Abstract

This study aims to examine the existence of distance learning Islamic religious education and online guidance and counselling services during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out the opportunities and challenges in implementing distance learning and online Islamic counselling services at SMP Sidoarjo Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research methods that are careful, thorough, and careful about a program that implemented, various events and activities carried out both as a whole and individually. Data collection techniques in this study use interviews and observation. Researchers conducted interviews to collect information related to distance learning in several subjects that were applied through the PAI distance learning system and online BK services implemented at SMP Sidoarjo Regency by interviewing them directly. For the observation phase, researchers implemented PAI distance learning and online BK services carried out by junior high schools in the Sidoarjo Regency. Challenges and opportunities for implementing distance PAI learning and online guidance and counselling services during the COVID-19 pandemic, creating a platform with features for distance PAI learning and online guidance and counselling services that accommodate increased self-efficacy and achievement motivation.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has made very significant changes in the world, changing all aspects of life, one of which is the education sector which makes the emergence of new policies to become school from home (SFH) or all forms of learning are carried out online. problems of parents in dealing with distance or online learning. This research uses a case study approach, the main subjects are parents of Muhammadiyah schools around Sidoarjo. Data collection methods used are google form questionnaires and interviews/interviews. The results of the study indicate that there are problems faced by parents: parents' difficulties in accompanying their children while studying, limited network quotas, tend to be difficult to the condition when learning at home, the content of material taught online or online may not necessarily be understood by all students. The data analysis technique in this study uses data analysis techniques developed by Miles, & Huberman, namely data analysis techniques using interactive analysis with three activity flows, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Education is the distance of the search for knowledge to several ways to get knowledge, the COVID-19 pandemic has become an obstacle for educational institutions in conveying knowledge. With the development of digital technology, the teacher's efforts in delivering and fulfilling the rights of students by learning fun during the pandemic during the learning process are one way for students to be able and able to receive knowledge by using the child-friendly IRE learning model through digital storytelling in the SD Muhammadiyah 2 Taman environment. This article uses descriptive qualitative research in which researchers look for places of observation, with the object of research being principals, curriculum representatives, subject teachers, and distributing questionnaires using google forms and interviews to several students to find out the qualifications for fun learning. based on the results of learning research with a digital storytelling model, it becomes a fun learning solution between teachers and students when carrying out learning at home, the results of the teacher's efforts in attract students' attention when learning to use child-friendly digital storytelling with the results of research that students prefer to learn using zoom meetings in maximizing more interactive and communicative learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe digital optimization E-learning system based on "ASSTECH" to improve the quality of 21st century Inclusive education. E-Learning system is an effort digital to facilitate the learning process and strengthening values in each subject to students who have special needs. In the context of inclusive education, E-learning systems based on Asstech adjusted to the characteristics and needs of students, such as JAWS functions to change text into sound, i-CHAT to help strengthen hearing, websites and other learning media designed for students with special needs. This study uses a qualitative approach that seeks to obtain and collect and process, analyze and define data qualitative. The qualitative approach in this research various library sources such as prociding papers, journals, newspapers or magazines, reference books and so on which are then constructed as a critical thinking framework so that this approach is expected able to provide accurate about E-Learning Based Learning Technology "Asstech" in improving the quality of 21st century inclusive education. Keywords: e-learning system; ASSTECH; inclusive education.

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of strategies to Strengthen student character education based on Qs. Lukman verses 12-19. Education is a human activity that has the intention of developing individuals in totality in accordance with Reviews their potential and competence. Therefore, education Becomes the obligation and responsibility of parents (families), schools and communities so as to create a quality generation that is a generation of strong faith, broad knowledge and understanding, good social charity and noble character, a reflection of personal character with the desire of the people. Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of Islamic education in the perspective of Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and its relevance for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. This study is a library research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method used is the method of documentation through systematic and holistic data collection. Then the data is analyzed descriptively and critically. The results of this study are the findings that: (1) Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas is a highly educated religious figure. This is evidenced by his educational background from childhood to adulthood which is not far from the intellectual field despite having been involved in the military world. He delivered hundreds of scientific speeches in various countries in the world, especially in Islamic countries. He has won various national and international awards for his total contributions to contemporary Islamic thought. (2) The concept of Islamic education in the perspective of Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas can be seen holistically through his various ideas about humans as well as about the Islamization of science and standardization of basic understandings of Islamic terms. The most important idea in the concept of Islamic education according to him is reflected in the term ta'dib which refers to the meaning of Islamic education. (3) From the concept of Islamic education in the perspective of Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas there is relevance for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Among them is the concept of human beings who apparently also reflects the goal of national education, which is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become citizens which is democratic and responsible as written in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is the oldest educational institution by the nation that participated in creating literate society. In the midst of this globalization era, Islamic boarding schools maintain both classical and modern education and teaching systems. In educational institutions need to pay attention to the quality management of education in order to improve and develop educational institutions for the future. The reality that we get in guaranteeing the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools is that there are many obstacles that must be resolved. With this the author intends to examine several management systems or quality management based on Islamic boarding schools. This study used qualitative research methods. This research is specifically directed towards descriptive qualitative research design. Trying to solve the problem based on the data concerned with the concept of quality management based on Islamic boarding school. The concept that has been prepared in the management of education quality in Islamic boarding schools is oriented to improving the quality of education by referring to the values ​​of Islamic boarding schools / Islamic society that have been entrenched among Indonesian people, by using tools, techniques and philosophies to create quality education in order to achieve educational goals.

