Abstract

Ruas jalan Penanjung "“ Tanjung kabupaten sekadau. Hasil analisis mengunakan metode bina marga yaitu segmen 1 s/d 19 dan 21,23 s/d 25 adalah Urutan Prioritas A program rekomendasi penanganan pemeliharaan rutin, dan segmen 20 dan 22 yaitu Urutan Prioritas B rekomendasi program penanganan Pemeliharaan Berkala. Hasil analisis mengunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) yaitu Segmen 6, 12, 16 dan 21 sedang (cukup baik), Segmen 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 13, 17 dan 19 adalah sempurna (sangat baik), Segmen 1 dan 7 yaitu sangat baik (sangat baik), Segmen 8, 18, 24 dan 25 adalah buruk (buruk), Segmen 20, 22 dan 23 gagal (gagal), Segmen 5 baik (baik), Segmen 14 dan 15 sangat buruk (sangat buruk), Rekomendasi penanganan jalan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dengan metode Asphal Institute MS-17 yaitu pemeliharaan rutin pada segmen 1 , 5, 6, 8, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 21, 24 dan 25, Tambalan dan lapis tambahan pada segmen 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 17, dan 19, Rekonstruksi pada segmen 20, 22 dan 23. Penanganan yang diterapkan pada ruas jalan Penanjung "“ Tanjung Kabupaten Sekadau STA 00 + 000 S/D STA 02 + 500 adalah pemeliharaan rutin.Kata Kunci : Kerusakan Jalan, Bina Marga, Indeks Kondisi Perkerasan, Pemeliharaan Jalan.

Abstract

Koridor Jalan Daya Nasional Kota Pontianak merupakan kawasan strategis yang berada di pusat kota dan dekat dengan Universitas Tanjungpura. Jalan ini memiliki status jalan kolektor sekunder yang berfungsi menghubungkan kawasan sekunder kedua dengan kawasan sekunder ketiga. Seiring dengan meningkatnya sekitar telah memicu pertumbuhan pedagang kaki lima yang terletak di bahu jalan sehingga dapat menyebabkan kemacetan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik PKL di koridor Jalan Daya Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengolahan data observasi yang terbagi menjadi dua segmen jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 110 PKL yang terbagi menjadi dua segmen, dengan 69 pedagang di segmen pertama dan 41 pedagang di segmen kedua. PKL berlokasi di sepanjang badan jalan, tersebar secara linier mengikuti jaringan jalan, terutama di jalur sebelah kiri. PKL menerapkan pola pelayanan setengah menetap dan jenis dagangan mayoritas makanan serta minuman cepat saji. Sarana berjualan yang digunakan bervariasi, didominasi oleh gerobak, dengan ukuran yang berbeda-beda. PKL beroperasi sepanjang hari dengan waktu operasional dibagi menjadi pagi, siang, dan sore.

