Abstract

Beberapa penelitian terdahulu berhasil membuktikan bahwa produk mi instan yang diperkaya bayam menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan panelis yang cukup baik. Namun demikian, munculnya tambahan biaya akibat fortifikasi bayam yang secara langsung dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan harga produk, belum dikaji secara jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan usaha dari mi bayam. Penelitian diawali dengan pembuatan mi bayam (mi dengan fortifikasi ekstrak bayam). Selanjutnya semua komponen biaya terkait operasional produksi mi bayam dicatat sebagai informasi dalam melakukan analisis Break Event Point (BEP) dan Benefit per Cost Ratio (B/C ratio). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa harga pokok BEP produk sebesar 3 kemasan dengan rasio B/C sebesar 1,9. Dapat disimpulkan kegiatan usaha produksi mi bayam layak secara ekonomis untuk dijalankan ditinjau dari BEP dan B/C ratio. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberi informasi bahwa mi bayam berpotensi sebagai bisnis baru di bidang pangan fungsional khususnya diversifikasi produk olahan mi yang menyehatkan (mi fungsional).Business Potency of Spinach Noodle as a Product Diversification of Healthy NoodleAbstractPrevious study successfully proved that spinach fortified instant noodle showed a fairly good panelist preference. However, the emergence of additional costs due to spinach fortification which can directly lead to an increase in product prices has not been clearly assessed. This study was aimed to get more insight the level of business feasibility on the spinach noodle. Study was initiated by spinach noodle production (spinach extract fortified noodle). Furthermore, all of production cost was documented as data source for analyzing Break Event Point (BEP) and Benefit per Cost (B/C) ratio. The result showed that the cost of BEP product was 3 pack with B/C ratio equal to 1.9. It can be concluded that business activity of the spinach noodle was feasible economically to carry out. This study was expected to provide information about potency of spinach noodle as a new business in functional food field especially diversification of healthy noodle processed products (functional noodle).•••••

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis pola saluran pemasaran salak pondoh, Margin Pemasaran, Farmer’s Share, Efisiensi pemasaran, faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi pemasaran dan menganalisis perbedaan antara efisiensi pemasaran dengan standar efisiensi. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Pengambilan sampel responden menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan Penentuan responden penelitian menggunakan metode slovin dengan jumlah responden petani sebesar 93 sedangkan responden pedagang ditentukan dengan snowball sampling didasarkan pada informasi dari responden sebelumnya sebesar 33. Analisis efisiensi pemasaran dianalisis menggunakan Metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui pola saluran di daerah tersebut dan metode kuantitatif untuk analisis Margin pemasaran, analisis farmer’s share, analisis efisiensi, regresi linier berganda dan analisis Uji beda One Sample T-test Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 4 pola saluran pemasaran di desa girikerto, nilai Margin pemasaran pada tiap pola I, III, III dan IV masing masing sebesar masing Rp 0/Kg , Rp 3.630 /Kg, Rp 5.984 /Kg dan Rp 5.932/Kg dan nilai Farmer’s share pada pola I, II, III, IV masing – masing sebesar 100%, 63%, 39% dan 42%, Efisiensi Pemasaran berdasarkan persentase Margin total pada pola I sebesar 0% termasuk kategori efisien dan pola II, III dan IV masing – masing sebesar 38%, 62% dan 59% termasuk kategori kurang efisien. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu harga jual petani, harga beli konsumen dan biaya pemasaran merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi pemsaran dan efisiensi pemasaran terdapat perbedaan dengan standar efisiensi pemasaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor produksi luas lahan, tenaga kerja, jumlah bibit, pupuk kimia dan pupuk kandang yang mempengaruhi produksi usaha tani cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kebonagung, Candigaron, Jubelan dan Losari Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang pada bulan Juli-Desember 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah merode survei, yaitu mengambil 96 sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji one sample t test dan uji regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS 17. Hasil produksi rata-rata cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Sumowono adalah sebesar 1.172,094 kg per satu kali masa tanam. Secara serempak faktor luas lahan, tenaga kerja, jumlah bibit, pupuk kimia dan pupuk kandang bepengaruh secar nyata terhadap produksi cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Sumowono. Secara parsial faktor jumlah bibit, pupuk kimia dan pupuk kandang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi cabai merah keriting, sedangkan faktor luas lahan dan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi cabai merah keriting

