Abstract

This research seeks to explore the link between learning discipline and academic outcomes for students in PPKn (Civics Education). A quantitative approach using a correlational method is utilized. Data sources include PPKn teachers and students, with data collection techniques consisting of questionnaires, PPKn test results, and documentation. The research follows several stages of data analysis, including descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, linearity test, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test, followed by drawing conclusions. To examine the relationship between learning discipline and academic performance in PPKn, the researcher distributed questionnaires and collected students' academic results from the PPKn teacher. Subsequently, normality and linearity tests were conducted, followed by a Pearson Product-Moment correlation test. Using SPSS 16, the data was evaluated to explore the link between the two variables. The outcomes revealed a significance value of 0.102, higher than 0.05, reflecting no significant correlation among learning discipline and students' academic performance in PPKn for Class IX B at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to utilize wind energy for power generation as an electric power service for shrimp farming in the Kulon Progo district of Yogyakarta. This is done in order to minimize the use of diesel fuel in daily operations to drive the aerator pump that produces air bubbles and needs lighting. The method used is to calculate the need for electrical power in 24 hours, plan the windmill according to the local average wind speed. Parameters for measuring the final result are net present cost (NPC), cost of energy (CoE), and payback period. The scenario is used by installing a wind power generator compared to a generator from a diesel engine. The results of the study with a wind power generation system capable of producing 41755,07kW/year of power with the NPC value having a more efficient economic value of Rp. 158,254,000.00, a more efficient CoE value of Rp. 477.41, and for a diesel power plant of Rp. 1,569,015,240.00 and CoE worth Rp5,867,45. The payback period for the scenario with wind power is 3 years and 9 months and and 15 years 7 months for the scenario with diesel power plants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) STKIP Situs Banten yang berjumlah 62 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 15 perempuan dan 47 laki-laki. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode desktiptif kuantitiatif dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis presentase. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan multistage fitness test ditujukan untuk mengetahui daya tahan kardiorespirasi (VO2Max) dengan mengukur jumlah oksigen maksimal dalam tubuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa PJKR STKIP Situs Banten menunjukkan bahwa 20 mahasiswa atau 32.25% dalam kategori baik dan kebugaran jasmani ditinjau dari domisili tempat tinggal daerah pegunungan didapatkan 8 mahasiswa atau 34.78% dalam kategori baik sekali dari total mahasiswa berjumlah 23 mahasiswa, daerah pantai 5 mahasiswa atau 45.45% didapatkan dalam kategori sedang dari total mahasiswa berjumlah 11 mahasiswa, daerah pabrik 5 mahasiswa atau 55.55% dalam kategori sedang, dari total mahasiswa berjumlah 9 mahasiswadan daerah kota 9 mahasiswa atau 47.36% dalam kategori sedang dari total mahasiswa berjumlah 19 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini ke depan memberikan gambaran kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa PJKR yang harus dipersiapkan dan diperhatikan supaya dapat menunjang proses perkuliahan yang dominan praktek secara khusus dan secara umum juga bisa digunakan sebagai tolak ukur eveluasi tes kebugaran jasmani pada saat penerimaan mahasiswa baru sehingga dapat menjaring mahasiswa dengan tingkat kebugaran yang baik.

Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative field research. To collect data, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation were used. Qualitative descriptive analysis is taken from facts or events and then a conclusion is drawn from the description obtained from the results, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are: The leadership of the Madrasah Head in carrying out educational program innovations is going well because in the process he has implemented four educational management functions which are emphasized in the field of infrastructure, namely by carrying out planning (planning), organizing (deliberation and evaluation) carrying out motivating (mobilization). /action) and carrying out control (supervision). The planning, evaluation, motivation and supervision carried out by the head of the madrasah resulted in very significant changes and progress in improving the quality of education at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan, this was due to the process of innovating good education programs. So that the vision, mission and goals of the madrasah can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research and the subject of this research is the principal and students. Data are obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) The principal's strategy in disciplining students in state junior high schools 2 Plandaan, carried out by planning in creating empathic behavior, organizing by prioritizing good communication, implementing learning discipline activities; coaching and supervision of teacher performance, providing motivation, awarding and evaluating learning discipline activities. (2) obstacles in the principal's strategy in disciplining students at SMP Negeri 2 Plandaan are accompanied by the lack of parental attention and the lack of awareness of students accepted by students, Different student backgrounds. Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive case study type approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis from the results of observations, interviews and documentation begins with data reduction, data presentation and ends with drawing conclusions.The results of this study are: 1) Management of Head Masters in increasing the recruitment of new students starts with a work plan that is formulated from objectives based on the school's vision and mission. The principal has three principles that the first principal can do; planning, the second; announcement of information, the third; file selection, 2) Implementation management of Head Masters in the recruitment of new students takes organizing actions to create a good new student committee structure, in application through three processes namely planning, information announcement, file selection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare at MI Ma'arif Nu Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto with a research focus: How is the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of head entrepreneurial competence schools in improving the welfare of teachers MI Ma'arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are made by data reduction, data display and conclusion (verification) and data validity. The results of this study indicate that: (1) indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals is reflected in various innovative programs, such as the English-based Billingual Program, Student Shuttle Car, and Morning Prayer (TPQ). Commitment to work hard, have motivation, the principal also pays attention to the welfare of teachers with various forms of support, such as payment of salaries according to certification standard salary, THR, health benefits, allocation of BOS funds, and Family Gathering events. (2) Supporting factors include the experience of school principals in entrepreneurship, innovative programs such as the Billingual Program, Morning Prayer (TPQ) and student pick-ups, as well as transparency with all stakeholders. Inhibiting factors include financial constraints and parental constraints. Limited funds affect the implementation of innovative programs. whereas parental constraints such as limited time and understanding of the program may affect their participation

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of profitability and growth opportunity on company value in healthcare companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. Method: The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling. The data analysis method employed in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The research results show that profitability has no effect on company value, while growth opportunity has a negative effect on company value. Conclusions: This study concludes that profitability does not significantly affect company value, whereas growth opportunities negatively impact it. Limitations: This study has limitations, notably the low determination coefficient of 17.6%.    Contribution: The contribution of this research to companies in the healthcare sector is to provide insight into the importance of profitability and growth opportunities in increasing company value. Novelty: The novelty of this research compared to previous studies lies in three aspects: First, the inclusion of growth opportunity as an independent variable. Second, the use of the PBV indicator for measuring company value, as opposed to the Tobin's Q indicator used in prior studies. Third, the focus of this research is on the healthcare sector, in contrast to previous studies that focused on the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membahas fungsi dan tugas pokok bawaslu dalam pelaksanaan proses pemilu 2024 di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan strategi Bawaslu dalam mencegah terjadinya money politic di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fungsi dan tugas pokok Bawaslu Kabupaten Sumbawa diatur di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2011 yaitu melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan tahapan pemilu sebagai upaya pencegahan dan penindakan pelanggaran pemilu sejak tahapan awal hingga berakhirnya tahapan pemilu di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan Bawaslu menyusun strategi pencegahan money politic berupa sosialisasi pengawasan pemilu partisipatif kepada masyarakat, pemetaan daerah rawan money politic, pembentukan kampung pengawasan pemilu, jango partai, pengutan kerjasama dan fungsi Penegakkan Hukum Terpadu (Gakkumdu) dalam pembuktian money politic. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaturan hukum dan pertanggungjawaban terhadap penggunaan keuangan partai politik dari dana yang bersumber dari keuangan negara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang- undangan, dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaturan hukum terhadap penggunaan keuangan partai politik dari dana yang bersumber dari keuangan negara ialah dari iuran anggota, sumbagan yang sah menurut hukum dan bantuan keuangan dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara/anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah dipergunakan untuk membiayai kegiatan pendidikan politik dan operasional seketariat. Penggunaan dana partai politik yang ideal akan menciptakan sistem demokrasi yang baik dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan partai politik ialah memberikan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan berupa penerimaan dan juga pengeluarannya apabila tidak memberikan laporan pertanggungjawaban terhadap dana bantuan yang diterimanya, maka partai politik tersebut akan dikenai sanksi administratif.