Abstract

Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir merupakan salah satu Kecamatan di Kabupaten Mempawah yang memiliki letak cukup strategis karena berdirinya berbagai kantor pemerintahan Kabupaten Mempawah, sekolah, RSUD, serta adanya daerah padat penduduk, membuat Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir menjadi salah satu daerah yang sangat berpotensi di bidang perdagangan. Sering kali ketika jam sibuk di pasar Sebukit Rama pengaturan parkir disana belum tertata dengan maksimal. tidak adanya marka parkir serta adanya bangunan liar di area parkir ada beberapa titik membuat perparkiran di pasar ini menjadi berantakan cenderung terlalu menumpuk di satu titik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan kapasitas ruang parkir dengan melakukan pencatatan nomor pelat kendaraan yang kemudian dianalisis untuk mendapatkan karakteristik parkir. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis data secara matematis dan pada proses analisis data menggunakan Pedoman Perencanaan dan Pengoperasian Fasilitas Parkir oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1998.Setelah dilakukan analisis data didapatkan akumulasi parkir tetinggi dalam 30 menit untuk roda dua sebesar 217 kendaraan dengan volume parkir tertinggi sebesar 2768 kendaraan, durasi kendaraan yang parkir 15-29 menit, indeks parkir tertinggi sebesar 89%, tingkat pergantian parkir (parking turnover) tertinggi sebesar 11,30 dan jumlah parkir yang tersedia 245 petak parkir. Untuk akumulasi parkir tetinggi dalam 30 menit untuk roda empat sebesar 15 kendaraan dengan volume parkir sebesar 134 kendaraan, durasi kendaraan yang parkir 15-29 menit, indeks parkir tertinggi sebesar 88%, tingkat pergantian parkir (parking turnover) tertinggi sebesar 7,88 dan jumlah parkir yang tersedia 17 petak parkir. Kebutuhan jumlah petak parkir kendaraan roda dua sebesar 217 sedangkan jumlah petak parkir tersedia 245, maka petak parkir yang disediakan Pasar Sebukit Rama Sudah memenuhi kebutuhan parkir kendaraan roda dua. Kebutuhan jumlah petak parkir kendaraan roda empat sebesar 15 sedangkan jumlah petak parkir tersedia 17, maka petak parkir yang disediakan Pasar Sebukit Rama Sudah memenuhi kebutuhan parkir kendaraan roda empat.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Dwikora Pontianak, sebagai pelabuhan utama di Kalimantan Barat, memiliki peran strategis dalammendukung perekonomian daerah. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas operasional kegiatan bongkar muatdengan data dari PT. IPC Terminal Peti Kemas Pontianak periode 2019"“2023. Analisis meliputi produktivitasbongkar muat, arus kapal, serta pemanfaatan fasilitas dermaga dan peralatan pendukung menggunakan MicrosoftExcel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pemanfaatan fasilitas dermaga, diukur melalui BOR dan YOR, rata￾rata di bawah 55%, sesuai standar perencanaan pelabuhan. Kinerja bongkar muat melampaui standar pelayanansebesar 25%, menunjukkan operasional yang efisien. Proyeksi arus kapal dan peti kemas menggunakan metoderegresi linear dan polynomial mengindikasikan bahwa dalam sepuluh tahun mendatang, jumlah kapal akanmenurun menjadi 190 unit per tahun, sedangkan arus peti kemas meningkat hingga 79.905 TEU"™s per tahun.Meskipun kapasitas dermaga dan lapangan penumpukan saat ini mencukupi, disarankan adanya perpanjangandermaga dan perluasan area penumpukan untuk mendukung kinerja operasional di masa mendatang.Kata Kunci: Analisis Regresi, Bongkar Muat, Evaluasi Kinerja, Pelabuhan Dwikora Pontianak, Peti Kemas

Abstract

Jalan Khatulistiwa located in North Pontianak District, Pontianak City, West Kalimantan is a national road with a length of 6.82 km based on the Decree of the Minister of PUPR in 2023. To evaluate the level of road safety, it is necessary to analyze to find the accident-prone points (Black Spot) using accident data for 2018-2023 obtained from the Pontianak City Police Traffic Unit as secondary data. Black Spot analysis uses the Z-Score method. The results of the Z-Score analysis, namely segment 1 (Z = 2.499) is included in the criteria for very high accident prone, segment 2 (Z = 1.154), segment 4 (Z = 1.154), segment 9 (Z = 1.154), segment 10 (Z = 1.154), segment 11 (Z = 1.154) is included in the medium accident prone. Segment 3 (Z=0.818) is categorized as low accident-prone. Segment 16 (Z=0.482) and segment 19 (Z=0.146) are categorized as very low accident-prone, while the other segments are categorized as not accident-prone. The degree of saturation (DJ) of the black spot location is 0.843. In addition, the speed of vehicles at the Black Spot location is not the cause of the accident. Road conditions are considered well-maintained, but there are potholes and cracks at several points. Complementary road facilities need to be repaired, such as warning lights that are not functioning, damaged bridge guardrails, and additional signs at certain points. Abstract

This study examines the use of glass powder as a filler substitute in Hot Rolled Sheet"“Wearing Course (HRS-WC) asphalt mixtures to enhance performance and promote waste utilization. The research employed an experimental method following SNI and AASHTO standards, testing mixtures with 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% glass powder substitution using the Marshall method. Results showed that 50% and 75% substitution levels produced the best performance in terms of stability and Marshall Quotient, while 100% substitution led to a decline due to the glass powder"™s inability to absorb asphalt. Increased glass powder content also reduced VIM values, indicating denser mixtures, although at 100% substitution, both VIM and VMA exceeded specification limits. The findings suggest that glass powder can be effectively used as a partial filler replacement, with optimal results achieved at 50"“75% substitution and 5"“7% asphalt content.

