The aim of this research is to analyze and study the practice of managing the Special Assistance fund in Diniyah Takmiliyah Communication Forum in West Bandung Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and literature study. Literature study by seeking information from other literature. The data obtained were then analyzed by reducing, presenting, and concluding. The analysis results of the management the Special Assistance fund At Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Alim was found that: (1) The Special Assistance Fund for Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Teachers was sourced from the allocation of grants distributed by the provincial government in collaboration with the “Majelis Kerja Kelompok Diniyah Takmiliyah” (MK2DT). Then the funds are managed by the “Forum Komunikasi Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah” (FKDT) at the district or city level which is then coordinated with the FKDT at the sub-district level before being received directly by each teacher in each MDTA educational institution; (2) The management of the BKG funds has shown the principles of efficiency and tolerance in the budget allocation for costs. [Tujuan penelitin ini untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji praktik pengelolaan dana bantuan khusus guru (BKG) pada Forum Komunikasi Diniyah Takmiliyah di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Studi Pustaka dilakukan dengan mencari informasi dari literatur lainya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan cara direduksi, disajikan, dan disimpulkan. Hasil analisis pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Khusus Guru (BKG) di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Alim diperoleh bahwa: (1) Dana Bantuan Khusus Guru Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah bersumber dari alokasi dana Hibah yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah Provinsi berkerjasama dengan Majelis Kerja Kelompok Diniyah Takmiliyah (MK2DT) Jawa Barat. Kemudian dana tersebut dikelola oleh Forum Komunikasi Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (FKDT) tingkat kabupaten atau kota yang kemudian di koordinasikan dengan FKDT tingkat kecamatan sebelum diterima langsung oleh masing-masing guru disetiap lembaga pendidikan MDTA; (2) Pengelolaan anggaran biaya dana bantuan khusus guru sudah menunjukan prinsip efesiensi dan toleransi dalam alokasi anggaran biaya]

Mengembangkan instrumen reflective thinking attribute untuk mahasiwa calon guru matematika, yang valid dan reliable merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Instrumen awal yang dikembangkan terdiri atas 23 item reflective thinking attribute, dengan melibatkan 86 orang mahasiswa calon guru matematika. Angket reflective thinking attribute disebar melalui aplikasi google form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung reliabilitas dan validitas dengan bantuan SPSS berupa reliability test dan factor anaysis. Hasil analisis reliabilitas, dan validitas angket menunjukan bahwa angket tersebut layak digunakan untuk mengukur reflective thinking attribute. Angket reflective thinking attribute yang telah dianalisis menjadi 22 item reflective thinking yang valid, dan dengan koefisien reliabilitas berkriteria tinggi.

The study was based on a preliminary study at the school, which shows the lack of a wareness of the students to learn and repeat the subject matter presented so that the material obtained is easily for gotten, in addition regarded biology lessonfull of scientific studies that are difficult to pronounce and in memorized. Problems a rising from the necessary existence of the selection of appropriate learning strategies. One of the alternative learning strategies that have Student Question (QSH). The purpose of the study to determine the learning out comes of students in the material of the body's defense system by using strategies have student Question (QSH). This study uses the Pre-Experimental Design using the class as a class experiment(treatment). The populationin this study are all students of class XI Science SMAN 1.The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. Retrieved sample of class XI Science 1 with a sample size of 24 students. Data processing is performed by the comparative analysis of the normality test, Z test, and find the value of N-Gain. Cognitive learning out comes of students achieved an average of 80.54 with KKM 75. Further analysis of the data, based on the calculation of the expected frequency table for thenormality teston the pretest and posttest pretest values obtained x2 count: 2.8893 and x2 countand posttest: 2.4180. When compared with the table valuex2 = 7.81 mean pretest and posttest data is normally distributed. The next step is to test the Z, then the values obtained posttest = Z count: -0.56 and Z tables: -1.65. In this case the Zcount > -Z table, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. And N-Gain value in this study is 0:56 in medium category, thus it can be said that the implementation of student learning strategies have Question (QSH) can improve the learning out comes of students.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan pada studipendahuluan yaitu masih banyaknya siswa yang kurang memahami konsep tentang sistemreproduksi pada manusia yang disebabkan suasana pembelajaran di kelas yang cenderungdidominasi oleh guru yang aktif dan siswa yang pasif. Oleh karena itu diperlukan prosespembelajaran untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswayaitu dengan model pembelajaran Problem Solving dan Problem Based Learning. Tujuan daripenelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan terhadap hasil belajar siswa setelah dilakukanpenggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Solving dan Problem Based Learning pada materiSistem Reproduksi Manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-EksperimentalDesign dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.. Populasi dari penelitianini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Ciparay, yaitu kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelaseksperimen 1 dan XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 dengan jumlah siswa masing-masingkelas sebanyak 40 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yangdigunakan adalah tes kemampuan yang mengukur ranah kognitif berupa 20 soal pilihanganda. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data pada kelas eksperimen 1 yang menggunakanmodel pembelajaran Problem Solving menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pretest 45,88 dan nilai ratarataposttest 76,50, sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen 2 yang menggunakan modelpembelajaran Problem Based Learning rata-rata pretest 45,12 dan nilai rata-rata posttest64,75. Setelah dilakukan posttest dilanjutkan dengan uji t dan diperoleh hasil signifikan,karena thitung> ttabel pada taraf α = 0,05%, yakni 5,98 > 1,99, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakanmodel Problem Solving lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model Problem Based Learning padamateri sistem reproduksi manusia.

