviewed from an independent curriculum perspective and a technology perspective. AI-based learning media criteria can be seen from the extent to which they are compatible with learning system components, such as learning objectives, learning materials, learning media, teachers, and educators. Procedures include analyzing the conditions and needs of learning components, formulating AI-based learning media designs, and implementing such designs. The implications of this research suggest that when developed systematically, AI-based learning media can enhance effectiveness.

Abstract

Social stigma against illegal parking is a negative view or judgment given by the community to illegal parkers because they are considered to disturb public order and cause unrest among the community. This study aims to (1) analyze how social stigma against illegal parking in Panakukkang District, Makassar City. (2) To analyze the factors influencing social stigma toward illegal parking in Panakukkang District, Makassar City. (3) To analyze the solutions proposed by the community to address illegal parking in Panakukkang District, Makassar City. The number of informants in this study was 10 people, determined by purposive sampling with the criteria of community members residing in Panakukkang District aged 19-40 years. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. This research is qualitative and descriptive in nature. The results of this study show that: (1) How social stigma towards illegal parking in Panakukkang District, Makassar City is: a). Public Stigma, b). Structural Stigma, c). Self Stigma, d). Experienced Stigma. 2) Factors influencing social stigma toward illegal parking in Panakukkang District, Makassar City, are: a) Knowledge factor, b) Perception factor, c) Individual experience factor, d) Media factor. (3) Solutions proposed by the community in efforts to regulate illegal parking in Panakukkang District, Makassar City, are: a). Awareness and orderliness, b). Community participation and involvement.
