Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak menjadi dewasa. Pada masa ini mereka mengalami perubahan baik secara fisik ataupun pola pikir. Para remaja menjadi lebih aktif apalagi terkait dengan perkembangan teknologi. Namun disini, pemanfaatan mereka akan teknologi hanya sebatas untuk hiburan seperti bermain game, menonton video dan lain sebagainya. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk membantu remaja khususnya remaja di Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring agar lebih berkreativitas dalam berkarya melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah workshop dengan sasarannya adalah remaja yang tergabung dalam Forum Anak Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring serta siswa-siswi SMPN 2 Tanjungpinang yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini yakni meningkatnya kreatvitas dan pola pikir remaja di Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring dalam hal menjadi seorang influencer. Terlebih lagi sulitnya lapangan kerja pada masa sekarang memaksa kita untuk bisa dalam berbagai hal dan melakukan kegiatan yang dapat menghasilkan pendapatan. Melalui kegiatan ini remaja juga sekaligus diajarkan untuk menjadi wirausaha dan bahkan bisa membuka peluang untuk lapangan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Salah satu untuk menurunkan angka stunting yaitu penerapan DASHAT (Dapur Sehat) dengan memberikan makanan sehat dan bergizi, sosialisasi kepada ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, calon pengantin dan keluarga yang memiliki anak usia dibawah dua tahun (baduta). Tujuan program dapur sehat ini untuk memberikan kesadaran terhadap masyarakat untuk mengurangi serta mencegah bayi stunting dimana dapur sehat mencakup edukasi zat gizi yang diperlukan bayi dan konsumsi ibu hamil dan menyusui serta calon pengantin di Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi kepada kader posyandu, didampingi oleh kepala puskesmas dimana kegiatan tersebut berlangsung selama 40 hari, terhitung sejak tanggal 9 Oktober 2022 hingga 18 November 2022. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan gizi untuk baduta stunting memang dipengaruhi dari pola asupan yang diberikan.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah menjadi tanggung jawab semua orang baik pemerintah dan seluruh masyarakat. Pada prinsipnya sistem kerja bank sampah mengadopsi sistem bank pada umum nya. Bank sampah ini hanya berbeda dalam bentuk tabungan nya adalah sampah. Pengkonversian tabungan sampah menjadi tabungan uang merupakan suatu bentuk perubahan yang ditawarkan oleh Bank Sampah. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat dari Bank Sampah Kembar Mandiri di Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat supaya masyarakat bisa mengetahui manfaat serta keberadaan dari Bank Sampah Kembar Mandiri ini. Sebagai solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, yaitu dengan melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya fungsi dan suatu manfaat dari Bank Sampah ini. Dari hasil kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut masyarakat Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring memiliki peningkatan wawasan dan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan serta fungsi dan manfaat dari bank sampah. Masyarakat baru tersadar bahwa sampah yang dibuang begitu saja ternyata masih bisa didaur ulang sedemikian rupa sehingga sampah tersebut mempunyai nilai dan bermanfaat untuk mengurangi volume sampah yang dibuang langsung ke tempat pembuangan akhir.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of HR strategies in employee development, employee involvement in collaborative and participatory approaches, while the purpose of this is to describe, explain, and know human resource development strategies, using some literature. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of observations and articles, journals, all of which were successfully collected and then analyzed. Which would like to see how the influence of HR strategy in employee development, because human resource employees are one of the crucial factors in human resource management. By involving employees to obtain long-term growth longevity and increase profitability in the midst of increasingly fierce industry competition. in a collaborative and participatory employee approach, meaning that the company involves employees effectively in the process of decision making, planning, and carrying out tasks. this approach also encourages employees to contribute, which empowers an inclusive work culture and actively participates in the development of organizational strategy implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of work based on talent management, servant leadership through organizational commitment. The type of research used is qualitative research. Research shows that talent management has a positive impact on leadership engagement that serves has a positive impact on organizational commitment, HR performance improvement based on talent management and servant leadership has a positive impact on organizational commitment, effective talent management, servant leadership has a positive impact on HR results. Talent management and servant leadership have a positive effect on staff performance and organizational commitment positive impact on HR performance Organizational commitment cannot be transferred the influence of organizational culture on the performance of personal activities. The effect of this research can be said to have theoretical and practical implications, there are efforts to improve the quality of HR performance maintaining and developing various organizational fronts with company needs.

Abstract

Human Resources have always been the most influential and important element in the development efforts of a nation and state. In the study of the literature has shown that using models based on open systems theory and concepts put forward by Schein can provide a holistic approach in describing organizational culture. This research aims to identify innovative strategies that can be used to build a culture of creativity and develop Human Resources (HR) skills that will assist organizations in facing the challenges of global business competition. In this study using the Systematic Literature method, the author collects data related to the theme, data search is carried out by looking for predetermined variable keywords. The conclusion in this study, we must pay attention to the selection of the right human resources who have an innovative spirit, enterprising, active learning and willing to work, forward orientation, many bright ideas, reasonable thinking and have good abilities in judging, managing time, efficiently, and the desire to be able to do experience.

Abstract

Currently, many organizations are implementing the PDCA model to improve performance, one of which is As Sakinah TK in the city of Tanjungpinang. Even though the PDCA model has been implemented, there are still several obstacles in implementing the performance plan at As Sakinah TK. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the obstacles and how to apply the PDCA model to As Sakinah TK. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method where the data collection technique is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation directly with the teacher and principal of As Sakinah Kindergarten. The results of this research are that As Sakinah TK has implemented the Deming/PDCA model, such as planning daily/weekly/monthly and even annual activities. Even though there are obstacles in its implementation, As Sakinah TK continues to implement daily and annual evaluations and take corrective actions to improve and improve performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the implementation of existing performance at ISANA DELIMART supermarket using the Deming model in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation, and corrective action. The research method used to complete this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which involves interviews conducted with the ISANA DELIMART supermarket, observations made on performance management at the ISANA DELIMART supermarket, and documentation as a data collection method. The population in the study was the manager and all employees of ISANA DELIMART supermarket, while the sample used was the manager and 1 employee of ISANA DELIMART supermarket. The results of this study indicate that ISANA DELIMART supermarket has not implemented performance management properly, all because there are still problems that occur in implementing management which can affect performance management at ISANA DELIMART supermarket. So the final result of the research can be done by ISANA DELIMART supermarket by improving the way of working in the implementation of its planning.

Abstract

In a company, the application of maximum performance management must be applied for the sustainability of the company itself, because a company must have effective performance management to achieve predetermined goals, in this study the performance management applied by Lava Cheese to improve employee performance based on 4 stages, namely the planning, implementation, assessment and follow-up stages. The application of performance management implemented by Lava Cheese includes assessing employees, actions taken when problems occur, what matters are taken into consideration. Lava cheese is an F&B restaurant engaged in fast food, this restaurant is located at Jalan Kuantan KM 5 Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of performance management in the Lava Cheese restaurant, this research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods and with the results of interviews and surveys, the resource persons in this study were lava cheese managers who played an important role in the implementation of performance management at Lava Cheese.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is a formal system used to evaluate employee performance so that it is in accordance with predetermined work standards. Evaluation of employee performance must be carried out openly, honestly and objectively. The aim of this research is to find out how the concept and research of employee performance in the BINTAN DISTRICT Regional Hospital section. This research is also expected to be able to provide benefits for the company to be used by managers or management departments to improve the concept of performance assessment. The data collection method in this research was collected by means of interviews with the person in charge and field coordinator. As well as using qualitative methods, the results of this research know the concept of performance assessment of employees in the Transporter section at the BINTAN DISTRICT Regional Hospital.
