Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectS of education and job training on improving employees' competence at the Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Palembang. The sample was selected using the saturated sample technique. Data of 70 respondents were collected through observation and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The results evince that partially each job education and training has a significant effect on increasing employees' competence. Likewise, simultaneously education and job training have a significant effect on increasing employees' competence. The insight can benefit the Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Palembang. To improve employees' competence, the leaders of this government institution should apply the factors of education and job training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and prove the effect of WFH, organizational culture and work motivation on employee organizational commitment. This research was carried out for 5 months (January-May 2022) at the Office of the Badan Keuangan and Aset Daerah Kota Kupang. This research is classified as a quantitative study using a confirmative verification (associative) survey method. The research population was 103 employees whose sample was determined based on the census technique (saturated sample) so the sample was 103 respondents. The type of research data consists of primary data and secondary data. Techniques to obtain data using questionnaires (Likert scale), interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis (partial test and simultaneous test). The results showed that the variables of WFH, organizational culture, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, either partially or simultaneously. This is because the entire t-count value obtained by each variable is greater than the t-table and also the F-count is greater than the F-table with a significance value less than 0.05. The results of this study also show the contribution of the WFH variable to an organizational commitment by 82.1%, organizational culture to an organizational commitment by 33.0%, and work motivation to an organizational commitment by 66.1%. Simultaneously, the contribution of WFH, organizational culture, and work motivation to organizational commitment is 83.3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research specifically is to get the results of an analysis of work experience, motivation, and organizational commitment to employee career development at PT. Indocater, either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive and verification surveys; field data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation techniques. This research is associative, in which there are variables that are related and can influence other variables. The population of this research is 68 employees at PT. Indocater, taken as a sample of 68 employees. Data processing using SPSS analysis tools 25. Testing data using the t test, it was found that work experience affects career development with a t count of 5.056 > t table 1.668; there is an influence of motivation on career development with a t count of 2.623 > t table 1.668; there is an influence of organizational commitment on career development with a t count of 5.343 > t table 1.668; and work experience, motivation, and organizational commitment influence career development with a t count of 19.880 > t table 2.507; The common thread of research is that work experience, motivation, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee career development. At PT. Indocater, both partially and simultaneously, strategies to enhance employee career development can be implemented by providing optimal training and motivation prior to work placement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh Kompetensi dan Komunikasi Perangkat Desa terhadap Penyaluran Dana BLT yang dimediasi oleh Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Studi pada Desa Talang Kemang, Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin Tahun 2022). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Deskriptif, dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Rakyat(BPD), dan Tim Pengawas Desa Talang Kemang Kecamatan Rantau Bayur, Kabupaten Banyuasin yang berjumlah 55 Orang . Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Variabel Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pelaksanaan BLT. Variabel Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pelaksanaan BLT. Variabel Pengelolaan Dana Desa mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan BLT. Variabel Kompetensi dan Komunikasi secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Desa. Variabel Kompetensi, Komunikasi, Pengeloaan Dana Desa secara simultan atau bersama-sama tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pelaksanaan BLT.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian ini membahas tentang pelatihan pembuatan buku ajar pada guru-guru SMKN Sumsel. Dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pembuatan buku ajar. Buku ajar menjadi barang yang sangat penting bagi guru untuk dapat berinteraksi dan berelasi dengan siswa secara baik dalam pembelajaran. Untuk itu, buku ajar harus benar-benar dibuat dan siapkan serta berisi berbagai materi yang informatif dan menarik, sehingga memudahkan siswa untuk memahami pelajaran yang diberikan.. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi. Hasil pengabdian memperlihatkan bahwa buku ajar sangat penting bagi guru sebagai media untuk mencapai tujuan belajar dan memudahkan siswa memahami pelajaran yang diberikan. Akan tetapi, masih banyak guru yang belum terbiasa membuat buku ajar, dan bahan untuk membuatnya bisa dimulai dari Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembeljaran (RPP) atau silabus yang telah dibuat guru dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees at  PT. Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya (PT. SP2J) Oil and Gas Business Unit of Palembang City. The number of samples in this study was 45 employee respondents. data collection techniques in this study by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of testing with SPSS 21, compensation on employee performance has a significant effect between compensation and motivation on employee performance. Research is expected to assist Companies in affected compensation and motivation variables on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of competence, motivation and discipline partially or simultaneously on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. The population is all employees of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in the Lahat work area totaling 100 employees. The number of samples was determined by Arikunto's formula and the result was 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses the census sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used by statistical analysis are multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficients of determination. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in Lahat's work area. Competence, motivation and discipline have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Kemenkumham employees in the Lahat work area. The implications of competency improvement efforts are that employees are able to establish good communication and cooperation with other employees in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Institution in Lahat's work area; Employees have conceptual competence and are able to apply it in work and are able to solve problems arising from work. Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Promotion Mix and Service Quality on Principal Decisions Using Surety Bond Products at PT Jamkrida Sumsel. This research instrument uses a questionnaire, and using multiple linear regression to process tabulated data from the results of respondents' answers. The results of the study conclude, First, the Promotion Mix Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra (Y;. Second, the Service Quality Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of South Sumatra Jamkrida Service Users (Y); Third, Promotion Mix Variable (X1) is an independent variable whose influence is more dominant on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra compared to the variable of service quality; Fourth, the Promotion Mix variable (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra (Y). This means that the independent variable (X) is increasing together, so the Decision of the Jamkrida Service User of South Sumatra (Y) will increase.

Abstract

At this time, apart from aviation safety being the main priority, the world of aviation is required to be safer, more efficient, more cost-effective, and able to increase economic growth and reduce environmental impacts. AirNav Indonesia as the only provider of aviation navigation services in Indonesia must be able to adapt to changes supported by human resource capabilities. Therefore, the role of education and training, career development, and agility can encourage the emergence of employee adaptability. This research took a sample of 125 employees at the AirNav Indonesia company, Palembang Branch Office. The collection was carried out using a non-probability sampling method. Variable measurement was carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis shows that the education and training and agility variables have a positive and significant effect on adaptability, while the career development variable is not proven to have an effect on adaptability.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini untuk menentukan pengaruh tambahan penghasilan bagi pegawai (TPP), motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Sebanyak 99 PNS dari seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan secara kebetulan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik asosiatif. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui angket yang teruji validitasnya yang diberikan kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dalam program program SPSS 25.0. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TPP dan lingkungan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial, sementara motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri. Secara simultan, TPP, motivasi, dan faktor lingkungan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Saran Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan pengukuran kinerja oleh atasan yang bersangkutan.
