Abstract

Abstract-Palm oil is beneficial for everyday life. However, in addition to beneficial palm oil is also dangerous because there are chemical elements left behind in it. The problem of Palm Oil production is Land, Plants, or fresh fruit palm fruit bunches. if a large quantity must also be followed by high quality fresh fruit bunches, to avoid the negative impact of food consumption from oil palm.Therefore, the authors use a medium to share knowledge of any Chemical Elements that exist in oil palm plant. This research will develop Knowledge Management System in the form of search model with Turbo Boyer Moore algorithm can help build knowledge to overcome barriers to palm oil.Keywords component-; Knowledge Management, Palm Oil, Soil, Turbo Boyer Moore Algotrihm, Chemical Elements.Abstrak-Kelapa sawit banyak manfaatnya bagi kehidupan sehari-hari.Namun, selain bermanfaat kelapa sawit juga berbahaya karena terdapat unsur kimia yang tertinggal didalamnya.adanya ganguan produksi Minyak Sawit yaitu Tanah, Tanaman, atau tandan buah kelapa sawit segar. jika Kuantitas yang besar juga harus diikuti oleh kualitas hasil produksi tandan buah segar yang tinggi, untuk menghindari dampak negative dari konsumsi makanan berasal dari kelapa sawit.      Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan suatu media untuk berbagi pengetahuan Unsur Kimia apa saja yang ada pada Tanaman kelapa sawit.Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan Sistem Management Pengetahuan berupa model pencarian dengan algoritma Turbo Boyer Moore dapat membantu membangun pengetahuan untuk mengatasi hambatan terhadap minyak sawit.

Abstract

Desa Limbang Jaya Tanjung Batu merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kabupaten/Kota Ogan Ilir/ Inderalaya. Desa ini berjarak lebih kurang 15 km dari kampus Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI). Berdasarkan hasil pantauan tim dan berdasarkan informasi dari diskusi dengan kelompok pengerajin songket 70% wanita berprofesi sebagai penenun songket dan selebihnya mempunyai profesi yang beragam, mulai dari ibu rumah tangga biasa, petani, guru, pedagang dan sebagainya.Pengrajin songket memerlukan adanya suatu sistem untuk mereka yang bisa mempromosikan hasil produksi songket mereka. Strategi-strategi penjualan tentunya harus dimiliki agar songket tersebut dapat dipasarkan dan terjual seperti yang diharapan. Strategi penjualan sangat erat kaitannya dengan bagaimana suatu barang dipasarkan, untuk itu diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, dan salah satunya adalah dengan mempromosikan songket kemasyarakat luas. Promosi melalui website dan teknologi informasi seperti telefon dan laptop merupakan cara baru bagi masyarakat pengrajin songket untuk memasarkan produk-produk mereka. Untuk itu tim menganggap perlu dilakukan pembinaan melalui pelatihan kepada masyarakat Desa Limbang Jaya dengan memberikan pelatihan menginputkan konten website dan teknologi informasi yang mereka inginkan.Metode pelakasanaan dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan dua pendekatan Pendekatan sosial kondisional dan Partisipatif  peserta, agar pengrajin songket lebih berperan aktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Partisipasi aktif dilakukan dengan cara Kontak langsung dan demostrasi.Pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung cukup lancar sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Rata-rata peserta antusias selama kegiatan. Kegiatan ini menambah wawasan dan informasi bagi para pengerajin songket di desa Limbang Jaya untuk mempromosikan produk mereka.

Abstract

The development of information technology has been absolutely used by various institutions and organizations. Library on SMP St. Louis is a unit that serves the students, and have a lot of activity such as borrowing books, serve the creation of a membership card, manage the available data books and every transaction that occurs in the library. For it will be built the library information system at SMP St. Louis. This system was developed by FAST method. The results of this study are Informs library system that manages the data in the library. Given this system will simplify the management of the library. Additionally this system will provide services to students to more easily get information about books in a library. With the existence of the library information system then reports all activity in the Library, as well as information about the existence of the book easy to navigate.  Keywords: FAST, Information System, library

Abstract

Credit is one of the common practices that provide benefits for financial or non-financial institutions. However on the other hand, aid loans also have higher risks if the institutions give the wrong decision in giving a loan. Credit Scoring is one of techniques that can determine whether it is feasible to given a loan or not. The selection of a credit scoring model greatly determines the value in classifying credit that is feasible or not to giving a loan. Decision Support System (DSS) is one system that can be used to overcome this problem. The advantages of DSS are being able to overcome the problems that have semi-structured and unstructured data. In this study, DSS was supported by using Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation method and TOPSIS method to find the priority for seeking eligibility. Accuracy results obtained in this study reached 98,69% with the number of iteration is 300, the number of training data is 30, neuron hidden 12 and error tolerance is 0.001. TOPSIS method succeeded in ranking 185 data selected as recipients of credit. Keywords:Credit Scoring, Decision Support System (DSS), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Backpropagation, TOPSIS.

