Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa Buku Ajar Siswa Berbasis Discovery Learning Mata Pelajaran OTK Humas dan Keprotokolan Semester 2 Kelas XI OTKP. Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini untuk menganalisis proses pengembangan buku ajar siswa berbasis discovery learning, menganalisis hasil kelayakan buku ajar siswa berbasis discovery learning, dan menganalisis respon siswa terhadap buku ajar siswa berbasis discovery learning. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang meliputi define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa kelas XI OTKP 1 di SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar validasi ahli materi, bahasa, grafik, dan respon siswa dengan menggunakan skala penilaian likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis validasi ahli materi, validasi ahli bahasa, validasi ahli grafik, dan respon siswa. Hasil penelitian pengembangan Buku Ajar Siswa Berbasis Discovery Learning memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 87,3% dengan interpretasi sangat kuat dan hasil uji coba terbatas yang ditujukan kepada 20 siswa terhadap buku ajar siswa berbasis discovery learning memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 82,4% dengan interpretasi sangat kuat. Jadi dapat disimpulkan jika Buku Ajar Siswa Berbasis Discovery Learning Mata Pelajaran OTK Humas dan Keprotokolan Kelas XI OTKP dapat dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Buku Ajar, Discovery Learning, Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Humas dan Keprotokolan.

Abstract

This research purpose to determine the effect of office layout, work environment and work performance on the morale of the teaching workforce at Krian 2 Senior High School Sidoarjo. This type of study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression models. The population in this study was the educational staff of Krian 2 Sidoarjo SMKS, which amounted to 57 employees, but researchers only took educational staff whose work was related to administration, this was adjusted to the research objectives. The sample in this study was purposive sampling. Researchers took 50 employees from 57 populations. The results showed that simultaneously the office layout, work environment, and work performance affect work spirit on the morale of the teaching staff at Krian 2 Sidoarjo SMKS, while partially each variable has a significant effect on the morale of the teaching staff at Krian 2 Sidoarjo SMKS

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatan kreativitas guru kewirausahaan SMA dan SMK dalam membuat RPP berbasis pantai dan laut khususnya di daerah pesisir pantai dan laut Sidoarjo. Pelatihan model pembelajaran saintifik berbasis pantai dan laut ini memiliki manfaat bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik guru-guru kewirausahaan SMA dan SMK se-Sidoarjo. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, guru kewirausahaan dapat mengaitkan antara materi yang diajarkan dengan situasi dunia nyata siswa. Selanjutnya, siswa pun dapat membuat hubungan antara pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka sebagai anggota keluarga dan masyarakat. Peran guru kewirausahaan dituntut supaya mampu meningkatkan kreativitasnya dalam membuat RPP yang berbasis pantai dan laut supaya dapat mengembangkan potensi sumber daya alam pantai dan laut di daerahnya masing-masing, dan mampu menciptakan produk inovatif dari sumber daya hasil pantai dan laut tersebut.

Abstract

The research aimed to develop higher-order thinking skill (HOTS) based assessment instruments based on Live Worksheet applications on Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKWU) subjects, especially on Basic Competencies 3.2 Analyzing business opportunities and Basic Competencies 3.3 Applying business administration documents. This research used Sugiyono's development model with seven development steps. The research subject consisted of 34 students of class XI Department of Office Governance Automation SMKS Ketintang Surabaya. The development of this assessment instrument resulted in 20 questions that were declared valid with the calculation of r calculated r table (0.3291). The instrument developed was said to be reliable because the reliability value of the problem of 0.840 0.60 The results of product validation development from three expert validators obtained an average validation of 95.6% with "very strong" criteria. The average student responded to the use of the Live Worksheet application "very positively by 88%. As per results of this study trial, the average ability to think high-level students fell into the category of "less". Therefore, the learning process to improve high thinking skills in students must be further improved with a learning model or method that can encourage the improvement of students higher-order thinking skills.

