Abstract

Ruas jalan Sidas "“ Tanjung merupakan jalan Nasional. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Bina Marga adalah segmen 1 s/d segmen 22, segmen 24 sampai dengan segmen 40 yaitu urutan prioritas A dengan rekomendasi penanganan pemeliharaan rutin,dan segmen 23 yaitu urutan prioritas B dengan rekomendasi penanganan pemeliharaan berkala. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) adalah segmen 1, 10, 20, 33, dan 39 adalah sedang (fair), segmen 2, 3, 5, 8, 12 s/d 19, 22, 24, 25, 28 s/d 32, 35, 36, dan 38 adalah sempurna (excellent), segmen 4 dan 21 adalah sangat baik (very good), segmen 6, 34, dan 37 adalah buruk (poor), segmen 7 dan 23 adalah gagal (failed), Segmen 9, 11, 26, 40 adalah baik (good), segmen 27 adalah sangat buruk (very poor). Rekomendasi penanganan jalan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dengan metode Asphalt Institute MS-17 yaitu pemeliharaan rutin pada segmen 2, 3, 5, 8, 12 s/d 19, 22, 24, 25, 28 s/d 32, 35, 36, dan 38, tambalan dan lapis tambahan pada segmen segmen 1, 4, 6, 9 s/d 11, 20, 21, 26, 27, 33, 34, 37, 39, 40, dan rekonstruksi pada segmen 7 dan 23.

Abstract

Perencanaan parkir dalam bangunan wajib memperhatikan standar dan aturan yang berlaku untuk menjamin keamanan serta kenyamanan bagi pengguna parkir.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kinerja pelayanan parkir mobil di Pusat Perbelanjaan Transmart "“ Gaia Bumi Raya City, Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif untuk analisis karakteristik parkir dan mengukur kesesuaian kondisi ruang parkir eksisting dengan standarisasi serta Metode IPA untuk analisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kinerja pelayanan parkir mobil. Hasil analisis menunjukkan jumlah Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP) yang tersedia sudah memenuhi kebutuhan standar yang ada yaitu 1.180 SRP 622 SRP. Durasi parkir tertinggi 1-2 jam terjadi pada hari Minggu dengan jumlah 590 kendaraan. Akumulasi parkir maksimum sebanyak 447 kendaraan dengan volume parkir sebesar 1.530 kendaraan. Karakteristik parkir seperti SRP, lebar pintu masuk dan keluar, lebar jalur gang, dan sudut  parkir menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai antara kondisi eksisting dengan  standar pedoman parkir. Ukuran r (radius) pada  ramp spiral  3,70 m  4 m dan marka pada  ramp  datar 0,35 m 0,50 m tidak sesuai dengan standarisasi.  Hasil analisis dengan Metode IPA, rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian tiap variabel kemudahan parkir, kinerja petugas parkir, keamanan, kenyamanan, keselamatan, dan tarif parkir sebesar 84,29% artinya penilaian pelanggan parkir memiliki tingkat kesesuaian memuaskan.

Abstract

Lalu lintas memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan menghubungkan berbagai daerah. Sebagai komponen utama dalam jaringan jalan, persimpangan berfungsi sebagai titik pertemuan untuk dua atau lebih ruas jalan, di mana kendaraan dari arah yang berbeda berkumpul. Hal ini mempengaruhi aliran lalu lintas dan keselamatan di jalan. Fungsi persimpangan adalah untuk mengatur aliran lalu lintas, mengurangi konflik antar kendaraan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan keselamatan bagi pengguna jalan. Di Kabupaten Sambas, khususnya pada persimpangan tiga arah yang tidak teratur di Jalan Raya Tebas "“ Jalan Kuala Tebas, peningkatan kemacetan lalu lintas akibat pertumbuhan populasi menyebabkan beban berlebih pada persimpangan dan berpotensi menimbulkan kemacetan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja persimpangan dalam kondisi saat ini dan membuat proyeksi untuk lima tahun ke depan berdasarkan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat kejenuhan sebesar 0,738 dan tundaan sebesar 12,141 detik, dengan tingkat pelayanan LOS B. Pada proyeksi lima tahun (2030), tingkat kejenuhan meningkat menjadi 0,911 dan tundaan menjadi 15,739 detik dengan tingkat pelayanan LOS C. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya tindakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keselamatan aliran lalu lintas di area ini.

