Abstract

This research aims to explore and understand aspects of Teacher Professional Development Management in Elementary Schools, focusing on three main things. First, examine teachers' perceptions of the professional development program implemented, including their views regarding its effectiveness, relevance, and benefits. Second, analyze the program's implications for teacher performance and motivation and the extent to which this program can increase teacher competence, morale, and dedication in the learning process. Third, the leadership role of school principals in supporting teacher professional development should be evaluated by looking at how school principals' support, guidance, and policies can strengthen teacher professionalism. This research uses a case study approach with qualitative methods to explore this phenomenon in depth. The research results show that effective school management, leadership support, and the availability of relevant resources and training methods are vital to increasing teacher competence and motivation. However, this research has limitations because it was only conducted in one school with a limited sample. For future research, it is recommended to involve a larger and more diverse sample from various schools to obtain more comprehensive and applicable data

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses perubahan tingkah laku, penanaman ilmu pemikiran dan sikap. Gerakan Pramuka adalah gerakan pendidikan non formal, bersifat sukarela, non politik, terbuka untuk semua tanpa membedakan asal usul, ras, suku bangsa dan agama. Penerapan kurikulum 2013 menjadikan pramuka sebagai ekstrakurikuler wajib, hal itu di karnakan ada berbagai nilai karakter yang dapat diinternalisasi berdasarkan penyelenggaraan kegiatan kepramukaan. Pendidikan Kepramukaan dinilai sangat penting. Kegiatan kemitraan ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 009 Rambah Samo yang berada di Desa Masda Makmur. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian berbentuk latihan mingguan kepramukaan adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Belajar sambil melakukan, 2. Bekerja sama dan berkompetisi, 3. Kegiatan yang menarik dan menantang. Berdasarkan rangkaian kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) melalui Program Membangun Desa (PMD) terkait latihan mingguan kepramukaan di SD Negeri 009 Rambah Samo, hasil yang diperoleh yaitu siswa SD Negeri 009 Rambah Samo mampu memahami pengetahuan dasar tentang kepramukaan. Selain itu, siswa SD Negeri 009 Rambah Samo mampu memperoleh juara pada even lomba kepramukaan dalam rangka memperingati Hari Sumpah Pemuda