Abstract

Abstract: Educational Development Contribution is no longer the only source of income from universities. Universities are expected to have a Business Center as a solution to overcome financing problems and increase income as well as welfare for organizational members within the university. This Business Center can run if members of the organization have an entrepreneurial spirit and intrapreneurship behavior. This research aims to explore the transformational leadership style and entrepreneurial character as factors that can increase intrapreneurship behavior (Behavioral Intrapreneurship) in organizational members at a private university located in West Surabaya. The research uses a qualitative method with a case research approach and quantitative by the percentage method for descriptive analysis on each variable. In-depth interviews were conducted with key informants and questionnaires for other respondents. This is intended to be able to explore phenomena that exist in the field. The results of this research indicate that the rector at the university has a transformational leadership style while the lecturers and employees at the university have an entrepreneurial character and intrapreneur behavior. This research concludes that the transformational leadership style of the leader contributes to the formation of intrapreneurship behavior in the university environment. Abstrak: Kontribusi Pengembangan Pendidikan bukan lagi satu-satunya sumber pendapatan dari perguruan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi diharapkan memiliki Pusat bisnis sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah pembiayaan dan meningkatkan pendapatan serta kesejahteraan bagi anggota organisasi di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Pusat Bisnis ini dapat berjalan jika anggota organisasi memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan dan perilaku intrapreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan karakter wirausaha sebagai faktor yang dapat meningkatkan perilaku intrapreneurship (Behavioral Intrapreneurship) pada anggota organisasi pada sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta yang berlokasi di Surabaya Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kasus dan kuantitatif dengan metode persentase untuk analisis deskriptif pada masing-masing variabel. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan informan kunci dan kuesioner kepada responden lain. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat menggali fenomena-fenomena yang ada di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rektor di universitas memiliki gaya kepemimpinan transformasional sedangkan dosen dan karyawan di universitas memiliki karakter kewirausahaan dan perilaku intrapreneur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pemimpin berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan perilaku intrapreneurship di lingkungan universitas.

Abstract

Abstrack : The purpose of this research is to describe the characteristics of the implementation of the Sustainable Professional Development Program (PKB) for Vocational School teachers in the Office Administration expertise in Sidoarjo Regency, and to analyze the needs of the Sustainable Professional Development Program (PKB) for Vocational School teachers in the Office Administration expertise in Vocational School in Sidoarjo Regency. The subjects of this research were Vocational School teachers in Office Administration expertise that had received teacher certification in Sidoarjo Regency, namely 35 teachers from several schools in Sidoarjo Regency. The collected data then analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of Vocational School Teacher in Sidoarjo regency especially in the field of Office Administration expertise has not been implemented thoroughly, especially the implementation of publications and there are still obstacles faced by certified teacher educators in implementing PKB.Keywords : Sustainable Professional Development (PKB), Teacher Performance.  Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik pelaksanaan Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi guru-guru SMK bidang keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dan menganalisis kebutuhan Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi guru-guru SMK bidang keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah adalah guru SMK bidang keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran yang sudah mendapat sertifikasi guru di kabupaten Sidoarjo yaitu 35 guru dari beberapa sekolah di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan PKB guru SMK di Kabupaten Sidoarjo khususnya bidang keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran masih belum terlaksana secara menyeluruh, khusunya pelaksanaan publikasi serta masih terdapat kendala yang dihadapi guru-guru bersertifikat pendidik dalam melaksanakan PKB. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB), Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of learning independence and learning infrastructure on the learning scores of class XI students at SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. The population in this study was 60 students in class XI in the field of Office Governance Automation in 2020/2021. The sample of this research is 52 students. The population in this study was determined based on probability sampling with random sampling. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection using interview techniques, documentation and questionnaires. The distribution of questionnaires in this study was online and interviews were conducted directly with teachers of Public Relations and Protocol subjects. By using the classical assumption test method using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and using multiple linear analysis and also hypothesis testing, namely t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R²) test. Based on the results of statistical data analysis using the SPSS 23 application, it can be concluded that (1) learning independence can have a significant influence on student learning outcomes with a significant value of 0.017 <0.05. (2) learning facilities and infrastructure have a significant impact on the value of student learning by 0.006 < 0.05. (3) learning independence and learning facilities and infrastructure simultaneously have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely student learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.012 <0.05.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan sarana prasarana pembelajaran pada nilai dari belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. Populasi pada penelitian ini kelas XI bidang studi Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran tahun 2020/2021 sebanyak 60 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 52 siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan probability sampling dengan random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatiff. Pengumpulan data memakai teknik wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Penyebaran angket pada penelitian ini secara online dan wawancara dilakukan langsung dengan guru mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan. Dengan memakai metode uji asumsi klasik yakni memakai uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan memakai analisis linier berganda dan juga uji hipotesis yakni uji t, uji f dan uji koefesien determinasi (R²). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data statistic menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23 dapat disimpulkan yaitu (1) kemandirian belajar dapat memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikannya sebesar 0,017 < 0,05. (2) sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran berdampak signifikan kepada nilai dari belajar siswa sebesar 0,006 < 0,05. (3) kemandirian belajar dan sarana dan prasarana belajar secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikatnya yaitu hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikasinya sebesar 0,012 < 0,05