Abstract

Kubu Raya is a district in West Kalimantan Province. It is directly adjacent to Pontianak City, the province's capital. This condition increases mobility and vehicle traffic, resulting in a relatively high accident rate.Traffic accident data came from the Kubu Raya Regency Police Station, and field observations obtained data on road condition and completeness. The analysis methods used are weighting, Z-Score, and CUSUM (Cumulative Summary).The number of accidents in Jalan Raya Kakap during 2020 - 2022 amounted to 26 incidents. The characteristics of traffic accidents on Jalan Raya Kakap for three years (2020 - 2022) are that victims with minor injuries are more than victims of death and serious injuries, namely seven victims in 2020, 8 victims in 2021, and 18 victims in 2022. STA points 0 - 1 have the highest number of accidents during the 3-year period, which is 152 STA points. 2-3 by 129, and point STA. One black spot falls into the high accident vulnerability category: point STA. 0-1. Two black spots fall into the high accident vulnerability category: STA points. 2-3 and STA. 7-8. Four black spots fall into the medium category. Three black spots fall into the low category. Moreover, four points are categorized as not accident-prone.

Abstract

The Teratai Traditional Market in Pontianak, Indonesia, faces significant transportation challenges, particularly regarding parking management amid increasing vehicle ownership. The analysis focused on the parking patterns, utilization rates, and efficiency across various zones within the market. The study revealed that Zone A experiences the highest motorcycle activity, especially on weekends, with a utilization rate of 66%. In contrast, car parking in this zone remains limited, with a high turnover but insufficient spaces, resulting in an overcapacity index of 150%. Zones B to E display varied motorcycle and car usage, with motorcycle parking consistently outstripping car usage. The parking area is often inefficient due to irregular vehicle arrangements, lack of surface maintenance, and interference from street vendors, leading to congestion. Improvements include introducing designated markings, restructuring parking angles, and enhancing surface conditions to optimize space and reduce bottlenecks. The analysis recommended expanding motorcycle spaces and better-managing car parking to meet demand. Realignment plans propose 255 motorcycle slots and 12 car spaces, suggesting sufficient motorcycle capacity but a continued shortage of cars. These measures aim to enhance market accessibility, streamline traffic flow, and provide a more efficient parking system for visitors and vendors alike.

Abstract

Styrofoam is a polystyrene (PS) variant that contains chemicals harmful to humans. As a step to recycle, Styrofoam can be used as an added ingredient in asphalt mixtures. The research aimed to find the optimum asphalt content (KAO) value and analyze the effect of styrofoam addition and mixing temperature on the marshall parameters of AC-WC asphalt. The research used variations in mixing temperature of 130 °C, 150 °C, and 170 °C and variations in styrofoam content of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%. The results of marshall testing of marshall parameters obtained the optimum asphalt content (KAO) value of 6.4%. Variations in mixing temperature with styrofoam content show that the mixture has changed marshall characteristics. The optimum stability value is obtained at a mixing temperature of 170 °C with a 4% styrofoam content of 979.61 Kg. The maximum flow value is found at 6% styrofoam content with a mixing temperature of 170 ° C by 3.13 mm. The maximum Marshall Quotient value is found at 4% styrofoam content with a mixing temperature of 170 °, amounting to 331.31 Kg/mm. The Void in the Mixture (VIM) value decreased to 4.16% as the styrofoam content increased, the Void in Mineral Aggregate (VMA) value decreased by 17.32% and the Void Filled with Asphalt (VFB) value increased by 80.35% as the styrofoam content increased, this can be explained because the use of significant levels of styrofoam reduces the volume of voids in the mixture and between aggregates. The high mixing temperature causes the asphalt and styrofoam to be more fluid, making it easier to envelop the aggregate and enter the mixture cavity.Keywords: Mixing temperature, Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course, Styrofoam, Marshall Parameters, Additive material