Abstract

Program Membangun Desa (PMD) adalah suatu bentuk pendidikan dengan cara memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada mahasiswa untuk hidup di tengah masyarakat di luar lingkungan perguruan tinggi dengan melakukan identifikasi kemudian melakukan penanganan terhadap permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Dengan adanya pengadaan kegiatan Bimbingan Belajar (BIMBEL) dalam suatu program Membangun Desa (PMD) ini kiranya bisa mengatasi kesulitan para siswa dalam pembelajaran disekolah khususnya pembelajaran matematika. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah a. Metode pembelajaran ceramah b. Metode pembelajaran drill c. Metode pembelajaran jarimatika. Respon dari siswa peserta Bimbingan Belajar (BIMBEL) adalah sangat baik dimana siswa sangat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan Bimbingan Belajar (BIMBEL). Hasil kegiatan Bimbingan Belajar (BIMBEL) yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu : a. Siswa mempunyai sarana atau wadah untuk bertanya mengenai pembelajaran yang baik dan benar. b. Siswa merasa terbantu dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru di sekolah. c. Meningkatnya nilai pembelajaran matematika siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure, audit fees, and auditor independence on audit quality. Quantitative data is used in this study. The data used in this study is primary data. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, and the data was processed in as many as 92 questionnaires. The population in this study are auditors who work at a foreign-affiliated Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Jakarta. The test was carried out with the help of IBM SPSS statistic 25. The findings underscore the significant impact of time budget pressure on audit quality, emphasizing that auditors' performance is intrinsically linked to their ability to manage the pressures associated with tight timelines. In contrast, audit fees were not found to substantially affect audit quality, revealing that an excessive fee structure may jeopardize auditor independence. Auditor independence emerged as a critical factor, significantly influencing audit quality. A higher level of independence among auditors corresponded with improved audit quality. This research underscores the need for careful management of time constraints and emphasizes the pivotal role of auditor independence in ensuring the integrity and reliability of audit outcomes.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Pengembangan bahan ajar tematik terintegrasi Sain-Islam di Madrashah Ibtidaiyah merupakan sebuah strategi dalam memberikan pendidikan  holistik dan praktis.  Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sebagai lembaga pendidikan keagamaan seharusan mengadopsi pendekatan pembelajaran khas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan mengembangkan bahan ajar tematik terintegrasi Sains-Islam dengan tema ”indahnya kebersamaan”. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Service Learning (SL) terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu melakukan engagement, reflection, reciprocity dan dissemination. Hasil pendampingan menunjukan keterampilan pemahaman guru ditinjau dari aspek pemahaman integrasi sebelum pendampingan rerata 70%, setelah dilakukan pendampingan meningkat menjadi 80%. Pada aspek memahami metode integrasi 68% sebelum pendampingan, setelah dilakukan pendampingan meningkat menjadi 78%. Selanjutnya terkait dengan pencarian ayat sain dan hadits juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu awalnya 70% menjadi 84%. Begitu juga dengan keterampilan pengembangan bahan ajar secara signifikan mengalami peningkatan yaitu 80% setelah pendampingan. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa pendampingan yang dilakukan efektif meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan mengembangkan bahan ajar tematik terintegrasi Sains-Islam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merupakan solusi efektif peningkatan mutu pendidikan dalam rangka mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi individu yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga kuat secara moral dan spiritual. Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, integrasi sains-Islam, pembelajaran IPA [English]: Developing thematic teaching materials integrated with Science-Islam in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is essential for providing holistic and relevant education. As a faith-based educational institution, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is expected to adopt a distinctive learning approach that integrates religious values with scientific knowledge. This study aims to enhance teachers' skills in designing and developing thematic teaching materials integrated with Science-Islam, particularly on the theme "The Beauty of Togetherness. The method used in this study is Service Learning (SL), which consists of five stages: engagement, reflection, reciprocity, and dissemination. The results of the mentoring process showed significant improvements in teacher skills. In the aspect of integration understanding, the average score increased from 70% to 80% after mentoring. Understanding the integration methods also improved, from 68% before mentoring to 78%. The ability to find relevant Quranic verses and hadiths for the learning theme increased from 70% to 84%. Lastly, the teachers' skills in developing teaching materials significantly improved, reaching 80% after the mentoring process. These findings indicate that the mentoring method based on Service Learning effectively enhances teachers' skills in developing thematic teaching materials integrated with Science-Islam. This study provides a concrete solution to improve the quality of education, preparing students to become individuals who are not only intellectually capable but also morally and spiritually strong. Abstract

