Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe how curriculum planning, organization, implementation, and supervision strengthen the quality of graduates from pesantren-based Islamic senior high schools. The conceptual framework of this study posits that if educational institutions, including pesantren-based madrasahs, can continuously apply planning, organization, implementation, and supervision according to customer needs, then pesantren-based Islamic senior high schools can produce quality graduates. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include documentary study, interviews, and observations.The research findings indicate that: 1) Curriculum planning in enhancing the quality of graduates from pesantren-based madrasahs at Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor Islamic Senior High School and Sahid Pamijahan Bogor Islamic Senior High School includes goal setting, method determination, content determination, and evaluation determination. 2) Curriculum organization in enhancing the quality of graduates from pesantren-based madrasahs at Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor Islamic Senior High School and Sahid Pamijahan Bogor Islamic Senior High School involves the preparation of academic calendars, scheduling of lessons, arrangement of duties and obligations of educational personnel, and school activity programs. 3) Curriculum implementation in enhancing the quality of graduates from pesantren-based madrasahs at Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor Islamic Senior High School and Sahid Pamijahan Bogor Islamic Senior High School includes learning materials, learning strategies and methods, learning facilities and infrastructure, and learning assessment systems. 4) Curriculum supervision in enhancing the quality of graduates from pesantren-based madrasahs at Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor Islamic Senior High School and Sahid Pamijahan Bogor Islamic Senior High School comprises evaluation of educational goals, evaluation of content or materials, evaluation of teaching strategies, and evaluation of assessment programs. 5) The quality of graduates resulting from curriculum management at Ummul Quro Al-Islami and Sahid Islamic Senior High Schools is good; both schools have graduates who are accepted by educational customers, especially universities, both public and private.

Abstract

The phenomenon of globalization has a very broad impact on the lives of individuals, communities and countries. The impact covers various aspects such as ideology, politics, economics, socio-culture, and defence and security. Globalization can be interpreted as a process of interaction, dependency, interconnectedness, and mutual influence between individuals, groups, and countries. In the context of globalization, the life experience, ideas, and information has become a standard that applies throughout the world. This is due to increasingly sophisticated technological advances, from communication to transportation. Therefore, globalization has changed the face of the modern world and influenced the way humans live and interact. One of the influences of the global era that is of concern to the author is the problem of online loans which feels has really disrupted people's lives in society and the facts show that there have been so many victims as a result of this system. Online loans are money lending facilities by financial service providers that operate online. Because the system is virtual, online loans do not require collateral. Online loans are an innovation in the field of financial technology that makes it easier for people to borrow money. Firmly, online loans is a money loan facilitated by a financial service provider that is integrated with information technology, starting from the application process, approval to disbursement of funds carried out online or via SMS or telephone confirmation. Therefore, what online loans needs to be aware of are; 1) Loans without license. Online loans that are unregulated or do not have a license from a valid financial authority may be considered illegal; 2) Loans with high interest rates; 3) Aggressive or unfair billing; 4) Concealment of important information; 5) Identity falsification or fraud. This research was conducted in Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The research method used is normative juridical using secondary data generally from the library, along with case examples, supported by empirical research based on direct experience, experiments, and observations of realities that can be observed concretely.

Abstract

Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK) terjadi akibat ginjal kehilangan fungsi dalam membuang racun. GGK bersifat menahun. Terapi hemodialisis diperlukan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik untuk mencegah terjadinya kelainan metabolik yang dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pola hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik sebelum menjalani terapi hemodialisis. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Sedanglan yang menjadi populasi penelitian ini yaitu pasien yang mengalami gagal ginjal kronik di Januari 2023 di RSU Royal Prima Medan sebanyak 112 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 53 responden, 24 orang memiliki kebiasaan merokok (45,3%), kebiasaan mengkonsumsi jamu 50 orang (94,3%), kebiasaan mengkonsusmsi obat analgesik 28 orang (52,8%), kebiasaan mengkonsumsi lemak 34 orang (64,2%), dan kebiasaan mengkonsumsi kandungan tinggi garam 31 orang (58,5%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pola hidup responden sebelum menjalani terapi hemodialisis dulunya mempunyai pola hidup yang tidak baik.

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi kini strategi pemasaran harus menyesuaikan diri dengan kemajuan teknologi sehingga dapat memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan konsumen kompleks. Dengan perkembangan pesat teknologi saat ini, penggunaan internet semakin meningkat, yang berdampak pada bisnis yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran. Daerah Kelurahan Curug Manis Kota Serang memiliki masalah yang masih sulit untuk ditangani, seperti masalah pemasaran produk. Selain itu, munculnya masalah yang sering ditemui pelaku UMKM, mereka tidak memiliki modal yang cukup, dan mereka masih menggunakan metode pemasaran dan manajemen konvensional. (1) Meningkatkan Nilai ekonomi Kelurahan curug manis, sangat penting untuk melakukan pelatihan strategi marketing digital dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk (2) Penelitian dilakukan di Kelurahan Curug Manis Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten; (3) Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode marketing digital 5.0 dengan metode penjualan melalui e-commerce (4) Secara keseluruhan, sasaran kepada pelaku UMKM mengatakan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mendalam meningkatkan penjualan melalui e-commerce sebagai strategi marketing digital era 5.0 di Kelurahan Curug Manis Kota Serang sangat bermanfaat dalam cost pemasaran terutama dalam hal mendapatkan pelanggan baru, meningkatkan penjualan, dan membangun hubungan yang lebih dengan pelanggan melalui e-commerce, yang berarti bahwa kegiatan ini sudah dapat dikatakan tepat sasaran dan efektif untuk dilaksanakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) regarding public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Lebong Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach referring to nine elements of public service, namely: service requirements; system, mechanism, and procedure; completion time; cost/tariff; service products according to specifications; implementer competence; implementer behavior; facilities and infrastructure; as well as handling of complaints, suggestions, and feedback. The results of the study indicate that, overall, the quality of services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Lebong Regency falls into the very good category, with a Community Satisfaction Index score of 3.78 and a converted index quality score of 94.63. These findings show that the public is satisfied with the services provided, and that public service implementation has been effective and in accordance with established standards.
