Abstract

This research aimed to partially and simultaneously analyze: 1) intrinsic motivation towards the employees’ performance, 2) extrinsic motivation towards the employees’ performance, 3) working environment towards the employees’ performance, 4) organization culture towards then employees’ performance, 5) intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, working environment and organization culture toward the employees’ performance. It was a survey research. This research was conducted in Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarnegara with 100 employees as the respondents of the research are: 1) intrinsic motivation has no significant effect towards the employees’ performance, 2) extrinsic motivation has no significant effect towards the employees’ performance, 3) working environment has significant effect towards the employees’ performance, 4) culture has significant effect towards the employees’ performance, 5) intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, working environment and organization culture has significabt effect toward the employees’ performance. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effects of the variables of job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. In this study, the researcher conducted the sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by survey method. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The total sample was 35 respondents. This analysis used SPSS 16 for windows. The data was analyzed by validity, reliability test, classic assumtion test and multiple linear regression analysis.The research by partial test (t test) showed that job satisfaction, work motivation positive affected on turnover intention. Then the organization commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. The results by simultaneous test (F test) indicated that job satisfaction, working motivation and organizational commitment had positive effects on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence a client's decision to deposit funds in Islamic banks. In this study, the data used is primary data by questionnaire to customers of BRI Syariah and bank Muammalat Purwokerto with a sample of 156 reaponden. In the sampling method, the author uses purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study using validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing F-test, t-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the characteristic variable bank, syariah factors, social class, reference groups, the role of family factors, factors perceived marketing stimuli simultaneously have a positive impact on the customer's decision to save in Islamic banks. Partial test results can be concluded that social class variables and variable marketing stimuli have a positive effect but not significant, while the variable characteristics of the bank, syariah factors, reference groups and family roles positive and significant impact on customer decisions. Concluded that all six variables are able to explain the customer's decision amounted to 44.5% (adjusted R-square value), while the remaining 55.5% is explained by other factors beyond the research Keyword: Factor analysis, the customer's decision, Islamic banks