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis rantai pasok (aliran produk, keuangan dan informasi) gabah di Kecamatan Undaan,dan menganalisis nilai tambah gabah pada penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Undaan. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Oktober sampai bulan November 2018 di Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan rantai pasok dibahas secara deskriptif dan nilai tambah di analisis menggunakan metode hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 aliran dalam manajemen rantai pasok gabah, yaitu aliran produk, aliran informasi dan aliran keuangan. Struktur rantai pasokan melibatkan adanya petani, Penebas dan penggilingan padi. Rata - rata nilai tambah yang diperoleh penggilingan padi yaitu Rp 310,83 per kg dengan total produksi 3.656 kg dalam satu kali proses produksi. Pengolahan gabah menjadi produk olahan beras secara keseluruhan mampu memberikan nilai tambah pada usaha penggilingan padi yang ada di Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus. Besarnya nilai tambah dipengaruhi oleh harga bahan baku, biaya produksi dan harga jual beras.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga jeruk pamelo, harga buah belimbing, harga buah manggis, pendapatan konsumen, jumlah anggota keluarga konsumen, dan selera konsumen terhadap permintaan jeruk pamelo, serta menganalisis elastisitas permintaan jeruk pamelo di Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2017. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive pada sentra penjualan jeruk pamelo di Kecamatan Gembong, Kabupaten Pati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan sampel sebanyak 62 orang konsumen jeruk pamelo yang diambil secara accidental sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga jeruk pamelo (X1), harga buah belimbing (X2), harga buah manggis (X3), pendapatan konsumen (X4), jumlah anggota kelu arga konsumen (X5), dan selera konsumen (X6) secara serempak berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan jeruk pamelo di Kabupaten Pati. Secara parsial variabel harga jeruk pamelo (X1), pendapatan konsumen (X4), jumlah anggota keluarga konsumen (X5), dan selera konsumen (X6) berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan jeruk pamelo di Kabupaten Pati. Variabel harga buah belimbing (X2) dan harga buah manggis (X3) tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan jeruk pamelo di Kabupaten Pati. Elastisitas harga terhadap permintaan sebesar -1.106,57 menunjukkan bahwa elastisitas harga bersifat inelastis. Elastisitas pendapatan bernilai 243.967,997, elastisitas harga silang buah belimbing 563,84 dan elastisitas harga silang buah manggis -953,12.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the degree of chicken egg market integration, determine the price asymmetric and determine the financial feasibility of chicken egg business in Central Java, Indonesia. Secondary data from January 2017- December 2019 was used for research. Survey research was conducted on 100 (one hundred) laying hens farmers. The research study was conducted in Semarang city, Kendal regency and Semarang regency. Johansen test, Pearson correlation and Granger Causality test were used in this study. Financial feasibility analyses such as investment, payback period (PP), net present value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment (ROI), and Benefit-cost (B/C) ratio are used in this study. The result showed there was a positive correlation between the Price in Kendal Regency and Semarang City. Increasing prices in Semarang City caused the increasing Price in Kendal regency vice versa. There was a marketing integration between Semarang city and Kendal regency, and Granger Causality showed Price in Semarang city influenced the Price in Kendal regency and Semarang regency. The price of chicken eggs in Semarang city, Kendal regency, and Semarang city were symmetric. Based on the calculation of PP, NPV, IRR, ROI and B/C ratio, laying hens business in Central Java is feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims at identifying marketing mix of purchase decisions to buy Cavendish banana and analyzing the effect of marketing mix on purchase decisions to buy Cavendish banana at modern market in Semarang. This research was conducted at modern market in Semarang, namely Gelael Supermarket, Ada Swalayan, Superindo and Giant. Survey was employed as research method in this study. 100 respondents were taken for research sampling. The independent variables used were products, prices, places, and promotions, while the dependent variable was decisions. Descriptive analysis having been conducted shows that the variables of product have an average of 4.14; a variable of price is 3.65; a variable of place is 4.32, a variable of promotion is 3.26; and a variable of purchase decision is 3.85. Statistical analysis having been carried out shows that the f-test of product, price, place and promotion variables simultaneously affect the consumer purchase decision to buy Cavendish bananas with an f-count value of 26.378. Besides, the results of the t-test of product, price and promotion variables partially affect the consumer purchase decision to buy Cavendish bananas with t-count value of 1.984. Moreover, the place variable does not partially affect the consumer purchase decision to buy at Modern Market in Semarang.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil peternakan itik di Kabupaten Brebes. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Data primer penelitian berasal dari interview langsung dengan responden. Responden adalah anggota kelompok tani ternak (KTT) dipilih secara purposive random sampling. Analisis data secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata peternak sudah berpengalaman sebagai peternak itik selama 4,85 tahun, strain itik lokal bersal dari Tegal dan Cirebon. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa penyakit ND dan cholera adalah penyakit yang sering menjangkiti peternakan itik di Kabupaten Brebes. Harga produk telur itik dijual antara Rp 550,- sampai Rp 610,- dan rata-rata pendapatan peternak sebulan sebesar Rp 568.604,-.Kata kunci : profil, usaha peternakan itik.ABSTRACTThis research to know profile of effort ranch of duck in Brebes Regency. The method research by survey method. Collected data cover primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from responder pursuant to interview at society by using questionnaire. Research location reside in Brebes Regency representing potential duck livestock. Determining three Economic Enterprise (KTT) were exist in Brebes Regency by purposive random sampling. Each KTT taken by 10 farmer to be made as responder by random. Then the data ware analysed with descriptive qualitative, that is taking field data, analysing obtained data, then result of which is obtained to be concluded. The result of research indicate that mean experience of farming the responder 4,85 year. Duck strain are local duck which come from Tegal and Cirebon. Mean of amount of looked after counted 588. Ordinary disease attack are ND and cholera. Passed to feed are intact fish, dry rice, thorn fillet fish and bran. The eggs product to be sold to compiler merchant and some of processed theirself become briny egg. Egg price range from Rp 550,- until Rp 610,-. Earnings mean every month the responder breeder equal to Rp 568.604,-.Keyword : profile, effort ranch of duck

