Abstract

Pembelajaran kimia di sekolah sering kali dianggap sangat sulit dikarenakan materinya yang abstrak jika dijelaskan dengan monoton dan lisan saja. Pendidik memerlukan bantuan media yang tepat agar peserta didik dapat memahami materi menjadi lebih mudah. Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis berbagai literature review mengenai penggunaan video pembelajaran dalam pendidikan kimia yang sering dianggap rumit dan abstrak oleh banyak peserta didik. Melalui metode narrative literature review, artikel ini mengkaji berbagai literatur yang menunjukkan bagaimana video pembelajaran dapat mempermudah pemahaman konsep kimia yang kompleks. Video pembelajaran sebagai media audiovisual, tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat bantu, tetapi juga meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan peserta didik. Ditemukan bahwa penerapan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dengan visualisasi yang menarik dan penyajian yang interaktif, video pembelajaran mampu menjembatani kesenjangan antara konsep abstrak kimia dan pemahaman konkret peserta didik. Berdasarkan literatur review yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa video pembelajaran berperan positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran kimia.

Abstract

The appropriate use of learning media is essential as a tool to help students explore and enhance their understanding. In line with the advancement of time and technology, the learning process and access to information are no longer limited to what is provided by the teacher but can also be obtained from various sources, including social media. Therefore, this study aims to develop Instagram-based learning media as a self-learning resource for students. This media covers the topic “Chemistry in Our Environment”. The type of research used in this study is design and development based on the Richey and Klein model, which includes three stages: planning, production, and evaluation. This study resulted in the development of Instagram-based learning media on the subject Chemistry in Our Environment, which has been tested for its validity. The media contains learning outcomes, learning objectives, meaningful understanding, guiding questions, and learning materials presented on the Instagram account @belmiaclass. The validity test results indicate that this Instagram-based learning media is highly valid, with a score of 93% for content aspects and 100% for media aspects. Therefore, the media can proceed to the next stages, namely practicality testing and effectiveness testing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya gap antara kinerja yang diharapkan dengan kinerja yang ada pada saat ini. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel organizational justice dan teamwork terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey, sampel 52 karyawan diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh, data diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Adapun analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji F, uji T, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas. Hipotesis terdiri dari terdapat pengaruh organizational justice terhadap kepuasan kerja, teamwork terhadap kepuasan kerja, organizational justice terhadap kinerja, teamwork terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh tidak langsung organizational justice terhadap kinerja, dan pengaruh tidak langsung teamwork terhadap kinerja. Hasil dari penelitian adalah organizational justice berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan teamwork berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung organizational justice terhadap kinerja, teamwork berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, organizational justice berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, teamwork berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Impak penelitian adalah memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengambilan kebijakan dan keputusan manajemen untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. This research is motivated by the gap between expected performance and current performance. The aim is to determine whether there is an influence between organizational justice and teamwork variables on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, a sample of 52 employees taken using the total sampling technique, and data processed using SPSS 22. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, F-test, T-test, validity test, reliability test, and normality test. The hypothesis consists of the influence of organizational justice on job satisfaction, teamwork on job satisfaction, organizational justice on performance, teamwork on performance, job satisfaction on performance, indirect influence of organizational justice on performance, and indirect influence of teamwork on performance. The results of the study are that organizational justice has a direct effect on job satisfaction, and teamwork has a direct effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct effect on performance, there is no direct influence of organizational justice on performance, teamwork has a direct effect on performance, organizational justice has an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction, teamwork has an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction. The impact of the research is that it can contribute to policy-making, and management decisions to improve employee job satisfaction and performance in the company.

Abstract

Students need to be able to think critically in order to meet the challenges of the 21st century. Be that as it may, the decisive reasoning abilities of understudies are still somewhat low. The RADEC model is a learning model that can aid in the development of critical thinking abilities. The goal of this study is to find out how well the RADEC model helps students in high school think critically about colloidal materials. This study employs experimental, quantitative research techniques. The populace is all understudies in class XI MIPA at SMAN 5 Samarinda. The examples were understudies from class XI MIPA 2 and XI MIPA 4 at SMAN 5 Samarinda, adding up to 75 individuals. The exploration test was chosen utilizing a group irregular inspecting strategy. One-group pre-test post-test design was utilized in the research design. Information assortment involves tests as pre-tests and post-tests, educator and understudy movement perception sheets, and understudy reaction surveys. Statistical tests were conducted first, including the N-Gain test and the effect size test, for data analysis. According to the findings of the research, the RADEC model meets the effective criteria in terms of students' responses to learning based on the RADEC learning model and their increased critical thinking abilities. The findings of the research lead us to the conclusion that the RADEC model works to improve students' critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) in science learning can improve students' argumentation skills and understanding of concepts. In the textbooks, it is important to have ADI activities inside. This research aims to analyze ADI activities in the high school chemistry textbook Revised Curriculum 2013. This research used nine indicators of ADI activities: questions, evidence, student explanation, scientific theories, argumentation, communication and justification, analysis, connection, investigation report, and reflection. The research method used a descriptive instrument as an analysis sheet prepared based on ADI activities. Data was collected using documentation techniques and data analysis using content analysis of ADI activities. The results showed that the reliability test of the data obtained was 0.94 in the very good category. The ADI activity most found in textbooks is evidence activity, with a percentage of 31.25 Meanwhile, the textbook needs to explain question and answer and reflection activities. The textbook needs to increase ADI activities that support student-centered learning and teaching.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran merupakan salah satu variabel pendukung efektifitas suatu proses pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Android telah muncul sebagai pilihan pendidikan yang menarik. Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMA pada pembelajaran kimia memanfaatkan aplikasi berbasis Android dibahas dalam tinjauan pustaka ini. Metode naratif literatur review digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Android. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa materi pembelajaran berbasis Android dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada disiplin ilmu kimia.

