Abstract

Pekerja bangunan sering mengalami kelelahan akibat beban kerja fisik yang tinggi, yang dapat berdampak pada produktivitas dan kesehatan mereka. Kelelahan yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan penurunan efisiensi kerja serta meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis beban kerja untuk mengetahui tingkat kelelahan pekerja serta mencari solusi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja pada pekerja bangunan di Perumahan Mahkota Regency Karawang menggunakan metode 10 denyut. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan mencatat denyut nadi istirahat (DNI) dan denyut nadi kerja (DNK) dari tiga pekerja. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk menghitung Cardiovascular Load (%CVL) guna menentukan tingkat kelelahan pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga pekerja memiliki %CVL masing-masing sebesar 13,59%, 29,06% dan 27,85% yang dikategorikan sebagai tidak mengalami kelelahan, sedangkan dua pekerja memiliki %CVL sebesar 35,19% dan 38,19%, yang memerlukan perbaikan dalam sistem kerja. Oleh karena itu, tiga pekerja tidak memerlukan tambahan waktu istirahat, sementara dua lainnya membutuhkan waktu istirahat lebih lama. Pemilik dapat meningkatkan motivasi dengan menaikkan upah atau memberikan hadiah. Disarankan penyesuaian jadwal istirahat atau penerapan strategi ergonomis untuk mengurangi beban kerja fisik dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja. Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is an important element in the industry to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for workers. PT. X implements OHS through the use of risk assessment forms, especially in the packaging area of ​​the Cold Cutting department. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the risk assessment form used by the company and adjust it to the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. The results of the evaluation indicate that the risk assessment form used by the company is not fully detailed in identifying the risks in each job, compared to the JSA method. Therefore, it is recommended that the company adopt a more general and standardized JSA format to improve clarity and understanding, especially for parties outside the company. The implementation of this proposal is expected to improve the effectiveness of risk management and occupational safety, while reducing the potential for accidents in the workplace, thereby increasing the company's overall productivity and operational efficiency. Abstract

Repetitive manual material handling and incorrect movements can result injury to workers. At the Kecap Segi Tiga Majalengka Company, several workers had complaints of low back pain, shoulder pain, leg pain, and others after work. This study focused on analyzing the work posture risks of two workers in the washing and labeling bottles section. The used method was the NBM questionnaire after work and observation. The data that has been collected then processed using the Nordic Body Map (NBM), RULA, and REBA methods. The three methods produce a score that indicating the high risk of injury of work posture. NBM method showed result that bottle-washing workers felt more pain with a value of 52 compared with labeling workers who have a value of 49. The RULA method produces a score of 7 for both jobs which means the way it included the process works in risky activities and needs work repair right now. While the REBA method found that the bottle washing process resulted in a total score of 11 (Very High), Action Level 4, and required immediate repairs and the installation of soy sauce bottle labels it resulted in a total value of 9 (High), Action Level 3, and needed immediate corrective action. Konsep Manual Material Handling yang ada di dalam suatu kegiatan usaha berpotensi menimbulkan cedera pada tubuh pekerja jika dilakukan secara repetitif dengan waktu lama. Pada Perusahaan Kecap Segi Tiga Majalengka, didapati beberapa pekerja memiliki keluhan seperti nyeri pinggang, nyeri pundak, sakit kaki, dan lain-lain setelah bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besar risiko yang dihasilkan dari postur kerja kedua pekerja yang berada di bagian pencucian dan pemasangan label botol Perusahaan Kecap Segi Tiga Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pengisian kuesioner Nordic Body Map ditambah metode observasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan metode Nordic Body Map (NBM), RULA, dan REBA. Ketiga metode tersebut menghasilkan nilai yang mengindikasikan bahwa postur kerja yang dimiliki berisiko tinggi menimbulkan cedera. Metode NBM menunjukkan bahwa pekerja pencucian botol cenderung lebih merasa sakit dengan nilai 52 dibandingkan dengan pekerja pemasangan label yang bernilai 49. Untuk metode RULA didapati bahwa kedua pekerjaan tersebut menghasilkan nilai yang sama yaitu 7 yang berarti cara kerja proses tersebut termasuk pada kegiatan yang berisiko dan memerlukan perbaikan kerja sekarang juga. Sedangkan metode REBA mendapati bahwa proses pencucian botol menghasilkan nilai total 11 (Sangat Tinggi), Action Level 4, dan memerlukan perbaikan saat itu juga dan untuk pemasangan label botol kecap menghasilkan nilai total 9 (Tinggi), Action Level 3, dan perlu tindakan perbaikan segera.

