Abstract

The development research aims to develop E-Module teaching materials in office communication learning, office administration education study programs. In addition, research was conducted to determine the feasibility of e-modules and student responses to the developed e-modules. Thiagarajan's 4-D development model (Define-Design-Develop Desseminate) is used in the development of this e-module. This research was piloted on 20 students of the office administration education study program. The data collection instrument used a material expert validation sheet, a linguist, a media expert and a student response questionnaire sheet. Expert validation sheets and student response questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively using a Likert scale. The results showed the feasibility of expert validation of the e-module teaching materials developed, namely material validation obtained 84.34%, language validation 82.85%, and media validation 86.67% in the very strong interpretation category so that it can be used for learning activities. And the results of student responses obtained an assessment of 84.15% with very strong interpretation criteria.

Abstract

This development research aims to determine the development process, feasibility, and student responses to module-based teaching materials in the office communication course in the UNESA Office Administration Education undergraduate study program. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study stated that the development of e-module-based teaching materials was carried out according to the 4D development model which only reached the development stage. The results of expert validation and the results of a limited trial of e-module-based teaching materials for students are categorized as very feasible. This shows that the e-module-based teaching materials that have been developed by researchers are declared very suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatan kreativitas guru kewirausahaan SMA dan SMK dalam membuat RPP berbasis pantai dan laut khususnya di daerah pesisir pantai dan laut Sidoarjo. Pelatihan model pembelajaran saintifik berbasis pantai dan laut ini memiliki manfaat bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik guru-guru kewirausahaan SMA dan SMK se-Sidoarjo. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, guru kewirausahaan dapat mengaitkan antara materi yang diajarkan dengan situasi dunia nyata siswa. Selanjutnya, siswa pun dapat membuat hubungan antara pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka sebagai anggota keluarga dan masyarakat. Peran guru kewirausahaan dituntut supaya mampu meningkatkan kreativitasnya dalam membuat RPP yang berbasis pantai dan laut supaya dapat mengembangkan potensi sumber daya alam pantai dan laut di daerahnya masing-masing, dan mampu menciptakan produk inovatif dari sumber daya hasil pantai dan laut tersebut.

Abstract

the purpose of this activity is to meet the needs of teachers in improving teacher competence in the field of business management expertise of teachers in SMKN 1 and SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The reason for doing this classroom action research training (1) to make teachers sensitive and responsive to the dynamics of learning in its class. (2) Improving teachers' performance to become professionals (3) teachers improves the learning process through an in-depth assessment of what is happening in their classroom. (4) classroom action research does not interfere with a teacher's main task because the teacher does not need to leave the class. The results of these activities in the form of articles of scientific work of classroom action research used by teachers as material for improving the process and the results of student learning in the classroom. It is expected that through the classroom action research training and the accompaniment of the script writing of the classroom action research results. And ultimately teachers SMKN Surabaya and SMK Ketintang Surabaya Business Management can improve scientific publications and can increase functional allowance and teacher credit numbers in developing teacher careers.

Abstract

Guru perlu membuat bahan ajar yang menarik agar tercipta suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan motivasi belajar siswa meningkat. Bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam Kurikulum 2013 revisi 2017 harus berisi pendekatan ilmiah dan berpusat pada siswa yang dalam hal ini bisa berupa bahan ajar interaktif. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan penggunaan bahan ajar interaktif. Kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif perlu dilakukan agar dapat menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah pelatihan. Prosedur Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap sosialisasi program dan pengenalan serta pelaksanaan strategi yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan praktik. Kegiatan dilakukan secara daring atau online melalui media aplikasi zoom cloud meeting dengan SMK Tunas Wijaya Surabaya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Tim PKM ini mendapatkan respon sangat baik yang dapat dilihat dari data angket respon dan testimoni guru-guru peserta pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif di SMK Tunas Wijaya Surabaya. Peserta pelatihan sangat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini sampai selesai, peserta pelatihan berkeinginan untuk dapat menerapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, dan meminta agar kegiatan ditindaklanjuti dengan kegiatan tatap muka. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Bahan Ajar Interaktif.

