Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran daring dengan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya dan guru mata pelajaran Korespondensi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Model Miles dan Huberman yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran daring dengan model PjBL pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi berjalan efektif dengan dilihat dari empat indikator efektivitas pembelajaran, yaitu mutu pembelajaran, tingkat pembelajaran, insentif, dan waktu yang mencapai ketuntasan.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze effectiveness of online learning with the Project Based Learning model (PjBL) in Correspondence subjects. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were students of class X OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya and Correspondence subject teachers. The instruments used in collecting data were interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman Model, namely by reducing data, presentating data, and drawing conclusions/verification. Data validity with source triangulation. The results showed that online learning with the PjBL model in the Correspondence subject have been effective as seen from the four indicators of learning effectiveness, namely the quality of learning, level of learning, the incentive, and the time it reaches completion.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran daring, fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa selama pandemi covid-19 di SMKN 1 Surabaya pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan jurusan OTKP. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X OTKP SMKN 1 Surabaya yaitu sejumlah 180 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 124 responden dan untuk teknik probability sampling pada pemilihan sampel yakni dengan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dari data primer berupa wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner serta data sekunder berupa dokumentasi hasil nilai siswa pada penilaian akhir semester. Penggunaan skala dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala likert dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equational Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) untuk software yang digunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0 dengan dua tahapan yaitu Outer Model dan Inner Model. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran daring tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan fasilitas belajar juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran memungkinkan peserta didik untuk mengakses informasi yang mereka butuhkan untuk membantu menemukan pengetahuan dan kegiatan belajarnya. Pengadaan penelitian guna melakukan pengembangan pada e-modul dengan basis flipbook di mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian dengan materi Ruang Lingkup Administrasi Kepegawaian. Metode pengembangan ini dengan model 4-D yakni define, design, develop dan disseminate. Penelitian sampai tahap pengembangan saja. Tahap disseminate tidak dilaksanakan sebab adanya keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan uji validasi dan uji coba e-modul. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan presentase deskriptif. Uji validasi oleh ahli materi, bahasa dan grafis untuk hingga hasilnya disebutkan valid dan layak dilakukan pengujian coba. Uji coba e-modul dengan menerapkan basis flipbook ini diketahui melalui hasil pengujian coba pada 20 siswa. Kevalidan dan kelayakane-modul diketahui dari hasil uji validasi dan hasil respon siswa dengan kategori valid dan sangat layak. Berlandaskan dengan hasil tersebut maka bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya pengembangan e-modul dengan menerapkan basis flipbook untuk pembelajaran materi Ruang Lingkup Administrasi Kepegawaian ini ditetapkan valid dan sangat layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. The use of technology in the learning process allows students to access the information they need to help find knowledge and learning activities. Procurement of research to develop e-modules with flipbook basis in the subject of Automation of Personnel Governance with the subject matter of the Scope of Personnel Administration. This development method uses a 4-D model, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. Research up to the development stage only. The disseminate stage was not carried out due to time and cost constraints. Data was collected by means of validation tests and e-module trials. Data analysis used descriptive percentage calculation. Validation test by material, language and graphic experts so that the results are declared valid and deserve to be tested. The e-module trial by applying the flipbook basis is known through the results of testing on 20 students. The validity and feasibility of the e-module is known from the results of the validation test and the results of student responses in the valid and very feasible categories. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the development of e-modules by applying the flipbook basis for learning the Scope of Personnel Administration material is determined to be valid and very feasible to be applied in learning.

AbstractThis study purpose to analyze the effect of the Problem Based Learning teaching model on critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes and describe the implementation of Problem Based Learning basic competencies applying the maintenance procedures of the Xth Grade OTKP archive in the Vocational High School 2 Tuban. This type of experimental research with the Quasi Experiment approach. The population used in all class X OTKP in SMK Negeri 2 Tuban, the sample used two classes including class X OTKP 2, which was a total experiment of 36 students, along with class X OTKP 4, which was a total control of 36 students. Data analysis techniques used homogeneity testing, normality testing, as well as t-test and gain score with SPSS aided 22. The results showed that: 1) The Problem Based Learning teaching model had a significant effect on increasing the critical thinking skills of Grade X OTKP students in SMK Negeri 2 Tuban; 2) The Problem Based Learning teaching model has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes in class X OTKP at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban; 3) Implementation of the Problem Based Learning teaching model is carried out in accordance with the teaching tools in the form of a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP).Keywords : Critical thinking skill; Learning outcomes; Problem based learning