Abstract

PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia is engaged in the construction sector by producing concrete and construction. Layout design is needed so that the existing land can be utilized optimally and material transfer is more effective and efficient. This can affect the distance and time of the transfer so that the cost of moving can be minimized. In practice, the company's trajectory condition only has one path (trajectory) for alternating current and crossing production lines, so it is considered inefficient to move both goods and workers, coupled with the existence of land that is not used properly, therefore improvements are needed to the production floor layout. in order to minimize the cost of moving goods and have a definite path (trajectory). Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) is a method for redesigning a layout (re-layout) based on the results of distance optimization and Material Handling Costs (OMH). The amount of OMH in the initial layout (now) is Rp. 2,614,200 with a total track distance of 39.82m and OMH in the proposed layout with a total track distance of 19.17m, the result is Rp. 1,534,200, this proves that the proposed layout can be applied because there is a decrease in total OMH by 35.44% or Rp. 926,580. PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia bergerak di bidang pembangunan dengan memproduksi beton dan konstruksi. Perancangan tata letak diperlukan agar lahan yang ada dapat dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal dan pepindahan material lebih efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi besar jarak dan waktu perpindahan sehingga besar biaya perpindahan dapat diminimalkan. Pada pelaksanaannya kondisi lintasan perusahaan hanya memiliki satu jalur (lintasan) untuk arus bolak balik dan persilangan alur produksi maka dianggap tidak efisien untuk dilakukan perpindahan baik barang maupun pekerja, ditambah dengan adanya lahan yang tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh karena itu dibutuhkan perbaikan pada layout lantai produksi agar dapat meminimalkan biaya perpindahan barang dan memiliki jalur (lintasan) yang pasti. Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) merupakan metode untuk membuat perancangan ulang suatu layout (re-layout) berdasarkan hasil dari optimalisasi jarak dan Ongkos Material Handling (OMH). Besar OMH pada layout awal (sekarang) adalah Rp 2.614.200 dengan total jarak lintasan 39,82m dan OMH pada layout usulan dengan total jarak lintasan 19,17m didapat hasil sebesar Rp. 1.534.200, hal ini membuktikan bahwa layout usulan dapat diterapkan karena terjadi penurunan total OMH sebesar 35,44% atau Rp.

Abstract

PT. Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang is an engineering company engaged in fabrication, machining and side parts. PT. Tri Jaya Teknik started pioneering a business since 2007 and started owning and occupying its own workshop in 2009. Currently the company already has 2 plant workshops with a total area of 3,080 m2 and has about 100 employees. One of the products produced is Fuji seat, based on the data collected there are 3 parts of the process. The 3 parts of the process are repair 1, repair 2, repair 3. With each there is a check parts & packing table. The method used in companies to manage raw material inventories is still conventional, namely by making continuous purchases without estimating according to needs. So that there is often an excess of raw materials or a shortage of raw materials at a certain time, this makes the costs incurred inefficient and often disrupts the production process. A review of the inventory capacity of Fuji Seat products in this study was carried out using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model. The main raw material inventory data used is Fuji Seat in the 2016-2019 period. Holding cost raw materials is set by PT. Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang is 2.5% of the price per pcs, this value is used for procurement and repair of tools and equipment in the warehouse. If there is no damage, the cost is allocated to the warehouse manager in that month. Meanwhile, the cost of ordering which consists of the price of goods and shipping costs is determined by PT. Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang, amounting to IDR 100,000.00. This fee includes administration and transportation costs. Administrative costs, namely executive salaries and other supporters, as well as taxes related to the company. The cost of shipping transport is the distance traveled and the weight of the product ordered. Based on the calculation of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), the most economical amount of raw materials using the EOQ model is 6,815.5 Pcs with 187 purchases a year. PT. Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang adalah perusahaan engineering yang bergerak di bidang fabrikasi, machining dan part samping. PT. Tri Jaya Teknik mulai merintis bisnis sejak tahun 2007 dan mulai memiliki dan menempati workshop sendiri di tahun 2009. Saat ini perusahaan telah memiliki 2 plant workshop dengan total luas 3.080 m2 dan memiliki karyawan berjumlah sekitar 100 orang. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah fuji seat, berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan ada 3 bagian proses. 3 bagian proses itu adalah repair 1, repair 2, repair 3. Dengan masing-masing terdapat meja check part & packing. Metode yang digunakan pada perusahaan untuk mengelola persediaan bahan baku masih secara konvensional, yaitu dengan melakukan pembelian terus menerus tanpa memperkirakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sehingga seringkali terjadi kelebihan bahan baku atau kekurangan bahan baku di saat tertentu, hal ini membuat biaya yang dikeluarkan menjadi tidak efisien dan sering kali mengganggu proses produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mampu mengetahui perhitungan EOQ dan frekuensi pembelian yang paling ekonomis dalam perusahaan. Tinjauan kapasitas persediaan produk Fuji Seat dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Data persediaan bahan baku utama yang digunakan adalah Fuji Seat pada periode 2016-2019.Biaya penyimpanan bahan baku di tetapkan oleh pihak PT. Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang sebesar 2,5% dari harga per pcs, nilai tersebut digunakan untuk keperluan pengadaan dan perbaikan

