Abstract

Pengawasan kepala sekolah merupakan fungsi manajemen kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor penentu dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berharap dapat melihat proses supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan disiplin mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedisiplinan guru, untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses melaksanakan supervisi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan mengajar, serta menemukan kendala dan solusi utama untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, tiga orang guru dan dua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menurut hubermen dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, sebagian besar guru menerapkan disiplin sesuai dengan peraturan sekolah yang berlaku; kedua, dalam pelaksanaan supervisi, kepala sekolah beserta dosen dan staf telah membentuk lingkungan yang hangat, dekat dan terbuka, sehingga pelaksanaan supervisi berjalan efektif dan efektif. disiplin, yaitu kekhawatiran kepala sekolah terhadap guru tidak dapat menerima rencana perbaikan dan perbaikan yang akan diajukan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Coal fly ash and Azolla biomass are potential materials to be used as raw materials for the manufacture of briquette fertilizers. In this study, the coal fly ash, azolla and urea in various compositions were mixtured to make briquette fertilizers. The study was conducted to evaluate the physical properties of briquette fertilizers, i.e bulk density, compressive strength, porosity, and water holding capacity on various compositions of fly ash-azolla and urea. The research was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design with three replicates. The formulation of briquette fertilizers as treatments was made with the compossition (w/w, dry-weight basis) of (fly ash : azolla) + urea as follows: (40:60)90+10; (40:60)80+20; (40:60)70+30; (50:50)90+10; (50:50)80+20; (50:50)70+30; (60:40)90+10; (60:40)80+20 and (60:40)70+30. The results showed that the variation in composition of coal fly ash-azolla and urea significantly affected the compressive strength, bulk density, water holding capacity and porosity of briquette fertilizers produced. The increase in the proportion of fly ash or the decrease of azolla biomass proportion tends to increase compressive strength and bulk density, and tends to decrease the water holding capacity and porosity of briquette fertilizers produced.

Abstract

The primary key to successful agricultural cultivation is maintaining the groundwater level to fulfill crop water requirements, particularly during the dry season. Field study was conducted in Tidal reclamation area of section 25 at Sugihan Kanan, Bandar Jaya Village, Air Sugihan, Ogan Komering Ilir District of South Sumatra.  The DRAINMOD computer model was used to simulate water levels in dry and wet climatic conditions. The principal measured parameters are soil hydraulic conductivity and drain spacing, as well as daily rainfall data. The simulation results showed that the research area belongs to the rainfed type, and the main objective of water management is to retain water and determine some efforts to increase the groundwater level through pump irrigation in the dry season. The application of pump irrigation was applied to the plant entering the generative phase. The pump irrigation was provided to distribute water into the quarter and worm (micro) channels. The effect of this application caused the groundwater level to approach about 30 cm below the soil surface, while groundwater level in areas without pump irrigation facility was in the range of 50-60 cm. Besides efforts to increase the water table, liming is still required in order to increase production. Lime application of 1 Mg ha-1 had a significant effect on increasing production. Corn production with this treatment could produce 5 Mg ha-1, while non-treated land areas only produce 2-3 Mg ha-1.

