This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Tilawati methodusing the Rost melody to improve the quality of Qur’anic recitation and memorizationamong students at Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Muhammadiyah Al-Fattah Ngantang,Malang. The background of this research is based on the need for a method that isnot only technically effective but also capable of creating a pleasant and motivatinglearning environment. The Tilawati method was chosen because it integrates theelements of tajweed, articulation (makharijul huruf), and tartil training with a musicalapproach, one of which includes the use of the Rost melody. This research uses adescriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation,interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the use of the Rost melodyin the Tilawati method significantly enhances students' ability to recite the Qur’ancorrectly, according to tajweed and articulation rules. Moreover, the melodicapproach proves effective in accelerating the memorization process andstrengthening the students’ memory of Qur’anic verses. A well-structured dailylearning schedule, from dawn to night, combined with an objective evaluationsystem, also contributes to the success of the tahfidz program at the pesantren. Inconclusion, the Tilawati method accompanied by the Rost melody is proven to beeffective in improving the quality of Qur’anic recitation and memorization, while alsomaking a significant contribution to the achievement of memorization targets andthe development of Qur’anic character among students. This method is worth furtherdevelopment as an inspiring model in broader tahfidz education contexts.

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pembelajaran maharah kitabah (keterampilan menulis) pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab pada tingkat pendidikan menengah pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi kelas secara langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan guru bahasa Arab, kuesioner untuk siswa, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran termasuk silabus, RPP, buku teks, dan hasil karya siswa. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan Pondok Pesantren An-Nur Sidoarjo, yang memiliki sekolah jenjang pertama bernama SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin yang dipilih berdasarkan varian kurikulum yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran maharah kitabah di tingkat SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin masih didominasi pendekatan struktural-gramatikal dengan penekanan pada aspek tata bahasa dan kosakata, sementara aspek fungsional-komunikatif masih belum optimal. Tantangan utama yang teridentifikasi adalah keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran, variasi kemampuan dasar dan motivasi siswa, terbatasnya media pembelajaran interaktif, serta kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang strategi pengajaran keterampilan menulis yang efektif. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan masih cenderung konvensional, dengan dominasi latihan imla' (dikte), penulisan kalimat sederhana berdasarkan pola, dan latihan penerjemahan teks dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Arab. Evaluasi pembelajaran maharah kitabah lebih banyak berfokus pada aspek keakuratan tata bahasa dan kosakata, sementara aspek kreativitas, koherensi, dan kebermaknaan tulisan belum mendapat perhatian memadai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, kontekstual, dan berbasis proyek, peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan intensif tentang strategi pengajaran keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab, pengembangan media pembelajaran digital yang menarik, serta penerapan rubrik penilaian yang komprehensif yang mencakup berbagai aspek keterampilan menulis. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pembaharuan pendekatan pembelajaran bahasa Arab, khususnya maharah kitabah di tingkat pendidikan menengah pertama.

Penguasaan keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sekolah dasar masih menjadi tantangan, terutama dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas dan publikasi hasilnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo dengan melibatkan 48 guru PAI sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menganalisis permasalahan mitra, merancang strategi pendampingan, melaksanakan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah, serta mengevaluasi hasil dan keberlanjutannya. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan utama, yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan mitra, (2) koordinasi dan pemetaan kegiatan, (3) pelaksanaan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah, dan (4) evaluasi serta monitoring karya yang dihasilkan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru PAI sekolah dasar menulis karya ilmiah, mulai dari keterampilan teknis penulisan sesuai prosedur hingga publikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi (Sinta 3–6), termasuk pengurusan ISBN dan HKI. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan kapasitas profesional guru serta peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia.

Penguasaan kosakata merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode role playing terhadap peningkatan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Arab siswa kelas X SMA. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Two Group Pretest–Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 siswa yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, masing-masing terdiri dari 20 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes penguasaan kosakata dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif serta uji nonparametrik Mann–Whitney U karena salah satu data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,01), yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode role playing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Arab siswa melalui keterlibatan aktif dan praktik komunikasi secara langsung.

