Abstract

The best tool for keeping an eye on an institution's performance is the Balanced Scorecard. similar to the workshop that was conducted at Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh University, which was established in 2022 as a result of the union of four distinct establishments. Every organization has work that has to be done seriously: employee performance. The purpose of the balanced scorecard implementation workshop is to bring all staff members' goals together so they can support the university's ambitious performance and aspirations. This activity uses a Balanced Scorecard implementation technique, which is related to the goals, strategies, and targets specified through four (four) stages: program socialization, training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The ideas that each participant in this activity put forth to work together to further Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh University inspired excitement

Abstract

Telah dikembangkan aplikasi berbasis website sebagai sistem pemilihan ketua OSIS di SMAN 2 Muara Badak. Tujuan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengatasi subjektivitas pemilihan ketua OSIS sebelumnya yang seringkali tidak menghasilkan pemimpin yang kompeten. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada sistem pendukung keputusan ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan calon ketua OSIS berdasarkan parameter yang telah ditentukan, seperti visi dan misi, kemampuan wawancara, kemampuan beradaptasi, nilai akademik, dan keaktifan. dalam organisasi. Hasil dari penerapan ini adalah rekomendasi berupa pemeringkatan yang dapat merekomendasikan sekolah dalam menentukan ketua OSIS yang berkompeten dan kompeten.

Abstract

The increase in child abduction cases in Indonesia highlights the need for a better understanding of the dangers of abduction among teenagers, especially abduction in online games. This occurs due to parents' lack of awareness of their children's gaming activities and also because children often seek social interaction through online games. Therefore, an educational approach is needed that involves teenagers and parents in understanding and preventing child abduction cases. The purpose of this research is to develop educational media through games using finite state machines (FSM) and forward chaining. FSM is used for the control system on the player, while forward chaining is used for the puzzle and puzzle system in making decisions based on information taken by the player. The research method uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which includes determining the application concept, 3-dimensional object design, material collection, application development, application testing, and application publishing. The results of the white box trial ran well, and the validation test was carried out on 30 respondents, with 83.8% stating that this game deserves to be an alternative learning media in self-defense from the crime of kidnapping teenagers.

Abstract

Peningkatan signifikan dalam penggunaan pelayanan publik secara digital telah terjadi dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun terakhir. Perubahan ini dipicu oleh dampak wabah Covid-19 di Indonesia, yang mendorong sektor bisnis dan pelayanan untuk berinovasi guna terus memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, Korps Lalu Lintas POLRI telah meluncurkan aplikasi bernama Samsat Digital Nasional (SIGNAL) untuk memudahkan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor, menunjukkan komitmen dalam memperbaiki pelayanan publik melalui platform digital. Namun, dalam prakteknya, beberapa pengguna sering mengalami kendala seperti notifikasi kesalahan ketika melakukan pendaftaran seperti verifikasi wajah, kode otp dan verifikasi KTP, kemudian bug dalam penggunaan aplikasi seperti perizinan aplikasi dalam mengakses kamera pada beberapa versi android, bahkan kegagalan transaksi pembayaran saat menggunakan aplikasi SIGNAL. Menghadapi tantangan ini, sentiment analysis digunakan untuk mengevaluasi persepsi masyarakat Selain itu, hasil prediksi dari tiga kernel yang terdapat dalam metode klasifikasi Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan kernel Linier mencapai 96.2%, RBF mencapai 94.12%, polynomial mencapai 85.5%. Namun hasil evaluasi menggunakan KFold linier mencapai 97.65%, KFold RBF mencapai 97.86%, dan KFold polynomial sebesar 69.36%.