Abstract

Tidal lowland productivity in type C is still low. Most of them have only been able to cultivate rice twice a year. The third cultivation of corn often fails due to a lack of water. The research objective is to determine an operational model for water management in the field for maize cultivation at several planting times. Model area is conducted at a tertiary block of reclaimed tidal lowland, Telang Jaya Village Primer 8 Delta Telang I, of  Banyuasin District. There are three planting times treatments: the fourth week of April, the second week of June, and the first week of July, 2021. A water management model was applied to control the drainage system, in which the water level in the tertiary channel is maintained at a depth of 50 cm. When groundwater drops below 70 cm, and there is no rain, pump irrigation is provided. Results of the field experiment showed that the maize crop showed similar growth quality at each phase. Land with a planting period of June and July still requires water addition using pump irrigation. It was applied on 14th and 18th August. Moreover, the maize cultivated at the end of April did not require pump irrigation. All treatments have generally similar production with an average magnitude of 8.0 Mg ha-1. The highest production is 8.73 Mg ha-1, which is planted in the first week of July.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan bahan bacaan terhadap kemampuan literasi membaca siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kotamadya Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Makassar, SMA Negeri 21 Makassar, dan SMA Negeri 17 Makassar. Sampel penelitian ini yakni, 36 siswa dari SMA Negeri 5 Makassar, 36 siswa dari SMA Negeri 21 Makassar, dan 36 Siswa dari SMA Negeri 17 Makassar. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu lingkungan keluarga dan bahan bacaan. Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan literasi membaca siswa di SMA Negeri 5 Makassar, SMA Negeri 21 Makassar, dan SMA Negeri 17 Makassar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan dua macam statistik yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini yakni: 1) Lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan literasi membaca siswa di SMA Negeri 5 Makassar, SMA Negeri 21 Makassar, dan SMA Negeri 17 Makassar. 2) Bahan bacaan memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap literasi membaca siswa SMA Negeri 5 Makassar, SMA Negeri 21 Makassar, dan SMA Negeri 17 Makassar.

Abstract

Post-fire tropical peatlands in Southeast Asia face severe ecological degradation, yet the biological dimension, particularly soil microbial abundance as an indicator of ecosystem health, remains understudied. This study aimed to quantify culturable bacterial and fungal populations across different peat layers in a fire-affected peatland in Perigi Village, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Soil samples were collected from two depths  (0-30 cm and 30-60 cm) using a stratified random sampling approach and analyzed with the Total Plate Count (TPC) method on nutrient agar and potato dextrose agar media. Results showed a clear vertical stratification, with microbial populations significantly higher in the surface layer (0-30 cm) than in the subsurface layer (30-60 cm), reaching maximum counts of 2.6×10? CFU g?¹ for bacteria and 8.8×10³ CFU g?¹ for fungi. Sapric peat consistently supported greater microbial abundance than hemic peat, likely due to higher nutrient availability and periodic inputs from recovering vegetation. Regression analysis confirmed a significant negative relationship between peat depth and microbial counts, whereas water table depth had no measurable effect, highlighting the stronger influence of decomposition stage and soil structure over short-term hydrological fluctuations. These findings emphasize the ecological importance of microbial communities in degraded tropical peatlands and suggest that microbial viability metrics offer a cost-effective, biologically relevant indicator for peatland health assessment. Integrating microbial parameters into restoration planning may enhance evidence-based strategies for managing post-fire tropical peat ecosystems.

Abstract

This study analyzes how marginalized urban adolescents negotiate their identities through participation in informal learning spaces and how social interaction dynamics within these spaces influence learning and self-recognition. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research was conducted in an informal education community in Cirebon City involving 20 informants, including adolescents, community facilitators, and non-formal educators. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and community document analysis, then examined using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that informal learning spaces act as arenas for identity negotiation, enabling adolescents to build self-confidence, expand social networks, and develop life-relevant skills. Moreover, informal education helps reduce social stigma by providing a safe environment for self-expression and active participation. In conclusion, the study offers theoretical insights into the relationship between identity and learning spaces and provides practical implications for designing informal education programs that are inclusive, transformative, and empower marginalized urban youth.

Abstract

This study investigates how schools can serve as strategic platforms for corruption prevention by synthesizing findings from a wide range of literature, including academic journals, policy documents, and anti-corruption education programs in Indonesia. The research addresses the growing concern that anti-corruption efforts remain abstract in educational settings, with a gap between knowledge and actionable behavior. Concrete actions identified in this study include student-led integrity projects, transparent class budgeting practices, and school-wide campaigns promoting ethical behavior. These practices illustrate how anti-corruption values—such as honesty, responsibility, and fairness—can be internalized through daily school routines and decision-making processes. The implementation strategies discussed are drawn from both documented best practices and theoretical frameworks. Notable sources include educational programs initiated by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and pilot schools implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pelajar Pancasila. These strategies include experiential learning, integration of anti-corruption themes into project-based curricula, digital platforms for school governance transparency, and teacher professional development focused on ethics education. Recommendations emphasize the need for a coordinated approach involving the Ministry of Education, school leaders, teachers, parents, and anti-corruption bodies like the KPK. Concrete suggestions include embedding anti-corruption modules in teacher training programs, establishing school-community integrity pacts, and forming regional networks to share successful initiatives. This synergy between policy, pedagogy, and local stakeholder engagement is essential to cultivate a generation committed to integrity and transparency.

