This research aims to improve teacher competence in writing scientific papers through training carried out at SMAN 1 Kandis, Ogan Ilir Regency. In an era of increasingly developing education, the ability to write scientific papers has become an important aspect for developing teacher professionalism. This training is designed to provide teachers with basic understanding and skills in compiling quality scientific work, as well as improving their abilities in conducting research and scientific publications. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this training show a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills in writing scientific papers, as well as a positive impact on their motivation to be more active in research activities and scientific publications. It is hoped that the results of this training can encourage teachers to continue to develop themselves and improve the quality of education at SMAN 1 Kandis.

The bouncepoints or reflection point of a seismic wave is very important to determine a research area that utilizes SS precursors data. In this study the data used has criteria, to obtain good data. Hence, the research results are also good, while the criteria are: the depth of the earthquake source is limited to less than 75 Km to reduce interference with precursor waves that arrive earlier (sSdiff) and it is easier to determine the bouncepoint. The earthquake source is more than 5.8 Mw to get a good SS phase signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The best distance between the source and the receiving station is ≥ 1000 to avoid interference with waves reflected on the surface (Ss670s and Ss400s) and ≤ 1650 to avoid interference with ScSScS precursors. The location of this study is in the south of the island of Kalimantan (15 bouncepoints) and there are 3 points data whose bouncepoints is outside the study area. Earthquake data obtained from IRIS (Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology). The research data for earthquake centers are in Australia, New Zealand and others, for earthquake measuring stations in Europe and Asia.

This study aims: To determine whether there is an effect of the guided inquiry learning model on the heat material science process skills of the fifth grade students of SD Inpres Malengkeri Rank 1, Tamalate District. To find out there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model on science learning outcomes on heat transfer material for fifth grade students of SD Inpres Malengkeri Rank 1, Tamalate District. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry model has an influence on science learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SD Inpres Malengkeri Stratified. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method involving 60 samples based on the sample population of class V at SD Inpres Malengkeri Rank 1. Which was divided into two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, then pre-test and post-test were carried out in the two classes. the. The results of this study indicate that the application of the guided inquiry learning model descriptively can be argued that the science process skills average score of the experimental class is 96.00 while that of the control class is 77.83. Whereas in the learning outcomes the average value of the experimental class was 85.40, while the control class was 75.60. Based on the results of the analysis of the Multivariate Tests, it shows that in the generative row, the significance value for both Pillai Trace, Wilks' Lambda, Hotteling's Trace and Roy's Lergest Root is 0.000 <0.05 or smaller than the r-table. So thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on science process skills and science learning outcomes on heat transfer material for class V SD Inpres Malengkeri Level 1, Tamalate District.

The quality of education is currently the main consideration in this study. The quality of education is generally associated with the highest level of performance indicated by the ability of students to achieve high scores in exams and their ability to learn and do assignments. The importance of the quality of education is due to the fact that this quality also greatly affects the development of the country. Therefore, almost every country in the world is trying to improve the quality of education as a means to improve the standard of living of the general public, good and quality education is created from the performance of a quality teacher as well. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative method, through a questionnaire distribution process involving 4 private vocational schools across Ulu II, Palembang City with a total of 93 teachers, the results of the study indicate that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. The conclusion of this study recommends the importance of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance, it is recommended that schools carry out teacher development programs that focus on increasing motivation and discipline.

Jurnal sebagai karya tulis ilmiah merupakan hal yang fundamental bagi semua individu yang bergerak dalam dunia akademik baik bersifat formal, nonformal maupun informal. Karya ilmiah berupa jurnal yang dapat selain memberi nilai pengetahuan dan pengembangan ilmu bagi penulis, juga menjadi kontribusi pengetahuan untuk halayak luas. Pelatihan penulisan jurnal dan publikasi pada sekolah SMAN 3 Sinjai dari 28 peserta sering mendegar kata jurnal, dan mangakui mereka bahwa jurnal itu penting untuk keperluan pangkat atau golongan. Namun dari proses penulisan dan publikasi cenderung masi menggunakan banyak masalah, baik dari aspek penulisan sampai pada aspek publikasi. Melalui analisis lapangan dan diskusi yang mendalam maka tim pengabdian masyarakat merumuskan konsep pelatihan dengan desain materi yang sederhana dan mudah dijangkau.learning by doing (belajar sambil melakukan). Materi pertama: teknik penulisan jurnal yang isinya terkati perumusan judul, abstar dan konten dalam setiap bagian pada jurnal dengan mengacu pada RPP guru. Materi kedua: pemilihan bahan pustaka dalam penulisan jurna. Materi ketiga: penggunaan bahasa pada penulisan jurnal. Materi keempat: pemilihan jurnal dan cara penerbitannya. Tindak lanjut dari pelatihan penulisan jurnal dan publikasi, semua peserta yang suda menulis jurnal diberikan ruang konsultasi lewat whashap dan pemateri siap mengarahkan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setelah pelatihan dilakukan terjadi perubahan motivasi dan antosias untuk menulis jurnal. Selain itu, juga ditemukan perubahan persepsi terhadap penulisan jurnal dan publikasi, di mana mereka menpersepsikan kalua menulis junal itu sangat sulit, sekarang setelah diberi pelatihan sangat menyenangkan dan menganggap dirinya bisa menulis jurnal. Perubahan persepsi tersebut merupakan nilai positif bagi kegiatan pengabdian penulisan jurnal dan publikasi.

