Abstract

Stunting in Indonesia shows fluctuations in prevalence, with a significant downward trend only seen after 2018. Although the stunting rate in 2023 was recorded at 7.1%, disparities between regions are still a major concern. Purwakarta Regency, which has a strategic role in human resource development, faces a major challenge in reducing stunting rates. With a high dependency ratio, Purwakarta has the potential to experience a demographic disaster if stunting is not addressed immediately. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the policy of accelerating stunting reduction in Purwakarta in 2000-2023. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with informants from various related agencies, including the Health Office and Bappelitbangda. The results show that although policies such as Purwakarta Regent Regulation No. 203 of 2021 and intervention programs have been implemented, policy effectiveness is still limited. The main problems faced are low community participation, data misalignment, and limited infrastructure and supervision. Policy evaluation based on indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, and responsiveness shows the need for improvements in inter-sectoral coordination and increased human resource capacity to achieve better targets. These findings provide important insights for policies to accelerate stunting reduction in Purwakarta district, with a focus on cross-sector collaboration and resource optimization

Abstract

Seamless steel pipes in oil and gas pipeline applications will provide quite high pressure, so the welding process is important in ensuring pipe safety. This study aims to analyze the hardness, hydrogen test and welding size of seamless steel pipes that undergo post weld heat treatment (PWHT) process. The pipe diameter dimension is 6 inches with API 5L Gr.X65 PSL2 type. The experimental method begins with the PWHT process by heating to a temperature of 625 ° C with a holding time of 1 hour 10 minutes then slowly cooled with a cooling rate of 154 ° C / hour. The specimens that underwent PWHT were then analyzed for hardness, hydrogen test and welding size simulation. The hardness results decreased after PWHT at all basic metal, HAZ and center of weld positions. Position 0 ° ranges from 126-174 HRB, position 120 ° produces a value of 122 - 143 HRB and position 270 ° has a value of 133-154 HRB. The decrease in hardness occurs due to the tempering process which reduces residual stress. The pressure generated in the hydrogen test does not exceed the yield strength of the API 5L Gr.X65 PSL2 pipe material, which is 65,300 psi. The maximum weld size simulation results are produced with a value of 6,448 mm and a minimum value of 1,572 mm. The maximum value is used as a reference in welding to produce a safe connection.

Abstract

Due to its rich natural resources, Kramatmulya District is home to a wide variety of food and local specialty products. This abundance has led to approximately 2,003 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) conducting trade to support their livelihoods and supply the community's food needs. Despite this, these MSMEs have encountered difficulties, such as a shortage of skilled labor, antiquated production infrastructure, outdated marketing approaches, and a 30% decline in revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic. This "healthy market" initiative aims to enhance these MSMEs and strengthen the village economy, contributing to Kuningan Regency's broader vision and mission, including the realization of the "Pinunjul Village." The study utilized a qualitative descriptive approach, with informants chosen via purposive sampling. Guidelines from Ministry of Health Decree No. 519 govern the execution of this healthy market project. Successful development and training of the healthy market will facilitate the achievement of Kuningan Regency's vision and mission.
