Abstract

Abstract

Investigasi pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi digital terhadap efisiensi perhitungan kubikasi dan penerbitan rekening air di PDAM Mamuju. Pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan 150 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan dan pelanggan PDAM Mamuju. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menilai persepsi tentang kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, efisiensi perhitungan kubikasi air, dan proses penerbitan rekening. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi digital dengan peningkatan efisiensi dalam perhitungan kubikasi air dan penerbitan rekening. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi implikasi praktis bagi manajemen PDAM dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional melalui optimalisasi teknologi digital. Studi ini juga menekankan pentingnya pelatihan dan dukungan teknis yang berkelanjutan bagi pengguna aplikasi digital

Abstract

Webinar dengan tema "Desa Taat Hukum: Meningkatkan Kapasitas Aparatur Desa se-Kabupaten Mamuju di Bidang Administrasi, Keuangan, dan Perpajakan" diselenggarakan oleh Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) MAN REKAN KITA Sulawesi Barat bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman praktis dalam tata kelola administrasi, keuangan, dan perpajakan desa. Materi disampaikan oleh Tri Frida Suryati, Hari Yeni dan Herman dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju, dengan fokus pada "Desa Taat Hukum Pajak," menggunakan Desa Margoyoso sebagai studi kasus. Webinar ini memberikan pemahaman kepada Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Mamuju tentang potensi pajak yang dapat dimanfaatkan melalui APBDes dari Dana Desa, termasuk Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 atas upah pekerja dalam proyek pembangunan dan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai atas pembelian bahan bangunan. Diharapkan webinar ini dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan perpajakan, optimalisasi pengelolaan dana desa, kolaborasi dengan UMKM lokal, serta monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work communication and supervision on employee productivity at PT. Karajae Makmur Lestari in Mamuju Regency. A quantitative research approach was employed, with the sample selected using a probability sampling technique, resulting in 34 respondents. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, direct distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. The quality of the research instruments was tested using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method applied was multiple linear regression analysis, followed by hypothesis testing using the partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The findings of this study indicate that (a) Work communication has a significant partial effect on employee productivity. (b) Supervision also has a significant partial impact on employee productivity. (c)Work communication and supervision, when considered simultaneously, have a substantial effect on employee productivity. However, their combined contribution is relatively low, accounting for only 33.6%, while the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study examined how the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Central Mamuju Regency optimizes leadership transformation by using an attendance information system and digital management. Functional officials, implementing officials, and other administrative staff comprise this quantitative study population. A proportional random sampling approach was used, and the study's sample size consisted of 30 respondents. Questionnaires are created and distributed to respondents to collect data. T-test, F-test, and multiple linear regression techniques were used to examine the questionnaire data. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) The measure of leadership transformation is greatly influenced by digital presence. (2) Management information systems positively influence leadership transformation indicators. (3) Integrating digital attendance and management information systems contributes significantly to improving decision-making processes within the organization. (4) Leadership transformation in a digital context requires fostering adaptability, encouraging collaboration, and utilizing technological advancements to drive efficiency. (5) The successful adoption of digital tools in leadership transformation leads to enhanced performance management, improved accountability, and increased operational transparency. (6) Organizational effectiveness is significantly impacted by the integration of technology-driven management systems, leading to higher efficiency and better service delivery. These results highlight the importance of digitalization in enhancing leadership effectiveness and optimizing organizational management in government institutions. This study contributes to understanding how digital transformation supports leadership development and administrative efficiency, providing valuable insights for policymakers and organizational leaders to implement digital solutions effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di RSUD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, dengan menggunakan kerangka HOT-FIT (Human, Organization, Technology, Net Benefit). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak terkait, seperti manajer rumah sakit, pengguna(user) SIMRS, dan Pasien. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai efektivitas SIMRS dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, mengidentifikasi kendala dalam penerapan sistem, serta merumuskan strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIMRS memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional rumah sakit, terutama dalam mempercepat pengelolaan data pasien dan administrasi. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yang menghambat efektivitas sistem, antara lain masalah infrastruktur teknologi, kurangnya pelatihan bagi pengguna, serta tantangan dalam penerimaan perubahan oleh staf. Kendala ini mencerminkan pentingnya keselarasan antara aspek teknologi, sumber daya manusia, dan struktur organisasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan infrastruktur teknologi, peningkatan pelatihan bagi pengguna, serta penguatan koordinasi antar departemen untuk mengoptimalkan SIMRS. Evaluasi dan pemantauan berkelanjutan juga diperlukan agar SIMRS dapat memberikan manfaat maksimal dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan digital marketing terhadap purchase intention (niat beli) kain tenun Sekomandi pada UMKM di Desa Hinua, Kecamatan Bonehau, Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 30 responden yang telah membeli kain tenun Sekomandi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Demikian pula, digital marketing juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Secara simultan, brand image dan digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli konsumen terhadap produk kain tenun Sekomandi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya strategi penguatan citra merek dan optimalisasi media digital dalam memasarkan produk budaya lokal agar mampu meningkatkan minat beli masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work discipline partially and simultaneously on service quality at the Mamuju City Police. Determining the sample for this research was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this research was all personnel/employees at the Mamuju City Police, totaling 72 people. The test results show that partially the variables transformational leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the quality of service at the Mamuju City Police and simultaneously the variables transformational leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the quality of service at the City Police.

Abstract

A courier is someone who is tasked with delivering packages in the form of documents or other items to individuals, businesses, institutions, or government agencies. Courier is not a new profession. This job has existed since ancient times, when people would run to deliver messages or items to someone. From there, the word courier emerged in English, which comes from the Greek word curere, meaning to run. Some issues that arise include the lack of flexible working arrangements, which is why work-life balance is introduced here as a bridge to enhance employee achievements by implementing a flexible working system. This study aims to confirm the influence of flexible working on employee achievements mediated by work-life balance among couriers in Mamuju. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze data related to the variables whose relationships will be examined. This study used a sample of 100 respondents with snowball sampling technique using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The results of this study show that flexible working does not affect employee achievement, flexible working does not affect work-life balance, work-life balance affects employee achievement, and work-life balance does not directly mediate the relationship between flexible working and employee achievement.

Abstract

PT BFI Finance is one of the companies engaged in financing. This company is an independent company that has branches in various regions, one of which is in Mamuju which was established on October 11, 2010. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work professionalism, work stress and employee psychology on employee performance at PT BFI Finance Mamuju Branch. This research uses quantitative methods, with sample withdrawal using probability sampling techniques with 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Testing the quality of research instruments using validity tests, and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing using partial test (t statistical test), and simultaneous test (F statistical test). The research results obtained (1) work professionalism has a significant partial effect on employee performance. (2) job stress has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (3) employee psychology has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Work professionalism, work stress and employee psychology simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on employee performance.
