Abstract

This research was conducted to know and analyze the influence of commitment, motivation, and leadership on the satisfaction and performance of teachers in the SMP Rimba Melintang Sub-district. This study was chosen because of the phenomenon and problems related to the satisfaction and performance of elementary school teachers in the Rimba Melintang sub-district. This is of course related to many factors, but the authors have a conjecture that factors of commitment, motivation, and good leadership will affect and improve teacher satisfaction and performance. The method used in data collection and this research is a questionnaire. The results of this study are: (1) There is a significant and positive influence between commitment to satisfaction. (2) There is a significant and positive influence between motivation to satisfaction. (3) There is no significant influence between leadership and satisfaction. (4) There is no significant influence between commitment to performance. (5) There is no significant influence between motivation on performance. (6) There is no significant influence between leadership on performance. (7) There is no significant influence between satisfaction with performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline, leadership, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and teacher performance at the Bangko District Junior High School. The number of samples in this study was the entire population of the study as many as 48 PNS teachers at the Bangko District State Junior High School. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has no significant effect on organizational commitment, leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has no significant effect on organizational commitment, work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on teacher performance, and organizational commitment has no significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to develop digital economy teaching materials in accordance with the concept of business intelligence. Good and thoroughly structured teaching materials are very important in preparing students to understand and apply concepts in the digital economy, especially business intelligence. This research method is a study of literature, analysis of learning needs, development of teaching materials, and evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching materials developed. A literature study will be conducted to gather information about the latest developments in the field of business intelligence and to study existing teaching materials. This research confirms that the digital economy is an important aspect of the development of today's business world. Advances in digital technology have opened up new opportunities and influenced how business is done, becoming the main foundation for developing digital economy teaching materials. The first recommendation is to develop interactive teaching materials based on digital technology.

Abstract

Changes in information technology have encouraged banks to provide easy access to information services for their customers in conducting transaction processes by launching electronic banking services. This study aimed to analyze the effect of ease of use, trust, information technology readiness, and social factors on customer interest in using Mandiri M-Banking. The research population was M-banking users of Mandiri Bank at the Pekanbaru Branch Office with a sample size of 120 people. Research analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between trust and information technology readiness on customer interest in using Mandiri M-banking. While ease of use and social factors did not significant on customer interest in using Mandiri M-banking.

Abstract

Social accounting is necessary for the company as a form of corporate social responsibility towards the environment. In social accounting, it is important to identify social/environmental costs to show the true costs of business inputs and processes and ensure profitability. The social/environmental performance must be measured and evaluated to see if the results achieved are in accordance with what was planned. Social/environmental performance measurement should pay attention to quantitative and qualitative elements, as well as in-process and end-of-process measures so that the measurement system can be optimized.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work discipline and competence on job satisfaction and performance of Dapodik operator employees in the Bengkalis district. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all Dapodik operators in the Bengkalis district. The sampling uses the census method. The sample in this study amounted to 161 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that leadership style does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has no significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Competence, on the motivation and performance of teachers in SMA in Tapung District. The method used in collecting data in this research is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA Negeri in Tapung sub-district with a total of 112 teachers. The sample of this study used the Stratified Random Sampling method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS 3.0 analysis. The results showed that Organizational Commitment had a positive and insignificant effect on Motivation, Competence had a positive and insignificant effect on Performance, and Organizational Commitment had a positive and insignificant effect on motivation. on performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance in high school teachers in Tapung District.

Abstract

Debt management is an aspect of financial planning that is very important for corporate financial planners to pay attention to, especially Generation Z who will become financial planners in the future. The purpose of financial planning is to manage the company's financial resources effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the set business goals. The dedication team conveyed debt management to corporate financial planners using the pulpit lecture method and open discussions. The implementation of this activity is supported by PT Ciera Cahaya Harmoni as the company's business consultant. The results of the activity show that the debt management knowledge of the participants is still limited and has been conditioned by debt management material from the dedicated team, the pulpit lecture method and open discussions have proven to be effective in increasing debt management knowledge for participants and financial planners for generation Z companies must have a good understanding of debt management such as identifying funding needs, determining appropriate funding sources, managing risk, optimizing capital structure and monitoring financial performance.

Abstract

Tujuan Revitalisasi SMK menindaklanjuti Inpres No. 9 Tahun 2016, Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan secara gamblang menginstrusikan untuk menyempurnakan dan menyelaraskan kurikulum SMK sesuai dengan kompetensi kebutuhan pengguna lulusan agar para lulusan mempunyai wawasan atau sikap kompetititf, seperti etika kerja (work ethic), pencapaian motivasi (achievement motivation), penguasaan (mastery), sikap berkompetisi (competitiveness), memahami arti uang (money beliefs), dan sikap menabung (attitudes to saving). Selain itu tujuan yang akan dicapai dengan adanya revitalisasi SMK ini adalah mengubah paradigma yang dulunya hanya mendorong untuk mencetak lulusan saja tanpa memperhatikan kebutuhan pasar kerja berganti menjadi paradigma mencari segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pasar kerja mulai dari budaya kerja dan kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam pasar kerja dan mengubah pembelajaran dari supply driven ke demand driven, menyiapkan lulusan SMK yang adaptable terhadap perubahan dunia untuk menjadi lulusan yang dapat bekerja, melanjutkan, dan berwirausaha, (Hendarman, dkk, 2016:33)

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan bagian penting dalam suatu organisasi yang mampu menggerakkan dan mensinergikan sumber daya lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Keberhasilan organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh peran dan fungsi karyawan yang ada di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu, organisasi harus memberdayakan semua komponen karyawan yang dimiliki dengan baik agar mampu meningkatkan kinerja dengan melakukan proses penilaian kompetensi karyawan berdasarkan fungsi dan jabatan yang dituju. Kegiatan asesmen kompetensi bagi karyawan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Rokan Hulu dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16-17 Juli 2022 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 32 orang. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian kompetensi karyawan berdasarkan fungsi dan jabatan yang dituju. Penilaian kompetensi karyawan akan dilakukan terhadap calon pegawai, pegawai tetap, kepala seksi, dan kepala cabang berdasar pada aspek psikologis dan aspek kompetensi manajerial. Hasil kegiatan memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat 23 peserta berada pada kategori Masih Memenuhi Syarat (MMS), 5 peserta berada pada kategori Memenuhi Syarat (MS) dan 4 peserta berada pada kategori Kurang Memenuhi Syarat (KMS). Dengan demikian secara keseluruhan terdapat 28 peserta yang disarankan untuk promosi pada jabatan yang dituju dan 4 peserta yang tidak disarankan untuk promosi pada jabatan yang dituju.
