Abstract

This research development od student activity sheets aims to(1) describe the results of developing students scientific approach based sheets on general administration subjects, (2) describe the feasibility of developed students scientific approach on the subject, (3) describe the learner response to the application development studensts scientific approach that has been developed on the subjects. In general Administration subjects for class X OTKP 1 students at SMK N 1 Jombang. This research is a development uses R&D (the research and development) research with 4-D model consisting of  4 stages, namely defining, designing, development and distributing. this research was conducted at 20 learners in class X OTKP 1 at in SMK Negeri 1 Jombang, the results of the validation of the LKPDoverall score of 86%. The validation from material expersts score is 85%. The  validation score of the linguist is 80 % and the validation of the graphic expert is 94% with very strong interpretation. So it can be conluded that the development students research scientific approach based sheets on general Administration subject  even semester at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang is declared fit to be used as teaching materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan pembelajaran daring di rumah peserta didik sebagai upaya mendukung program pemerintah yaitu study from home selama adanya pandemik covid 19 serta tanggapan peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran daring selama sekolah masih diliburkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, sehingga pengumpulan informasi serta data didapatkan dengan teknik dokumentasi yaitu pencarian data mengenai hal-hal yang relevan dari berbagai sumber yang ada di perpustakaan seperti buku, majalah, berita, ataupun dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan dirumah masing-masing membuat peserta didik lebih mandiri dan menciptakan motivasi untuk belajar. Selain itu pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu keberhasilan untuk menciptakan perilaku social distancing sehingga meminimalisir munculnya keramaian yang dianggap dapat berpotensi semakin menyebarnya covid 19 di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The background of this research is because there are still many student learning outcomes in administrative subjects under the KKM. That's because the teacher learning model still uses the direct learning model, many tend to speak for themselves, passive learning resources and are still teacher-centered. This study aims to determine the effect of the horay course review learning model on student learning outcomes right on basic competencies in understanding administration. This type of research design is a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were class X OTKP 3 as the control class and X OTKP 4 as the experimental class. The research instrument was a pre-test and post-test learning outcome sheet. The results of this study indicate that the tcount is 2.755, Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.007 and the confidence level is 95% (α = 0.05) with df 70, then the table = 1.994. So it can be seen that Ha1 is accepted & Ho1 is rejected. Because t-test <0.05 is 0.007 <0.05, and t count 2.755> 1.994 tables. Significant improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental class was 26.66 or 52.72%. While the control class increased learning outcomes by 18.06 or 49.82%, and the application of the CRH learning model can make students more interactive learning. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model on student learning outcomes on basic competencies in understanding the administration of Class X OTKP SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.

Abstract

This development research was carried out with the aim to find out the process of developing teacher textbooks, the feasibility of teacher textbooks, and teacher responses to teacher textbooks based on a scientific approach to public relations subjects and protocol of odd semester XI OTKP at SMK YPM 5 Sukodono. The development model applied in this study is 4-D which consists of the defining stage, the design phase, the development phase, and the disseminate stage. The research instruments used included study sheets and validation of material experts, linguists, and graphic experts as well as teacher response questionnaire sheets using a rating scale that is the Likert scale. The results showed that the results of the assessment of the feasibility of teacher's textbooks from material experts amounted to 87.5% with a very strong category, the assessment of linguists amounted to 78.2% with a strong category, and the assessment of the graphic experts amounted to 98.2% with a very strong category. From the results of the validation obtained an average value of 88% in the category of interpretation is very strong, and the teacher's response of 81.87% in the category of interpretation is very strong. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the teaching textbooks are based on a scientific approach to the subjects of public relations and protocol protocol odd semester XI OTKP at SMK YPM 5 Sukodono declared worthy to be used as teaching material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of Student Activity Sheets (LKPD), describe the process of developing LKPD, and we can find out the responses of students in the Office Management Automation expertise program developed by LKPD. R&D with the 4D development model is the method used in research. And the limitations of this research are only at the development stage. A total of 20 students of class XI OTKP 3 SMK YPM 3 Taman became the subject of his research. The LKPD validation sheet includes the validation sheet for linguists, graphic experts, and material experts as well as students' response sheets obtained using research instruments. The stages of defining, designing, and developing are the research processes carried out at the stages that are in accordance with the 4D development model. Because the purpose of the research is only to develop and produce Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) products, the distribution phase is not carried out. The average results of the overall validation of experts on the feasibility of LKPD was 78.59% which included a component of language worthiness with a score of 72.86%, graphic worth 81.3%, and material eligibility 81.6%. By obtaining a score of 91.83% in the analysis of student responses with very good criteria, the developed LKPD can be used to support the learning process of PR and Protocol subjects very well as teaching material.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Joint Head Number Learning model in increasing student activity. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The research subjects were students of class X OTKP at SMKN 1 Lamongan in general administration subjects, specifically the basic competency of checking documents or incoming and outgoing letters. Data collection techniques using observation, and interviews. With data analysis techniques through data collecttion, data presentation and conclusion. in fact during the learning process students tend to contextual subject matter, so we need an appropriate learning model. The Number Head Together (NHT) learning model is a learning model applied by teachers to create patterns of interaction through mastery and understanding of mater. Through group discussion with numbering in each member, this refutes to discuss students to discuss actively for the learning process to achieve predetermined learning goals. Based on the research it can be concluded as an effective Number Head Together (NHT) learning model. Furthermore, further research can be made up of research to obtain relevant data in the field.

