Abstract

The use of information technology in the health sector is increasingly seen as a strategic step to improve the quality of public services. One effort is the development of the Mobile JKN application by BPJS Kesehatan, which is intended to facilitate National Health Insurance (JKN) participants in accessing health services. This study aims to examine how the implementation of the Mobile JKN application contributes to improving access and qualit. of health services for participants. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques consisting of a literature review, direct observation of application usage, and limited interviews with Mobile JKN users. The results show that Mobile JKN plays an important role in supporting the digital transformation of health services, but still requires continuous system development and increased education for users. The Mobile JKN application helps participants in obtaining services more easily and efficiently, while increasing the transparency of information related to membership and health services. However, the use of this application still faces several obstacles, including limited digital literacy of users, uneven internet network quality, and technical problems in the application system. Based on these findings, this study concludes that Mobile JKN plays an important role in supporting the digital transformation of health services, but still requires continuous system development and increased education for users. Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Disaster Management Information System (SIMBA) in handling the Mamuju Earthquake. Using a quantitative descriptive method with 29 respondents, the study measures aspects of system usability, information quality, and coordination impact. The reliability test resulted in a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.919, indicating high internal consistency. The findings show that 58.6% of respondents agreed that the system interface is clear, and 53.6% stated that disaster response became faster. However, 13.8% of respondents experienced access constraints due to unstable network conditions. It can be concluded that SIMBA is effective as a coordination tool; however, the development of a low-bandwidth mode is highly necessary to ensure access stability in critical conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital tracking systems in improving the accuracy of shipping information at J&T Express Mamuju Branch. Along with the growth of e-commerce, the accuracy of information has become a crucial factor for customer satisfaction and the competitive advantage of logistics companies. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Key informants were selected using purposive sampling, consisting of management, operational staff, and customer service. The results indicate that the digital tracking system plays a strategic role as the primary means for recording and delivering real-time shipping information. Generally, the delivery status information generated by the system aligns with the actual condition of the packages in the field. However, the effectiveness of this system is not purely technologically deterministic but is heavily influenced by human and environmental factors. The findings identify that the discipline and precision of officers in updating data are the main determining factors of information accuracy. Additionally, technical obstacles such as limited internet network in the Mamuju region and high package volumes at certain times remain barriers to maintaining consistent data accuracy. This study concludes that optimizing information accuracy requires synergy between reliable technology, human resource competence, and the consistent implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP).
