Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud menerapkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Desa dan Kawasan (SIDeKa) di Kabupaten Klungkung, untuk menginformasikan data-data profil potensi desa dan kawasan, serta karakteristik penduduk desa secara global via internet. Sasarannya adalah menyediakan database potensi desa untuk perencanaan pembangunan berbasis perdesaaan. Penerapan aplikasi SIDeKa dilakukan dengan model strategi kolaborasi, yaitu melibatkan tim pengabdian Universitas Udayana, Pemerintah Kabupaten Klungkung, dan relawan Teknologi Informasi (TIK) Agen Perubahan Informatika Perdesaan (API Desa). Kegiatan pengabdian ditujukan untuk pemberdayaan relawan TIK API Desa dengan memberikan pelatihan aplikasi SIDeKa. Selanjutnya, relawan akan melanjutkan kegiatan pendampingan ke administrator desa tempat aplikasi SIDeKa diterapkan. Secara umum, pelatihan aplikasi SIDeKa kepada relawan TIK API Desa, mampu mendukung penerapan aplikasi SIDeKa untuk diseminasi informasi statistik potensi setiap desa di Kabupaten Klungkung.

Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Indonesia, especially MSME business women in Denpasar – Balineeds innovation using information communicaton technology to expand their business. Then the enterprise canbe transformed to be e-commerce. Thus, e-commerce workshop has been designet and implemented for MSMEbusiness women in Denpasar City in collaboration with Department of Women and Children empowerment,Denpasar City. From the workshop evaluation results, most of participants were satisfied and theirunderstanding with e-commerce was increased. As a result, the workshop increases their capacity building as aMSME business woman in term of e-commerce. This is shown by their statements that more than 70% of totalparticipant approved the workshop was very effective, and they eager to implement it in their business.

Abstract

Technological developments have been utilized in various fields of science, includingagriculture. Technology support in agriculture has been proven to be able to provide betterproduction results. In this study, an IoT-based agricultural environmental monitoring systemwas developed. The system was built using Raspberry Pi as a microcontroller and dataprocessing center, equipped with a moisture sensor and a DHT 11 temperature sensor. Thissystem was applied to a laboratory-scale strawberry farm. The system works automatically toregulate the temperature and humidity of the plant environment. If the temperature andhumidity of the strawberry plants do not meet the standards, the pump will automatically waterto keep the strawberry plants at the appropriate temperature and humidity. The system is alsoequipped with a notification feature so that strawberry farmers can obtain information throughtelegram media when the temperature of the strawberry plants is hot and the soil of thestrawberry plants is dry. This tool is also equipped with a webcam camera as an additionalfeature that serves to detect the level of ripeness of the strawberries in terms of the color of thefruit. The camera will detect the color of the strawberry, and if the strawberry is red, thestrawberry is categorized as ripe, and the farmer will get a notification via telegram in the formof a picture that the strawberry is ready to be harvested.

Abstract

Komunikasi berbasiskan teknologi jaringan komputer merupakan teknologi yang sudah banyak digunakan. Komunikasi pada jaringan komputer, menggunakan aturan komunikasi yang sesuai dikenal dengan nama network protocol. Penggunaan network protocol dalam komunikasi di jaringan komputer, terkadang menuntut adanya prioritas komunikasi. Dasar dari pemberian prioritas adalah dengan menganalisa trafik jaringan internet dan pemberian prioritas yang dilakukan pada trafik jaringan. Prioritas tersebut bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan jaringan internet. Permasalahan yang didapat pada Kampus UNUD Jimbaran, antara lain data yang dikirim lambat, rusak dan bahkan tidak sampai ke tujuan dikarenakan trafik jaringan tersebut belum optimal. Pada penelitian ini melakukan klasifikasi terhadap data capture trafik jaringan yang diproses menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk capture trafik jaringan yaitu aplikasi Wireshark. Hasil observasi terhadap dataset jaringan melalui proses perhitungan menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes memiliki tingkat keakuratan yang sangat tinggi. yaitu sebesar 92,34 %. Hasil proses klasifikasi dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam penentuan pemberian prioritas terhadap network protocol yang sering digunakan dalam komunikasi jaringan.

Abstract

Currently technology is growing so that many tools are created, especially reforms inagriculture. Aquaponics is a combination of hydroponic and aquaculture techniques intoaquaponics techniques. This aquaponics technique only uses water as a growing medium.Cultivating aquaponics does not require a large area of land, it can be done in the yard of ahouse that does not have a large area. Currently aquaponics techniques have developed,especially in modern agriculture because this aquaponics technique will use an Internet ofThings (IoT) based system. Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept in which the virtual world of information technology blends with real objects in the real world. In other words, the Internetof Things (IoT) is a concept which aims to expand the benefits of continuously connectedinternet connectivity. This system is built using the Node Mcu Esp8266 microcontroller as thecontrol center and uses the Raspberry Pi 3 type B mini PC as visual notification and is equippedwith a pH sensor 4502C, DS18B20 temperature sensor, Servo Motor, SRF05 sensor. A plantcommonly used in aquaponics is pakcoy, which is one of the most widespread vegetables inAsia. While the fish used in aquaponics techniques are freshwater fish, one of which is parrotfish. In testing the pH sensor is carried out with 3 conditions, namely when the pH is normal,acidic and alkaline on the sensor test detects normal pH, acid and alkaline approaching theresults of the pH meter comparison tool, then the water level test is carried out with 2 conditions,namely when the water is normal and reduced by using a ruler comparison tool, where thesensor has a little detecting error, on testing the water temperature sensor using a thermometercomparator has an error detecting the state of the aquaponic water temperature. When testingthe chat feature is done by typing / getdata, the application will send a chat with sub watertemperature, water level, water pH, then testing the camera feature is done by typing /getpHoto, the application will send a picture of the condition of the aquaponics.