AbstractThis study aims to find out in depth about the work system of public relations and public relations strategies to improve the positive image of administrative services in the office of the head of Watudandang village, Prambon sub-district, Nganjuk district. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive research type and uses the case study methode. The sample in this study was the village head, secretary or public relations office of Watudandang village chief to determine the sample of researchers using purposive sampling techniques. Researchers collected data with in-depth interviews with public relations and the public who were using administrative services at the Watudandang village heads office. Watudandang village head as a triangulation of resources about the public relations work system and public relations strategy to enhance the positive image of administrative services. The analysis results obtained by researches that the work system implemented by the Watudandang village heads public relations office is structurally forming the village apparaturs and forming the cultural task of the village apparaturs called the pamong blok. Depth of the strategy that is used by the public relations of strategic is strategy that do public relations office of the village Watudandang the management of strategic. The strategy currently carried out by the Watudandang village heads public relations office is to approach the community by socualizing in very government program for the village. This causes the informations obtained by the community to be uneven, so researches provide advice to the Watudandang village heads public relations office to develop a service communications network to community by utilizing village website. Based on a system of work that is done by the public relations to draw up strategic improve the image positive service administration based on the phenomenon of research associate circuitry theory that the public relation will get the current image.Keywords: public relations strategy, positive image, administrative services

This study aims to produce a valid and reliable HOTS-based assessment instrument, and describe the quality of the HOTS test questions to measure high-level thinking skills in high school class XI students. problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, trial usage, product revisions, and mass products. The results showed that the HOTS-based assessment instrument in the form of HOTS test questions consisting of 20 multiple choice questions and 5 item description items from the aspects of material, evaluation, and language were declared valid and feasible to use. Multiple choice questions have an average level of difficulty with moderate criteria, the average differentiation of questions has a very good average, the validity of the items declared valid is as many as 20 multiple choice questions, the reliability coefficient is 0.820 with very high categories, and not all the trickster is functioning properly.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intelectual) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi di SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya Putri Rikhmah Nadhiah; Siti Sri Wulandari

This study aims to know the difference from application of conventional method oral models that compared to Somatic, Auditory, Visual, dan Intellectual (SAVI) models in basic competiences learning about office communication of Grade X OTKP SMKN 10 Surabaya students. This kind of study is quasi experimental design with non-equivalent control group design.. The sample that used are students of class X OTKP 3 as a control class and class X OTKP 4 as an experimental class. Result of the analysist, found significant difference from experimental class study result where have 28,06 (gain score) that obtained from 78,06 (mean of postest) that reduced by 50 (mean of pretest). While for control class have 20,42 (gain score) that obtained from 58,18 (mean of postest) reduced by 47,78 (mean of pretest). Then, based on the t-test on the psychomotor values of students, it was obtained that tcount was 4,498 with a significance level of 00 (0.00) and a confidence level of 95% Î± = 0.05 with df = N-2 = 70, then a ttable = 1.994 was obtained. It can be concluded from the results of the t-test that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus it was concluded that the difference after being applied Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual (SAVI) was an increase in students results and speaking skills of class X OTKP students on the basic competiences learning about office communication

This research development od student activity sheets aims to(1) describe the results of developing students scientific approach based sheets on general administration subjects, (2) describe the feasibility of developed students scientific approach on the subject, (3) describe the learner response to the application development studensts scientific approach that has been developed on the subjects. In general Administration subjects for class X OTKP 1 students at SMK N 1 Jombang. This research is a development uses R&D (the research and development) research with 4-D model consisting of 4 stages, namely defining, designing, development and distributing. this research was conducted at 20 learners in class X OTKP 1 at in SMK Negeri 1 Jombang, the results of the validation of the LKPDoverall score of 86%. The validation from material expersts score is 85%. The validation score of the linguist is 80 % and the validation of the graphic expert is 94% with very strong interpretation. So it can be conluded that the development students research scientific approach based sheets on general Administration subject even semester at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang is declared fit to be used as teaching materials.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan pembelajaran daring di rumah peserta didik sebagai upaya mendukung program pemerintah yaitu study from home selama adanya pandemik covid 19 serta tanggapan peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran daring selama sekolah masih diliburkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, sehingga pengumpulan informasi serta data didapatkan dengan teknik dokumentasi yaitu pencarian data mengenai hal-hal yang relevan dari berbagai sumber yang ada di perpustakaan seperti buku, majalah, berita, ataupun dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan dirumah masing-masing membuat peserta didik lebih mandiri dan menciptakan motivasi untuk belajar. Selain itu pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu keberhasilan untuk menciptakan perilaku social distancing sehingga meminimalisir munculnya keramaian yang dianggap dapat berpotensi semakin menyebarnya covid 19 di lingkungan sekolah.

The background of this research is because there are still many student learning outcomes in administrative subjects under the KKM. That's because the teacher learning model still uses the direct learning model, many tend to speak for themselves, passive learning resources and are still teacher-centered. This study aims to determine the effect of the horay course review learning model on student learning outcomes right on basic competencies in understanding administration. This type of research design is a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were class X OTKP 3 as the control class and X OTKP 4 as the experimental class. The research instrument was a pre-test and post-test learning outcome sheet. The results of this study indicate that the tcount is 2.755, Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.007 and the confidence level is 95% (Î± = 0.05) with df 70, then the table = 1.994. So it can be seen that Ha1 is accepted & Ho1 is rejected. Because t-test <0.05 is 0.007 <0.05, and t count 2.755> 1.994 tables. Significant improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental class was 26.66 or 52.72%. While the control class increased learning outcomes by 18.06 or 49.82%, and the application of the CRH learning model can make students more interactive learning. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model on student learning outcomes on basic competencies in understanding the administration of Class X OTKP SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.