Abstract

Historical education is essential in forming human character because it is the basis for forming a sense of nationalism. Along with the development of technology, learning models are also affected. Learning can be facilitated through learning sources other than educators, thereby changing the role of educators in learning and adapting learning to current developments. One of the learning resources is game technology. Game applications can be a learning medium because of their visual and interactive nature. Packing history learning into an educational game application might be an alternative source of learning that is interesting and not monotonous. The purpose of this research is developing education media as an Android-based historical learning tool by packaging the historical learning of the story of Sunan Kalijaga in the form of a game application. The results of the black box, white box trials that went well, and the feasibility test that was carried out on 15 respondents, 93% stated that the material presented was appropriate so that it can be concluded that the game application is suitable for use as an alternative media for mobile learning by teachers and students with an assessment feature using an Android smartphone.AbstrakPendidikan sejarah sangat penting dalam proses pembentukan karakter manusia karena merupakan dasar dari pembentukkan rasa nasionalisme. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, Pembelajaran pun ikut terpengaruhi. Pembelajaran dapat dipermudah melalui sumber pembelajaran selain pendidik, sehingga menggubah peran pendidik dalam pembelajaran dan menyesuaikan pembelajaran dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini. Salah satu sumber pembelajaran itu adalah teknologi game. Aplikasi game dapat menjadi media pembelajaran karena sifatnya yang visual dan interaktif. Mengemas pembelajaran sejarah kedalam sebuah aplikasi game edukasi mungkin bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif sumber pembelajaran yang menarik dan tidak monoton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi game “Lokajaya Sang Kalijaga” sebagai sarana pembelajaran sejarah berbasis Andoid dengan mengemas pembelajaran sejarah kisah Sunan Kalijaga ke dalam bentuk aplikasi game. Hasil dari uji coba black box, white box yang berjalan baik serta uji kelayakan yang telah dilakukan pada 15 responden, 93% menyatakan materi yang dibawakan telah sesuai sehingga dapat disimpulkan aplikasi game layak dipergunakan sebagai media alternatif pembelajaran secara mobile oleh guru dan murid dengan fitur penilaian menggunakan smartphone Android.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial dan pelatihan terhadap prestasi atlet Jember Marching Band dengan kecerdasan emosional sebagai variabel mediasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya dukungan sosial dan pelatihan dalam pembinaan atlet, serta peran kecerdasan emosional dalam mencapai prestasi optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan asosiatif, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi WarpPLS 7.0. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 122 atlet Jember Marching Band. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi atlet, dengan kecerdasan emosional sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran pelatih dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional atlet, serta perlunya dukungan sosial yang kuat dari keluarga, rekan tim, dan lingkungan latihan untuk meningkatkan prestasi atlet secara keseluruhan.Kata kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Pelatihan, Kecerdasan Emosional, Prestasi Atlet, Jember Marching Band

Abstract

Philanthropy is social generosity that is programmed and aimed at alleviating social problems in society (such as poverty). LazisMU is one of the institutions that carry out philanthropic activities in overcoming social problems in society. This study aims to analyze and test the role of influencers on people's decisions to become donors with trust as an intervening variable in LazisMU charitable institutions in the Ex. Karesidenan Besuki region which includes Jember, Banyuwangi, Situbondo and Bondowoso. The research questionnaire was distributed to donors as many as 250 respondents. The sample size of 250 respondents was obtained from the Slovin formula with a population of 3635 donors. Hypothesis testing was conducted to answer the research hypothesis that had been compiled previously. The results of statistical analysis show that influencer variables have a positive and significant influence on the decisions of LazisMU donors. Trust from donors has a positive impact on the decisions of LazisMU donors. The trust variable becomes an intermediary variable for the influence of influencers on the decision to become a donor to LazisMU.

Abstract

Measles is a part of many diseases that occur in the tropics as happened in East Java. Measles disease data recorded in the Health Profile Book contains information on tabular data on the number of measles cases, the fatality rate of measles cases, and data that contain infant measles immunization. The purpose of the discussion of this paper is to represent spatial and attribute data resulting from spatial data processing in the spatial analysis process by Weight Product Model (WPM) methods and in the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Data representation to determine areas prone to tropical diseases based on infant immunization status, nutritional status, epidemics, and PD3I. The results of the spatial data modeling will be represented into spatial data and attribute data obtained from the preferential value of Vi with the category of classification of tropical disease-prone areas with good, average, fair, and poor immunization status.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a critical indicator of the quality of pharmaceutical services and products pharmacies provide. It holds strategic importance in the pharmacy sector, significantly influencing repeat patronage and referrals. Satisfied customers are more likely to recommend the pharmacy to others, which can substantially contribute to the business's long-term growth. This study identifies service variables at Nh Beji Pharmacy that enhance customer satisfaction and evaluates their impact on patients' loyalty and their propensity to refer new customers. By exploring the link between customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals, the study aims to highlight the value of customer-focused services in pharmacies. Through interviews with 55 patients randomly selected from service records and provided informed consent for the 2019-2020 period, the study identified seven service variables that significantly boost customer satisfaction at Nh Beji Pharmacy. The findings demonstrate a notable correlation between customer satisfaction and patients' willingness to return and recommend the pharmacy, underscoring the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction in pharmaceutical service delivery.