This research aims to understand the self-adaptation management of students from Thailand who are pursuing teacher training study programs in Indonesia. The focus of the research includes: 1) cultural differences between Thailand and Indonesia that affect students' self-adaptation, 2) the self-adaptation strategies used by Thai students, and 3) their expectations for self-adaptation management at the university. The method used was qualitative with a narrative inquiry approach through interviews and observations of 9 respondents. The results showed that Thai students at the Islamic University of Indonesia observed cultural differences in social values, norms, and religious aspects that influenced social interaction, responses to authority, and understanding of dominant cultures as well as lifestyles and perceptions of time. They develop adaptation strategies through Indonesian language courses, international communities, technology, lecturer guidance, and local friendships. Students expect the university to provide orientation programs, guidance, comfortable dormitories, cultural exchange, inclusive activities, and community support, as well as ensure the quality of higher education, competent lecturers, and relevant curriculum. This research provides insights for universities to develop more effective orientation and mentoring programs and shows the importance of technology support in the adaptation process. The limitation of this study is that its scope is limited to one university with a small number of respondents, so it is recommended for future research to include more universities and a wider range of respondents for a more comprehensive understanding. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya di sekolah menengah atas dengan fokus pada kesiapan dan kompetensi guru, metode pembelajaran, serta pemenuhan fasilitas dan sumber daya pendukung pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus yang dilakukan di SMAN 1 Kaliwungu dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan tujuh responden terdiri dari guru, siswa dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan dan kompetensi guru dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan pelatihan profesional, pengalaman, dan dukungan sekolah. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam Kurikulum 2013, seperti pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan penggunaan teknologi digital, memengaruhi kreativitas dan partisipasi siswa. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap perubahan juga diidentifikasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan profesional yang berkelanjutan, dukungan sekolah yang kuat, dan alokasi anggaran yang memadai dalam meningkatkan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya di sekolah menengah atas.   Evaluation of the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in senior high schools in the subject of arts and culture   Abstract: This research evaluates the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Cultural Arts subjects in senior high schools with a focus on teacher readiness and competence, learning methods, and fulfilment of facilities and resources supporting learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type conducted at SMA N 1 Kaliwungu by collecting data through interviews with seven respondents consisting of teachers, students and principals. The result shows that teachers' readiness and competence are influenced by the availability of professional training, experience, and school support. The learning methods applied in Curriculum 2013, such as problem-based learning and the use of digital technology, influence students' creativity and participation. However, challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change were also identified. Thus, this study highlights the importance of continuous professional training, strong school support and adequate budget allocation in improving the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Cultural Arts subjects in senior secondary schools.

Abstract

Danial Cake & Bakery adalah UMKM yang memproduksi kue tart yang berada di Desa Sumurpule Kecamatan Kragan Kabupaten Rembang. Dalam Pengabdian ini Tim KKU Universitas YPPI Rembang melakukan pengembangan usaha Danial Cake & Bakery. Kuliah Kerja Usaha (KKU) merupakan sarana untuk mengantarkan mahasiswa menuju kehidupan masyarakat yang sesungguhnya. Metode yang digunakan terdapat 3 tahapan, yaitu Kegiatan Pra-Survei, Analisis Kebutuhan, dan pelaksanaan pendampingan program. Masalah yang dihadapi UMKM Danial Cake & Bakery yaitu UMKM belum mempunyai legalitas usaha dan UMKM belum mempunyai media pemasaran. Adapun Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar produk dapat dikenal lebih luas dan memberikan pendampingan program terkait pembuatan akun dan tata cara pengurusan legalitas melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil kegiatan KKU yaitu mempunyai legalitas usaha dan pemasangan papan penunjuk arah dari pinggir jalan utama menuju tempat lokasi UMKM yang memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat atau konsumen mengetahui lokasi UMKM. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Knowledge and Financial Self-Efficacy on the Financial Management Behavior of MSME actors on Kodingareng Island, Sangkarrang District. Data collection used primary data obtained from questionnaires using saturated sample techniques. The population is all MSMEs on Kodingareng Island, Sangkarrang District, as many as 36 MSMEs, while the sample that can be collected is 36 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions, and heteroscedasticity assumptions. The data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The results of the study show that Financial Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, while Financial Self-Efficacy has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, these two variables have a significant influence on Financial Management Behavior. These findings affirm the importance of increasing financial literacy and strengthening self-confidence in supporting the success of financial management and the sustainability of MSME businesses in the archipelago.

Abstract

The importance of mother's skills towards children is needed so that children become independent. In this case, efforts are needed to improve maternal parenting skills. One of the efforts that can be done is the provision of psychoeducation about knowledge of school readiness for mothers. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of child independence after the mother is given knowledge about psychoeducation. The mothers who were given the knowledge about Psychoeducation were 30 people who were the guardians of Hasanuddin Kindergarten students. The research data was collected with a focus on the children's independence scale and school readiness scale, because the research data was not normally distributed, the data analysis used in this study was Non Parametic Wilcoxson. From the results of the analysis, the value of t count is 0.015 and the value of sig. of 0.988 which means that there is no difference in the independence of the child before the mother is given psychoeducation and after being given psychoeducation.
