Abstract

Abstract Health and fitness is the right of all people in a region, with a good level of fitness that people can have allowing them to carry out various activities. However, not all people easily get access to fitness due to several factors that become obstacles. One of the factors is that people do not understand what to do to get a good level of fitness. Another factor driving sports (gymnastics instructors) appointed has not all had higher level creative gymnastics skills for the community so as not to be monotonous which ends up boring. Through this Community Service activity, it will improve the skills of sports movers to have higher skills to improve the fitness of the local community. Abstrak Kesehatan dan kebugaran merupakan hak semua masyarakat dalam suatu wilayah, dengan tingkat kebugaran yang baik yang dapat dimiliki masyarakat memungkinkan mereka melakukan berbagai aktivitasnya. Namun tidak semua masyarakat mudah mendapatkan akses untuk kebugaran karena beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala. Salah satu faktornya adalah masyakarat belum faham apa saja yang harus dilakukan untuk memperoleh tingkat kebugaran yang baik. Faktor lainnya penggerak olahraga (instruktur senam) yang ditunjuk belum semua memiliki keterampilan senam kreasi yang lebih tinggi levelnya untuk masyarakat agar tidak monoton yang akhirnya membosankan. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kpada Masyarakan ini akan meningkatkan keterampilan penggerak olahraga agar memiliki keterampilan yang lebih tinggi untuk meningkatkan kebugaran masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Evaluation is part of the supervisory activities of a work carried out by members of the organisation that measures the suitability between the work program and the achievement of work targets. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the coaching of Achievement Sports Club (KOP) athletes involving management and coaches of Cricket. Evaluation is assessed from various aspects, namely Context, Input, Process and Product. The subjects of this research are managers as policy makers, coaches as implementers of activities and athletes as users of programmes and facilities. The survey research method used in this study is by distributing questionnaires to research subjects. The results of this study seen from the Context aspect is the existence of regulations issued by the leadership to provide relief for students who become athletes to continue to get the opportunity to attend lectures, the Input aspect is the determination of the coach, determining the training programme, facilities and infrastructure and recruitment of athletes, the Process aspect is the training implementation mechanism that refers to the suitability of the programme and the Product aspect is showing an increase in their sports abilities, which includes physical, technical and tactical aspects. So that it can be recommended to related parties, namely the development of the FIK UNJ Cricket athlete coaching programme needs to be continuously developed to improve the quality and quantity of the programme.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the athletic sports coaching program of DKI Jakarta Province in preparation for PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra in 2024. The evaluation was carried out using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model developed by Stufflebeam. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research informants include PASI DKI Jakarta administrators, coaches, athletes, and other related parties. The results of the context evaluation show that the DKI Jakarta athletic coaching program has clear goals and is in line with the province's vision and mission in the field of sports. The input evaluation revealed that there was adequate resource support, both in terms of infrastructure and funding. However, improvements are still needed in the aspect of recruiting talented athletes and developing coach competencies. In the evaluation of the process, it was found that the implementation of the coaching program had been carried out in accordance with the set plan. The training methods applied have followed the latest developments in coaching science. Product evaluation showed an increase in the achievements of DKI Jakarta athletes in various national championships as an indicator of the success of the program. Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the athletics coaching program in DKI Jakarta Province has been running well and showing positive development. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved to optimize preparations for PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra 2024. The recommendations submitted include intensifying the talent search program, improving the quality and quantity of coach training, and optimizing the use of technology in the athlete coaching process.

Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to map global trends in educational program evaluation, focusing on research outputs, thematic evolution, and key scholarly networks from 2000 to 2024. Utilizing citation metrics, yearly publication graphs, and VOSviewer visualizations of keyword co-occurrences, the research identifies significant shifts in thematic focus, delineates interconnected research clusters, and highlights the influential contributions within the field. The analysis reveals a notable increase in publications related to educational evaluation during the early 2000s with a peak between 2010 and 2018, indicating heightened research interest coinciding with global educational reforms. Thematic clusters around "educational program," "quality management," and "leadership" underscore a multidisciplinary approach integrating educational theory with business management practices. This study underscores the field's adaptation to evolving educational needs and points towards emerging areas requiring further exploration, such as digital evaluation techniques and program-specific assessments.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of sustainable tourism certification, local community awareness, and product innovation on the destination reputation of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 270 respondents representing tourists, local residents, and tourism service providers, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that all three factors significantly and positively impact Yogyakarta’s destination reputation. Sustainable tourism certification enhances the image of the destination, while local community awareness fosters support for sustainable practices. Additionally, product innovation contributes to the competitiveness and attractiveness of Yogyakarta by offering unique and sustainable tourism experiences. These findings highlight the importance of integrating sustainability, community engagement, and innovation to build and maintain a strong destination reputation. Practical implications for tourism stakeholders and policymakers in Yogyakarta are discussed.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guest service agent dalam meningkatkan kepuasan tamu melaui review online travel agent di Hotel Cavinton, dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan guest service agent dalam melayani tamu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis data kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, literatur, dan dokumentasi. Kinerja guest service agent untuk meningkatkan kepuasan tamu ditinjau dari review online travel agent di Hotel Cavinton Yogyakarta mendapat review memuaskan, pelayanan yang diberikan juga sudah sesuai standar operasional prosedur. Review yang dianggap memuaskan 90 %, dan aspek spesifik dari SOP yang dipenuhi 88 %. Temuan ini dapat membantu hotel dalam meningkatkan kepuasan tamu dibuktikan dengan ulasan positif yang diberikan oleh tamu, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur. Tindakan seperti memberikan upgrade room, VIP notice, dan voucher coffee time berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan tamu sehingga tamu datang kembali menginap di Cavinton Hotel. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh staff guest service agent dinilai baik oleh tamu, yang mencakup keramahan, siap membantu, dan fasilitas yang memadai. Kata kunci: kinerja, guest service agent, review ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the performance of guest service agents in increasing guest satisfaction through online travel agent reviews at Hotel Cavinton, and to determine the quality of guest service agents in serving guests. The method used in this study is qualitative data analysis with observation, literature, and documentation data collection methods. The performance of guest service agents to increase guest satisfaction is reviewed from online reviews of travel agents at Hotel Cavinton Yogyakarta received satisfactory reviews, the services provided are also in accordance with standard operating procedures. Reviews that are considered satisfactory 90%, and specific aspects of SOPs that are fulfilled 88%. These findings can help hotels in increasing guest satisfaction as evidenced by the positive reviews provided by guests, which show that the services provided are in accordance with standard operating procedures. Actions such as providing room upgrades, VIP notices, and coffee time vouchers contribute to increasing guest satisfaction so that guests often come back to stay at Cavinton Hotel. Overall, the quality of service provided by the guest service agent staff is rated well by the guests, which includes friendliness, helpfulness, and adequate facilities. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the percentage of athletes who have been injured, are injured, and know the body parts that have been injured, the nature of the injury, the time of injury, the type of injury, the degree of injury, the cause of the injury, as well as the handling of the injury. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with surveys as the research instrument. The research population was basketball athletes of the Garuda Acalapati Club. The criteria used by researchers are as follows: 1) Active athletes at Garuda Acalapati basketball club,2) Aged 16-18 years. Based on the criteria, the sample who met the criteria were 49 athletes. The results of data processing showed that 4 athletes have never experienced injury and 45 athletes have experienced injury. The most common type of injury in athletes was in the ankle 49%. Based on the type of acute injury 63%. Time of injury during training by 73%. Based on the type of injury was an injury to the skin (abrasions, wounds, open, bruises) by 63%. Based on the degree of injury was minor injury by 76%. Based on the cause of injury External Violence (cause was from outside of the body) collisions with opponents by 63%. Handling of injuries was self-handling by 73%. Thus the a need for special handling or prevention programs for athletes conducted by the coaching team because there were still many athletes who experienced injuries.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the relationship between Body Mass Index and Physical Fitness Level (VO2Max) in the Family Welfare Empowerment Team (TP-PKK) in Pasir Gaok Village, Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The approach in this research uses a survey method with correlation techniques. The physical fitness measurement test uses the Rockport test method to determine the level of physical fitness (VO2 max). The population in this research was the Family Empowerment and Prosperity Mobilization Team (TP-PKK) in Pasir Gaok Village, Bogor Regency, totaling 20 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the following samples: 1. Active members (TPPKK) of Pasir Gaok Village, Bogor Regency, 2. No injuries, 3. Age 20 years and over, 4. Healthy. The data taken are age, height, weight, blood pressure, and VO2 Max. The analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between body mass index and physical fitness level (VO2Max), the results of measuring body mass index are in the normal category of as many as 17 members or 85%, while for the results of physical fitness level (VO2 Max), there are still many who get the sufficient category as many as 14 members or 70%. Based on the results of research analysis data on the relationship between body mass index and physical fitness level (VO2Max) in the Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilization Team (TP-PKK) in Pasir Gaok Village, Bogor Regency, it was found to be (-0,295). This shows that the relationship between body mass index and physical fitness level (VO2Max) in the Family Empowerment and Welfare Team (TP-PKK) in Pasir Gaok Village, Bogor Regency is in the weak category.