Abstract

This research is focused on four variables, namely teacher teaching skills, teacher interpersonal communication, student learning motivation, and student learning outcomes at SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo, East Java, to be precise in the OTKP (automation and office management) department of OTK Public Relations and Protocol subjects. This study processed primary data obtained from questionnaires that were distributed to 67 students as a sample. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square. The results showed that teachers' teaching skills on student learning outcomes had a positive and also insignificant effects, of teacher interpersonal communication had no effect on student learning outcomes, student learning motivation had a positive and insignificant effect on student learning outcomes, teaching skills had a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, teacher interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, teaching skills have a positive and significant effect on teacher interpersonal communication, student learning motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on teaching skills and student learning outcomes, student learning motivation had the positive and insignificant effect of mediating communication about teacher interpersonal with student learning outcomes, teacher interpersonal communication has a positive and insignificant effect on mediating teaching skills with student learning outcomes

Abstract

Office practice learning in Vocational High Schools (VHS) is not fully following the needs of the industry because the learning carried out is still partial to each Basic Competence (KD) in the curriculum. The purpose of this study is to reveal the validity of the product resulting from the development of the office practice module using the role-playing method based on industry needs. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE model. The research results are focused on the module assessment results by material experts, design experts, and learning experts. The results of this study indicate that the module is considered very feasible by the expert with an average score of 4.44 out of a maximum score of 5. The assessment of the material expert is 4.50, the assessment of the learning expert is 4.30, and the assessment of the design expert is 4.52. Thus, it can be stated that the resulting product is valid and feasible to use for the target group. Modules that are valid and feasible to use are expected to achieve the learning objectives that have been set.Pembelajaran praktik perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan Industri karena pembelajaran yang dilakukan masih bersifat parsial pada tiap Kompetensi Dasar (KD) yang ada di dalam kurikulum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap validitas produk hasil pengembangan modul praktik perkantoran menggunakan metode role-playing berdasarkan kebutuhan industri. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE dimana hasil penelitian difokuskan pada hasil penilaian modul oleh para ahli yang terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul dinilai sangat layak oleh ahli dengan nilai rata-rata 4,44 dari skor maksimal 5. Penilaian ahli materi 4,50, penilaian ahli pembelajaran 4,30, dan penilaian ahli materi. dari ahli desain adalah 4,52. Dengan demikian, dapat dinyatakan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan valid dan layak digunakan untuk kelompok sasaran. Modul yang valid dan layak digunakan diharapkan dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan keterampilan dan kompetensi guru dalam kesiapan menuju SMK berbasis teaching factory, membangun mindset dan konsep teaching factory pada guru SMK dalam rangka meningkatkan pembelajaran berbasis project-based learning. Metode pengabdian menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) tipe ekplanatif dengan tiga langkah kegiatan yaitu identifikasi masalah, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, kepala program, dan guru SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Semarang yang berjumlah 20 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan 2 tahap yaitu penyampaian materi dan pelatihan dan pendampingan praktik. Hasil kegiatan ini tahap penyampaian materi 80% peserta sangat memahami pengelolaan pembelajaran PjBL melalui new teaching factory. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan didapatkan 97,5% peserta siap merancang dan melaksanakan PjBL berbasis teaching factory dalam menuju kesiapan prodi berbasis teaching factory. Rencana tindak lanjut yang diperlukan berikutnya adalah pendampingan dalam pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan PjBL sesuai dengan desain yang telah dibuat oleh guru dan kepala sekolah di kegiatan pengabdian ini.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of educational background, compensation, and loyalty on teacher performance at SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The population used was SMK Ketintang Surabayas’ teachers, totaling 104 teachers, and the sample was obtained using the Slovin formula at the error rate limit of 0.05 to get a total of 83 teachers as respondents—selection of the respondent sample using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The method used in this study is an explanatory quantitative model using multiple regression analysis tests. The results of the t-test show that educational background has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, loyalty has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and the results of the F test state that educational background, compensation, and loyalty simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMK Ketintang Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian HOTS, di mana di dalamnya terdapat proses pengembangan instrumen penilaian HOTS, dan mendeskripsikan keterampilan high level thinking peserta didik yang diukur berdasarkan pengerjaan instrumen penilaian HOTS. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 34 peserta didik kelas XI OTKP 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R&D, model pengembangan diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Sugiyono yang dimodifikasi menjadi 7 langkah, yang terdiri dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan instrumen penilaian HOTS terdiri dari tahap potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Kualitas instrumen penilaian HOTS berdasarkan validasi materi, validasi evaluasi, dan validasi bahasa mendapat nilai dengan rata-rata 96% yang artinya memiliki kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan uji kuantitatif menggunakan aplikasi iteman terdapat 25 butir soal valid dan distraktor berfungsi baik dari jumlah keseluruhan 30 butir soal. Keterampilan high level thinking peserta didik memiliki nilai rata-rata 63 dengan kategori cukup.