Abstract

Licensing services is one of the forms of public services that important in supporting increased investment in Indonesia and is currently carried out by the Investment and Licensing Services Department. The problems that occur in general are the length of time to process licenses and one of the contributing factors is the limited number of licensing officers. Licensing data is a time series data which have monthly observation. The Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Support Vector Machine (SVR) is used as machine learning techniques to predict licensing pattern based on time series data. Of the data used dataset 1 and dataset 2, the sharing of training data and testing data is equal to 70% and 30% with consideration that training data must be more than testing data. The result of the study showed for Dataset 1, the ANN-Multilayer Perceptron have a better performance than Support Vector Regression (SVR) with MSE, MAE and RMSE values is 251.09, 11.45, and 15.84. Then for dataset 2, SVR-Linear has better performance than MLP with values of MSE, MAE and RMSE of 1839.93, 32.80, and 42.89. The dataset used to predict the number of permissions is dataset 2. The study also used the Simple Linear Regression (SLR) method to see the causal relationship between the number of licenses issued and licensing service officers. The result is that the relationship between the number of licenses issued and the number of service officers is less significant because there are other factors that affect the number of licenses.

Abstract

Knowledge management (KM) is an important thing to store or possess existing knowledge. The difficulty of getting knowledge that has actually been known for a long time about special planning for new information is to repair a certain position, in this case the container that contains several private universities in Palembang. The lecturer can only find out how the system discusses in the college, and many other knowledge that must be discussed by the new lecturer. Therefore the Knowledge Management System (KMS) will be built using the Inukshuk Model to become a means for existing knowledge, while the algorithm for searching knowledge stored in KMS is the Levenshtein Algorithm. The selection of the Levenshtein algorithm itself which uses this algorithm measures the relationship between strings (words to words, words to sentences and sentences to sentences) by calculating the edit distance, so that it will produce a high level of acquisition. The result is a KMS that is important for private universities to store and manage knowledge web-based services to make it easier for today's users to use many internet networks.

Abstract

Almost all companies use social media to improve their product services and provide after-sales services that allow their customers to review the quality of their products. By using Twitter social media to be an important source for tracking sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis is one of the most popular studies today, using sentiment analysis companies can analyze customer satisfaction to improve their services. This study aims to analyze airline sentiments with five different features such as pragmatic, lexical n-gram, POS, sentiment, and LDA using the Support Vector Machine and Maximum Entropy methods. The best results can be obtained using the Maximum Entropy method using all feature extraction with an accuracy of 92.7% and in the Support Vector Machine method, the accuracy obtained is 89.2%.

Abstract

The subjectiveness of the performance assessment can not be avoided. The criteria determined for the performance assessment with human cognition is the subjectiveness phenomenon.  This condition is being a challenge for the researcher to develop the performance assessment technique objectively.  This method is a new approach to determine the performance assessment indicator with involving the employee to result in the realistic assessment.  This model utilized the respondent opinion as a decision-maker to determine the relevance criteria and sub-criteria in the target achievement.  The lecturer performance assessment is designed by utilizing the Decision-maker respondent opinion model (DMROM) algorithm. It is applicable to the criteria which contain the subjectiveness on the unlimited level.  The data is arranged in the encoded item table to make it easy for the process of the calculation and sub-criteria which reach the support minimum limit. The algorithm is utilized the simple formula which could count the weight of each criterion and sub-criteria to the last level. The weight value on each sub-criteria will be accumulated as a sign of doing activities. The final result of this model is the list of the lecturer performance assessment who fulfilled the target or not as an input for the leader to take the decision.Keywords:  Opini responden, Decision maker respondent opinion model, performance appraisal  Subjektivitas pada penilaian kinerja tidak dapat dihindarkan. Penetapan kriteria untuk penilaian kinerja dengan kognisi manusia merupakan fenomena subjektif. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi peneliti untuk mengembangkan teknik penilaian kinerja secara objektif. Cara ini merupakan pendekatan baru untuk menentukan indikator penilaian kinerja dengan melilbatkan karyawan (responden) agar menghasilkan penilaian yang lebih realistis. Model ini menggunakan opini responden sebagai pengambil keputusan untuk menentukan kriteria dan subkriteria yang relevan dalam pencapaian target. Penilaian kinerja dosen dibangun dengan menggunakan algoritma Decision maker respondent opinion model (DMROM). Algoritma DMROM mampu diterapkan pada kriteria yang memiliki subkriteria pada level tak terbatas. Data disusun dalam Encoded item table untuk memudahkan proses perhitungan dan seleksi subkriteria yang mencapai batas minimum support. Algoritma ini juga menggunakan rumus sederhana yang dapat menghitung bobot pada masing-masing kriteria dan subkriteria di level ke-n. Nilai bobot pada masing-masing subkriteria akan diakumulasikan sebagai tanda melaksanakan kegiatan. Hasil akhir model ini adalah daftar penilaian kinerja dosen yang memenuhi target atau tidak sebagai masukan  bagi pimpinan  untuk mengambil keputusan.  Kata Kunci :  Opini responden, Decision maker respondent opinion model, Penilaian kinerja

Abstract

In the era of information technology, a lot of data can be taken from human activities based on computer systems. But the system is not only found on computers, but in all areas of human life, be it in terms of health, security, even in games where the data set from these activities becomes a database that can be used to find a new knowledge. This study aims to predict the accuracy of poker games using the Weight Improved Particle Swarm Optimization (WIPSO) algorithm for attribute selection which then uses the C5.0 algorithm to predict accuracy. Before being processed, the dataset will be changed from 11 attributes to 6 attributes. The results of this study indicate that the accuracy of the poker card will increase, when using the C5.0 algorithm the accuracy obtained is 49.952% while the accuracy obtained by the C5.0 + WIPSO algorithm is 51.2%.
