Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the use of production factors for the Small and Medium Industry (IKM) tofu meatballs was technically and economically efficient, the study also aimed to determine the level of technical efficiency and economic efficiency of the use of production factors for Small and Medium Industries (IKM). tofu meatballs located in Ungaran, Semarang, Central Java. The production factors analyzed include the amount of tofu used, the number of meatballs used, labor, gas, and packaging. The technique used in sampling is the saturated sample technique, which makes the entire population of 28 IKM owners into the sample. Data processing methods using Microsoft excel and SPSS 23. Data processing includes multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, technical efficiency analysis, and economic efficiency analysis. The results of this study are the production factors of tofu meatballs in the form of tofu, meatballs, labor, gas, and packaging are not yet economically efficient because the EE value is more/less than 1.Keywords: meatball tofu, production factors, technical efficiency, economic efficiency

Abstract

Perbedaan sistem pengairan dan letak geografis pada lahan irigasi sederhana dan tadah hujan menyebabkan terdapat perbedaan pada nilai pendapatan petani bawang merah.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan produksi, biaya produksi, penerimaan, dan pendapatan usahatani bawang merah pada lahan irigasi sederhana dan tadah hujan di Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 876 petani. Responden kemudian dipilih secara random dari masing-masing sampel. Diperoleh responden penelitian ini sebanyak 15% dari populasi. Keseluruhan responden berjumlah 131  yang terdiri dari 47 responden dari lahan irigasi sederhana dan sebanyak 84 responden dari lahan tadah hujan. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis pendapatan usahatani uji beda independen sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata pendapatan pada lahan irigasi adalah Rp. 64.546.628,66 dan lahan tadah hujan adalah Rp. 46.666.583,33. Hasil analisis uji beda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada biaya produksi, produksi, penerimaa, dan pendapatan antara lahan irigasi dan lahan tadah hujan dimana pendapatan pada lahan irigasi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan lahan tadah hujan.

Abstract

ENGLISHThe success of red onion farming is basically determined by the amount of income, risk and also the level of economic efficiency achieved. Economic efficiency is a situation where resources are distributed in the most efficient way. This study aims to analyze the influence of production inputs to the production of red onion and analyze levels of production inputs in the technical and economic efficiency of red onion farming in Selo district. Research has been done in Selo district by survey method. The two stage cluster random sampling technique was employed for this study. The number of respondents were 186 farmers from total population 1857 farmers. An instrument analyze using in this research were multiple linier regression and efficiency analyze. The result of research showed that land, seed, pesticide and labour were partially significant to red onion production whereas manure, NPK fertilizer and Za fertilizer were not significant. Land, seed, manure, NPK fertilizer, Za fertilizer, pesticide and labour were not technically efficient. Land, NPK fertilizer and pesticide were still not economically efficient whereas seed, manure, Za fertilizer and labour were not economically efficient. The value of return to scale on decreasing return to scale.INDONESIAKeberhasilan usahatani bawang merah pada dasarnya ditentukan oleh besarnya pendapatan, risiko dan juga tingkat efisiensi ekonomis  yang dicapai. Efisiensi ekonomis adalah situasi dimana sumber daya didistribusikan dengan cara yang paling efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh input-input produksi terhadap produksi bawang merah serta menganalisis tingkat efisiensi teknis dan efisiensi ekonomis penggunaan input produksi pada usahatani bawang merah di Kecamatan Selo, Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode two stage cluster random sampling. Jumlah responden yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 186 petani dari total populasi 1857 petani. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Selo, Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan efisiensi input produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa input produksi yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi bawang merah adalah luas lahan, benih, pestisida dan tenaga kerja sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh nyata adalah pupuk kandang, pupuk NPK dan pupuk Za. Input produksi luas lahan, benih, pupuk kandang, pupuk NPK, pupuk Za, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja tidak efisien secara teknis. Input produksi luas lahan, pupuk NPK dan pestisida secara ekonomis belum efisien sedangkan input produksi benih, pupuk kandang, pupuk Za dan tenaga kerja tidak efisien. Nilai return to scale berada di decreasing return to scale.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi yang meliputi luas lahan, jumlah benih, pupuk kandang, pupuk ZA, pupuk TSP, pupuk KCl dan pestisida secara parsial dan serempak terhadap produksi usaha tani cabai rawit serta menganalisis tingkat efisiensi teknis dan ekonomis penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi usahatani cabai rawit di Desa Girikulon Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Magelang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2019 di Desa Girikulon Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Magelang. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan teknik Probability sampling melalui pendekatan purposive sampling yaitu petani yang melakukan budidaya cabai rawit secara monokultur. Petani yang melakukan budidaya cabai rawit secara monokultur berjumlah 33 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresilinier berganda yang ditransformasikan kedalam fungsi produksi model Cobb-Douglas dan analisis efisiensi teknis serta efisiensi ekonomis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor produksi berupa luas lahan, jumlah benih, tenaga kerja, pupuk kandang, pupuk ZA, pupuk TSP, pupuk KCl dan pestisida secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah produksi cabai rawit. Secara parsial faktor produksi berupa luas lahan , jumlah benih, tenaga kerja, pupuk kandang, pupuk ZA dan pestida berpengaruh secara signifikan sedangkan pupuk TSP dan pupuk KCL tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan Hasil analisis efisiensi yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa faktor produksi berupa luas lahan, pupuk KCL dan pestisida tidak efisien secara teknis dan ekonomis, Sedangkan faktor produksi jumlah benih, tenaga kerja, pupuk kandang, pupuk ZA dan pupuk TSP tidak efisien secara teknis dan belum efisien secara ekonomis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan peternak itik petelur. Penelitian ini bertempat di Desa Kesongo, Desa Rowosari, dan Desa Lopait yang berada di Kecamatan Tuntang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebesar 77 peternak itik petelur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan fungsi keuntungan Cobb-Douglas unit output price. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan peternak rata-rata sebesar Rp47.830.353/tahun. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 61%. Variabel harga pakan, harga OVAC, dan sewa lahan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan. Hasil  penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam kegiatan usaha ternak itik petelur guna meningkatkan pendapatan peternak.

