Abstract

Accuracy measurements were carried out on a table movement of four axis machining center using laser interferometer based integrated measuring system. In this case the measurements included table positioning accuracy in x-axis direction and table angular as well as table straightness displacement accuracy. Following the obtained results, analysis of the machining center table displacement was carried out by modeling the table accuracy movement using a homogenous transformation matrix (HTM) method. Guide ways deflection was analyzed using five contact point method and other analysis performed by taking into account misalignment between ball screw & slideways. Diagnosis was conducted by comparing the theoretical table accuracy displacement curve and the one obtained from laser interferometer based measurement, for determining the slideways wear contour and the progressive wear of the ball screw.

Abstract

Research machining with turning process, carried out in 6061 AA- workpiece material, using the HSS has a standard geometry. The problem is the corner radius (RCB), spindle rotation (n), the motion eat (f) and the cutting depth (a) constant to produce lathe AA-6061 with the desired surface and is capable of producing a high production capacity. The regression model can describe the relationship between the combination of cutting parameters and corner radius produces minimum surface roughness. Round spindle is a dominant effect on the surface roughness, followed by motion meal, corner radius (RCB). By using Response Surface Methodology (RSM), the alleged best regression model for surface roughness (SR) at 95% confidence level at 900 rpm spindle rotation, motion eat 115 mm / put and corner radius 1.25 mm is : 0,14x2x3. Results obtained by iterating the main influence on the conditions of rotation of 950 rpm, 90 mm motion eat / put and corner radius 1.50 mm produces the value of surface roughness( SR) 0,360 µm.

Abstract

The use of compressed air is growing over time. Previously, only limited use pressurized air to increase the air pressure in the tires of the vehicle. Currently pneumatic design also has grown considerably so that is no longer done manually but can be done with the help of simulation software, the use of this software is faster and easier in terms of design. Abstract

Turbin air merupakan mesin konversi energi yang mengubah energi potensial air diubah menjadi energi mekanis. Pengkonversian energi yang dilakukan oleh turbin air tersebut dapat dilakukan secara implus yang diwakili turbin air jenis Pelton. Dimana proses impuls yang terjadi pada turbin air Pelton yaitu dengan mengubah seluruh potensi energi air (potensial, kecepatan dan tekanan) yang tersedia diubah menjadi energi kinetik yang memutar tubin untuk menghasilkan energi putar. Guna memaksimalkan dan mengotomatisasi perencanaan turbin air jenis Pelton maka dalam penelitian ini digunakan perangkat lunak TURBNPRO 3. Perangkat lunak TURBNPRO 3 memfasilitasi perancang untuk melakukan berbagai macam pemodelan sehingga didapatkan kondisi maksimal sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan. Di samping itu dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ini maka perancang juga bisa langsung mendapatkan dimensi serta grafik jangkauan kerja dari turbin yang dirancang.

Abstract

Ceiling installation auxiliary tool is auxiliary tool for installing a ceiling with a simple method. Namely by placing the ceiling above the cross section and moving the gears to the ceiling can reach the desired height. This auxiliary tool is needed to help to lighten the workload and save the ceiling installation time. This auxiliary tool can reach places or rooms that have narrow access, because this tool can be dismantled pairs. This tool can hold the user load up to 80 kg and the weight of the ceiling up to 47.3 kg, so the total weight reached 127.3 kg. This auxiliary tool has four pedestal wheels that can move as desired.

Abstract

Background: The development of screening methods for infertility patients during the Coronavirus-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic provides new challenges in the adaptation of children's want programs in the era of the COVID-19pandemic. Several screening methods have been developed but various factors affect the awareness of couples to want to do COVID-19 screening. This study aimed to analyze biopsychosocial factors associated with awareness of COVID-19 screening in infertile couples. Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional study conducted at The Sekar Polyclinic of Dr. Moewardi Regional General Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. A number of 60 infertile couple of reproductive age who underwent the ART program was selected by random sampling. The dependent variable was awareness for COVID-19 screening. The independent variables were anxiety, knowledge, age, and length of infertility. The data were obtained from medical record and questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple logistic regression. Results: Anxiety (OR= 26; 95% CI; p<0.001) and above-average knowledge levels (OR=16; 95% CI; p<0.001) affected awareness for COVID-19 screening. While the age and length of infertility do not affect awareness for COVID-19 screening (p >0.05). Conclusion: Anxiety and above-average knowledge levels affect awareness for COVID-19 screening.