Abstract

The chalcone compound is a precursor of flavonoid and pyrazoline compounds. Chalcone has two aromatic rings (A and B) and one ?,?-unsaturated carbon atom. Chalcone compounds can be synthesized via the Claisen Schmidt condensation reaction. Chalcone synthesis uses the basic ingredients of alpha tetralone and benzaldehyde analogues. In this research, chalcone synthesis took place for 48 hours at room temperature. Synthetic materials using ethanol solvent and sodium hydroxide catalyst, as well as basic ingredients alpha tetralone, 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and 4-methoxybenzaldehyde. Characterization of synthesized compounds using spectroscopic methods, including 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) and mass spectroscopy. Characterization results using spectroscopic methods showed that the two chalcone analogue compounds were successfully synthesized with yields above 70%. Both chalcone compounds showed low activity against MCF-7 cancer cells. Molecular docking simulations showed that both chalcone analogues produced energy levels and intramolecular interactions that were no better than 4-hydroxytamoxifen. Keywords:          chalcone analogues, alpha tetralone, cytotoxic   Abstrak Senyawa kalkon merupakan salah satu prekursor dari senyawa flavonoid dan pirazolina. Kalkon mengandung dua cincin aromatis (A dan B) dan satu atom karbon ?,?-tak jenuh. Senyawa kalkon dapat disintesis melalui reaksi kondensasi Claisen Schmidt. Kalkon disintesis menggunakan bahan dasar alfa tetralone dan analog benzaldehida. Dalam penelitian ini senyawa kalkon disintesis selama 48 jam pada suhu ruang menggunakan pelarut etanol dan katalis natrium hidroksida serta bahan dasar alfa tetralone, 3,4-dimetoksibenzaldehida dan 4-metoksibenzaldehida.  Senyawa hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi menggunakan metode spektroskopi meliputi 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) dan spektroskopi massa. Karakterisasi menggunakan metode spektroskopi menunjukkan kedua senyawa analog kalkon berhasil disintesis dengan rendemen diatas 70%. Hasil pengujian sitotoksik menunjukkan bahwa kedua senyawa analog kalkon tidak aktif terhadap sel kanker payudara MCF-7. Simulasi penambatan molekuler menunjukkan bahwa kedua analog kalkon menghasilkan tingkat energi dan interaksi intramolekuler yang tidak lebih baik dibandingkan dengan 4-hidroksitamoksifen. Abstract

Online learning non face-to-face interaction can be effectively supported by learning management systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom, E-learning Madrasah, and Discord. This study aims to determine the differences in students' perceptions about chemistry learning via Google Classroom, E-learning Madrasah, and Discord. The perceptions measured include aspects of ease of access, benefits, communication and interaction, instruction delivery, and student satisfaction. This research is a retrospective comparative quantitative study, involving 68 students from SMAN 2 Samarinda (Google Classroom), 73 students from MAN 1 Samarinda (E-Learning Madrasah), and 74 students from SMAN 13 Samarinda (Discord) as sample. Data were collected via documentation and analyzed used the Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn's Post-hoc tests. The Kruskal-Wallis test revealed a significant difference in perceptions (0.003<0.05). Dunn’s post-hoc analysis indicated significant differences between Google Classroom and E-Learning Madrasah (sig. <0.001) and between Google Classroom and Discord (sig. 0.041), but there was no significant difference between E-learning Madrasah and Discord. Overall, students' perceptions of chemistry learning using Google Classroom were better than using E-learning Madrasah and Discord.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Application of Management Information Systems and General Spatial Planning Policies in Increasing Economic Growth in Purwakarta Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data sources in this research were obtained from field observations, interviews with sources and existing documentation. This research data analysis method uses data triangulation, the researcher combines data from observations, interviews and documentation and then makes conclusions. The research findings show that the implementation of the management information system in Purwakarta district is quite effective and efficient, although there are still several obstacles, but they can be overcome with the solutions offered. The description of spatial planning policies in Purwakarta district itself is in accordance with the characteristics and potential that exist in each region. Economic growth in Purwakarta district has increased every year in a better direction, even though in 2020-2021 it was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, but economic conditions in Purwakarta district have returned to stability to date.