Abstract

The objective of the research is to improve the professionalism of entrepreneurship teachers in making the implementation plan of learning in accordance with the potential of coastal and marine natural resources in Sidoarjo Indonesia, is expected to be able to create innovative products from coastal and marine resources resources in the coastal and marine based learning plan. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique, that is entrepreneurship teacher who attended the lesson study activity based on beach and sea that amounted to 35 of 90 entrepreneurship teachers in Sidoarjo. Data collection using interview technique, documentation, and observation. The data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative with quantitative approach where data are analyzed using percentage formula, analyzed through three activity paths that focus activity, simplify and transfer from rough data to field notes, display data and deliver final result. The conclusion of coastal and marine based study lesson study is very potential in improving the professionalism of entrepreneurship teachers in improving the quality of learning and learning outcomes of learners and can increase student entrepreneurship interest when they finish studying in formal education. Keywords: Teacher Professional Competency, Lesson Study, Coastal EcosystemPembuatan perencanaan pelaksnaan pembelajaran berbasis pantai dan laut bagi guru kewirausahaan di Sidoarjo Indonesia dalam meningkatkan profesionalitasnya sebagai guru merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini.  Harapannya guru kewirausahaan  mampu menciptakan produk inovatif dari sumber daya pantai dan laut yang direncanakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis pantai dan laut. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 35 orang dari 90 orang anggota musyawarah guru mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data mengunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data dianalisis menggunakan formula presentase, dianalisis melalui tiga alur kegiatan yakni kegiatan memfokuskan, menyederhanakan dan mentransfer dari data kasar ke catatan lapangan, menampilkan data dan menyampaikan hasil akhir. Kesimpulannya bahwa  lesson study  pada guru kewirausahaan di Sidoarjo yang berbasis pantai dan laut mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme guru kewirausahaan sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa serta meningkatkan minat berwirausaha siswa. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Lesson Study, Lingkungan Pesisir Pantai Laut

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS menggunakan aplikasi “quizizz”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan alat evaluasi berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) menggunakan aplikasi Quizizz, menguji tingkat kelayakan instrumen penilaian HOTS yang telah dikembangkan, menganalisis kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa, dan menganalisis respon siswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan  dengan model pengembangan Sugiyono sepuluh langkah namun dibatasi dengan tujuh langkah pengembangan. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII produktif Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP)  sebanyak 34 siswa. Hasil validasi produk pengembangan kepada tiga validator ahli diperoleh rata-rata validasi sebesar 94% (sangat kuat). Adapun hasil pengembangan, menunjukkan dari 30 butir soal yang dikembangkan 25 soal dikatakan valid dengan perhitungan r hitung r tabel (0,3291). Reliabilitas soal sebesar 0,77 0,60 sehingga soal dapat dikatakan reliable. Tingkat kesukaran soal memiliki rata-rata “Sedang”. Terdapat 2 soal dengan daya pembeda “Kurang” sehingga soal harus dibuang. Secara keseluruhan pengecoh soal sudah berfungsi dengan baik ditunjukkan dengan pemilihan option jawaban melebihi 5% dari jumlah siswa. Hasil uji coba pada penelitian ini menunjukkan siswa memiliki rata-rata kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada kriteria “Cukup”. Rata-rata respon siswa sebesar 89,5% artinya siswa memberikan respon sangat positif dalam penggunaan Quizizz saat penerapan instrumen penilaian HOTS. Abstract: Development of HOTS-based assessment instruments using the "quizizz" application. The reliability of the questions is 0.77 0.60 so that the questions can be said to be reliable. The difficulty level of the item has a "Medium" average. There are 2 questions with "Less" distinguishing power, so the questions must be discarded. Overall, the question fraudsters are functioning properly, indicated by the selection of answer options exceeding 5% of the total number of students. The test results in this study showed students had an average high-order thinking ability on the "Enough" criterion. The average student response was 89.5%, meaning that students gave a very positive response in using Quizizz when implementing HOTS assessment instruments

Abstract

This research purpose to determine the effect of office layout, work environment and work performance on the morale of the teaching workforce at Krian 2 Senior High School Sidoarjo. This type of study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression models. The population in this study was the educational staff of Krian 2 Sidoarjo SMKS, which amounted to 57 employees, but researchers only took educational staff whose work was related to administration, this was adjusted to the research objectives. The sample in this study was purposive sampling. Researchers took 50 employees from 57 populations. The results showed that simultaneously the office layout, work environment, and work performance affect work spirit on the morale of the teaching staff at Krian 2 Sidoarjo SMKS, while partially each variable has a significant effect on the morale of the teaching staff at Krian 2 Sidoarjo SMKS