Abstract

Abstract Professional certification aims to ensure a person's competence that has been obtained through learning, training, or work experience. Certification provided by professional organizations or associations provides a guarantee that the person holding it has obtained a certain competency standard. However, the function and benefits of this professional certification are not widely known by a profession. Likewise with sports coaches and assistant coaches in Indramayu Regency. Sports coaches and assistant coaches in Indramayu Regency do not yet know what and how professional certification is. Therefore, the solution is to provide socialization regarding professional certification of coaches and assistant coaches. So the purpose of community service activities is for the target audience to understand the function and benefits of having professional certification for coaches and assistant coaches. The training location is carried out in the university's fostered area, namely Indramayu Regency, West Java. The implementation time was in May 2024 at the BJB Bank Hall building, Indramayu Regency. The methods used in this socialization were lecture and discussion methods when delivering professional certification socialization materials. The results of community service activities show that there has been an increase in knowledge about the function and benefits of having professional certification for coaches and assistant coaches. So it is hoped that all sports coaches and assistant sports coaches in Indramayu district have professional competency certification and are declared competent.   Abstrak Sertifikasi profesi bertujuan untuk memastikan kompetensi seseorang yang telah didapatkan melalui pembelajaran, pelatihan, maupun pengalaman kerja. Sertifikasi yang diberikan organisasi atau asosiasi profesi memberikan jaminan bahwa orang yang menyandangnya telah mendapatkan standar kompetensi tertentu. Namun, sertifikasi profesi ini belum banyak diketahui fungsi dan manfaatnya oleh suatu profesi. Begitu pula halnya dengan para pelatih dan asisten pelatih olahraga di Kabupaten Indramayu. Para pelatih dan asisten pelatih olahraga di Kabupaten Indrmayu belum mengetahui apa dan bagaimana sertifikasi profesi itu. Oleh karena itu, solusinya diberikan sosialisasi terkait sertifikasi profesi pelatih dan asisten pelatih olahraga. Sehingga tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah agar khalayak sasaran memahami tentang fungsi dan manfaat dari memiliki sertifikasi profesi pelatih dan asisten pelatih olahraga. Tempat pelatihan dilakukan di wilayah binaan universitas yaitu Kabupaten Indramayu Jawa Barat. Waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 di gedung Aula bank BJB Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi ini adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi saat menyampaikan materi sosialisasi sertifikasi profesi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang fungsi dan manfaat dari memiliki sertifikasi profesi pelatih dan asisten pelatih olahraga. Sehingga diharapkan semua pelatih olahraga dan asisten pelatih olahraga di kabupaten Indramayu memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi profesi dan dinyatakan kompeten.

Abstract

Abstract The problems that occur in Indramayu Regency, especially in sports coaching such as in PPLD, athletes often experience injuries during sports. Injuries that occur during training are certainly worrying for athletes and coaches because during training there are no medical personnel on guard in case of injury. So, the solution is that coaches must be given knowledge about sports massage as one of the first aid efforts for sports injuries. Therefore, the purpose of community service activities is so that the target audience has knowledge about sports massage both in theory and practice. The training location is carried out in the faculty's fostered area, namely Indramayu Regency. The implementation time was in May 2024 in the BJB Indramayu bank hall. The method used in this training activity is the lecture method to deliver material and examples of doing massage. This training will be held for 2 years, where in the second year the first year training participants practice sports massage. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the understanding of the training participants on how to do sports massage, so it is hoped that it can improve the handling of injuries during sports both during training and during matches. Keywords: Training, massage, sports, trainer Abstrak Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Indramayu terutama pada pembinaan olahraga seperti di PPLD seringkali atlet mengalami cidera saat olahraga. Cidera yang terjadi saat Latihan tentu mengkhawatirkan bagi si atlet maupun pelatih karena pada saat Latihan tidak ada tenaga medis yang berjaga-jaga apabila terjadi cidera. Sehingga, solusinya adalah para pelatih harus diberikan pengetahuan tentang massage olahraga sebagai salah satu Upaya penanganan pertama pada cidera olahraga. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah agar khalayak sasaran memiliki pengetahuan tentang massage olahraga baik secara teori maupun praktek. Tempat pelatihan dilakukan di wilayah binaan fakultas yaitu Kabupaten Indramayu. Waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 di aula bank BJB Indramayu. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah untuk menyampaikan materi dan contoh-contoh melakukan massage. Pelatihan ini akan diadakan selama 2 tahun, dimana pada tahun kedua para peserta pelatihan tahun pertama melakukan praktek massage olahraga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman para peserta pelatihan terhadap cara melakukan massage olahraga, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penanganan cidera saat olahraga baik saat latihan maupun saat pertandingan.