Abstract

Arabic language is often taught by Arabic educational institutions only as a tool to read religious texts, not as the function of language is to communicate. The purpose of this research is to show a new strategy of mastering comprehensive communicative Arabic language based on 4 language skills (maharat lughawiyyah), namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing integrally and not separately. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection is carried out through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate weak language skills due to partial mastery strategies in Arabic. The conclusion of this study shows that the ability to communicate Arabic must be built on 4 language skills simultaneously, related, intact, integrated and not fragmented.

Abstract

The journal entitled "Sharia Marketing Strategies in Attracting the Interest of Students of Muhammadiyah One Sedati Elementary School, Sidoarjo" is one of the results of qualitative research aimed at explaining sharia marketing strategies carried out by Islamic educational institutions of SD Muhammadiyah Satu Sedati. Using descriptive qualitative research methods. Interviews with School Principals and PPDB committee heads, field observations and documentation as a means of data collection techniques. Data reduction analysis was used by researchers in the results of the study over a period of two months. Researchers found the results that some Sharia Marketing Strategies in Attracting Interests of Muhammadiyah One Sedati Elementary School Students, Sidoarjo, namely: 1. characteristics and principles of sharia marketing include: a) Theitis (Rabbaniyah) prioritizes the value of Islamic religion, b) Ethical (Akhlaqiyah) maintaining services and behavior, c) Realistic (Al-Waqi-i'yyah) being flexible and professional and, d) Humanistic (Insaniyyah) social care. 2. Syariah Marketing Strategy which includes: a) segmenting, b) targeting, c) positioning and 3. Syariah Marketing Tactic which includes marketing mix.

Abstract

In the management of Islamic Education Institutions based on management, efforts are needed to improve the quality of comprehensive human resources so that the quality of human beings in Indonesia can adapt well with the development of technology and times (Mutohar, 2014). Therefore Islamic Educational Institutions need a system that helps consumers get information. The information provided aims to provide better communication so that the program of Islamic Education institutions achieving educational goals will become smoother (Yukl, 2017). The implementation of this management concept has 3 key elements including customer satisfaction, service quality and customer loyalty (Kunaifi, 2016). In this case customer satisfaction with information obtained at the time of learning activities becomes importantThis satisfaction increases consumer loyalty at school. This study aims to provide an overview and information system that facilitates the public to receive better communication. This study also examines more deeply how information systems are able to provide satisfaction and increase loyalty to consumers of Islamic Education Institutions. This study uses qualitative data collection methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of information directly, in depth, unstructured. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Primary data sources were obtained from information in the form of interviews with related parties handling the Integrated Information System including the Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, Deputy Principal for Public Relations, IT team and Principal. Secondary data obtained from data that already exists and previous and has a relationship problem that is examined includes the existing literature. The population of the research sample was the guardians of students in SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques include interviews and Literature studies. Interviews were conducted with open-ended questions. Literature study is done by reading literature books, journals, internet and previous research that has been done before. From the analysis and results of the discussion obtained it can be concluded as follows: Integrated information systems have good benefits to schools so that schools can develop marketing and community trust as well-facilitated schools. The existence of an integrated information system can be an added value in increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of guardians of students, students and stakeholders who are interested in the school environment. Integrated information systems always experience developments in accordance with the technology that developed in that year. Therefore, competent funding and human resources are needed in managing the system.