Abstract

Tempe chips are processed soybean products that are consumed as a snack which has a high demand in the community, especially in Blora Regency. The demand for tempe chips is influenced by several factors, including the price of tempe chips, the price of onion chips, the price of banana midrib chips, age, consumer income, number of family members, consumer tastes, and time of purchase. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the demand for tempe chips and to analyze the elasticity of demand for tempe chips at the Kedung Jenar Tempe Chips Center, Blora Regency. The research location was selected by purposive sampling. The method used is survey method and using 100 respondents. Determination of respondents used accidental sampling. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Partially, the price of tempe chips, the price of onion chips, age, consumer income, number of family members, consumer tastes, and time of purchase affected the demand for tempe chips. While the price of banana midrib chips had no effect on the demand for tempe chips. The price elasticity of tempe chips was 0.371 inelastic so it is included in the category of normal goods. Cross elasticity with onion chips  had an elasticity of 0,258 and banana midrib chips had an elasticity of 0.473 as substitutes. The income elasticity was 0.76.

Abstract

Coffee was a commodity that had good prospects for commerce. The high demand for coffee must be accompanied by a good supply chain in order for the trade to run effectively. The study aims to know the flow of products, information streams, and financial streams, as well as the performance of robusta coffee supply chain in Ulubelu district of Tanggamus regency. This site has been purposely chosen (purpossive) on the basis of ulubelu district's main producer of robusta coffee in the Tanggamus regency. The type of data collected is the primary data obtained through the methods of interviews and secondary data obtained from relevant libraries or literature. In addition, PT Ulubelu Cofco Abadi, the director for production and acquisition of goods, the Karya Taruna Gapoktan, and the research institute. Data is analyzed using a descriptive analysis to describe the flow of products, financial streams, and information streams. Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) is used to account for the performance of the perpetual supply chain in PT Ulubelu Cofco Abadi that was agroindustry of robusta coffee. Research shows that three streams in robusta coffee supply chain in Ulubelu district of Tanggamus regency has not been optimal. The flow of information that goes on in the supply chain regarding daily price changes. The flow of products flows from farmers to middlemen, gatherers, traders, exporters/powdered coffee industry in the form of ose or green bean. A cash flow between marketing agencies flows from downstream to upstream and smoothly. The results of the robusta coffee supply chain performance in PT Ulubelu Cofco Abadi immortality were 82.31% of those included in the good classes.