Abstract

Pantai Pulau Datok in Sukadana is one of the region"™s leading tourist destinations, experiencing a steady increase in visitor numbers each year. One of the emerging challenges alongside the rise in tourism activity is the provision of adequate parking facilities. This study aims to analyze parking user characteristics, assess parking demand, and design an optimal parking layout for the area. Primary data were collected through direct surveys of parking users and vehicle entry-exit observations, while secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies. The analysis revealed that peak vehicle accumulation occurred between 15.30 and 18.00, with the dominant parking duration ranging from 30 to 90 minutes. The parking index at some points approached maximum capacity, particularly for four-wheeled vehicles in certain areas. Although the current parking facilities can still accommodate the existing demand, more efficient management and strategic planning for facility expansion are essential to anticipate future increases in tourist visits. Well-organized parking arrangements will enhance visitor comfort and ensure smooth traffic flow within the tourism area.

Abstract

The increasing traffic congestion in Pontianak City, primarily driven by population growth and rising mobility, poses a significant challenge for urban transportation management. One of the critical congestion points is the unsignalized triangular intersection at Jalan Sultan Abdurrahman and Jalan Sulawesi, located near public facilities. This study aims to evaluate the performance of this intersection under existing conditions and projected conditions for the year 2029, using the analytical approaches of MKJI 1997, PKJI 2023, and PTV VISSIM software. Primary data were collected through field surveys, while secondary data were obtained from technical documents and official sources, then processed using Microsoft Excel and presented in tables and graphs. The analysis results indicate that the PKJI 2023 method represents current traffic conditions more than MKJI 1997, as its outcomes align more closely with the PTV VISSIM simulation results. Furthermore, the 2029 projection analysis reveals a significant increase in traffic delays, with the Level of Service (LOS) declining from A to C. Among eight evaluated alternative treatments, widening the main road lanes to 5 meters in each direction proved to be the most effective solution, reducing delays to 12,13 seconds per vehicle and improving the LOS to category B.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a global environmental issue that also poses significant challenges in Indonesia. As one solution, the utilisation of Polyethene Terephthalate (PET) waste as an additive in asphalt concrete wearing course (AC-WC) mixtures has been developed to enhance the mechanical performance of pavements while reducing environmental impact. This study aims to determine the Optimum Asphalt Content (OAC), analyse the performance of the asphalt mixture, and evaluate its Marshall characteristics. The research was conducted in two stages based on the 2018 Bina Marga specifications (revision 2): the first stage involved determining the OAC without PET (using asphalt content variations of 4,5%"“6,5%), while the second stage tested mixtures containing PET at varying proportions of 0%"“6% by asphalt weight. The results showed that the OAC was 5,7%. The addition of PET significantly increased Marshall stability by up to 40,85%, with the highest value of 1192,08 kg observed at 6% PET content. Increases were also noted in VFB and Marshall Quotient, whereas VIM, VMA, and Flow values tended to decrease. These findings suggest that PET waste has the potential to enhance the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures while supporting sustainable plastic waste management initiatives.

Abstract

Bengkayang Regency, located in West Kalimantan Province, plays a strategic role as an economic and trade centre in the border region. One of its busiest areas is the Bengkayang Central Market, a hub for the distribution of goods and services. The high intensity of trading activities has led to increased parking demand, which, if left unmanaged, can result in congestion, reduced comfort, and disruptions to traffic flow. This study aims to identify parking characteristics, determine parking space requirements, and propose alternative arrangements for the Bengkayang Central Market. Primary data were collected through direct observations of parking inventory and vehicle entry"“exit recording, while secondary data included market layout plans. Analysis covered accumulation, volume, duration, capacity, turnover rate, and parking index. Findings show that the parking capacity for two-wheeled vehicles is 145 PSU, with a demand of 25 PSU, while four-wheeled vehicles have a capacity of 14 PSU and a demand of 4 PSU. The study recommends applying 0 ° angle markings for four-wheeled vehicles and 90 ° angle markings for two-wheeled vehicles to enhance space efficiency and reduce traffic disruption around the market area.