Abstract

This research has the aim to describe and describe the use of project based learning methods in terms of increasing student activity. The study was classified as a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects used in this study were students of class X OTKP at 2 Blitar Public Vocational School on Public Relations and Protocol. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. While data analysis techniques are used through several stages including data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In the learning process students tend to be bored and less interested in the learning process that takes place because the method used is merely lecture and monotonous. Therefore this research was conducted so that students are more active in the learning process. The activeness of students in the learning process also has an important role in learning outcomes. The project based learning learning model is a scientific approach and consists of several stages, including observing, asking questions, gathering information, reasoning, and communicating. Through these various stages students can increase their role in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose a research to develop teaching materials in the form of Public Relations and Protocol Administration module-based curriculum Odd Semester 2013 for Class XI APK. The purpose of this development research is to describe the process of developing public relations and protocol administration modules, analyzing the feasibility of public relations and protocol administration modules, and analyzing the responses of class XI APK students to the public and protocol administration modules. This study uses a 4D development model, which consists of the define,design, develop, and disseminate.The population of this research is the XI APK grade students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Lamongan. The sample of this study was only 20 students from a total of 28 students, because they used a small group. Data collection techniques in this study used the material expert validation sheet, the language expert validation sheet, the graphic expert validation sheet, and the student response questionnaire sheet. Data analysis techniques used in this study were module validation analysis and student response questionnaire analysis. The results of the research on the development of public relations and protocol administration modules obtained a percentage of eligibility of 85% with a very appropriate interpretation and the results of a limited trial aimed at 20 students of the public relations and protocol administration module obtained a 81% eligibility percentage with a very appropriate interpretation. Then, it can be concluded if the Public Relations and Protocol Administration Module Class XI APK can be declared feasible to be used as teaching material in learning.

Abstract

The public relations course is a science and skill-based course in the Covid-19 pandemic, students are required to do independent learning at home. From this, preliminary research was conducted with the result that there was a high level of interest and perspective on achieving PR skills in attending public relations courses, but in this case, many students did not have books to support learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of developing a public relations pocketbook based on explicit instruction for Office Administration Education 2019 students who take public relations courses. The method used is the research and development method with five stages of research, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate. In conducting the research, the data collection instrument used a study sheet (material validation, graphic validation, and language validation) while the student assessment used a questionnaire with several assessment aspects, namely (content aspects, presentation aspects, and language aspects) and besides that, there was a questionnaire to measure skills. Public relations were formed as a result of the existence of a pocketbook. The results showed a positive response from expert lecturers and students with the "Very Good" category of eligibility be used as a learning medium for public relations courses. In addition, it was found that a pocketbook answered students' perspectives regarding the development of public relations skills (communication, managerial, social networking, honesty, and creativity) which were obtained in the "Very Good" category.