Abstract

In the 2023 Kedaireka matching fund grant activity with the title pimproving the quality and market diversification of honey bee and herbal based products Scheme Downstreaming innovation from research results for commercialization purposes, innovation has been carried out in the production of herbal propolis mouthwash. In the herbal propolis mouthwash innovation, a formula was combined on the function of propolis and the results of betel leaf extraction for a non-alcoholic mouthwash formula. The prototype of this mouthwash has received a distribution permit from BPOM NA with number NA 18231400102 using the Prolizama brand. This activity is a collaboration between Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta and partner CV Madu Apiari Mutiara in Depok, West Java, Indonesia. In this activity, the activities carried out include making prototypes, testing, packaging design, processing BPOM NA distribution permit certification, limited scale production, optimizing online marketing via the website and making a business plan for the UMJ and CV Madu Apiari Mutiara agreement, Madu Apiari Mutiara. Innovation Herbal propolis mouthwash with natural composition, high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in combination with propolis and betel herbs. In achieving a price competitive product, it is hoped that it will be a substitute for propolis mouthwash imported from Japan without expensive herbs. This formula is being patented. The production of herbal propolis mouthwash is expected to increase partner income. In the implementation of independent learning, the MKBM independent campus is the fulfillment of IKU 2, Students Gain Experience Outside Campus, IKU 3, namely Lecturers Doing Activities Outside Campus and IKU 5, Lecturers' Work Results are Used by the Community. The Depok City Regional Government and the community will have superior products, herbal jelly candy and herbal propolis mouthwash that are healthy and halal. A significant impact for UMJ is an increase in the entrepreneurial atmosphere for lecturers and students.

Abstract

Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School is a privately owned Islamic school that provides standardized subjects and is overseen by the Songkhla Provincial Private Education Office. Despite being situated in a region renowned for its tourism potential, its allure remains untapped. This activity aimed to address the challenges partners overcome by developing educational approaches incorporating tourism principles. The activity commenced with a survey in 2023 and proceeded with coaching sessions from January to March 2024. The partners comprised six Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School administrators and numerous Primary and Junior High School students. This community service program employed a qualitative method integrating descriptive and explanatory approaches. Primary data collection involved conducting interviews, making observations, and organizing focus group discussions (FGDs). On the other hand, secondary data was obtained from reports, books, and other published materials. The observed tourist attractions encompassed floating markets, culinary establishments, souvenir stores, Buddhist temples and statues, hilltop museums, wayside businesses, and other similar attractions, all meticulously documented as recommended places to visit. The guided visit was divided into two days based on distance analysis. The authors suggested some places on the trip around. On the first day, students can visit Hat Yai Municipal Park, Khlong Hae Floating Market, and Kim Yong Market. On the second day, students explore Samila Beach, Songkhla Old Town, and the Folklore Museum. The findings of the partner satisfaction survey indicated that the partners expressed delight with the program implementation.

Abstract

Swamedikasi harus dilakukan sesuai dengan penyakit yang dialami. Pelaksanaannya harus memenuhi kriteria penggunaan obat yang rasional antara lain tepat obat, tepat dosis, tidak ada efek samping, tidak ada kontraindikasi, tidak ada interaksi obat, dan tidak ada polifarmasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan obat double anti nyeri pada swamedikasi gout arthritis terhadap skala nyeri. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian prospektif dengan teknik wawancara kepada responden untuk menggali data/informasi tentang masalah swamedikasi obat double anti nyeri pada penderita gout arthritis. Populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 60 responden dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki maupun perempuan yang melakukan swamedikasi dengan tujuan untuk pengobatan gout arthritis. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, data analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square untuk nilai P value dari hubungan penggunaan obat double anti nyeri pada swamedikasi gout arthritis terhadap skala nyeri adalah 0,399 > 0,05 sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan.