Abstract

Kebutuhan layanan telekomunikasi khususnya seluler meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Perkembangan teknologi seluler sangat pesat di negara berkembang akibat keterbatasan dari ketersediaan jaringan kabel yang eksisting. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan kebutuhan energi.Pada makalah ini membahas beberapa penelitian sebelumnya serta parameter yang digunakan. Jaringan yang telah diuji coba pada penelitian sebelumnya menawarkan konsep sleep mode dan pengaturan daya transmisi pada base station. Dalam uji coba dengan cell deployment yang homogen didapat penurunan rasio green metric yang besar pada kondisi trafik rendah. Selain itu metode SPAM yang ditawarkan mampu mengurangi konsumsi energi hingga 17%. Penelitian lainnya menjelaskan bahwa dalam pengaplikasian sleep mode ada dua kemungkinan yang dilakukan dalam perencanaan cell deployment yaitu membangun cell-cell kecil lebih banyak sehingga mampu mempertahankan coverage.

Abstract

Pengenalan citra wajah atau Face Recognition adalah salah satu teknologi biometric yang telah banyak diaplikasikan dalam sistem keamanan. Perhitungan model pengenalan wajah memiliki beberapa masalah, kesulitan muncul ketika wajah dipresentasikan dalam suatu pola berisi informasi unik yang membedakan dengan wajah lain. Dalam implementasinya, secara umum pengenalan citra wajah dilakukan menggunakan sebuah webcam untuk menangkap citra wajah seseorang kemudian citra wajah tersebut dibandingkan dengan citra wajah sebelumnya yang telah disimpan. Pengujian ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yang pertama pengujian similarity kecocokan wajah dan yang kedua perhitungan False Acceptance Rate (FAR) dan False Rejection Rate (FRR). Pengujian menggunakan perangkat lunak Luxand FaceSDK dengan 30 sampel. Setiap sampel diambil 10 citra wajah untuk kemudian diuji kecocokan wajah, ekspresi dan kontur wajah dari sampel. Sistem ini mampu mengenali wajah dengan tingkat akurasi terbaik sebesar FAR = 8% dan FRR = 7% dengan nilai ambang 90%. Dan nilai ambang terburuk 10% dengan FAR = 95% dan FRR = 0,7%.

Abstract

Tourism is growing very rapidly with the development of technology, especially information technology .Through information technology people can easily get access to information about various destinations and tourist attractions as well as hotel by online media communication. Therefore, this study was trying to use social media such as facebook and twitter, where both social media were widely used by companies engaged in tourism in the world as well as in Bali. Internet consists of several websites, but the most effective one to conduct the research on tourism such as webseries 2.0 or commonly called as social networking media. Social medias - Facebook and Twitter - both were wildly used by the companies running in the sector of tourism in Bali, such as Hotels, Villas, Restaurants, Spas, Travel Agents, Airlines, and Tourist Attraction Managements, to advertised their products and services in their respective field. Through those social media, tourists will be able to access the comments or reviews about the companies. The problem raised in this research is how Bali’s tourism data in social networking media were used and considered, and how was the image of Bali’s tourism in their point of viewbased on the research. The method used here was descriptive qualitative method which describes this phenomenon descriptively by analyzing the obtained comments on social networking media such as facebook and twitter, and then classified in the form of comments positive, negative, and unidentified comment. Afterwards comments were re-analyzed through 4A Approach which consist of Attraction, amenities, Ancillary, and Accessibility. Data which has been obtained re-analyzed via the data obtained from the homepage of (TripAdvisor and Agoda.com). In addition, to strengthen the research data obtained from the homepage of TripAdvisor and Agoda.com , then it has been elaborated on the point rating system which indicatedthat the company were registered in both of those social networking media such as Hotel, Villa, SPA, restaurants, travel agents, airlines, media, tourist attraction management has a good rating result, and it has represented that the image of Bali tourism has a good rank in the eyes of local and international tourists. This data was also strengthened by the existence of empirical studies where there were the data from a hundred tourists came to Bali both locally and internationally has filled out the questionnaire about Bali in order to obtain maximum results on the image of Bali tourism. The results showed that, social networking media were effectively used in this study. Many companies in Bali used facebook and twitter. In addition, Bali Tourism image placed in positive rank on both of social networking sites, and it was gained by the results of questionnaires spread towards the visitor.

Abstract

Abstract—This paper present about recognition of gamelan rindik pattern using wavelet transform. Wavelet transform is used to find the special characteristic of gamelan rindik, which had previously been recorded and stored in computer with format *.wav. The data was subsequently used as training and tested data, Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) was used to recognize gamelan rindik pattern using. The training and tasted data process used four different rindics, consisting 0f 240 gamelan rindik data. Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) was used as the method of feature extraction, with Symlet, Haar, and Daubechies Wavelet function. Those three functions of the wavelet shows the average accuracy level for Symlet 94.58%, Haar 93.33%, and wavelet Daubechies 94.58%.

Abstract

WLAN has been implemented widely, including in public area and government office. Badung Regency office has got benefit from the technology in applying its e- government services. However the WLAN performance in term of its QoS has not been evaluated after its installation. Then its delay, packet loss, throughput, and jitter were measured using Ekahau Heatmapper, Axence Nettols, Wi-Fi Analyzer, and Ubiquiti Unifi. The WLAN coverage area was calculated and analyzed. Generally, the performance is good. However there are areas in all 12 buildings in the offices that are needed more access points.
