Abstract

This research was conducted for the phenomenon of financial management in improving the quality of education at the Boarding School, the purpose of this study was to: find out the financial planning in the madrasa (budgeting) and the implementation of education finance (actuating). This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the Head of Madrasah, Waka Sarana and Infrastructure and Treasurer. Researchers collected data using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Researchers have a goal to find out how to plan and implement finances in the madrasa so that the madrasa has good financial planning and implementation. The results of this study, firstly, financial planning in improving the quality of education is stated in the form of RKAM which is held every before the new school year begins. Second, the implementation of education finance includes the receipt and expenditure of funds. The funds received at Al Amin come from the BOS Fund, monthly tuition fees and operational funds issued every month. The implementation of financial management in improving the quality of education can be seen in the allocation of funds in the RKAM, namely by the allocation of funds for extracurricular activities, the allocation of funds for facilities and infrastructure at the madrasah by adding facilities, repairs and maintenance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence planning has on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influencers teachers’ performance in SD Negeri in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influence planning and organization have on teacher performance in Public Elementary Schools in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is categorized as field research, namely research carried out in the arena or field where symptoms occur. The results of this study were planning on teacher performance of 0.245 or 24.5%. These results indicate that the planning variable has a low influence on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District Deli Serdang Regency by 0.245 or 24.5%. Organization of 0.712 or 71.2%. These results indicate that the organizing variable has a strong influence on teacher performance of 0.712 or 71.2%. Planning and organizing on teacher performance is 0.746 or 74.6%, which means that we can conclude from the third hypothesis that it is proven that there is a strong influence between the two independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti brand paham ahlusunnah wal jammah pada Pendidikan NU dan Salafi di Kota Pasuruan, dimana pesantren di kota Pasuruan telah menjadi pesantren khalaf yaitu menggunakan atau memadukan pelajaran umum dan madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana brand paham ahlusunah wal jamaah pada Pendidikan NU dan Salafi di kota pasuruan. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi yakni memahami kajian Islam dengan perspektif sosiologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pada Pendidikan NU bergantung kepada elektabilitas dari seorang kyai, semakin tinggi elektabilitas kyai yang terlihat dari jumlah santri, maka berpotensi membangun brand ahlusunnah wal jamaah. Brands NU bidang pendidikan yang mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Ahlusunnah wal jamaah ini relevan dengan pendapat untuk Bull yakni menggunaan brand tertentu termasuk agama untuk menarik minat konsumen membelinya adalah komodifikasi. Sedangkan pada Pendidikan salafi, menggunakan media promosi yang lebih masif dan modern dalam menggaet calon santri dan jamaah mereka. Hal ini sesuai dengan pendapat Greg Fealy, and White Sally dalam bukunya Expresing Islam: Religius Life dan Politics in Indonesia yakni pada masa globalisasi ini banyak terjadi destabilized identity (identitas yang tidak stabil) karena mempertahankan identitas dan status sosial seorang muslim yang berkelas dalam kelompok sosial

Abstract

The goal of this study is to figure out how compensation affects loyalty by giving people more power. It does this by using a quantitative method called SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 and Amos 24 programmes. The research instrument was put through tests to see if it was valid and if it could be trusted. In this study, 125 people answered a questionnaire. The data was collected using a saturated sampling method, meaning the whole population was used as a sample. Based on the results of this study, we know that the value of cr in H1 is 4.215.2. This means that it has significant results, which means that compensation variables significantly affect loyalty. Since H2 has a cr value of 2.860 2, we know that the empowerment variables have a big effect on loyalty. H3 has a value that says the total effect of pay on loyalty through empowerment is greater than the direct effect. This means that empowerment is an intervening variable that will help make teachers and staff more loyal.

Abstract

The research was conducted at a university in Mojokerto Regency. The selection of this area is because Mojokerto district has a geographical location close to the city of Surabaya, the capital of the province of East Java and Malang, which we know as a student city in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the accreditation of decision-making through promotion. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research design, which means explaining the relationship of each variable in selecting the sample using probability sampling with a random sampling approach. The analytical tool used is to use a validity test and a reliability test where the instrument is declared valid if r count r table, while it is declared reliable if the Cronbach alpha value is 0.60. hypothesis testing using techniques analysis SEM (structural equation modelling) or AMOS (analysis of moment structure). The steps taken in the SEM analysis are by developing a model based on concepts and theories, construct-path chart, Conversion of a path diagram to a structural model, elect matrix input, Solution standard model, and goodness evaluation of fit index and Interpretation and modification. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the three hypotheses have a significant effect, and the promotion variable is able to mediate the study program accreditation variable on decision-making.