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan penduduk secara parsial terhadap kemiskinan dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap kemiskinan, serta menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingkat pendidikan secara simultan terhadap kemiskinan. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang berupa data timeseries dan diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang tahun 2011-2020. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan softwereeviews10. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pertumbuhan penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Secara simultan pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingkat kemiskinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan.

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Langkah periode 2008-2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Langkat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liner berganda yang diolah menggunakasi software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Langkat (2) Dana Alokasi Umum tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Langkat (3) Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum Secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Langkat.

This study investigates the influence of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) and classroom management on student learning outcomes in public elementary schools across the Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Employing a quantitative research method with a correlational approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers and through documentation of student performance. The findings reveal that both the application of the Independent Curriculum and effective classroom management significantly contribute to improving student learning outcomes. The study emphasizes the importance of teacher competence in managing classrooms and delivering the curriculum in a way that promotes student engagement and academic achievement. These results highlight the need for continuous professional development and support in implementing educational reforms at the elementary level.

Copyright protection is a crucial aspect in providing legal recognition and guarantees for intellectual property. However, understanding of copyright among educators and students remains limited, potentially leading to violations and a lack of appreciation for copyrighted works. This situation highlights the urgent need for comprehensive education in educational settings, particularly at MA Tijarotal Lantabur. This community service activity aims to improve teachers' and students' understanding of the concept of copyright, the benefits of registration, administrative procedures, and the legal protection provided by the state. Furthermore, this activity is expected to foster awareness of respect for intellectual property and encourage independent copyright registration initiatives. The methods used were interactive lectures, group discussions, and online copyright registration simulations through the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) system. The material was delivered in simple and applicable language to ensure participants' understanding. Evaluation was conducted by comparing participants' understanding before and after the activity. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of copyright concepts and procedures. Participants not only understood the benefits of legal protection for intellectual property but were also able to practice the registration steps independently. Furthermore, a collective awareness emerged to disseminate the acquired knowledge to colleagues and the school environment. Overall, this activity succeeded in increasing legal literacy regarding copyright among teachers and students, and is expected to be able to form a culture of respect for intellectual works while minimizing copyright violations in the educational environment.

This study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 38 Banyuasin, Banyuasin Regency; 2) Describe the factors that are the weaknesses and strengths of the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 38 Banyuasin, Banyuasin Regency; 3) Describe the factors that support and inhibit the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 38 Banyuasin. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. This study was conducted at SD Negeri 38 Banyuasin. The data collection method was carried out through observation, documentation studies and interviews. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 38 Banyuasin has been carried out as it should be; 2) There are several factors that are the weaknesses and strengths of the implementation of the independent curriculum such as; (a) The lack of teacher knowledge about the implementation of the independent curriculum; (b) The low ability of teachers to use technology; (c) Limited facilities and infrastructure; (d) Limited time to adapt the independent curriculum to the previous curriculum; (e) There are challenges faced in managing the class; (f) Lack of evaluation and monitoring; (f) Resistance to ongoing changes, while the advantages are: (a) Adequate number of teachers; (b) Teachers can carry out learning activities according to students' talents and interests; (c) Teachers can choose learning methods and models according to the conditions of their students; (d) Teachers can develop their students' talents, interests and skills; (e) Teachers can encourage, motivate and increase student participation in learning activities 3) Factors that support and hinder the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 38 Banyuasin, namely: a) The number of teachers who teach is sufficient; d) Support from the Banyuasin Regency Education Office; c) Availability of infrastructure that supports the implementation of the independent curriculum; d) Support from parents/guardians e) Collaboration between schools. While the inhibiting factors are: 1) Limited human resources (teachers). 2) Limited facilities and infrastructure; 3) Limited study time and the overwhelming administrative workload of teachers; 4) Lack of optimal involvement of parents and the community; 5) Limited operational funds