Abstract

The production process is very influential for the company, because it can provide profits from a production. If scheduling planning is not available, project activities will be delayed and less effective and project activities will be inefficient. Scheduling planning is optimal by applying the Critical Path Method (CPM). The advantage of the Critical Path Method (CPM) is that it can provide a list of project activities that are detrimental to the schedule, can set a schedule, identify important elements in a project, and find critical paths. This study aims to analyze component production scheduling and find critical paths of Joint Brake Rod component production activities by applying the Critical Path Method (CPM). This study obtained the results of the production time of Joint Brake Rod components by applying the Critical Path Method (CPM) is 37,953 seconds to produce products, where previously the company had time before applying the Critical Path Method (CPM) was 39,153 seconds. From the results of calculations before and after applying the method, this time decrease was 3.06%. In applying the Critical Path Method (CPM), an overview of the critical trajectory of network planning is obtained.

Abstract

Library is one of the information facilities that functions to open the knowledge. Currently there arevarious types of libraries ranging from conventional to digital. The Faculty of Engineering's ReadingRoom needs to be developed into a Digital Library to make it more effective and efficient in the deliveryand search of libraries. Also, a repository needs to be made so that the scientific papers are not only in printformat. The variety of devices at this time caused user interface problems later. The solution is developingDigital Library with a responsive web-based. The method used in this research is a Prototype. Reasons touse this method is because during the development process client couldn’t deliver the completerequirement needs. They can’t provide a detailed definition of the specifications, requirements, andobjectives of the system. Then there’s no complete metadata for this research. In addition, the user can’t beinvolved in all stages of development. Wordpress.org is used as a software that builds and manages webinteractions. The results of this research are the successful development that makes the delivery and searchof libraries effective and efficient on various types of devices

Abstract

PT Nesinak Industries is a manufacturing company that produces rubber parts products. One of its productsis a rubber roller for printers. During the production process, several types of defects were found. In theperiod 2018 – 2020, there is a 1.7% defect in total production. Of course, there is a gap between the actualconditions and the company‘s expectations to reduce the level of defects to zero. For this reason, it isnecessary to carry out quality control to reduce the level of defects. In this study, attribute control chartsare used as a quality control tool based on the number of defects that occur in rubber roller products. Inaddition, to find out the dominant defects and the focus of improvement, the pareto diagram can be used.Furthermore, with a fishbone diagram can be known the causes of defects. The dominant type of defect isfound in the type of hole defect. Based on the results of the attribute control chart, in the rubber rollerproduction process, several are not under control and need to be repaired. Furthermore, the factors thatcause the product to have defects are human, machine, method, and material.

Abstract

PT United Steel Center Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the steel plate industry. Thecompany produces various kinds of steel plate products and has various plants, one of which is the DiscBrake K93 product. The Disc Brake K93 product is a part request from the largest customer which oftenexperiences significant changes, resulting in fluctuations and causing inventory to accumulate in thewarehouse. Inventories that accumulate can cause losses for the company, due to improper waste accordingto planning, even less inventory can cause losses for the company because it can experience delays indelivery to customers. Forecasting is one method in planning to predict and help draw conclusions.Moving Average and Linier Regression methods are used in this study, and an analysis of the level ofaccuracy is carried out using the concistency of MAD, MSE, and MAPE as well as forecasting validationwith Tracking Signal. Based on the results of processing and analysis, it is found that the linear regressionmethod is the most accurate method in predicting Disc Brake K93 products for the 2022 period with anincrease in production each month, the MAD value is 15242.23, MSE is 371649700, MAPE is 0.201, andthe Tracking Signal is 0.

Abstract

Model EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) merupakan salah satu pengendalian persediaan material yang digunakan manajemen untuk mengatur bahan baku. EOQ terkait dengan analisis lain, terutama Safety stock dengan Reorder point. EOQ memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menentukan tingkat jumlah pembelian bahan baku sumber daya yang ideal, sehingga biaya keseluruhan dapat dikurangi seefisien mungkin. Penelitian ini mencoba memperkirakan kuantitas ideal perencanaan pembelian bahan baku tahun 2018 berdasarkan permintaan, agar persediaan bahan di gudang tidak menumpuk. Teknik penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan catatan data persediaan bahan baku di PT. Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills 1. Hasil penelitian metode EOQ dapat diketahui kuantitas pemesanan paling ekonomis sebesar 867 ton, safety stock yang harus dimiliki di gudang per bulan 72 ton dan Reorder Point Paper Machine 3–4 harus melakukan pemesanan kembali jika persediaan digudang sebesar 532 ton. Persediaan maksimum atau Maximum Inventory dalam gudang per bulan nya untuk Paper Machine 3–4 sebesar 1.039 ton.