Abstract

Artikel ini meneliti tentang motivasi kerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan komitmen organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatussalam Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, yang kedua menganalisis besarnya pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatussalam Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dan yang ketiga untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survey, membagikan kuesioner kepada 44 orang yang terpilih menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian hipotesis pertama diperoleh kompetensi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005. Berdasarkan nilai signifikan tersebut, menunjukan bahwa lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05, sehingga variabel kompetensi kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Hasil hipotesis kedua variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru dan hasil dari hipotesis terakhir secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru yang memiliki indikator pengetahuan, keterampilan, sistem penetapan, pengalaman, kemampuan praktis dan pengembangan sebesar 55,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The yellow book (kitab kuning) is the basic curriculum in Islamic boarding school education. He uses Arabic as an instrument of presentation. So, the educational process of pesantren is definitely in contact with Arabic as an episteme in its scientific building. This study aims to describe the Arabic language as a fundamental epistem in Islamic boarding school education and its relation to the scientific construction of Islamic boarding schools based on it. This research is a qualitative research with the type of literature study. This study uses data collection methods in the form of documentation of all libraries related to Islamic boarding schools and the Arabic language. Then, the data analysis used is descriptive analysis and content analysis. In testing the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation, namely source triangulation, method triangulation, peer discussion and member check. The results of this study are: 1) The episteme of the pesantren scientific tradition is the Bayani epistem which is based on Arabic in aqidah and shari'ah Islamiyah. 2) Arabic that is learned in Islamic boarding school education begins with theoretical Arabic which is oriented to the practice of reading the yellow book as the basic curriculum in Islamic boarding school learning.

Abstract

Professional competence and infrastructure are still classic problems that have not been entirely resolved. This study has the aim of analyzing infrastructure as an intervening variable (Y1). The exogenous variable (X1) is professional competence, and the endogenous variable (Y2) is education quality. This research method uses a type of quantitative research with explanatory research methods. The number of samples in this study was 140 people, who were selected using the census method. The results of the hypothesis test showed that teacher professional competence directly affects the quality of education, infrastructure directly affects the quality of education, and infrastructure can mediate the effect of teacher professional competence on education quality.

Abstract

This research is to find out how far promotions and products influence decision making in choosing a madrasah. The variables in this study include promotion (X1) and product (X2) as independent variables, while decision making (Y) is the dependent variable or the variable being measured in this study. For the research method used in this study using quantitative methods with a survey approach with a total of 119 respondents. research data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique by distributing directly to respondents, while the way to select respondents using probability sampling random sampling approach or random samples. The data analysis technique used to test the research hypothesis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques where before carrying out the test a prerequisite test is carried out first. To process research data using statistical tools 25. The results obtained showed that promotions and products have a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose a madrasa, while the variable that is more dominant in influencing the decision to choose a madrasa is the promotion variable.

Abstract

Pendidik sebagai bagian utama dalam dunia pendidikan diharapkan memiliki kemammpuan untuk menyesuaikan bahkan melampaui kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan inovasi yang tercipta di masyarakat. Dengan adanya kegiatan kelompok kerja guru diharapkan pendidik mampu mengembangkan profesionalitasnya dengan program-program yang dilaksanakan oleh KKG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana sistem pembelajaran PAI yang dilakukan oleh kegiatan kelompok kerja guru PAI di kecamatan pacet. 2) Untuk mendeskripksikan bagaimana kreativitas yang dilakukan oleh Kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam peningkatan sistem pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kecamatan Pacet? jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan observasi, wawancara beberapa narasumber, dan dokumentasi selama penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan uji keabsahan.hasil penelitian 1) sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh KKG PAI SD Kecamatan Pacet menggunakan sistem pembelajaran pada umumnya, yang teridiri dari beberapa komponen diantaranya tujuan pendidikan, perangkat pembelajaran, media pembelajaran ,metode pembelajaran, serta penilaian. 2) kreativitas yang dilakukan oleh KKG PAI SD Kecamatan Pacet antara lain, adanya kegiatan rutin setiap bulannya , setiap guru mengembangkan kreativitas sumber belajar, media pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan proses penilaian.