General Background: Islamic education plays a central role in shaping students’ religious character through the integration of faith-based values within formal schooling. Specific Background: SD Integral Luqman Al Hakim Situbondo implements learning that combines general subjects with tauhid content, worship habituation, and Qur’anic programs (tahsin–tahfidz), yet disparities in teacher competence limit consistent implementation. Knowledge Gap: Limited studies describe structured strategic planning for improving teacher quality to support integrated Qur’anic learning at the elementary level. Aim: This study describes strategic efforts to improve teacher human resources to align instructional practices with the school’s Islamic vision. Results: Findings show the need for systematic planning through team formation, performance review, continuous training in tauhid-based pedagogy, collaboration with Qur’anic institutions, and academic supervision to standardize tahsin competence and instructional integration. Novelty: The study presents a practical strategic framework linking human resource development with integrated Qur’anic character education in elementary settings. Implications: Schools can adopt structured teacher development programs to ensure consistent integration of Islamic values, curriculum, and graduate competencies. Highlights: Strategic planning connects teacher quality with Qur’anic character formation. Tahsin standardization becomes a core component of teacher competence. Poster media is the application of poster media to obtain accurate information related to students' achievements in mastering poster media. The purpose of this study focuses on the analysis of the application of poster media as an effort to prevent liquor among adolescents. This study is a category of descriptive qualitative research, and the data sources in the study include interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis of the application of poster media as an effort to prevent liquor among teenagers make attractive poster media and with the placement of images and the right writing so that students can easily read the poster media made by the researcher is quite easy and can be followed by teachers to help the learning process. Furthermore, the challenges and obstacles of poster media as an effort to prevent liquor among teenagers are: In addition, making posters manually is a job that has its own challenges. This includes the issue of cost and quality of the products produced. To improve learning and overcome current challenges more efficiently. Meanwhile, other obstacles include difficulty conveying the message clearly, the budget to print quality posters and no place to specifically attach poster media in schools.

This research aims to understand the role of leadership in enhancing managerial accountability at IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor, West Java. Accountability is crucial in ensuring the quality of higher education and involves various aspects such as management, leadership, transparency, efficiency, effectiveness, and participation. Private Islamic higher education institutions face complex challenges, including in infrastructure, financing, academic processes, and the quality of graduates. To achieve this aim, a qualitative approach was employed by involving leaders, faculty, and staff as primary informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through triangulation (combining various sources), and the analysis was inductive. The research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The findings indicate that managerial accountability at IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor, West Java is evident in transparency in university management. This is observed through open financial reports, websites, open meetings, and achievement publications. Efficiency and effectiveness in managing educational costs are measured through budget planning, operational cost control, and academic program evaluation.

The establishment of the COVID-19 outbreak as a global pandemic has an impact on all lines of life. In the field of education led to the implementation of a distance learning system. One of the media that supports distance learning is Google Classroom. Google Classroom is an application that can be used as a classroom in a virtual world with various existing facilities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Google Classroom media in improving student learning outcomes at Hang Tuah 5 Middle School Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population is class VII students totaling 178 students. The samples were several students from class VII-B (control class) and VII-C (experimental class) with purposive sampling method. The results of the data analysis test using the Paired sample t-test obtained the value of Sig (2-tailed) 0.000. If the value of Sig (2-tailed) <0.05, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that PAI learning with Google Classroom media is effective in improving student learning outcomes at Hang Tuah 5 Middle School Sidoarjo.

This study aims to determine the management of the boarding school program and school culture implemented at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School This research is a descriptive study that aims to describe and analyze the management of the boarding school program and the school culture that forms the learning independence of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. The approach used is a qualitative approach seen from data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of the boarding school program and school culture implemented at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 BS Tanggulangin is packaged into a set of activities that have been determined by the school principal for student affairs into daily activities that must be carried out by all students starting at 03.30 WIB. Implementation of boarding school programs and school culture that leads to the formation of independent learning for students by providing additional classes outside of school lessons, namely specialization classes and dormitory activities taken from the institution's flagship programs, namely, tahfidz classes, interpretation classes, and language classes. The challenges faced during the implementation of the boarding school program and school culture are: parents are still unfamiliar with the boarding school program and are excessively worried because they see crowded activities, the school environment does not support the implementation of the boarding school program and school culture and the diverse backgrounds of students. Opportunities that can be found after implementing the boarding school program and school culture are: students can form their independence and are able to adapt to the community and the environment they are placed in, have independence in learning, and have self-awareness to complete all responsibilities in learning.

An educational institution is an institution that carries a person into an orderly and systematic flow of thought. In this sense, education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills that are treated by the people of the nation and state. Guidance and counseling management is a student service starting from the acceptance of new students, the development of student coaching both personal, social, learning and career services. Researchers used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The researcher attended the school through observation, conducting interviews and documentation in order to analyze the application of guidance and counseling service management to improve student self-efficacy and learning motivation at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman during the covid 19 pandemic. The data obtained were then analyzed and concluded. The results showed that the implementation of guidance and counseling service management to improve student self-efficacy and learning motivation at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman during the covid 19 pandemic was carried out through several stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. Then the results of the researchers are that with guidance and counseling services students experience an increase in self-efficacy and learning motivation after the service and guidance process is carried out.