Student learning outcomes in schools is often indicated with learning problems of these students in understanding the material. Indication is made possible because of the lack of effective student learning, even the students themselves do not feel motivated to follow in the classroom. In this research can help to overcome the existing problems, the implementation of cooperative learning model Everyone is a teacher here. The method used in this study is the method of Quasi-experimental design. The study design used was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest means researchers treated and make observations. Population taken is class XI Science. Data collection technique is done with the test. The research proves that learning model everyone is a teacher here can be a positive influence on learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of the reproductive system, with the average value of the posttest in the class that uses the model everyone is a teacher here 76.29 with both category and value gain 33 , 43. In classes without a model the average posttest score 69.43 with enough categories and gain value 26.86. This research is a follow-up study from previous research on strategic planning to establish Ma’had Aly Pondok Quran in Bandung. This research focused on the curriculum and facilities in Ma’had Aly Pondok Quran in Bandung. Using descriptive qualitative field research, the data is collected through documentation, observation, and interviews. The data is analyzed utilizing strategic factors analysis summary. The subject of the research is the head of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran, the Muhafizh, the person in charge of the development of human resources and infrastructure of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran, also twenty Ma’had Aly students. The results showed that the standard content of the material in Ma'had Aly curriculum still needed to be added and adjusted to support the legality of Ma'had Aly. The material that needs to be added in Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran is Manhaj Da'wah, Tafsir, Ulumul Qur'an and its branches of knowledge, Tauhid, Worship Fiqh, Computers, English, and Research Methodology. Whereas the infrastructure facilities of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran which are the priority in development are pesantren dormitories for man and classes to support learning.

This research aims to describe education financing in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Tahfiz Qur'an Assalaam Bandung using the School Levy analysis. School Levy is a concept of education financing in which the community (property tax) is set as the main source of the additional fund. This is a qualitative study. Data were collected by observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation then analyzed through data categorization and data interpretation. The results are 1) Alternative sources of education financing in MTs-PPTQ Assalaam were acquired through the funds from middle-high income communities in the form of zakat, infak, sedekah and Wakaf (ZISWAF); 2).The acquisition of the education financing sourced from ZISWAF is obtained in several ways. The first, Madrasa obligates students from the middle-high income family to pay certain amount of donation at the beginning of school year. The second, madrasa offers the parents to channel ZISWAF for educational financing tailored at the initial contract. Third, madrasa applies auction system for the Development Fund addressed for classrooms or other facilities improvement. 3) The Further utilization of this fund is used for madrasa’s development as well as facilities improvement, such as Wakaf land, Free Scholarship for 30% of orphans and duafa students, and as madrasa saving.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen sumber dana di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang manajemen sumber dana di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Sumber dana pondok pesantren secara garis besar dapat dikelompokkan atas tiga sumber, yaitu: Pemerintah berupa dana BOS, Orang tua santri berupa SPP, uang dapur santri, dan ZISWAF, serta unit usaha mandiri berupa Koppontren Al-Ihsan. 2) Pengalokasian sumber dana sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dengan dibuat RAPBM dan dilakukannya pencatatan untuk setiap transaksi. 3) Bentuk pertanggungjawaban sumber dana tergolong baik karena dibuat dalam bentuk laporan harian, bulanan, maupun tahunan. 4) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam mengelola kekurangan dana untuk menjalankan kegiatan dengan cara terlebih dahulu memanfaatkan sumber dana yang tersedia tergolong cukup karena setidaknya memenuhi kebutuhan minimal dalam mencapai tujuan kegiatan pembelajaran pondok pesantren.

Facilities and infrastructure resources (such as the availability of learning tools or facilities that are quantitatively, qualitatively, classrooms appropriate to the number of students, school buildings that are relevant to the needs) are important inputs needed for ongoing education in schools. This research is a field research using purposive sampling which aims to analyze the findings of research relating to the planning and funding sources of funds, the implementation and budgeting of funding funds, evaluation of funding funds in the maintenance of learning facilities and infrastructure. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. After collecting various types of data related to the research problem, then verify the validity of the research data by triangulating the data. The results of this study indicate that the planning of funding sources in Madrasah al-Ikhlas Cicalengka through the analysis of the activities of the use of financial resources and the activities of institutions while the source of funds in Madrasah Aliyah al-Ikhlas and contributions from the community which are then used to finance programs or school activities such as improvement and maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure and teacher payroll. Budgeting of funds used for maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is good. The use of funds sourced from the central or regional government, especially for the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, teacher salaries, and improvement of buildings has been done optimally.