Abstract

Penelitian “Penerapan Akuntansi syariah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pare-Pare” bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuian penerapan akuntansi syariah pada bank tersebut dengan PSAK Syariah dan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, serta dalam metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara bebas namun terarah dan dokumentasi dokumen pendukung penelitian lainnya. Perbankan syariah menjadi salah satu alternatif masyarakat dan para pebisnis untuk melakukan transaksi dan bisnisnya. Selain itu peran bank lebih menyentuh kepada masyarakat luas karena terkait langsung dengan kegiatan ekonomi masyrakat. Salah satunya adalah Bank BSI Kantor Cabang Pare-Pare. Dalam menjalankan operasinya serta menawarkan berbagai produk dan layanannya Bank BSI Kantor Cabang Pare-Pare berdasarkan pada prinsip syariah yang berlandaskan pada Al Qur’an dan Hadist. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi syariah pada Bank BSI Kantor Cabang Pare-Pare telah sesuai PSAK Syariah serta Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 serta berlandaskan pada Al Qur’an dan Hadist. Segala produk Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pare Pare juga telah mendapatkan Fatwa Dewa Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia dan izin dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dituntut untuk bersungguh – sungguh dalam menggapai keberhasilan tujuan perusahaan. Untuk dapat mencapai segala tujuan suatu perusahaan terdapat aspek penting yang harus dijalankan, diantaranya ialah aspek komunikasi. Komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif apabila memperhatikan lima aspek, diantaranya ialah aspek kejelasan, ketepatan, konteks, alur dan budaya. Aspek kejelasan: Komunikasi harus jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh penerima pesan. Penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana, kalimat yang terstruktur, dan penghindaran ambigu atau jargon yang membingungkan adalah beberapa contoh strategi untuk mencapai kejelasan komunikasi. Aspek ketepatan dalam mencapai komunikasi yang efektif harus tepat dan relevan dengan konteks yang sedang dibahas. Pesan harus disampaikan dengan akurat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, harapan, dan pengetahuan penerima pesan. Kesalahan interpretasi dan penyalahgunaan informasi dapat dihindari dengan memastikan ketepatan komunikasi. Aspek konteks pun menjadi salah satu yang penting dalam menjalankan komunikasi. Konteks merupakan lingkungan atau situasi di mana komunikasi terjadi. Pemahaman konteks yang baik memungkinkan komunikator memilih metode dan gaya komunikasi yang tepat. Konteks dapat mencakup faktor seperti budaya, latar belakang, nilai-nilai, dan norma-norma sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi cara pesan disampaikan dan diterima. Selanjutnya aspek alur dalam komunikasi yang efektif melibatkan alur yang baik antara komunikator dan penerima pesan ( komunikan). Alur yang baik berarti pesan disampaikan secara teratur, terstruktur, dan logis. Gen Z atau Generasi Z dalam bahasa sehari-hari dikenal sebagai zoomer, adalah mereka yang lahir pada tahun 1997 hingga 2012 merupakan sumber daya manusia yang perlu memahami komunikasi dalam arti hakiki tidak hanya berdimensi lisan, tetapi juga tulisan dan bahkan yang terpenting adalah body language serta digitalitasi yang menjadi kekuatan terbesar mereka. Kesemua aspek komunikasi tersebut tidak terpisahkan untuk mencapai kesuksesan karier dan dunia social di era revolusi Industri saat ini.