Abstract

Soybean as one of national important food commodities has a central role in national food policy and the fulfillment of community nutrition. Indonesia is the largest soybean market in Asia by importing as much as 67.28% or 1.96 million tons of domestic soybean needs, while the remaining 32.72% is produced through domestic soybean production. The length of the supply chain from producers to consumers causes the selling value of products to fluctuate and tends to decrease. This study aims to analyze: (1) Supply chain performance and the factors influencing the marketing channel choice of soybeans in Grobogan Regency. (2) Activities that add value carried out in the soybean supply chain and the distribution of value added of these actors in Grobogan Regency. This research was conducted in Grobogan Regency, Central Java. Primary data were collected through interview techniques using a questionnaire. The types and number of respondents consisted of 100 soybean farmers, 10 collecting traders and 3 processing industries. Analysis of the description of the soybean supply chain is carried out using the FSCN process framework. Marketing efficiency is measured from marketing margins, farmer's share analysis, profit and cost ratio.The factors that determine the choice of farmers to the supply chain used, the quantitative approach to the multinomial logit regression model, and the added value analysis used is the Hayami method. Viewed from the marketing margin, farmer's share, also the profit and cost ratio, channel four is more efficient than other channels.There are several factors that influence the decision making of soybean farmers to sell soybeans. Some of the factors are the knowledge that the farmers have, number of sales (harvest) and selling prices. All secondary soy products produced will be able to increase the income of businesses, including soybean farmers

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the comparison of the amount of production, costs, revenue, income and R/C Ratio of the cut chrysanthemum farmers in Samigaluh before and during the Covid-19. The research method is a case study method with a sampling technique by census with the total sample of farmes is 30 before the Covid-19 and during Covid-19 only 12 farmers were trying to plant crysanthemums. Data analysis methode that used is descriptive and quantitative methods. Data comparison analysis was carried out using paired sample t test. The results of the study show that the cost before the Covid -19 was Rp. 8.843.295 while at the time of the Covid-19 was Rp.5.092.551. This shows a decrease in costs during the Covid-19 by 42,41%. The average production before the Covid-19 was 10.533 stalks while at the time of the Covid-19, it was 7.190 stalks. This shows that there is a decrease in average production during the Covid-19 by 31,74%. The average income of farmers before the Covid-19 was Rp. 15.120.000 while at the time of the Covid-19 it was Rp. 1.220.333. This shows a decrease in farmer income by 91,93%. The R/C ratio before the Covid-19 was 1,73 while at the time of the Covid-19 it was -0,77. This indicates a decrease in the R/C ratio by 144,5%. The income received by farmers before the Covid-19 was Rp. 6.376.706 while during the Covid-19 it was -Rp. 4.166.033. This indicates a decrease the level of income by 166%.

Abstract

Magelang Regency is a food commodity-producing Regency which makes Magelang Regency one of the fulfillments of food needs for the surrounding area. This study aims to determine the basic and non-basic sectors, analyze the development trend of food commodity production (rice, large chili, sugarcane and beef) in Magelang Regency, and analyze the effect of food commodity production on the gross regional domestic product (GDP) of the agricultural sector in Magelang Regency. The data used are time series data from 2003 to 2021. The methods used in this study are Partial Adjustment Model (PAM), Classical Assumption Test, Least Square method and location quotient analysis. The results showed that the variables of rice, chili, sugarcane and beef production had no significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the Agricultural Sector of Magelang Regency both in the long and short term. The Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the Agricultural Sector of Magelang Regency in the previous period had a significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of the Agricultural Sector of Magelang Regency. Trend analysis in the production of rice, chili and beef experienced an increase but the production of sugarcane experienced a negative trend. Location quotient analysis shows that large rice and chili are included in the basic sector while sugarcane and beef are not included in the basic sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of pineapple farmers and the factors that affect the income of pineapple farmers. The number of respondents used is 114 pineapple farmers in Bulakan Village and Belik Village, Belik District. The sampling method was carried out using the simple random sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the average income of pineapple farmers in Belik District, Pemalang Regency is Rp. 17,632,293/year. Capital, land area, price, farming experience, age, and education together affect the income of pineapple farmers. Capital, land area, and price have a positive and significant effect on the income of pineapple farmers. Farming experience, age and education have no effect on the income of pineapple farmers. Farmers should optimize their land usage by following recommended planting distances and efficiently managing the capital invested in farming activities, such as by using efficient production factors, to increase the income they receive.