Abstract

In rural areas, infrastructure is crucial for supporting social and economic development. It encompasses technical facilities, physical systems, hardware, and software needed to provide services to the community and support structural networks, ensuring the smooth progress of economic and social growth. This study aims to analyze the accessibility of basic infrastructure and determine the road priority ranking in Pal IX Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, using the Integrated Rural Accessibility Planning (IRAP) method and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The analysis results using the IRAP method indicate that the highest priority sector in Pal IX Village is Primary School Education (SMP), with an accessibility value of 10,52. Meanwhile, the road benefit analysis, using IRAP and GIS, shows that the highest priority road is Jalan Kalimas Hulu, with a road benefit accessibility value of 18,12. The IRAP method is effective for planning and improving rural accessibility by utilizing GIS for data analysis and mapping. GIS allows for more accurate and efficient data collection, processing, and visualization related to infrastructure and accessibility. Using software like ArcGIS 10.8, this study provides a map that identifies priorities and real conditions based on field data.

Abstract

Bentonite is a term used in the trade industry to refer to clays that contain montmorillonite and belong to the dioctahedral group. Bentonite possesses unique properties, such as expanding when mixed with water. This property of bentonite is expected to enhance the performance of asphalt mixtures, particularly in the Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course (AC-BC). This research aims to analyze the Marshall characteristics, calculate the Optimum Asphalt Content (OAC) values, assess the layer performance, and determine the optimal percentage of substitution content in the Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course (AC-BC) layer. The research was conducted in several stages. The first stage involved testing the characteristics of the materials. In the second stage, test specimens were prepared with different known asphalt content variations. The third stage involved performing Marshall tests. The fourth stage analyzed the Marshall characteristics using the Bina Marga 2018 Revision 2 method. In the fifth stage, the OAC values were calculated for each variation of the asphalt mixture. The sixth and final stage involved drawing conclusions based on the previous stages. The Marshall test results for the Marshall characteristics determined the OAC for each variation: 6.20%, 6.25%, 6.10%, and 5.95%. Using bentonite in asphalt mixtures can improve stability across different bentonite content variations. With each addition of bentonite, the Voids in Mineral Aggregate (VIM) value is affected, as the VIM value decreases with increased bentonite usage. This suggests that bentonite fills the voids in the asphalt mixture. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hirarki dan strategi pemeliharaan jalan desa di Desa Rasau Jaya III. Data yang diperlukan meliputi denah   jaringan jalan desa, karakteristik jalan desa, dan manfaat jalan. Data diperoleh dengan observasi lapangan,   dan   melalui kegiatan   wawancara atau diskusi. Analisis data menggunakan   metode   IRAP,   dan   penentuan   program   pemeliharaan   berdasarkan   kondisi   infrastruktur jalan.   Studi   ini   menghasilkan   prioritas   pertama   untuk   dilakukan   perbaikan   jalan   desa   di   Rasau   Jaya   III adalah Jalan Damai karena memiliki nilai manfaat jalan paling besar dibandingkan jalan desa lainnya yaitu sebesar   9,682,   dimana   kondisi   jalan   sebagian   belum   diaspal   pada   sta   0+400   -   2+200.     Perbaikan   jalan tersebut   dilakukan dengan pengaspalan ataupun dengan betonisasi jalan.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir kendaraan sepeda motor pada kawasan Swalayan Garuda Mitra Pontianak. Metode survey yang dilakukan adalah dengan pengamatan lapangan dan pencatatan kendaraan masuk dan keluar lahan parkir. Analiis dilakukan untuk mendapatkan karakteristik parkir kendaraan yaitu jumlah kendaraan masuk dan keluar dari lahan parkir, durasi kendaraan, akumulias, volume parkir, tingkat pergantian, dan tingkat penggunaan lahan parkir.Hasil penelitian ini antara lain volume total parkir kendaraan dalam satu hari sebanyak 1.085 kendaraan. Akumulias parkir yang terbesar berada pada pukul 17.31 "“ 18.00 WIB yaitu sebanyak 153   kendaraan. Tingkat penggunaan lahan parkir terbesar pada pukul 19.01 - 20.00 WIB sekitar 43,78% dari kapasitas parkir yang tersedia. Permasalahan dilapangan adalah pengaturan parkir yang relatif kurang baik sehinga pemanfaatan lahan parkir yang tidak optimal, terutama tata latak parkir dan sirkulasi kendaraan pada lahan parkir.
